This store sales my day old bread then have the nerve to lie to me and say they checked camera to see that she toasted 1 sub and the bread toasted or not was day old now this subway lies on the customer. I will never at this place, but its good to know i have been giving my hard earn money to this store. ALL LIES FOOD NOT FRESH AND THATS THE TRUTH THIS LOCATION

Unprofessional staff.the indian girl is so rude. She dont know how to talk food drivers and customers too.

I ate it before going to the museum and the server was very friendly so I felt good.

Service was lousy, waited half hour to be served and there were only 2 people in the store, myself being one of the 2.

No customer service at all ordered a Chicken bacon rice bowl got no rice called to resolve guy said sorry noting he could do.

The prices for the sandwiches arent bad but salads are overpriced.

I think it was the guys first time making a wrap. He put 2 tiny tomatoes and literally 3 pickles on the wrap and was going to be ok with that until I asked for more. Then he drenched it in sweet onion sauce. If you come here DO NOT order a wrap!

I ordered a 6 inch steak and cheese sub on Tex Mex bread. I got a whole 4 Inch sub, and a teriyaki chicken. Wasnt what I asked for. When I tried to explain I wanted steak instead of chicken she shrugged it off and told me it wouldnt happen again. However I had the same thing happen today. As I was in the store and beside myself I ordered the same steak and cheese didnt notice that it wasnt steak. They again charged me for steak. Im just fed up and wont go back again.

You now how you can go to different Subways and order the same sandwich but youll find that maybe the amount of meat varies from subway to subway with some being so stingy that the whole balance of the sandwich is thrown off. This one is not like that the last I ate here the sandwich was a BYO I had steak. It was well made with the proper amount of fillings. Service was prompt and friendly. I hope that they always keep their quality up. Five Stars from me.

It was nice experience staff is very nice especially reshma who made my sandwich it was very good I have tried other subways in Toronto and in guelph too but the best sandwich was made by reshma here. Food quality is best here and staff is also very nice.

Always Good experience with them! I mainly order online.. yesterday placed an order to have it toasted with cheese.. Order was good as always but I noticed this while throwing off the pack!! Made my Day!! Thank you to whoever it was, My partner picked up the order so dont know your name! But you are AMAZING!

They are charging more than 50% compared to other subways. On top of that, some of the components seem to have been stale. Not worth it at all

Staff observe proper hygiene- replacing gloves before handling food. Place always clean, not to mentiont the nice staff preparing my fresh sandwiches.

They basically close an hour early. Im trying to use a promo code. I have to order online apparently. But 1hr before store close you cant order online anymore. I am so GD sick of how disorganized Subway is. Half the stores dont participate in promos half the stores close an hour early and its always a gamble to which store operates in their way. Its dumb, zero stars for zero service.

The guy who served me around 5pm of September 11, 2022 is really a great guy because he takes time to prepare my 2 rice bowls orders and the presentation is the same as advertised. I commend this gentleman for promotion. Well deserved and truly an asset to Subway Food chain.

Constructive criticism: BEWARE OWNER! The person who works here later in the evening doesnt make bread. I have been in this situation twice where its only 8:30 pm (Closes at 10 pm) and she says she has no bread. She should be making more if there is none. She doesnt make more bread so she doesnt have to work. There are 2 hours left until the store closes but she doesnt have any bread. Whats the point of opening a Subway when there is no bread? I buy food from here every weekend so you know that I am not trying to spread hate. If the OWNER sees this, do something about this. You are losing a lot of customers and money.

The sub was fine. The single person behind the counter was swamped with 5 of us waiting, and was not well trained in the use of gloves for food prep vs the cash. Food was fresh, they were full stocked. As usual with Covid, washrooms were not available.

The Restaurant is As Clean As Whistle!.

They are mean with the toppings and you have to ask more Lettuce, more pickle..., You cant even taste either chicken or steak as is little bit. Too selfish with toppings.

Server thrown the sandwich after wrapping . Even while making the subway server was rude. Server was cleaning when I went. She didn t wash the hand and with that hand touched gloves and worn it. Ordered veggie subway but had to opt out few veggies due to bad qualities especially lettuce, pickle. Will never come again.worst experience

Always lie about losing washroom keys even that you are a customer. If someone needs urgent bathroom, they lie even if you are a customer. They do try NOT willingly make full scoope unless you make them aware of it. So dont be shy for asking to fill on how its advertised. Everything else ok

After finding out their chicken is 40-50% real depending what you buy; I was disgusted. There slogan is eat fresh far from. You re better off with McDonald s or Harvey s who is doing better and their meats are actually real. If you google it you will see which places are a better choice.

The store is good and clean and the staff are very nice. I ordered tuna footlong sub and egg footlong sub and it was very delicious.

Went in there on Thurs May 23rd around 8:30pm for a sub... there were two girls working. a nice small lighter skin girl, and a darker skin girl. (only way to identify, since I didnt see their names) The darker skin girl was the one who was making my sandwich.... Clearly didnt want to be there. Went so light on all the toppings it was as though she was the one paying for them out of her pocket. Slopped condiments on after I asked for more... Gave me 1 singular napkin. Bad experience. This place isnt usually like this... this girl just wanted to leave an impression.

Staff are very friendly and joke around . I only honestly get the roasted chicken on honey oat, but the bread is hot and baked perfectly. They will also grill it and make a wrap for you!

I love the food there but this afternoon when I bought sandwich and it had a hair in it. I know it wasnt my hair because my hair was covered. They need to ensure that the hygiene is up to standard.

I went there at sept 27 around 5:40, The girl inside(dark skin big eyes) is so miss behaving and rough to talk, It was really a bad experience for me there because i just ask her to add little bit more onions she was showing me there formula sheet saying i will just put 3 onions strips. She dont even listen to customer just doing her things This not a right way to do give service. They must take action against her Or eles i wont be coming here again And even the store was not at all clean, honeybees were roaming around

I was there for 15 min waiting coz of the cash machine was broken , my food a 1 and a half foot subway had drained food out of it which was watery. And I was charged $20 for 1.5 foot. No customer credit coz of my waiting and despite waiting I was over charged. Nevr recommend this place....awful experience

Service was fairly quick and was friendly enough. In a plaza and had some parking. Has some seating and you kind of know what to expect if youve ever had Subway before. Fairly standard. Washroom requires a key, and could have used a cleaning. Didnt have the bread at the time I wanted either. They werent really cheap with the amount of toppings they give you like some other locations. So it gets a passing grade.
