Ordered FL and asked for more salt and pepper but it is literally poison…more does not mean it should not be edible… veggies are not even fresh and very stingy while adding veggie. Literally paying 12.99 for absolutely nothing. Even after being the regular customer the service is not up to the mark. Literally threw away the entire sandwich. An African girl works there, she is the only one who is kind and patient and alwayssss makes sandwiches perfectly.
The workers there are very rude. Especially the Arab guy with the beard. A lot of kids go there for lunch and the way he speaks is not freindly what’s so ever. And the Arab female as well. I bring coupons but some how they never work there’s always an issue. But when I use them at other locations they work perfectly fine. They need to get retrained customer service is horrible.
swornima made me the most glorious fattest fullest sandwich i’ve ever seen, haven’t even taken the first bite yet but i already know it’s going to be delectable. thank you swornima i love you 🥪
Tucked in the back of a grocery store you'll find this food stand. I chose the Cuban Crunch and my partner had the Little Sicily. The lettuce was old, but not quite rotten yet. I wish the sandwich assembler would have told us she had hot fresh buns coming out, but we only saw them half way through construction. Not bad, but I probably won't go back.
I had a very bad experience here. The manager is very rude, I am not even sure he is the manager or not. But it’s an Arabic guy with a beard. A worker was making my sandwich and she was literally throwing things on the sandwich only because I asked her to spread the mayo and to toast my sandwich twice because that’s how I like my sandwich. Looked like she didn’t want to work and was frustrated because I asked her to do a few things that usually people don’t ask in subway. I don’t think so it’s wrong to make my sandwich a certain way because I like it that way. That’s customer service. That guy with beard misbehaved with me. And told me he is not going to serve me in future. The staff here gets personal. They need to be trained.
This location is very much hit or miss mostly miss. The ingredients or something always taste off. The service is fine otherwise. Maybe need to change out toppings sooner. I go to one on queen its always good.
Ordered my son a “veggie delite sub” even though the only chosen ingredient was shredded cheese. He doesn’t eat vegetables. Rcvd order- full of veggies. Got refunded through door dash and ordered again (at more cost becausesecond dasher deserves to be tipped as well. Again they sent the wrong thing!!!!!! My son now has no edible lunch because someone can’t read simple directions! Tried to call- phone defective so you can’t clearly hear them. Terrible service in every way!
Last week my sister was coming over to my apartment to bring some equipment that I bought and I think she asked me about where the nearest convenient store is located from which I told her about the Rabba store nearby. On her way over, I asked her if she could pick up a Subway Sub veggie sub and a drink which I said I will pay for the sandwich and the drink. I was just about starving and I had not eaten anything the day before. So my sister obliged and let me tell you - not only Subway Sub's dressing sauce was missing in the sandwich and I requested a dressing sauce in the sandwich, the cheese was puree mashed to resemble something like tasteless margarine, and the gluten (wheat free) bread was soggy. The bread did not even taste like bread. I wouldn't recommend it to other people. Anyway, all I got was just some iceburg lettuce in the sandwich with some mashed tomato. It was THE most disgusting Sub sandwich I ever tasted. Not even worth paying 25 cents for it. And this veggie Subway Sub sandwich cost $6.99 which to me is a loss of money you could actually MOURN over because the sandwich was THAT disgusting. My sister didn't know about it by the way because she didn't stay too long when she came to visit. I tried eating the sandwich when she left. She didn't give the receipt to me or else I would have returned the Sub sandwich back to the store where she got it from. I never knew that the Subway store inside the Rabba store is discriminatory with to whom they do their best Subway Sub sandwich making but that's what it looks like to me.
No place to sit
Healthy choice
Staff is friendly and very efficient
If you place an order with them on Uber Eats, they often don t have items in stock. If you call beforehand to ask about these items, they rarely answer the phone. Badly run business.
Second time getting food poisoning from this location only.
Its a regular Subway with regular menu. However, friendly staff, quick service noted. Food
They were not having enough food supplies and the guys was just trying to send us from his store
Bend over backwards to help & make your sandwich a unique experience for you -- what else could I want?? (A mix of cooked onions, mushrooms & green peppers to put on a beef sub maybe?)
Meh
The food in the subway was really fresh. The employees working are very friendly and recommends veggies and sauces to enhance the taste of the sandwich. Overall experience was good.
I ordered through the app and they got my order wrong. Didnt toast it like I asked (I was soooo sad), had onions when I didn t ask. Super disappointed. One of the workers is also very slow. I know they probably dont get paid more to serve more customers but some professionalism would be really appreciated
The food in the fridge of a rural crack house probably tastes better than the stuff they put in their sandwiches. Just walk a bit more to Church street, where you can find plenty of restaurants who can at least warm up their food properly.
Nice place can eat and take stuff like grocery together but the service is slow and customer service is okh to say Subway is always a healthy option.....
Small but friendly
i love subway they have great food.
Not very noticeable
Clean, accomplished the deed.
Dirty
friendly staff, good customer service, but sometimes the ingredient and vegetable and bread are not quiet fresh.
Fax clean and nice staff
good
Theres a guy that works there... long unwashed hair and a bushy beard. Seriously looks like a homeless person that wandered into a Subway location and decided to make sandwiches. Not very friendly either. My issue is that he used his hands to run his fingers through his hair to get the hair out of his eyes and then made the sandwich of the person in front of me. GAG. No hair net, or beard net. He put gloves on, but took them off to put the sandwich in the bag of the person in front of me. I was out of there like a shot.
Subway restaurants are often found inside of other businesses or food courts, so it is often a hunt to find a new location if you havent been to it before. This was the case with this location of Subway inside a Rabba Store. Rabba is like a grocery store, and the subway is in the back and off to the side. Its a little weird because you have to buy your drinks separate from the store. Emily made me a tasty 6 Roast Beef Flatbread and I had an Apples Side. - I eat Subway everyday reviewer A Richard Trus review
The subway here is hidden away in the back of the Rabba store. Theres never a line up and because of it, you may arrive at the counter and not see a person there to help you. Just yell out hello and they will come out of the back room to help you. I am suspicious of the food not being fresh here because they dont seem to get that much traffic. But Ive generally been happy with the sub I get.
