I had a chicken shawarma wrap, and it was absolutely delicious! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making my first visit a fantastic experience. They patiently guided me through the menu, which I really appreciated.
So I was dropping off my friend at Lansdowne station and I happen to park in front of this restaurant. I looked up saw the sign, and then saw the name and laughed because it’s Pita and Pierogies. I know that Toronto is known for a fusion, but I had never seen a place like this yet. I walked In and was greeted by a very friendly person. I asked what kind of pierogies come decide with the chicken schnitzel I was given a selection. I was very excited and I got the chicken schnitzel with Kapusta pierogies. I picked up my food that was made fresh to order which I was really happy about, Home and I got stuck on a phone call. Once I took a bite, I was so happy so satisfied and I’m really excited to come back and try other dishes. The shit was crunchy and the perfect texture for my preference, The pierogies were cooked perfectly great seasoning and the dough was just right. I wholeheartedly recommend this place and I can’t wait to come back. Sorry for the long review, but it was really that good!
Great food, the falafel were a bit undercooked. Other than that, the hummus was great and the pita was soft!
Ordered a dinner plate, the chicken was crispy and so tasty.. I asked for some extra toppings and the guy didn’t even charged me .. so generous and polite . overall great service Thank you Gaurav Will definitely suggest it to my friends and family.
This establishment is the perfect example why people don’t want to go out for food these days I payed $18 for some rice, fries and a bit of chicken. I asked for 2 extra packets of ketchup and was told it was extra. 2 packs of ketchup for my $18 meal!? Being so frugal on basic things like this at a restaurant will be its demise over time.
Just had this delicious shawarma from Pitaboss. The food was delicious the staff was polite and its great weather outside. It’s One of the best places to have shawarma in Toronto. The prices as compared to other stores are low but the quality of food that you are getting is excellent. I would definitely recommend it to all my friends and colleagues. Thanks for the great food. Update: Now the store is not accepting orders over the phone and they have shifted to square and other platforms and i found it helpful to save time and to get hot food on the go.
We went to Pita Boss on a fine weekend. We ordered the Steak Dinner and the Boss Dinner. We ordered them all mild. The steak was really well done and in combination with the garlic sauce, the flavours really popped. It was also served with some fries as well but I did find those fries to be a little bit more crunchy than I personally like. Overall the food was amazing and I do see myself coming here again when I am around Dundas West.
Alot of places have fresh cut chicken shawarma, and like alot of the other places, their fresh cut chicken shawarmas are amazing! But if something doesn't make them stand out from the rest then they'd get a 3 or 4 out of 5. Introduce the Pizza Shawarmas! All the ingredients from their chicken shawarmas, except after being cut the meat is seasoned with spices and broth on the flat top to make it extra moist, then the pizzas are grilled in a woodfire oven! As its the only chicken shawarma pizza I've had, its technically the best ever! But apart from being the only its legitimately delicious tasting too.
awesome spot for some bomb shawarma!!!
Food was substituted as they didn t have pierogi ready, food was cold, wait time was long - very disappointing!
Plz note: Google searched it as halal restaurant...but its not halal...
Perfect blend of cuisines
I really enjoyed eating here last week with my dad. We shared one order of pierogis and chicken on the sticks. Pierogis were good but the shawarma was our favourite. The chicken and sauce was great snd fries were amazing! The staff there on Wednesday evening was so kind and accommodating to our arrival just before closing. I will be back when I m in the area!
Disappointing perogy for having perogy in the name
If it were not a takeout, I d definitely ask for a full refund. The food was awfully salty and dry. It didn t match the description or the photo on the board. The staff was polite and friendly; however, the food was terrible and a waste of money. I am never coming back again. Vegetarian options: Only 1-2 available options.
This place used to be 5 stars, but the new ownership has changed it to 1 star. Food from the original pita menu has been changed for the worse, and the food on the new perogy menu is lackluster. After waiting for the new owners to take over (this process was confusing and caused us to show up to find a locked door when their hours claimed they were open), we finally got a chance to order takeout one using their website. Everything was bad - service and food. We arrived at the pickup time, and it took an extra 20 minutes while the employee seemed annoyed that we ordered so much food (it was 3 main dishes and 1 dessert). The shawarma was so salty and the garlic sauce was flavourless. The pierogies were limp and boring, and the dessert blueberry ones seemed like used store-bought pie filling in a can. The schnitzel was decent, but not good enough to make up for the rest of the food. We used to go here at least once a month before the change, but now were never going back. So disappointing that this place is no longer an option in the neighbourhood.
Not worth it very less quantity i spent $32 for two shawarma plates !! Not recommended
This place is new and on the right track to become good. Food is plentiful, well made and decently priced, albeit it can use some more flavour IMO. Service is friendly and timely, although there was only one person when we were there. We wish them success and will keep coming back and monitoring future improvements.
THE SERVICE WAS AMAZING!!! Absolutely the sweetest owners!! And the food was SOOOO delicious
Very good food, and amazing owners
Foods good. But the portions size are disappointing (containers keep getting smaller)
Very yummy! Had the mixed serving perogies. Wasnt busy when I was there and Tania was really nice! I plan to come back
Great neighbourhood spot! Food is always great and fairly priced. I was just there and watched Ashraf work the place by himself while keeping a smile on his face, being polite to everyone who entered for an order while thanking every person for their patience. Have been coming here and will continue!
Great vegan perogi and falafel options! Really friendly staff.
Revising my 5 stars to 2 stars. New ownership must have made some changes. What was once a reliable lunch spot seems to have gone downhill. Payed 13 dollars for chicken shwarma with not very fresh ingredients and a piece of plastic in the shwarma. Two stars since the service was good, however.
Delicious
I ordered the chicken pita, it was absolutely terrible. The chicken tasted off and we waiting awhile for our order because there was only one person working. I will never come back. What a waste of money.
I was pleasantly surprised that this place combines two cuisines - Ukrainian and Mediterranean. Very tasty combo of perogies and cabbage rolls, I really liked the pita with chicken and salad. Everyone can come and find something for themselves, because there are many variations of food. In a word, this place is worth coming, trying and falling in love with what is prepared.
Ordered 2 chicken shwarma salads. There was about a quarter cup of Lettuce. 2 slices of bad tomato. The chicken was too salty to eat. The whole thing shouldnt have been served like that, it was quite bad, sorry. I called to share and was told it would be taken as feedback. $46 for 2 unedible meals. Pretty dissapointing.
Server very slow ..only one person working. Portions were very small in comparison to their prices. Much better shawarma options in the city in both taste, quality and prices. Very disappointing
This place used to be really good. Delicious and reliable food. However they hardly answer their phones anymore, they seem to close whenever they want, and the food is never consistent anymore. Portion sizes fluctuate, as well as the temperature of the meal (last two orders have been ice cold), and the employees clearly don t want to be there.
Amazing food. Friendly service. Lovely environment. I eat here weekly while working or listening to a podcast. Love this place.
Mediocre excuse for Mediterranean shawarma.
Food was good and the guys behind the cash register was patient and kind
Ordered perogies from them and they were amazing highly recommend!!
Amazing restaurant! Great food and great people! Truly care about their clientele and offer helpful suggestions / modifications , the perogys were amazing as well !
Dont eat here. Terrible service.
Got chicken on fries, small portion for the price.
So had the worst service ups experience today the so called manage was rude disrespectful and no help. Your are paying $15 more and the food he gave me parely had no sald at bottom of what i had orded. He helled at me. I saked to speak to the owner and said he would give me the number and insted he gave me the store number. Would not give me a refund and lied about the number he gave me very disappointed with the professionalism.....the worse service I have ever got the so called manager no people skills. Very upset
Thanks Gaurav for the best service.. Really Appreciate the way of assisting and order fulfilment with excellent taste and service Thank you. Food : 5/5
Wrap is really tasty and better than tim hortons, today we try samosas it really delicious.staff is friendly.
Thanks gaurav for a the best service. Really like the food. Food
Taste is ehh and only one employee serving at lunch time
EDIT: This same meal now costs $20 Best and sauciest shawarma in Toronto! So delicious and always super filling. Love this place!
Super juicy shawarmazz
When I walked in the door, the guy at the register looked at me real quick then I watched him start to put on his plastic gloves for food handling. The place was empty just me and him. I kept my focus on those gloves. He then asked me what I would like to order I say chicken Shawarma and side of rice.He says OK and he types in the price into the computer register, with the same gloves, Then I press tap and pay. Then I sit down and watch him. He still wearing the gloves. He puts the rice on to the little frying pan. Then he grabs the big chicken Shawarma that is connected to the pole that rotates, that they slice up for when people order Shawarma. He grabs both ends of the pole with the big Shawarma on it and takes it into the big freezer into the room.Still wearing the same gloves. Then as he s coming out, he closes the door by grabbing the door handle with the same gloves. Then he grabs the frying pan handle and move the rice around a bit. Then he goes to start making my chicken Shawarma with the same gloves. He opens up the pita wrap then he puts the toppings into the Pita wrap, using his GLOVES not a spoon. Then he rolls up the chicken Shawarma wrap using the same gloves. So he has basically touched up the register, touched up the frying pan handle, grab the two ends of the chicken Shawarma iron when moving it into the freezer room. Then he probably touched up some more things in the freezer room, then he closed the door handle with the gloves, and then with all those bacteria and germs that he has collected on purpose, he then massages, all those bacteria and germs into my food. And his brain set this whole chain of events up as soon as he seen, the black guy walk into the store. He is so smart, deceitful, meticulous, sneaky and mentally ill. He is a Indian man, about 30 to 40 years old with kind of long hair, and some facial hair and wearing two white AirPods, Unless you are Indian or Pakistani, please be careful and if you are black, please do not put your health at risk by ordering food from there. He will try to contaminate your food, regardless of how polite you speak to him. If the owner is reading this comment, If you confront this guy about what he s doing by contaminating the gloves and massaging those germs into peoples food then you might stop him from doing that with the gloves but then what s next ? is he going to change his approach to how he contaminates peoples food? Is he going to put some thing in one of the sauce bottles? and then only going to use the one specific sauce bottle for the person that he wants to inflict with who knows what? How would anybody even know? Why is a person who is inclined to contaminate strangers food based on there appearance even allowed to work there? TO THE OWNER OR MANAGER: Unless that guy gets removed from the workplace, you are complicit in this behaviour and any harm that comes to unsuspecting customers.
The chicken plate was really good. And I liked the Barbican drink Recommended dishes Chicken Shawarma Platter
Glory be to Allah
One of the best shawarma joints in GTA. Must try spot.
Food is very tasty, fries is crunchy. Portion is good. However, the food is a bit greasy and salty. The price is a bit pricy. The tables arent very clean.
Very good menu, delicious food! Been here many times in the last few weeks, each time have been awesome!
Food taste changed. Not like it used to be. potion size not enough for $20 meal
Good shawarma
Updated post. Ive been getting food from here since they opened on Bloor. The past few months you cannot order food online. 90% of the time when I try to call to order instead no one answers the phone. I do try to call twice a few minutes a part. So I end up walking over and ordering; a little inconvenient but I thought whatever. Saturday evening this happens again, and I walk over to find they are closed? Im done going here, will just order shawarma from somewhere else in the neighbourhood.
Ordered a falafel wrap..extra spicy. Freshly made...great service...lots of room to eat inside. Highly recommended
Best shawarma!
Literally the worst falafel Ive ever had in a city that has produced some incredibly bad falafel sandwiches. Avoid this place at all costs.
Decent pita restaurant on Bloor just west of Dundas.
I saw them on Uber Eats with a buy one get one chicken dinner and figured I d give it a shot. My containers arrive immediately half empty with rice that is overcooked and meat that is rubbery and drowned in far too much sauce. The entire container was covered in oil. It wasn t warm but I blame that more on the delivery time than them. It has the worst shawarma in the city and I ve tried easily 50+ establishments. Save yourself the money and potential food poisoning. Now if you ll excuse me, I ve got a gnarly stomachache to take care of. Update: Yeah, this place definitely isn t it. I threw up so hard that my nose started bleeding.
They are super slow! They dont even get as much orders as osmos but yet they are very very slow! I have been there twice and its been disappointing both the times. The shawarma wrap is still acceptable. Recently I ordered chicken on the rice and some of the chicken pieces were just tasting raw. The food tasted salty. All i could wonder is that, the guy was preparing just one order and yet it was so bad.
I stop here while going back home from work and this place is must visit, their food is fresh and well cooked. The service here is very fast and efficient.
Its average but cheap
Bomb food!
I had the Mixed Dinner with chicken and steak, and it was very flavorful, especially with the garlic sauce. The portion was big and reasonably priced. The workers were also friendly and provided good service. I definitely recommend and do see myself going back again!
Good food and better service...not the same Sharma as served in ottawa
First time here and I was completely satisfied. Im always trying to find good shawarma places in the city and this is a keeper. I got the shawarma chicken salad for $12.99+tax. I was a little disappointed that they didnt have beef on the rotisserie. They do have steak tho. I liked the sauces, the garlic was great and they put plenty! I LOVE spicy and at 1st I didnt think hot sauce was that hot but the kick definitely came in soon after.
Flavour is what I go there for.
I usually get super disappointed buying Shawarmas. This specific branch was different. Not only the staff was nice and attending but also the food was good and actually tasty. I bought the Chicken on Fries and it was surprisingly good. Thank you.
Got the Final Boss Special. Its their signature wrap. Made of chicken shawarma PLUS beef strips and pineapples. The meats were extremely juicy. And the sauce WOW. Super tasty and very flavourful. The meat and the vegetables are fresh and meat marinated well. Portion is huge. Love it! Worth my bucks and I m defo coming back.
By far the best Mediterranean food in town!
Actually The Boss when it comes to shawarma!
Great shawarma and great place to go! Must try!
Tried their Chicken Shawarma Dinner platter and have to say it was the best shawarma I ve ever had. Highly recommend this place to everyone.
The pineapple in the shawarma is such a game changer. Absolutely loved it!
One of the best shawarma joint in the town. Got their chicken shawarma and it was delicious.
Best shawarma in Toronto.
I recently stumbled upon this shawarma place that I just have to recommend. The food is delicious and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Its the perfect spot for a quick, satisfying meal on the go. P.S. the hot souse is no joke Recommended dishes
Just alright for a chicken on rice meal. Too little rice, more than average chicken. Hot sauce tasted like an Indian curry more than anything for shawarma.
It s taken me a while to find a shawarma that I really enjoy consistently. Always delicious. The steak for the steak shawarma is super juicy. I hope more places discover this place. Also the staff who work there always seem really kind.
PitaBoss is just flat out delicious! Get the Final Boss shawarama definitely !!!!
The Final Boss is an absolute must try! Beats any other shawarma place in GTA
My go to spot for comfort food!
I got the Uber special 2fo1. Not worth the price, at all. Very cheap on the quantity. Very cheap
Great service and a lovely ambience.
Simply the best!!! Taste, portion, atmosphere, prices and over all experience, everything on point! Please open more locations in GTA!
Being a Foodie myself I tried pita boss and was blown away! Absolutely recommend one the best places for dining and take out, there meat is juicy and tender! Cant wait to go there again soon!
When u serve Tahiti you need to open it up with water. It is not served as a paste. You mix it with water and lemon and salt. Overall one of the worst in the city. You guys need to really revalue the product
The Food tastes amazing. Highly Recommend
Definitely coming back! Food is delicious and staff is kind. V helped us out with our order and was informative.
The plates here are very tasty! Had it a couple times and I was happy each time! Good flavour and good portion. One thing to note is that the specials priced online apparently is not correct
Perfect for breakfast, lunch, dinner . Best falafel in the town. Staff is super friendly and nice. Do visit you guys this restaurant is amazing!!!!!!!!!! :)
Miss this place - powered me through my research program and are the sole reason I am in residency!
Its existence is purely a blessing for me and my friends! We go here almost every week! Keep it up team pita boss!
Falafel plate was excellent
Decent beef shawarma with fries, but prices have snuck up aggressively recently.
Best Pita in town. Highly recommended!
Great food and amazing service
Im picky with shawarma but I really enjoyed it here! Also the owner is really nice which is always great to see, good service overall!
They have the best menu ever. Great food, excellent quality and very polite staff. My go to place for Shawarma!
There was no mixed shawarma, I mean, I walked so long to get there and there wasnt any.
Best shawarma place, insane flavor, kind employees, best 1
Hands-down the best shawarmas in town. Amazing service and taste.
Recently visited this place with friends and loved the food there. The staff is also very friendly. Highly recommended
Vegetarian options: The ambiance and food quality is really good
Excellent fast service with amazing food quality! Best shawarma spot in the GTA.
Best steak on fries I ever try
One of the best shawarma in town!!
Amazing shawarmas! Try this place if you re looking for good quality food! Highly recommended.
good selection of choices and always ready fresh
Amazing taste in food and great service.
Excellent customer service and good food
The food was so average and the quantity of the salad for the platter wasnt satisfying. Usually other shops give out salads and other vegetables but its strange how I didnt get anything in this. Not worth for the 18$ to pay
Great Food!
The food was cooked really well. I would get the sauce on the side for the gyros and add it as needed. I personally didnt like the tanginess of the sauce, which kind of messed up the full experience for me.
Visited Pitaboss with my family after hearing great things about it from some friends! There was great variety in the menu and the quantity was good, as well as the quality of the food. Will definitely visit again!
I had food at this place during my visit to Canada earlier this year. I loved the quality and the quantity of food. And the service was outstanding too. Bravo! Must visit!!
My husband has been praising this place for years ... I finally took his word for it and tried it myself. I usually dont like to hype or compliment a restaurant too much after 1 visit.... But these guys deserve it. Quality food, quality spice, polite staff & the owner has done a fantastic job. Recommended to all! (get the FINAL BOSS plate or shawarma)
This restaurants name should be changed to FOOD FROM HEAVEN! The best food in Toronto!
Got a falafel plate and chicken shawarma plate. Both were pretty bad. Wouldnt recommend when so many other decent places in the area. They also didnt give me salad or hummus with the chicken plate and just cold potatoes.
Quick, easy and tasty dinner option!
Pita Boss is a delicious shawarma restaurant that left me craving more. Their flavourful shawarmas were a delightful treat.
Food: Good, but a wider traditional selection of pita/sharwarma type sauces would be great. But the selection of sauces and toppings were all pretty good even so. Service: Great. Guy behind the counter was super helpful, and professional. Atmosphere: Nice and big, but didnt really have much character. Nice use of pipe DIY furniture, etc.
Order on uber, cold rice.
Vegetarian options: I was surprised by the hospitality and how much attention they paid to me being a vegetarian and still come up with a delicious meal !! Food
Service was great and food tasted excellent. Great value of money. Keep up the good quality.
Excellent Food with clean place to sit and eat. Very friendly ppl who take your order.
One of those guilty pleasures I cannot resist. A place I can always rely on for top food quality and service! Really looking forward to trying the rest of the menu !!
Chicken shawarma was tasty. I liked that they offer it over greek salad. The only problem the ventilation was not good and there was a heavy smell inside. Food
Very delicious chicken shawarma wraps! They were fresh and hot and even a bit crunchy on the outside as they grill them after!!!
food was really yummy
By far the worst middle eastern place I ve tried in the city of Toronto. I got the falafel plate and my BF got the chicken shawarma. And I should ve took pictures. The portions was crazy small for the price. The presentation unappetizing, and the flavour wasn t there. I ve had better falafel in a food court no cap. -1 star
Their garlic and hot sauces are probably the best of all shawarma places around. Decent portion sizes and very friendly staff.
Great taste. Chicken wraps are a must try. 5 stars for Garlic Mayo, too good!
Id consider myself a shawarma connoisseur. LOL Well, this has got to be the best chicken shawarma I have ever had! I honestly have it at least once a week. The combination of the shawarma and hot sauces pairs perfectly with the generous helping of fresh veggies and delicious, juicy chicken. Decently priced too!
I first went to pita boss maybe a year ago and I was left speechless. The food was spot on, and the store itself had this amazing feeling. Me my brother and some of our friends sat down and decided what to order, everything that we got was amazing! I prefer this restaurant to other places like ozmos or lazees, Just because of how underrated it is!
Excellent food - Adnan
Went here for the falafel shwarma platter and was really disappointed with the portion size especially when comparing to what the other places nearby offer for the same price.
They have good chicken shawarma and also have good offers for students if any nearby college student is looking for a meal.
Tasty falafel! Just wished the portions were a bit larger for the price we pay
Sells good shwarmas, exxcelent experience and good value food.
Service was good and food was tasty. However the portions are very small for what I got. I got a chicken shawarma on rice regular size which cost 14$ including tax and it was definitely not worth the price. I could have paid half that price somewhere else and would have gotten more food. The container was less than half full with food.
Someone recommended this place to me and being a food lover, I can say that the experience was great. Everything we ordered was extremely delicious, even the staff was so polite and respectful. Their customer service is great and the atmosphere adds on to it. Ill definitely go there again and would suggest this place to anyone who is a fan of good food.
Didn t like
Cold food. No seasoning. Veggies not ripe. Avoid!!!
Do not bother trying. Should have gotten the hint when they re dead at lunch time and schools nearby are on lunch. Cold rice, dry hard to chew shawarma. Go try 2 Bros on Lakeshore for real shawarma. The potato was just a plain potato, no seasoning. Hot sauce was good I guess.
It was really oily
Well above expectations. I had never tried pita boss and was craving shawarma. You eat w your eyes first amiright? So beautifully presented for a takeaway joint. The sauces were saucy! Just super delicious and satisfied my need for shawarma. Nice and fresh, chicken delightful, on crispy not soggy fries. Fast delivery with DD.
A decent place to eat shawarma in this area of Toronto, the food was delicious a little bit oily but still tasty with a good portion enough for one person The service was quick we didnt wait much and the stuff were friendly The price we paid for a medium size was 11$ Which is correct in the area and for the quality of the shawarma Highly recommended for a halal place to eat
Half filled plate for $18 with hair in food and salad that wasn t fresh.
Pita Boss has become my go-to spot for the ultimate shawarma experience. The flavors are simply unbeatable, with the perfect blend of spices that ignite my taste buds. The meat is always tender, and the fresh veggies add a delightful crunch. The warm pita wraps everything together seamlessly. The friendly staff and quick service make every visit a pleasure. Pita Boss has mastered the art of creating mouthwatering shawarmas, and I cant recommend them enough for a satisfying and delicious meal!
Craving a satisfying meal? Look no further than Pita Boss. Fresh ingredients, bold flavors, and a menu that caters to various tastes. A culinary adventure awaits!
This place is mega delicious.
Keep coming back for more love the food
Last night I decided to take a walk in the neighbourhood and wanted to try a Chicken Shawarma Wrap from Pita Boss. I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the food. The pita was hard, the chicken was very salty and the portion in the wrap was very little. I was also over charged for my wrap, the website and menu in store advertises $8.99 and I was charged more before without any explanation except this is the price, you can tap to pay. I will never return here again based on my poor experience.
Soft bread, tender meat, great pita overall
PitaBoss offered the best quality of food Ive had in agesssss! I now know what my go to place will be. Be sure to head over ASAP!
Vegetarian options: Nice place to eat Food
Best pita in GTA
Definitely a hidden gem. Amazing service and food. Cant go wrong with the chicken shawarma
Best shawarma in town hands down
We came in very hungry and craving shawarmas. I got a chicken shawarma wrap and my friend got a falafel wrap cuz she is vegetarian. The food was made quickly and we had student discounts and got free drinks. W. The shawarma was so do good and every bite was delicious. We ate that up in like 10min. Very good experience. 100% recommend.
I ordered falafel wrap. All I could taste were the sauce in the wrap. There were different sauces and a lot of it that I couldn t taste falafel at all. The quantity of vegetables were close to none. It tasted like bread wrapped in chipotle sauce . . Not good.
I quite enjoyed the food. Though I havent been there in person I have ordered through under eats. Havent disappointed me so far!. Had the chicken on rice and additional toppings and the sauce flavor is good!
Great quality flavourful chicken, tasty rice, delicious hot sauce.
Excellent falafel wrap and chicken shawarma wrap. VERY tasty. Ask for less hot sauce as its oil-based and a bit heavy.
Gem in Toronto!
[UPDATE: Current 2 star review] They changed their menu and prices and unfortunately its just way too pricey now. A meal that used to be like $13.99 (chicken shawarma on rice) is now $22.99 and the only difference is that they added a CAN of pop. Portion sizes have shrunk. There is no option to order without the $9 can of pop, lol. Just not worth it. I ordered every week until this menu update, but wont be ordering again. Previous 5 star review: I m obsessed with Pita Boss tbh. Best shawarma in the west end for sure. I wish they sold their hot sauce by the bottle. So good.
Absolutely wonderful food! Service was great, food quality was unmatchable and service was extraordinary. Cant wait going there again!
Good place and good
Usually shawarma platter comes with chicken/beef, rice and salad and sauce. With that knowledge I ordered shawarma platter and to my surprise it was just chicken over rice. I was really tired and hungry so without questioning I just ate it. But I will never go back there because, 1. the guy didnt inform me , the shawarma platter doesnt come with anything else, though I paid extra for a larger size. 2. It clearly says on their menu in brackets (served with rice salad etc) which is not the case
I tried steak shawarma from this shop and it was . I think all should give a try
Vegetarian options: Falafel shawarma
The perfect wrap. Period. Everything about it is perfect. Chicken in every bite even to the end. Chicken has flavour unlike any other! Chicken is tender, and not dry. Well-distributed sauce. Sauce in the first bite. Doesnt ooze out sauce at the bottom of the wrap. I never add onions, but because of Pita Boss, I will now get onions in my wraps. Crispy pita. Pita is perfect thickness. Doesnt crack even though the wrap was generously filled with loots. But its not so thick that you get mouthfuls of pita. Wonderful service. Went on the $1 shawarma day (July 23) and they didnt slack on the loots. Veggies are fresh. Everythings fresh. Leftovers still good. *chefs kiss*
Recently visited this place during their promotional offer of $1 Chicken shawarma and was pleasantly surprised to realize how nice it was. Would definitely recommend to try it, fresh, tasty and very filling. I also purchased their fresh Baklava but didnt like it, so will not suggest to buy, was barely anything like the real deal.
The plates were filling and delicious!
Taste and quantity are both phenomenal. Tried the chicken shawerma wrap and chicken on fries.
Top class shawarma in downtown. Staff is very much welcoming and the service was top notch. Far far better than Ali Babas shawarma. Definitely recommend this place and would like to visit again.
Good choice for shwarma its decently priced and really filling the cooks and front workers are really cool too so whats not to like
Best place with value and quantity. Man knows my order everytime i come in
I got food poising yesterday !!! The food tasted spoiled I knew something was off
Terrible service - said they accepted cash but didn t have change, another time it was a 20 minute wait for an order of a wrap. Avoid this place!
Great food, definitely recommend the final boss
One of the best shawarmas in the city. Always fresh and flavorful.
The best in town. Excellent customer service and Shawarma tastes the best.
One of the best Shawarmas in the downtown area. They should open more locations across Toronto.
The food is good, but why do they have to put pita in the salad? I specifically ordered something with rice and potatoes - not bread. But now I cant eat the salad. At least its in a separate container. They should really mention that on the menu, as it isnt a default that I would expect in salad.
Ordered the Flafel wrap one of the worst and driest I ve ever had
Very genuine staff, dangerously delicious food
The service is amazing and the food is affordable and tasty. I come here all the time and is definitely worth it. Highly recommended!
I was lost but I found this amazing place. Wraps are extremely delicious
Good dailey specials.
Great spot! Really flavorful food but, prices are far to high.
Got a chicken shwarma wrap, Really small portions. Barely any fillings. You re paying for the pita. Not worth the money.
These guys would have to stuff their wraps better, Ive received just peace of pita with some chicken and lettuce. Had to get one more wrap for lunch from another place.
Phoned in an order of an appetizer hummus and pita bread. Cant believe that that could be screwed up but I ended up starving the whole day at work...they sent me with a wrap, with lettuce that was drenched in sauces..and I am guessing some hummus..I phoned Immediately and he said he will take my name down and when I call back in they will fulfill my actual order for free. I called in today (it happened yesterday) and they wont do it so I spent 12 bucks on absolutely nothing because these tools cant follow basic instructions. Awesome...glad my hard earned money is wasted because of horrible customer service. I work at a business right beside them and will make sure I tell everyone to go elsewhere. Thank you for ruining my takeout meal of the week and ruining my day! Spend my money wisely!
Had a great experience eating their famous final boss wrap. Staff is very cooperative. The food taste great.
