I've been here many times. It's convenient with the green P parking lot a couple stores down and spaces available on the street. However, I find they are very slow at making the sandwiches which is strange considering I find they place the least amount of toppings of any Subway franchise I have been to.
Subway is great for an affordable vegetarian sandwich. Edit: Never, ever use the app for pickup. It has only ever given me trouble. This location is still a great place with nice people, but the subway app is barely functional (this applies to all locations, not an issue unique to this subway)
Ordered for delivery. Got a Chicken Bacon Salad, that came with no chicken and no bacon. Ordered an Italian BMT and it was missing Black Forest Ham and Salami. Paid extra for Guac and it was also not on the sandwich. Cheese was also missing. Cookies were hard as a rock and inedible. Only got a refund for the salad. I don't understand how they could mess up so badly. Really disappointed. Don't order from this place unless you can watch what they are doing.
Very slow and the guy that works here basically told me to wait because he has to change his gloves. How unprofessional. Also, the employees here talk in their language and aren’t aware how to serve people in timely manner. I waited 10 mins plus. So I would give them a negative star.
I stood there the lone customer in the store.....while the employee told me one moment....he continued puttering around doing tasks that were not urgent and could wait....after several minutes...I told him I was going elsewhere and that he could keep puttering. Wow....no customer focus. Not too sure if the guy was stoned, drunk or not too swift. Weird
The woman came up late as she was "closing shop" 30 minutes before closing time. Made my sandwich as if I was some sort of annoyance. Forgets the bacon ( which is fine) but denies me saying bacon as she clearly missed my order due to her frantic and unwelcoming introduction. She then, as we wait for the sub to toast she recounts her lack of recollection as if it was a conversation topic in which I am being scolded. She says she doesn't remember because she has to close in 15 minutes... which is 15 minutes before the restaurant itself closes. Explaining to me that I am basically interrupting her improper early closing. I respectfully tell her that is rude. She rolls her eyes at me. Was one of the most rude experiences I have ever had. She was just a rude and selfish person. Do not go through what I did. I've ordered from her several times and she is always rude. I can't believe she is employed- no exaggeration.
They could make a show or comic strip about this location. First episode, I ordered a coffee, takes two guys to make it. One guy fills the coffee cup 3/4 with milk before going to brew the kcup! Legendary. Second episode, I ordered the steak and egg breakfast, guy tells me he's out of eggs at 8am so I say give me the steak and egg no egg. He tries to charge me (much more) for the steak sub. I object, he doesn't get my logic, I threaten to leave, he tells me I have to pay, I walk out. Assume he threw the sub out.

I'm closer to the store located at Bayview and Eglinton however I'm occasionally on Bayview and have stopped in at the location listed above 3 times. Poor experience every time to the point where I felt I needed to bring it to the attention of Customer service. The manager. I'm unsure of his name hes in his late 40's short and completely clueless I'm sorry to say. One incident I was filling out a survey to attain a free cookie while dining in the location and when I gave him the reciept with the reference code for the cookie he literally starred at it for 7 mins not knowing what to do. He ended up just giving me the cookie after I asked if there was an issue. I assume u have a code or button to enter this into the system to be able to doc that for inventory reasons. On another visit I noticed him yelling at the kids on lunch to "hurry up their eating too long". And they weren't taking up too much room or being noisy there was absolutely no reason to attack them the way he did. They purchased food they're entitled to dine there. On a 3rd visit I order the new butter chicken sub because I had a coupon offering it at 99 cents with the purchase of a drink. I asked him to put it on flat bread toasted. He put the bread in what looked like a microwave made my sandwich as he watched everything else around him instead of focusing on what toppings I wanted on my sub. Then I went to pay using the coupon and cash and once again he starred at the coupon for about 4 mins before I had to ask him what was wrong. He said he didn't know how to put that coupon in the system so he kept looking at me in hopes I'd just pay full price I'm assuming. And I asked if he's unaware these coupons are being distributed? He said no. I said well can we please hurry this along I'd like to eat. He said he'd manually input it in a calculator. I asked how I'd get a receipt then because once again I wanted to survey my visit and he said unfortunately he couldn't because he didn't know how to put it in his till. So I just got my sandwich said "that's fine but try not to keep making a habit of not knowing ur company perks because your customers won't benefit". He didn't reply. I went to sit and eat my sandwich was not toasted. It tasted like it was soggy from microwave warmth. And the experience was not enjoyable. Flat bread shouldn't be offered if u can't toast it. This makes no sense. Going forward I will never eat at that location again. As they say 3 strikes your out. I love subway I literally eat it weekly for years and this is the first time I've ever had to write a complaint. Please retrain him. He's really poor for business I'm sorry to say. Thanks for taking the time to read this. I apologize if I sound upset I'm just fed up at this point but won't make the mistake of returning to this location again. :(
The service at this location was terrible. The sandwich maker was completely unfriendly and rude. He needs to work on his customer service.
The seating is a bit cramped. The sandwich was fine.
Actually closes some time before 9:00. Would have been nice if their signage or Google info reflected that.

This store rips off its employees by unpaid training for 3 weeks . Breaking the law . Avoid going to this store and discourage this pathetic behaviour of employers trying to exploit people in need .

This so wonderful subway I ever had, there are wonderful employees and wonderful owner, management was wonderful. I visited this store many times due to its outstanding customer service. They treat me every time very well. I suggest everyone should visit this place.

I literally just vomited after eating their crispy chicken sandwich. The chicken was not cooked properly and got me sick.

Ordered two sandwiches and the guy ddnt ask me what size so he gets one bread and cuts!! When i told him again i need TWO sandwiches he look at me saying : next time order together . LOL ! Better to ask and communicate to customers rather than GUESSING !!! I dont know his name but he was brown. Train him properly plz

Horrible Subway. Worth the walk to Eglinton plaza or Laird plaza to avoid this Subway. Bought a bottled drink. Asked for a cup for ice. Clearly none of the staff had a good grasp of the english language b/c they looked stunned and then eventually handed me something the size of a shot glass. I asked for a bigger cup. They refused. I then said Id give back my bottled drink and switch to fountain (bottle costs more than fountain). They continued to look confused. So ended up drinking out of the shot glass one sip at a time. On top of that, paper was stuck to my sandwich and wouldnt peel off so I was eating a sub that was toasted and infused with paper. Wouldnt go to this Subway again ever.
