Subway in Toronto

Worst subway ever. The guy who was making the sub seemed like he is saving up on salads and dressing for himself.

Awesome experience there. Staff is very nice and helping. Especially, Parveer Singh he treat us very gently

I have had a sub from here couple of days ago and it was very good nd parveer is doing his best he can.

Worst service ever.. dont even want to talk about it dont want to leave a 1 star. Veggie quality yellow and rotten. Never visiting this place ever again.

I had some questions and the employee hung up the phone without acknowledging or answering.

I found the pricing at this location outrageous. For a foot long turkey on brown, I paid $16.49!!. (taxes in) Give me a break. Food

What an awful location! I only go to Subway when I m out of town and need food quickly. There s basically no vegan options, and I end up overpaying for a flavourless sub. This location was just bad. The ingredients didn t look great and it was $19 for a 12 inch veggie sub!! The worst part was the awful service. I was made to pay before selecting my toppings (not that there are many vegan options). When I selected avocado (which was old and brown) I was told it was extra and I hadn t paid for it. Even though I didn t get cheese I was still refused. This trip just reminded me why my go to option is burritos for fast food and made me wish there was a Burrito Boyz or Guac around here. Both of which give vegans free guac instead of cheese. Also the veggie patty was so disgusting I pulled it out of the second half and threw it out. Do better Subway.

More expensive than in other subways, dirty

I ask for three cookies and the lady who ever was there on May 25th morning has asked me to pay 5.60$ for it, where as it is supped to between 2.80-3.30, as I take the same often, when asked she changed it to 4:50$. I said this is not right and she keeps makkng excuses. These people are cheating and overcharging their customers. BBEWARE!!! They overcharge the customers than what is supposed to be and the employee take this money.

Prices are $3 more than the average Subway prices, should be illegal to do this.

The lady Devanchi is truly the best subway staff Ive ever encountered in any subway restaurants/ fast foods chains. Friendly, caring very polite and te food is fresh.

Most expensive subway I ever been to

I live 1 minute away. On my way to work. I would get a turkey foot long combo every morning at $24.32. For years now. When the girl lays the turkey meat on sub. Then starts peeling and removing pieces. And putting back in containers. That s enough for me. Just leave it there. Why count. Today went to Jane and finch subway. The same combo was $16.94. That is about $7 cheaper. This whole time they scammed me with overpriced combos and had to stare at that employee that always flinched. When I didn t push the tip button when paying. For the record. I used to push tip button. But no one said thank you. So I stopped. For the record. The food at Jane and finch subway is a lot fresher. I promise you that.

Worst location I ve ever been to. Rude workers and old veggies

Walked in here after another location disappointed me. There was a spill of pop on the floor and the cucumbers looked old. I know how cukes are supposed to look, as I have been gardening for 40 years The veggies did not look good at all. I walked out and am now disappointed in Subway. Vegetarian options: Please make sure you see what they are giving you to prevent any bad after effects.

Staff are rude. You constantly have to repeat yourself because they don t understand and are rude to you, for that while youre busy having to repeat yourself, you realize some of the toppings you asked for weren t added so you go again through that cycle leaving you very frustrated. Or maybe they just don t want to add them and are just being cheap it makes you wonder.

By far the worst subway. Charging 50% more than anywhere else. This greedy owner will not stay in business by overcharging the few customers it may have left.

Too expensive

Don t ask for fountain drink, fancy machine doesn t work! Rebooting it takes forever by then lunch time is over.

Never go to this Subway location. The prices are INSANE compare to other locations. To give you a comparison for one 6 combo + a single 6 it comes to $32. At another location I was recently at I got 2x 6 cold cut combos and it came to $21. Not to mention if you tip on the debit/credit machine it goes to the owner - NOT the staff. The owner is a crook.

Bread was stale wait 15 minutes for them to prepare an Uber order on FRESH bread slapped it all on in a hurry took 30 minutes standing for a simple sub got home it wasn t edible the bread fell apart won t be going back

Honestly this subway is by far the worst to order from! If you unable to make something common sense would tell you to take it off the menu! Why am I still be charged for an order with missing items then you want to make it seem like you cant cancel the item... i know when a customer cancels and order its better for the restaurant if you as a manger or employee cant do your job why work there! Apparently this subway takes inventory of every single cold cut slice. At least thats what the girl working there today told me when I asked for a subway club (includes turkey, ham, and roast beef) with no ham and extra roast beef. She repeatedly said its not possible and refused to accommodate for the reason indicated above. The slices do not come stacked together/pre portioned (like the cold cut combo does) so there was no reason for her to refuse this other than exercising the little bit of power she has as a sandwich artist lol

Went there today (06/28/20) around 6pm and ordered a 6-inch cold cut subway without a combo. Im pretty sure the worker there overcharged me for my sub because it said it was a cold-cut combo on my receipt when I only ordered the 6-inch. As well, she did not toast my sub because she said she was cleaning the oven. She had told me she already cleaned it and that she couldnt toast my sub but it was not even close to their closing time. By the time she prepared the sandwich, she told me that she couldnt toast it as the oven was cleaned. She could have told me beforehand. I believe the host ID number/tag was #33. So I believe I was overcharged and left with a cold subway:(

Asked for initials on wrappers, clerk seemed to understand and mark subs, but when I got home there were no initials on wrappers or bags?

They rip you off on toppings. Shake that spoon until there is nothing left. Unacceptable!!

Stood in line for 20 mins at noon while one person makes sandwiches and the line is out the door. Need 2 people making sandwiches at lunch time

Menish at the Wincott location was excellent. His service was exceptional. Id definitely go back for more.

Stopped in there to get lunch with my coworker today at your location on Wincott drive Komal is very polite. She knows the menu very well and was able to make our orders very accurately, quickly and with a smile. Today is going very well. If I was not having a good day though, the smile she helped bring out of me, would have been even more appreciated, Komal you are tremendous.

Im very disappointed in the services of this subway. Dont even get me started on the manager. She acts in an extremely disrespectful manner that I do not appreciate. I tried to use a coupon without knowing that it was expired and instead of politely telling me that it was expired, they tried to accuse me of trying to scam them. However, there is one decent human being in the store that has a night shift and hes extremely polite to his costumers. In conclusion, this specific location has to improve on multiple areas of expertise.

If i were to describe this so called restaurant in one word it would be sad. They make your sandwiches in a way that you wont be able to digest it. They pull a stale piece of bread out of the fridge and cut it up uneven. They throw the dry meet on the sandwich and ask what you would like for topings. But the thing is I cant even hear the server because she mumbles. So I ask for her to repeat what she said and nothing changes. So I guess what she says for the topics. After she closes the moldy lettuce and tomato and expired mayonnaise she attempts to close the sandwich with all of the topings that are wrong falling off. I then sit down trying to enjoy this what looks like a pile of dirt sandwich by stuffing this down my throat. While im two bites in I hear a squeek in the chair. I think to myself this isnt a safe place to eat. This is a danger zone. I am strongly advising that this subway should be checked out. After I am trying not to throw up I smell this foul scent. A smell of body odour. Very unpleasant to have to deal with. I strongly advise to the people that are reading this to not go to this subway and go to a different one. This is for your own health. I am conceded to those that attend this malfunctioning restaurant.

Always good meals, but pricy without a coupon.

I really love the cheap prices! I go there almost every wed on my way to scouts and always get a good meal on the way.

Finally found a sandwich on Gluten free bun! It was very good. The staff was very helpful and courteous. After I left I dropped my wallet. The next day I dropped by and asked if a wallet was turned in. They had it! Nothing missing. I am very pleased with the employees for their honesty and commend them for the way they handled the situation. I am pleased to recommend them.and their service and honesty. The sandwich was very good. The toppings were fresh. I will be going back!
