Worst subway ever visited. Staff is not at all helpful. I went there 30 mins ago. They refused to chop the salad. Anytime you go there something or the other is wrong. Honestly I m not a person to leave bad reviews but the store needs staff management.

This team is wonderful always fast and good service fresh ingredients. We use them anytime we are planning a work event.

Newly renovated subway! You can put lipstick on a pig, but it is still a pig. Service was extremely poor. Don t expect to have extra of any ingredient. Instead, expect to get a lengthy lecture regarding food prices and poor service from a man named Kam. I would recommend avoiding this Subway location at all cost. The owner of this location is super nice, always really friendly and enthusiastic. Food is great, veggies are fresh and the store is super clean.

Avoid at all costs. For some reason, they refuse to give proper toppings and you have to ask multiple times to add more toppings. They severely skimp on the veggies and meat and youre left with paying so much money for a limp sandwich with no ingredients.

Yesterday I ordered one veg footlong and one chicken footlong but i think they don t know how to make a proper footlong. I added 3 sauce still that footlong is so dry and in one footlong they didn t even add tomatoes(selected). So what to say but I feel like I wasted my 18$ and now I know where not to go when feel hungry.

I cannot believe this is the extra cucumber, tomato, lettuce, spinach and onion that they gave me And they didn t add the cheese that I ordered; And and no bag was provided though I bought 2 footlong. I did use a promo code but that s not the excuse Will avoid this branch!

I had a very poor service experience, the server had no respect for the customers and was very rude to us.

Ordered two footlongs online with Italian Herbs & Cheese bread, received white bread instead. Requested adjustments to the veggies were ignored, and I was told additional costs were due to using a promo code. Found many similar complaints in Google reviews. Very disappointing service at Subway; my online choices were overlooked, and the staffs attitude was dismissive because of the promo use. A frustrating start to the day. Subway needs to improve its service and respect online orders.

This place doesnt meet the bare minimum service or amount of ingredient put into each sandwich. Go to the subway place right above the street and they will make the best subway sandwich there is. If you still decide to go here expect garbage service from worker named Anu - it cost more money from us to give you more lettuce. Such sass.

This particular subway seems to always have the smallest portion when ordering and is the least consistent.

The lady with glasses that runs this place is extremely stingy. Sandwiches are not filled properly and very light. Leaves you wanting. Ive never had to throw away bread from a subway sandwich becuase I ran out of filling but had to from this place. Save your money. Avoid if you can. There is a subway on 777 bay.

This particular subway store #6702 is right opposite to my place. But I have been to this store just twice yet the owner remembered me. The customer service was great. I had dined in and so I got a chance to talk with the owner. He is really friendly and took great care of my experience in the store. P.S.: The store has the cleanest washroom I have ever seen so far.

They dont even follow the instructions on your order or the original ingridients the sadwiches come with. I ordered a Chicken Goddess sandwich through the app and when I picked up my sandwich, the ingredients did not match my order instructions at all. Even the avocado smash that must come with Chicken Goddess was missing. This location might surprise you with their creativity! :)

I entered the store a girl named kiran was working and i asked her to make a veggie sub and she was not even putting veggies properly in my sub so i told her to add little more of spinach and she said as you are using $2 coupon we have recover the money so i cannot give u more veggies as u are paying less and then i told her this is not how subway works as I WORK IN SUBWAY TOO so she started arguing and omg what an arrogant girl she is. If you are not putting everything properly in a veggie sub then what the hell are you even working for???? Worst customer service and terrible way of talking in attitude with the customer and guess what a guy ahead of me left the store because she was not even responding to that guy and was busy in doing her so called work. I WORK IN A SUBWAY AND I KNOW THIS IS NOT WHAT WE ARE SUPPOSED TO DO WITH CUSTOMERS. WORST DECISION TO CHOOSE SUBWAY AND I WILL MAKE SURE NONE OF MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY GO TO THIS SUBWAY EVER.

The hours are wrong, the restaurant closes at 6pm and not at 10pm.

REALLY bad service. My wife and I were visiting Toronto for a medical appointment today and were going to stop here for lunch. I was outside finishing up my vape while she went in ahead to use the washroom as whatever she got made her need to use the washroom lots. We had just gone to the Tim Hortons across the street to get Coffee for our lunch and got told their washroom was broken and everyone there went to Subway. Since we were going anyway, we left and went there after we got our coffee. The man behind the counter at Subway said to my wife THEIR washroom was broken and she had to go to Tim Hortons as they were doing, too. When my wife called him out for saying the same thing as Tim Hortons did, he told her You guys always wreck the washroom, thats why you cant use it We have never been in that subway, ever, and we are not from Toronto. If you cant treat your customers with respect, dont run a business. We were lucky she was able to make it to Toronto General, where they let her go. We did not eat at this subway location, and would not recommend others do, either.

Im very disappointed with this subway location. The lady that was doing my sandwich put very little veggies in my sandwich. Im not sure why it is like that are you afraid of putting a reasonable amount of veggies. It feels like Im paying so much but the sandwich is not worth the amount. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

They are locking the doors 20 minutes before closing time today on sunday. This is highly inconvenient and misleading. If your too lazy to work until closing time then change the hours.

Don t order from this place. Bare minimum ingredients and no sauces at all. It has happened twice now.

I came to Toronto for a business trip and, trusting the reviews, I stopped by the shop to have a snack. Unfortunately, it is a complete disappointment. It wouldnt be wrong to say that we are openly exposed to racism, even if it is not said directly to our face. The old man, who treated everyone who came after us with humane sentences such as good morning, have a good day, how are you, appreciated us very much with his greetings and warm-hearted approach. Frankly, I was very surprised because I travel back and forth to Canada all the time, and this behavior shocked me. They did their best not to interact with us even when paying the bill. We sat at the table and ate our meal, and when I saw the behavior towards the Canadians/whites(!) who came after us, I realized that we were exposed to racism. I dont recommend it to anyone, except Canadians :)

This is my go to Subway location. They re always very nice and care about my experience. I will say the woman who works there is sparse on vegetables which I ve also seen in other reviews. This could be an area of improvement. Anytime I m in I feel welcome and they remember me, they go above and beyond to make sure I have everything I need. I even had the owner walk me through how to get a discount on the app. You can truly feel the care with this location :)

Placed an order through the app for my lunch break, when I arrive at the store the owner claims that nothing is showing up on his system. I confirmed my order went through and even showed that the money was debited from my bank account with their store number but they claim that theres nothing they can do and to call head office, after about ten minutes of back and forth he finally admits theres no phone number to call and that he can do nothing to help. Do not order from here unless you want to pay twice or have two weeks to wait for your bank to refund you the money they stole.

Poor customer service. They put an allergic topping in my sub without me knowing and when I found out I had gone back to tell them about their mistake and there was no compensation I was told to give the sub back to them so they can throw it out and not even to give me a new one but told me to pay if I want another. Especially during covid you would think that they would appreciate their customers but by no means did that mean anything to the employee. I do not recommend this store. Also the whole store smells terrible.

I would give 0 stars if possible, they almost KILLLED ME. I have a severe allergy to pickles, I told them beforehand not to add it BUT THEY STILL DID. After I called them again to file a complaint and ask for a refund they said NO, and said it was my problem. Please never go to this god forsaken place.

Terrible customer service. The owner started yelling at me because I asked why he was only putting half of 1 scoop of meat for a foot long sub. Left and will never return. Spend your hard earned money on anything other than THIS Subway. (Don t want to take away business from good franchisees) Mr. Sub on University and Dundas isn t chincy and makes great food!

I ve been to many many subways in several cities and countries. This subway location is BY FAR the worst I ve ever been to. The two subs I ordered were made with very very little toppings (like actually a joke), sloppy (two small pieces of red onion in the middle of a 12 inch veggie sub), young guy who worked there put on ONE small curled up sad looking piece of spinach on my sub when I asked for more. Wish I would have walked out right then. I can t believe subway lets a franchisee run a location so poorly. When I saw the many other 1 star reviews here I wasn t surprised. I d give -100 stars if I could

I had an amazing blt sandwich made by Khushi!! It was so tasty I had to ask for another. The way she made it is how I will ALWAYS ask for my BLTs from now on. She did a great job. Thank you khushi!!!!

I usually visit here as I have my work nearby. There is a girl she attends customer very well and makes tasty sub. The uncle , he is very polite and friendly. There is a lady maybe her name is madhu she makes subway a bit fast and didnt put much veggies and she is like she can make a sub in 1 min. She rarely put 2-3 pieces of each vegetables. Although she has a very kind nature. But I would suggest her to slow down her speed. Subway there is always tasty.

Very cheap, usually get 2 scoop of chicken with my foot long sweet onion chicken but only got 1.5 scoop and on the veggies too. Friends but that s all. Might as well walk an extra 2 minute and go inside the one of college park

Do not open on time. They advertise a 9am open time, but I feel thats just the time the staff arrive to start preparing for the day. They arent ready to serve until 9:15-9:30 and half the time dont even unlock the doors till 9:10.

Recently placed a catering order and I have to say that the service as well as the sandwiches were great! Highly recommend if you are looking to feed a crowd.

The lady whos working here recently is terrible at her job. Shes always in extreme hurry: puts so few veggies even after asking her to put extra (e.g. literally 2 cucumber pieces on a 6 inch sub), spills sauces on the side, etc. This is my third consecutive bad experience.

Not sure why you have a sign out front that clearly shows you close at 9pm but I just walked out in the cold for 15 minutes just to see that you ve closed at 8:30. False advertising at least change your sign .

Notorious for rushing sandwiches...even when youre the only one in the restaurant. Save yourself the bad and messy sandwich and go to Elm Street Italian Deli nearby.

Its a standard Subway sandwiches place - could have given slightly a bit more veggies (volume lettuce seemed a bit small), but I guess you cant expect too much
