Don't go at night or you will get about half as much filling as you do if you go at lunch time during the week. There shouldn't be such a big difference in the size
Can’t go wrong with a pizza sub:) I’ve only been here twice and it’s always right before closing but staff are nice and the sub is always good
I recently placed an online order for pickup (Order #CE2B0745-8C) from this Subway location, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. When I arrived, I requested to have my footlong sandwich cut in half, as it has been done for me at other locations. However, the employee named Raj rudely refused, stating that cutting the sandwich would mess up the floor. This was not only surprising but also frustrating, as customer service is typically a priority at Subway. I’ve never had an issue like this before, and it really put a damper on what should have been a quick and easy experience. I hope the management addresses this so that future customers don’t have to deal with such poor service.
Went in for lunch yesterday afternoon and there was a huge lineup. I was hungry so decided to wait. Then I realized there was only one person working the counter literally doing everything. Maybe 2 people got served in the 5 minutes I waited, I did the math in my head and couldn’t wait a half hour to get my food. Myself and the gentleman behind me both left. Having one staff member on during lunch hour rush with a school around the corner is absurd. You’re losing out on more money than if you paid another employee to work. Will not return
Ordered chicken sandwich and where is the chicken????? Only two pieces of meat. WORST subway in the city. Will never come back.

Owner is extremely rude, greedy and has a bad attitude. Barely puts any toppings on the sub and gives attitude to customers who use coupons. Subway is such a rip off anyways, definitely won't be coming back to this location. There's another subway across the street less than 300 meters up the road. The owner's definitely a smart guy for opening a subway 200 meters away from another subway 🤡
My boss and I have lunch here often and we really enjoy it! Always fast and friendly service. Food is fresh and delicious. Place is very clean. I highly recommend this Subway location! Thank you for always making our lunch amazing! We will back!
Prices are still too high.... for a sandwich!! But... if your rich and healthy its good fresh food!

I work overnight shifts and I stop by subway before heading into work. Store says it closes at 11:00 but I ve stopped multiple times around 10:25-10:40 and they re already closed. I find this annoying otherwise just place closing at 10:30.
The food was good but the lady was working slow
Recently I visited there , the guy working there was extremely rude and I ordered veg patty footlong and bread was really hard and looks like not fresh. The never recommend anyone go over here. Totally wastage of money.

2 slices of green pepper, 2 slices of onion, 2 leaves of Spanish, and a few dice of pickle... they are very cheap while adding veggies to the sandwiches.. it seems like they have a shortage of it. Poorly made Sandwich.
Flat bread was so dry I couldn t take a bite. Very little toppings and owner was rude to the trainee, which is probably why my sandwich was horrible.

Went to this location last week, spent around $12 for a veggie 12inch sub, which i got in old hard bread hard to even chew, the lady there wasn t even filling the veggies nicely, wasn t generous at all and that s the whole sub tasted like -> Tasteless and waste of money. Not at all worth $12.

Bread was stale and they are very stingy on toppings. I ordered online and and asked for more tomatoes and more cumbers. I didnt get it.
Sweet onion chicken teriyaki sub is fire every time !!
Hire more people! Walked over in the snow only to find a back in 5 minutes sign. Unreal. I waited 5 minutes and no sign of anyone. I dont blame the worker at all I absolutely blame the owner bc this place always only ever has one worker, but I will not be coming back!

Worst subway location in Toronto. Staff is extremely lazy and rude. Hours say they close at 10:00pm but they refused to serve us at 7:00pm. Youre a commercial chain, not a mom and pop shop, respect the franchise and your customers.

You know what you re going to get. Exactly as expected, even a little generous on the serving sizes for meat and toppings. Friendly as well.

This is one of the better Subway franchises downtown, if not the best. Friendly service, clean, ample seating. The ingredients seem fresher here somehow. They don t undercook or undertoast the bread, compared to some other locations. Can be a long line at lunch time on weekdays though.
Good place for a quick bite
The lady was nice. Usually they wait till youre at the counter ordering but this one said hi almost as soon as I walked into the store. The place was really clean, including the washroom and my sub was perfect. Not messy at all.

I tried Subway for the first time. Fortunately, the clerk was kind, so I placed my order even though it was difficult. Ordering from Subway seems really difficult. Thank you so much for the clerk who just graduated from college.
Clean place but a little bit slow on customer service...
Love Subway but probably the worst Subway in the city. Pity as it is relatively close to my apartment and I would rather walk further for better service. Ask for green peppers you will be lucky if you get 3 (this is not an understatement). Ive only had good service from one younger guy in here. Smoking at the front door between service and grunting at you during an order, is never a good start to the day.
I just realized they have mushrooms now!!! Subways across the board are consistent in terms of service and product. I think they have better bread than mr subs and it seems more selection of toppings. Mr sub has a panini press and shredded lettuce though. I have never had a bad experience at any subway...free refills!!!

Went in there last week, and found joints and tendons in the chicken strips of my sandwich. Never going back.

Good location but arrogant people at work sometimes.. no unlimited fill ups.. you have to fill it once and leave.. get in 15 minutes before closing.. they clearly says you to get out/ leave... This restaurant location for Subway is not where you might think it may be as the sign I believe is put in the wrong place. Walk around a bit and guess what you will find this little gem of a subway restaurant. The interior is clean, as well as the washrooms. I spoke with the subway artist and there are a couple people who come to this subway and order the turkey sub and are losing weight. The amount of toppings they put on at this location is shameful. Its easily the worst Ive been to.
