Don't order from here. This location consistently misses order notes on deliveries. I've sometimes received sandwiches with almost nothing but bread, and other times with requested ingredients missing. I've not had this issue with this location when ordering in person. Also, staff training on hygiene standards could be improved. Sure, they wear gloves when they prepare your sandwich, but then they touch everything else including the cash register with those same gloves. I've even witnessed a staff ember sneeze into her hand (with gloves) then prepare a sandwich...
Got a tuna subway and it tasted bad, even didn’t warm up the bread, cold food. It was my first time from this brunch and it was the worst food experience I had.
I've been to this subway numerous times and it alway the same results .. portions aren't even close to being up too par calories wise and you don't get any meat in ur sub ... lol they must be making four times the amount off of ever sale... smh
Order a delivery order through the Subway App and one of the sandwiches just wasn't included. Called the store to ask how it would be addressed; was told I was speaking to the owner "who knew all" in his words and that delivery isn't available through the App. Just continued to say this can't be, and eventually said he had a line he needed to serve. Said there would be no way to rectify this. Also had to call 6 times during non peak dining hours prior to someone answering. Can't see myself ordering from here again, though in the past experience has been satisfactory.
I was turned away when I tried to purchase food. I walked for an hour with sciatica just so I can have dinner and 15 minutes before they close the cashier register said they were no longer serving customers. I am appalled because I worked customer service as well and I’ve done closing shifts but I always tried to cater to my customer and the cashier didn’t even try to help. Disgusted and never coming back to subway ever again.
Food was amazing as usual, but the service was lacking. The sandwich artists kept double and triple checking our sandwich orders because they didn't seem to be communicating with eachother very well. Once we sat down a kid beside us accidentally dropped their drink. The dad immediately told the staff, and the quickly came to clean it. But an older woman in a nasty tone said "who did this?" within earshot of the kid. It wasn't his fault it was an accident and the comment was not necessary, especially in earshot of all the customers. Incredibly dissapointed with the staff this afternoon (Friday Feb, 16th. 2024).
An actually delicious sub! All the toppings were super fresh and Bahar gave friendly service and plenty of toppings evenly spread across. Haven't really liked Subway in a long time, but I'll go back to this location!!
I've been eating at this Subway location for years. I've always found the staff super friendly and professional. It's my go-to location in the Midtown area (I have 3-4 to choose from) . Shout out to Bahar and Hemanth who are really pleasant and always serve with a smile. Also my sandwich comes out exactly as I want it when I order via the app. Keep up the good work y'all.

The timing show it is open untill 11 but when we go 10 45 they said to us we r closed and even they didn t remove the open sign
January 20, 2023- I ve frequented this location on more than one occasion. Tonight, I purchased two 6 sandwiches and a few cookies. My method of payment was debit (tap). My bill was initially $18.14 but when I finished tapping and got my receipt (which I ll be attempting to add a copy of) I noticed that a tip amount of $3.26 was added to my bill which then changed my total to $21.40! Now I usually do not mind tipping, my issue is when it s not my choice! When I asked the cashier why a tip amount was automatically added, she claimed that it was because of me pressing the tip option/amt while paying debit. I then reminded her that she just saw me use the tap feature to pay. She wasn t really able to explain why I was charged automatically. She did refund me $3 but I still felt the need to make this review because if adding tips on a customers bill without their permission is something that subway (this location) normally does, then that is something they should rethink!
Tried to redeem a coupon and the server convinced me that the coupon doesnt apply. Tried on the subway app and the coupon works on the same item. The staff needs to be better educated, and I wasted my time here dealing with an incompetent cashier.
Incredibly kind staff!
The sandwich had a v-cut. Because of it, the meat was squished at the bottom of the sandwich and the sauces were literally falling off the sandwich off the veggies. The sandwich didnt taste like anything. Please bring the regular cut back on sandwiches.
Thursday July 6 at 8:30 went to buy multiple subs, the girl working there is very disrespectful, I was trying to add veggies and she didn t stop saying and, and, and, and this is not the first time she treats customers like this. She has no idea what customer service is. Next time I ll go to the one in Yonge st.
Everything is good I am a worker at this store and i just started a while ago, but the work atmosphere and everything is so good I dont have any burdon on my mind I am new to canada and when i first i came as a customer the service they gave me was absolutely amazing The quality is superior Thankyou!! Haven t been to this subway in long time, i went in September 8th around 4.30 and the person working the shift had the worst attitude ever. If you can t smile for customers you should at least avoid begin rude. The protein portion cup that he used to measure was less than half filled. When I asked to add pickles he proclaimed we don t normally add it even though I know for sure you can have whatever veggies you want in a bowl. Also the slowest service ever. The owner should personally look into it as this location was my regular spot and the guy that used to work here before knew how to treat customers.

Terrible service. The guy put the worst ingredients possible on the sandwich and when I asked for more sauce he just squirted way too much. Not friendly or enthusiastic at all, no smile nothing like someone is forcing to be there.
Don t ever order Uber eats from here takes over 40 minutes just for them to make a sandwich happens every time and is not a one off thing.

The cheese was stale, the sandwich was not toasted as requested. Only 1 type of cheese added instead of 2 as requested. There was too much mayo it was leaking out and I had to take most if it away. It was cold and tasted like a mayo sandwich. Hope its a one off issue as we like Subway.
This location had the best subway sandwich ive had so far. Staff was friendly. Food was fresh and much better quality than other locations even. This will be my go to from now on. 5 stars for the overall experience.

Worst sandwiches r made on this locations. Their veggies r tripping over the meat they are suppose to put sauces on meat instead they put on veggies. Most of crew making sandwiches need training. They dont wash hands before wearing gloves which is aganist food safety protocols and even subway trainings manuals. God bless the customers.

I usually eat subway a few times a months. Since I dont cook at all.but this place is by far the worst fast-food place, not just for a subway. The 2 sub I got were mad dry. Very little meat . And they even cheap out on veggies. I will never go back. You would think restaurants are struggling so they would at least try to keep their current customers happy. But at least do the minimum subway standard.
Decent Subway experience
Subway is by far the worst fast food place ever. The only reason anyone would ever go there is convenience / because its quick. Today I ordered an English Muffin with egg. She had to microwave the bread cause it was frozen. It came out so nasty (bread barely staying together) and was unedible. On top of it she tries to charge me $6.50 for a $3 item (try using you head). They also did not enforce social distancing (during Covid-19), and I suddenly found myself surrounded by a dozen high school students mid order. Everything they sell is frozen other than the loaves of bread they make, which makes their veggies gross at times. How the heck did Subway convince the public that eating a loaf of bread is healthy anyway? And as far as customer service goes, most of the staff are unpleasant and not very sharp, though I will say this location has 1 stand out employee (a friendly young man of middle east decent). Who the heck are these people giving 4 & 5 star reviews?! Either they have never eaten anywhere good in their life or they are fake. Subway is the absolute worst.
The server we met during our visit at 8 pm today was very thorough. He ensured good hygiene and did a great job!

Great Subway location. Everything you would expect from a Subway plus great staff on top. Its a little out of the way so its never overly busy. The only exception to this is weekdays at lunch time during the school year. Lots of students from the near by schools come for lunch and fill the whole place up. Other than that this place is perfect!

Subway regular at this location, staff are friendly, and while lunches are usually always busy due to the nearby schools, staff always find a way to keep the line moving while providing great service.
Subways is always a go to of mine when I need to have a quick bite for lunch. The chicken noodle soup is a personal favourite of mine! Great service, lovely cookies. It might be busy at lunch, there are many schools around, and students looking for a sub.

Visiting the area, went for lunch, service was not the greatest. The lady that was working seemed like she didnt want to be there.... Service was minimal and she seemed almost annoyed because my kids were ordering subs that were not exactly standard.
People here are nice, and the sandwiches are good. However, the place is pretty cramped, and beware of the hordes of schoolchildren that come in around noon every weekday.
Great Place. Hands down my favorite subway restaurant location. Great ppl working there.
