There is old brown lady working here , never makes the subway good always tries to save veggies and sauces . If you are ordering online or through app applying any promo just forgot you wanna get what you ordered . She will use minimal stuffing . Not once not twice have happened to me several times
I visited here today and peter was the employee no greetings pathetic way of talking to the customer litearlly he was saying i dont like that sauce whatever i dont care its for me . Very very rude not visiting again here. Miserable employee..
It had been a little bit since I visited a subway. I wasn’t sure on naming of sub I was looking for so I ask which option came with bacon and 1 other meat. They tried to give me just bacon and I said no which option for bacon and 1 meat like ham. They said number 1 and then proceeded to charge me and extra for the bacon even I tho they told me it was included. I never asked for an extra. Had good experiences in past but never one like this very disappointed in service and being charged and extra that was supposed to be included. I like subway but won’t ever be visiting this location again.
The 2 ladies doesn't acknowledge your presence & they are poor in making a good sub. They just toss in everything without asking what to do, very few proteins & veggies are added. Not a great service TBH
Very disgusting service. The lady was very very rude while making my sandwich barely acknowledge my presence while didn’t even saying hi as well, while making my sandwich I had to basically do all the speaking, as she was barely saying a word to me, then on top of that she was not wearing a hairnet the whole time while making my food. Assuming that my food had been made correctly I went home and upon taking a bite out of my sandwich. I noticed a long piece of hair coming out of my mouth with sauce on it I immediately went back to the restaurant and explained her the situation, and she kept insisting on not giving me a refund. Just trying to make me a new sandwich. As discussed as I was, I clearly did not want a new sandwich, and she kept telling me she didn’t know how to do a refund and I would have to wait until Monday. They speak to the manager, after insisting that I got a refund, she pulled out her phone and was able to do the refund magically after multiple times of saying that she doesn’t know how to do it. Didn’t wash her a single time after cashing out other customers and then proceeding to make the other sandwiches was also not wearing gloves very disgusting
The lady working there was in the middle of making my sub and then noticed a bug walking across the middle of my sandwich. She then proceeded to pluck the bug off and continue trying to make the same sandwich pretending like nothing happened. I was disgusted. I told her I just saw a bug on the sandwich and she tried to act like she didn't know what I was talking about. It was only when I said "I literally just saw you pull that bug off the sandwich" did she offer to make a new one. Needless to say I walked away. Beyond this one experience, the two ladies that work here provide dreadful customer service. Frequently, one will be sitting down staring at her phone and not even acknowledge your presence until you speak up. When she does finally help you out, she makes it very clear that they're doing you the biggest favor in the world and that they don't want to be there.
Two ladies work there, they never close the bread properly. They just want to throw away the order and dont want the customers to appericiate their work. Its been more than 6-7 months that I am coming here regularly but never got good service from these two ladies. On the other hand, an Asian guy works there, he is very nice and very experienced.

I wish I could give 0 stars the lady with the glasses at the front dont know how to talk, while making my subway, She was saying hurry up I dont have time, and even dont know how to wrap the sandwich, other lady was baking breads without any gloves, and using same gloves for both veg and non veg, Dont know why Subway is not taking any action regarding these issues as everyone is complaining about it
Lady making sandwiches February 21 at 3:00pm 2024 is not paying attention of what she s doing didn t listen anything and just placing all the ingredients on top of each other. The worst service ever
This Subway is located at far east side of Bloor Yonge subway station.
Dont go to this location! Bad customer service by a grumpy brown lady.She threw all topping inside my wrap and did not even close it properly. She did not grill my wrap as she turned off grilling machine 1 hour before closing time. I havent seen this happening in any other location. Her facial expressions will tell you how uninterested she is in her job.This location needs to hire new people who have atleast basic customer service skills !

The lady with glasses made my subs 2 footlong veegie with rudeness and attitude. She served me stale bread and told me that either i want a sandwich or not. Then, she said I am only allowed with three sauces. Is this even true. GARBAGE SUBS, 0 for service and need my answer how many sauces are allowed in subway??????? Keep your employees employed with you but i am not coming back to you. Disrespectful behaviour from subway. Happend on july 27
I ve been here a few times my sandwich has been tasty good fresh veggies. The Asian guy that works there is extremely nice. Will continue visiting this subway.

Everytime I go to this location, they go really cheap on the proteins. I generally I enjoy Subway but no this location. You cant go cheap on customers food!
Over toasted the bread. By the time I got back to my office it was a rock and I just couldnt get through it but also wondering if the harvest grain bread is the cause. Ill also never understand why subway adds the veggies last after everyone has handled the meat options. I understand some unintended cross contaimination occurs but seriously, handling the ham and chicken etc then putting the cheese or veggies on defeats the purpose of it all. Its not like anyone changes gloves in between but I hope so much that Subway changes this practice.
The hours say closes at 7, I showed up at 635 and the lady said theyre closed.... not very professional....

EDIT: decided to give it another try months later. my stomach still hurts after eating here. WHAT IS IN THIS FOOD??? The food here made me sick. Never going back again.
Pretty good for Subway, but the food court gets busy during lunch hour.
Easy 5 star, take elevator down , cross one street, boom, youre there. Friendly and efficient staff, rarely do they get orders wrong , and if they do, usually I get a discount. Sometimes, I get really scared of the lineup, but the stuff make it go away in seconds, and you will be served within 5 minutes of in your line, regardless of the length. One word - efficiency
This Subway in particular is great. Very efficient and friendly staff. They can deal with a serious lunch rush without breaking a sweat. My favorite subway location

It s subway. You know what you re gonna get. They ve got the subs of the day which is good value. There s a lot of traffic at lunch time so with good turnover things aren t sitting out for very long.
Typical subway joint, prices are standard but at least the sandwich artist in this location knows how to build a proper sub!

Bad costumer service. I ask for a ciabatta bread for my sandwich and the server answer my in bad way it was only for panini when I usually ask for this bread and they just charge me extra .25 cents. Never coming back to this place.
I have eaten at this subway twice and both times it was a pleasant experience. Although they were busy they made my sub fast and piled on the veggies. There was plenty of places to sit and the washrooms were clean. There was wifi in the food court. A Richard Trus review
