Another branch to add to my go to for a subway sandwich! I usually go near my place but got hungry and Jaime is very accommodating and suggested what is the best dressing or sauce goes to my order. No avail the taste was a game changer.

Recently, I had the pleasure of stopping by this subway for a sandwich, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The person who made it, Social, did an awesome job. I had experienced the problem with sauce flowing out of sandwich many time when I take it home, but today I didn t have to face that problem, the sandwich made was perfect, I couldn t help myself writing for him. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for fresh and delicious sandwich.

It is my first time I m coming to a subway since I turned to vegan and I have to tell that I was amazed by the workers here. I was served by a lady called Elba and she changed her gloves right after I asked for a veggie patty, I mentioned I was vegan and she was really careful with not touching any meat and even use a different knife to cut my sub. She told me everyone in the store follow those standards so I m definitely coming back more often to this store!

This is the best Subway restaurant in the GTA. All the people who work there prepare the sandwiches with a smile, love, passion, and willingly. I always get my sandwich from here since the last 4 years, almost 3 times a week, and the service never goes low; they always increase their quality. God bless this business.

Went in on a Saturday, waited 20 plus mins because there was only one person making sandwiches, doing door dash orders and cashing people out as well as putting bread and cookies in oven. Hire more people, do better.

Elba was incredibly rude, did not listen and at the end coughed all over our order. This is the second time we came in where Elba was unnecessarily rude towards us. She acts like she hates her job. Our sandwiches were NOT made with care, she was very sloppy making all three of them. When we went to pay, she attempted to charge us full price for the 3 sandwich deal. There are so many places one can find employment (A.K.A a job). If you really hate your job that much, then quit. You might also want to stay away from any customer service related industry. Also, if you have a damn cough, wear a bloody mask to work!! Pure slackness and zero effort. Which speaks volumes about your character. How do you expect your customers to want to return when you can t even make a sandwich someone would want to eat. Just shameless.

The girl is really Rude on the counter. She was not interested in making sub at all. When asked why you were so rude she said that she wanted to close the store as it was just 7:45 pm and they closed the store at 10pm. Management needs to consider the attitude of their staff before hiring them. In fact I am writing this comment from the subway store itself. Rude, arrogant and very bad behavior towards customers.

This Subway in general is ok, but never order the rotisserie chicken from this location. They never squeeze the water out of the chicken so whenever they put it on your sub it turns into a soggy mess. Even after double toasting it there is so much chicken water it pretty much turns the bread into a soggy disgusting mess. I ve been to other subway locations and they get rid of the water so the chicken there is fine.

Prices were too high as compared to other subways.

$30 for a 2 veggie foot long subs?? And that s just subs no add on!! Charged me $4 extra for cheese? Cause it was fresh mozzarella? Hmm I didn t ask for fresh I said mozzarella the one I. The container shaped like triangles and dude used some fancey cheese At least ask and tell the customer that it s $4 per sub Bloody crazy!! Then he looked at me as if I knew? I buy subs all the time never had this issue

The fountain drink dispenser was out of order. Was told I would have to pay extra for a bottle of pop. Not my fault your equipment was down, the customer shouldnt have to pay more. Girl was going too fast, put all the cheese in the middle of the sub, then when I asked for sub sauce she barely put any on. So I asked for more and she put an obnoxious amount of sauce on because I asked for a LITTLE more. No communication between the team members so I had to say the same thing to both of them. Sub was awful, wont be coming back here. 1pm Thursday July 22nd.

This place is awful. They are crooks! Why am I paying for extra cheese, extra drinks, letting them know it should be toasted, but I dont receive any of that. Second time in a row. The staff is clearly incompetent. Management should look into hiring new staff. Why am I paying $30 for food and half my items are missing and not made how I like it??? So frustrating because its not hard to follow directions.

If you order a kids pack theres a good chance (almost every time) that theyll ring it through as a 6 sub, and add the drink, fruit snack and bottle of water as individual items unless you call them on it.

We went there. Waited for 20 minutes,though only one customer was ahead of us. The girl was extremely slow in taking the order. When we went, another man came from kitchen. Both the staff didnt even acknowledge us or at least addressed us that they will take our order. Finally, I said, excuse me , how long it will take to take our order....She just looked at us. Didnt even say how many minutes or sorry for delay or anything . I said thank you and we prefer to left and cooked at home. We wont never go to this location ever.

DO NOT ORDER UBER EATS FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!! Ordered ubereats subs from them on 3 separate occassions. Every single time they got every possible thing wrong- bread, cheese, toppings, sauce. One of the times they had to send a replacement order for the one they messed up, and messed that one up too. Awfulllllllll! When we called to ask them about the order they messed up today, they said oh were busy so we dont pay attention to the orders what the actual.... Never ever ever again. Lazy and careless. Terrible customer service. Hope uber eats tosses this place off their website.

Always some inconvenience on TTC. Having to leave train because it going out of service. It is so inconvenient. Then have to wait for another 4 minutes later. I guess they feel that the commuters dont matter at all. The treat them like cattle. Poor thing!

Dont even want to give this one star for rating.. Horrible service.. Server Joanna doesnt even know how to make sandwiches.. She forgot to put sauces in my sandwich. She was in such a hurry to bill me up ( dont know why). After telling her twice to put salt and pepper in my sandwiches. Upon telling her about poor service, she was ignoring what was saying... Thats what as a customer expect. This location is big No No for me...

Subway is always my favourite option when talking about fast food because I have some good options that end up being not that unhealthy and still delicious!

Very good for what it is which is simply a sub joint. Reasonably good quality and the staff seem to be well trained. Never Had a Bad Sandwich there. I go there on a semi-regular basis. The discounted daily subs are a very good idea. They have had a few problems in the past. The 12 inch sub not being 12 in, melamine in the bread for some reason and the spokesperson Jerrod gaining an enormous amount of weight and being criminally charged with something I cant remember. However that is all in the past and I definitely recommend going.

Good clean place to eat at. Mind you its even better when you get coupons through the mail and they have promotions on to reduce the price of their sandwiches and various products they sell. If not the prices are pretty stiff once you start adding all of the sides. In any case its a good local place to have a coffee if you dont feel like going to the regular coffee shops or wants a breakfast sandwich with a free coffee.ii

For the most part its like any other Subway. Ingredients fresh enough. It says open at 7 though and Ive stopped by as late as 730 on my way to work a few times to find the door locked and the employee just look at me like Im crazy for expecting the store to be open during their posted hours. Would be a bit frustrating because then Id have to stop again elsewhere to grab something for lunch and end up late. Good location other than not knowing how to open.

Same as what the Jacob dude said. Theyre pretty pushy when it comes to the add-ons theyre like do you want tomatoes and Im like no and this goes on three more times with the other veggies. I want to choose what veggies and sauce I want in what order I want because they usually put on lettuce before anything else when I like putting on green peppers , the sauces then lettuce and cucumbers later. I dont know if theyre trained to do that or not. Other than that I have no complaints.
