The sashimi here is next level. Every bite is perfection—fresh, flavorful, and incredibly satisfying. It’s my husband and I go-to spot when we’re craving high-quality sashimi. The variety and attention to detail make it a standout experience every time.
So fresh the Sashimi Box was great cuts were thick. Sososo good. Everything was high grade and tasty. While it is pricy the quality makes it well worth it. Paid about $25.
The sushi is incredibly fresh and flavorful, and the environment is clean and cozy. The staff is friendly and attentive—will definitely visit again!
One of the best sushi restaurants in Canada! The food quality is amazing! A little bit pricey but totally worthy!! Everything is fresh and upper grade! However remember to order ahead for taking out to avoid the lineup in peak hours.
Sushi + sun = vitamin D. What a combo 😎 Upper grade sushi in an user friendly and casual setting. Very fresh fish. Neat to see the staff preparing the food in the open kitchen. Great value and generous portions. Especially love dining on the patio in a sunny open space ! Great place to revisit and frequent.
So far, been here twice and both times I’ve ordered the make your own donburi and really enjoyed it as fish is always fresh. So delish. This is me and my family’s new favourite go to place for fresh and yummy sashimi, sushi and donburi. Always fresh, very delish, reasonably priced and great customer service
Today was my first time eating here. I ordered the make your own sashimi box. It was really good, so decided to order 1 more box to share with family. I been to many sushi places near yonge but this place has good fair price then other places I have went. Highly recommended! I will visit again for sure.
Once I discovered this new sushi spot, we managed to order from there 3x in 2 weeks which is insane. The quality of the sushi at a reasonable price was unbeatable. The sushi platter was well presented in a wooden box. This is a very busy takeout shop with limited seating for those who are lucky enough to find a seat. It is recommended to order online and pick it up at the scheduled time. There are a good variety of Japanese snacks, Swiss rolls, and drinks available in the fridge area. The aesthetics were very simple and clean. All good things about this place. Def my new go-to for sushi orders.
The food is good and reasonably priced. But their service is TERRIBLE. I know up exactly when they open and they say that it s 45 min wait because of online orders. Meanwhile we tried to order online the same morning, the system won t allow for it.
For the quality, value, flexibility and choices, J-San is still at or near the top of my go-to casual Japanese eatery list. Tonights bowl of Chirashi, with super-fresh toppings of Salmon Belly, Hamachi, Kampachi, Botan Ebi, Hokkaido Scallops, BC Uni and Ikura was less than $40!......No bad! Not bad at all!
Highly recommend doing take out instead of dine in
This is our first time trying the party D. It is so fresh and sashimi tastes great! The package is very well designed for take out. It provides sufficient sauces. We will definitely revisit it again!!!!
The staff with a strong HK English accent was very impatient and rude. His English couldn t explain himself and then got mad at clients.
Sushi is top quality, and theyre very organized. Packaging is clean and neat.
The sashimi is very fresh and good value for money
Top tier takeout sushi. Definitely expensive but worth every penny. The fish is consistently high quality and the slices are generous and thick.
This place sells the freshest and arguably the best sashimi in Toronto. It s a hidden gem, but it operates as a self-service shop, and the wait time is oh-so-long.
This is the best sushi in Toronto.
Tasty Japanese sushi and sashimi. Very fresh and tick cut sashimi.
Still my favourite sushi restaurant in Toronto! Staff are nice and helpful, sushi is fresh and yummy Food : 5/5
The food quality is excellent, and the sushi is fresh. Despite being a bit pricey, its definitely worth a try.
This place really slow sometimes hopefully go faster of our food!!
I don t understand why anyone would pay restaurant prices, wait for a long time for the order, and regular quality food takeout? My recommendation is to NOT bother unless you have lots of time n money to spare, and don t know how to waste it. Food
Fresh an delicious sushi
the lady told me that since they ran out of tuna, they ll serve tilapia instead (for those that don t know, tilapia is super cheap). when i opted for a fish like snapper, she said tilapia and snapper are the same thing. i challenged her on this and she doubled down instead. noped out of there real quick, what a waste of time
The sashimi is very fresh and the price is right
Great fresh sushi but not enough sitting place during lunchtime. It is better to order ahead and take out. Parking is easy on the area.
Vegetarian options: Plenty of vege only options available Parking: Plenty of free exterior parking, paid parking garage free for 3 hours. Food : 5/5 |
Staff are nice and the food is awesome!
It is mainly a take out sushi place but they have some tables for you to eat in. You need to buy the food at the counter. Sashimi is pretty fresh and in large piece but they are not the top grade. Vegetarian options: They offer cucumber and avocado rolls. Wheelchair accessibility: Not quite suitable for wheelchair
My friends and I had a great lunch at J San Sushi. From the outside, the restaurant looked clean and well-maintained, with clear, welcoming signage. Inside, it was bustling with people grabbing lunch with family and friends. Ordering was seamless, with quick and efficient counter service, and despite the rush, our order arrived quickly. Here s what we ordered: #252 Party Tray B: This beautifully arranged bento showcased why the restaurant was popular. It was smaller than I anticipated, but each item in the box was meticulously crafted. The sashimi slices were generously thick, fresh, and tasted clean and delicious. Each sushi piece came with a unique, torched topping, like salmon brushed with teriyaki glaze and shrimp with a touch of mayo. The rolls were just as impressive. The Market Roll, featuring shrimp tempura topped with scallops, stood out. It looked and tasted luxurious, with black tobiko adding a caviar-like touch. The Ultimate Dragon Roll was also a highlight, packed with shrimp tempura, crab meat, and avocado, then topped with salmon and spicy mayo. I paired it with some wasabi for that perfectly balanced bite. While the quality and presentation exceeded expectations for a fast-serve spot, seating is limited and can be a bit tight during peak hours. Prices are reasonable for the quality, though the portion could be larger. Still, I see myself coming back to J San Sushi for takeout. All in all, this is a perfect spot for high-quality, fuss-free sushi.
I ate some fish sashimi on the way, very fresh, great
This has been our go-to sushi take out place the last couple years and we always enjoyed their fresh fishes. The sashimi were in good size, the portion of rice and fish in the sushi were also nicely proportioned . We always build our own box with the price came to $120-150 each time for the orders of sushi/sashimi for just 2 people (and we are not big eaters, so its not cheap for takeout!). Everything s been until the last few orders especially which we found the size of sashimi shrunk (smaller, thinner), and the rice in the sushi were much bigger, but the fish were smaller. But since we like the freshest of the fishes, we continued to order but the last 2 orders made me really questioning the freshness of their fishes, whether they ve changes the supplier, or the way the fishes were handled, or they made our order too early before our pickup times and let the orders sat the the shelf whatever it may be, I got a bad case of diarrhea for 2 days each time after eating their food. Just a note that we always went straight home as soon as we picked up the orders and had them as soon as we got home (also it s not that we let the food sit around). I guess it s time for us to find another sushi place that I can enjoy the food without worrying about having stomachache/ diarrhea again!
The food is perfect, But the waitress who answered the phone was very unprofessional.
Did take out and it was some of the best sushi we ve had in Toronto. Super fresh and really reasonably priced for great sushi.
I love this place . Sashimi is always fresh and love their presentation, price is excellent as well. This is my go to place when I crave for sushi. We explicitly love their torched party tray. Fantastic !
Got take out today. A combo and a maki roll. The torched sushi was so good. The girl at the front notice I came in with my kids so she offered us fork and containers. So thoughtful! Definitely coming back
10/10
Ordered 3 party tray B, it was very fresh and reasonably priced. Nice lady that helped me.
The young girl at the front desk had a bad attitude and poor service.
I want to say that I enjoyed the food so badly, but the delivery I ordered looked so ... Im at a lost for words.
J San is probably one of the best, if not the best, al a carte sushi spots Ive been to. The quality of the fish is clearly second to none and everything tastes amazing. The sashimi is cut very thick as are the pieces they use on top of the nigiri. This is the type of fish to rice ratio Id hope for whenever I get sushi. Everything is well put together and while their prices might be on the more expensive end, the size and quality of the fish you get definitely make up for it. If you are looking for some high quality sushi and are tired of paying for thin pieces elsewhere, definitely give J San a try.
Closes at 9pm , but already stopped service at 8:30pm even when there are no other customers besides me. I just wanted some simple sushi.
Good quality and fresh sushi. The uni was very tasty and melted in mouth. Reasonable pricing. Very busy shop, pre-ordered online, with on time pickup. Quick and friendly service.
Mostly Its good sometimes they didnt wrap the rice properly it becomes loose and falls apart tho It has been over a few months I wouldnt take the time to pull it up. I am writing reviews for several places so.
Great quality sushi at affordable prices. There s a reason for the crowds. We love the salmon, California rolls, torched sushi, octopus and tamago. Great takeout options and nice selection of Japanese drinks and frozen desserts.
Fresh sushi for fair prices but very limited seating. If dining in ensure you can get a seat before placing your order
Been there many times. One of the best places to get sushi and sashimi at reasonable prices.
When I came here for the first time and ordered, the clerk very kindly introduced me, provided me with photos, brought me dinner, and prepared me to chase the aurora borealis. Ill come back later.
yum!
Sushi is fresh and tasty! It gets pretty busy so it may be difficult to get a seat although there are also a few tables outside. It does get a little loud as well.
it is delicious. Party tray B
I found J San Sushi & Market on Google Maps. I have zero expectations coming in but after I placed the order and took the first bite, it blew my expectations out of the window. The sushi and sashimi were fresh and they used very high quality fishes. I ordered the Deluxe Rolls 20 pieces combo and a DIY Donoburi with various sashimi. This will be my new favorite go-to sushi spot in Markham. Parking: 3 hours Free parking lot across the street
This restaurant has fresh sashimi and a good selection of choices. However, everything is self-service, and they only provide disposable chopsticks and containers. They will even charge you for the takeout box.
very busy sushi market!
Ordered the party tray D takeaway. From order to ready was about 40mins. This wasn t my first time having J San, the sushi and sashimi were very fresh and authentic. If you are eating in, be aware that every time we almost have to wait around 30-40mins for the sushi, and there wasn t many seats.
First tried this place with an Uber delivery. It was the best sashimi delivery we had so needed to try eating in. Wasnt disappointed at all. Fish was so fresh and sushi rice was still warm when served Im not a fan of scallop or prawn sashimi but they served it so fresh I didnt mind it at all Will be back in future
The food is Very Good! Have discount when pay by cash. Food
Great quality of sushi in town. Try out make your own donburi! Food
very nice
Every things are fresh very good. Keep it up !
we ordered some sushi like before 5pm and the time of pickup it was denoted was 6:45pm we came early and said if possible can be earlier. no expectations.. however, we seen people came by one by one getting their orders. so I asked.. the lady told me your order 6:45pm CANT YOU SEE THERES MANY ORDERS? is this how you treat customers?
Super fresh But mostly very busy We go every Friday Food : 5/5
Holy Sushi! This place has amazingly fresh and delicious cuts of fish that rival some of the best sushi restaurants in my opinion!!! Really recommend building your own tray!
Excellent quality
I got takeout from J Sans downtown location last week. I was so impressed with the food that I wanted to try their Steeles/Woodbine location. The food did not disappoint! Note that there isnt table service. You order your food at the counter and grab a seat in the venue. There is indoor and outdoor seating. Its first come first serve and the spots fill up quickly.
The sushi is fresh and the quality is top-notch, yet it s priced so well.
Very good sushi and sashimi place.
Great portions & quality
Always go for the Party Tray B. The quality is excellent and the ingredients are fresh. It tastes amazing. I love it so much that I recommend it to all my friends.
I ve been here 3x and honestly I m in love! I always get Party Tray B Sashimi, Torched Sushi & Rolls 36 pcs $58.95 It comes with assorted sashimi 12 pcs | torched sushi 8 pcs, ultimate dragon roll 8 pcs, market roll 8 pcs. Definitely worth the price and always fresh. I ve only dined in here once. It s quite busy in there and sometimes hard to get seats when I go. So I normally do takeout. The staff are all friendly and wait times are about 20-30mins for an order. But while I wait I ll go and get BBT from Kung Fu Tea, you get a 10% discount with the receipt from any store on in the plaza.
Fresh sushi!
The main thing here is take out. There are a few places where you can order and eat inside. The seafood is very fresh, the price is 1/3 cheaper than Japanese restaurants, and you can order tea.
Really fresh sushi and decent portions! Seating is limited but the service is quick. There is free on site parking but the store entrance is a bit further away
We ordered the deluxe sashimi as it was our first time checking the place out. Wait time was reasonable. Deluxe sashimi was delicious and fresh when we devoured every bite. Definitely will come back again soon!
Food is always exceptional quality parking is plentiful. Sometimes theres no space to sit in so it may be better to order take out. Pickup is always on time.
Salmon sashimi quality is consistently good and service is great!
Picked up sushi platter B for take out. Quality was amazing, will definitely return. Vegetarian options: Only avocado, cucumber options. Recommend to go elsewhere for vegetarian options.
For the price, this restaurant provides probably the best sashimi Ive ever had. I highly recommend this place.
Tight.
High quality sushi and the restaurant interior is nice and clean.
The foods are amazingly fresh, and good value. The quality stands out, the a la carte sashimi is cut thick, rice is granular and chewy, even the soya sauce stands out for me. Friendly staffs. Combo sets are fresh and of good quality and value. I am addicted to this place. You will see me often in future. Parking: Open air and underground parking, free 3 hours for patronage to all the restaurants on site. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, excellent facility and accessible
Fish is so fresh, best value for quality! The variety is also amazing!
I am a regular at this place, as my daughter and I really enjoy the fresh food this restaurant offers. But today, I had a frustrating experience when I was dining in. When I was ordering, I made a mistake and apologized to the cashier who was collecting my change impatiently. She gave me a look that resembled an angry glare, then continued to slam the sashimi in front of me and dismissed me, without giving me cutlery and a tray. When we sat down, we waited for a bit and realized that the family that ordered after us got their food first. My daughter, not having breakfast was starving, and she thought our order was missed. She goes up to the cashier, tries to get her attention by saying excuse me a few times, but the cashier ignores her and walks off before the manager standing by offered her help. This was a really disappointing experience. Because of her attitude, our lunch was eaten in a foul mood even though the food was good.
Love!!
Nice and fresh sashimi. I like the yellowtail sashimi, although it doesnt look appetizing at first. It has a unique fresh taste. Next time I might try tuna toro
This sushi is phenomenal. I got the torched sushi and roll set and it was unreal. Such good quality and flavour.
super good price with Japan fresh food.
A quick pick up and go style. Reasonably priced for the amount you ll receive. Fresh tasting fish and fair amount. Seating is limited inside, so if you go during rush hours, may not have seating - a few patio chairs.
Nice prep and quality. Staff could be more friendly and explanatory as it was my first time and a little too pricey but overall an excellent sushi place.
Always a busy place but great quality fish! Love getting sushi here! Service can be slow even if you order online. They didnt make my order until I arrived despite online ordering. But other than that, super fresh fish. One of the best in markham. Dine in is very busy, takeout is better.
Very good value for money and very fresh
Love the downtown Jsan, so was thrilled to see a new location with a built in market. One the best in GTA with ultra fresh sashimi at super reasonable prices. We ordered directly from the market due to longer wait times for lunch 25-35min. Everything was prepared instantaneously. Decided to order more food since it was sooo good, but there was a mix up and our 2nd order (roll) got delayed/mixed up with another order. When they realized, the Manager and staff were super nice and offered us bonus appetizers and desserts. Really appreciate how they handled the situation! Will absolutely come back for the delicious food.
Quality of sushi is unmatched. My favorite spot for the last year!
The chefs needs to be more careful processing the sashimi. We ordered sea bream sashimi as part of our donburi and we had a bit of surprise: scale and a 2-3 inch bone. This is quite disappointing since we have never ran into this issue before. Fortunately we ate slowly so the fish bone didn t bring any further surprises . Nonetheless this is concerning.
First time be here. Make my own Donburi is good. Need to wait about 20 mins. Sashimi are all fresh. I like to eat salmon roe and sea urchin with sushi rice, taste so good.
One of my favorite sushi places in the GTA. I think the fish taste very fresh and the prices are affordable. They have a counter where you can pick your sashimi to eat there or take out. Can get busy during peak hours. My favorite is their torched scallops.
Amazingly fresh and delicious every time. Really high quality sushi. I also like their packaging. It can get really busy so sometimes prep time for takeout is over 3 hours. So just plan ahead if you plan to get food from here. Parking: The parking beside the plaza can get pretty full but is free. Limited street parking is also available but I believe it might be paid.
Amazing food and value.
Fish is very fresh and price is inexpensive at all. But this isnt a restaurant, so dont expect any service. Best place to take out!
Need to improve the ordering system. Waited 20mins past my pickup time. Other than that food and service is amazing as always. Would go back but not loving the wait times. Food
I frequently visit Jsan and have introduced many friends to this place. The fish is fresh, but the service seems to decline with every visit. In early May, my friend and I came here for dinner. They messed up my order and despite the fact that I tipped, I had to pay more to correct their mistake. Yesterday I came here for dinner and as usual I tipped. I purchased fish from the market section and also from their sashimi a la carte menu. They did not package everything in the same box. First of all, it s difficult to sit down and eat with all this unnecessary packaging. Second, paying 8 dollars in tips, I think it s the least they can do. When I asked them if they could package it together, the associate said it will cost me an extra dollar and also asked why I didn t say anything earlier. Sure, I will take fault for that, but what is the point of tipping then? Additionally, I think for this type of establishment, it is common if a customer placed an order and want to add more to the order afterwards. Isn t that better for business ? Yet the staff was so annoyed with me.
There are many people queuing up, and a group of waiters are playing with their mobile phones and chatting.
Amazing quality and price
Been ordering here for a while, Sushi is always fresh and delicious!
The fish is very fresh, but the sushi rice tastes bad. I hope it can be improved.
The food quality is really good! Portion size is huge
amazing sushi and amazing owner and son of owner hammy chammy
Ordered sushi for takeout online, upon pick up realized sushi is not kept in the fridge that is concerning for health reasons also store clerk was rude, did not seem like she wanted to be here.
We love J. Sen and come here a lot. Your fish has maintained a very good quality. Unfortunately, your sushi rice in the past few times was very disappointing. It was dried and hard and should not be the quality for a place like J Sen. We look forward to your improvement.
The waiter gave me the wrong order I paid $70 but only received items worth $20.
Mind blowing sushi!!! So far best sushi Ive ever had. The presentation was impeccable, and all ingredients were fresh.
good quality
This ice cream waffle cheaper than supermarket
Love this place for the fresh fish and clean dining area
I have no idea how this place has the reviews it does. Quality is mediocre at best. Service is non existant. Atmosphere also sub par. We went and tried as much as we could for around $150 and being disappointed is an understatement.
Food is fresh and tasty! Yum Yum
There was so many fresh seafood option so I went a little crazy. Sadly the fatty tuna wasn t available, but it does give me incentive to come try it out next time! Overall, all the ingredients are super fresh and high quality. I think my favourite is the classic salmon belly! It was so fatty and delicious - and you know the salmon is good when it just melts in your mouth. The sea urchin was also really good! It was slightly $$/slice but I would definitely recommend. It s creamy, slightly sweet and so flavourful! My mom was extremely impressed with the presentation and how the ingredients were all very well balanced. The quality of rice was a 10/10 in her books. The only criticism is that she wished the unagi don had a bit more sauce on top, but the flavour was delicious. This is a mother approved experience. The overall environment was good! The staff were very friendly and seats + table were clean and comfortable. Service was also fairly quick. The only thing is if you choose to dine-in, there are limited seating area - so depending on the time and day that you go, it might be filled or not suitable for large groups.
The fish and sushi are fresh and delicious. The prices are very reasonable compared to what you pay in a full service restaurant these days. It s a market style shop, so do not expect any service. You have to wait for tables like in a food court after purchase. That said, I think the staff can be friendlier if they can simply smile and say thank you at the cash register and the counter. This will make the experience so much better instead of thinking that they don t like their job by looking so indifferent and miserable.
Neat little place for fresh sushi. Nothing stand-out ish like what you see is what you get. For a small resto in Markham, it s decent. It s more so like a take out place so if you want a table, you may have a wait a bit.
Great food, fresh fish and great packaging. Parking: Parking on the side of the building. Less than 2 mins walk. A lot of parking space. Food : 5/5 |
Good fish, bad rice. I ordered on DoorDash and the rice was pretty dry and not at all fresh or well seasoned. I think the boxes are probably premade. I would not recommend takeout. The fish is fresh and tasty though. Probably would only get their sashimi next time.
went there today and order sashimi box ($79) . preparation was very slow and people behind me all got their food so I asked the lady and she told me it was because they ordered earlier which was an obvious lie. a few pieces of fish were not very fresh. dispointed and did not get what I paid for.
Sushi here was so good. Affordable and top notch.
Really terrible customer service, overpriced, and bad quality. We got to the front of the line and the cashier (a rude lady) didn t want to service us, and told us in a really condescending manner that we were supposed to order with the other cashier while waving us off. When we tried to order with the other cashier, who seemed completely clueless and lost, the customers behind us cut in line and started ordering. Afterwards, the first cashier started taking another customer s order but not ours. We finally got to place our order but wow, this restaurant was so poorly managed, chaotic, and unorganized. Their food was just as bad as their customer service. The donburi was all rice, and the rice was tough, and undercooked. The fish was really fishy and tasted rotten, like the chu-toro which I spat out because it was fishy and turning brown. We didn t end up finishing our food and just tossed it out. We also felt sick after (which made sense). Highly do not recommend this place.
fish is not fresh, got food poisoning
Sushi & Sashimi is fresh from J San.
I was looking for a new sushi place in Markham to try other than my usual Yin Sushi Market. My overall experience with J San was that it was very mediocre food for the price point. Some of my sashimi pieces were not that fresh and their customer service was seriously lacking!! I was hoping this could be a hidden gem, but it was a disappointing overall experience and will not be returning!
Not worth even 1 star
This is my favourite place to get takeout sushi. Their sushi and sashimi is always super fresh, and the price is very reasonable. I always call to order ahead for pickup since it does get quite busy during dinner time.
I am your loyal fan, but unfortunately i had two times I ate sushi rice were also very bad! I hopes that you can improve because sushi rice is truly the soul of sushi.
Best sushi in Toronto!! Recommend the 40 pcs sashimi party tray. More than enough for three people! Food : 5/5
I recently ordered four party trays for a family gathering from J San, and I couldnt be happier with the experience. The trays included a fantastic assortment of fresh sashimi, sushi, and rolls, all of which were beautifully presented and delicious. Placing the order on their website was a breeze, thanks to its user-friendly interface. I scheduled the pickup time in advance, and everything was ready exactly when promised. The staff were incredibly efficient and friendly, ensuring the pickup process was smooth and quick. Overall, they provided excellent service and top-quality food, making our family gathering truly special. Highly recommended!
Food is always fresh!!!! Best sushi place in town!
tasty.
The sushi and sashimi is fresh and delicious. Great portions , no wonder it gets so busy! Would recommend!
I have ordered takeout many times. It is really delicious. There are many kinds of sushi. The price is a little expensive but it is worth it. It is within the acceptable range. It is really good for Japanese sushi. Recommended package Party B, as shown in the picture, is large and filling. I think the grilled salmon sushi and grilled scallop sushi are particularly delicious. The sashimi is also very fresh and cut thickly. The salmon is quite fat. Overall, it is really good. very nice I also ordered other avocado and salmon rolls, they are delicious, the avocado is very ripe and fragrant, delicious But in the past, the packaging box was very textured, similar to a wood-like texture box. Recently, it has been changed to a large plastic TT box. Although the quantity has not changed, it is a lot empty, which is not very good-looking.
A friend of mine told me to stop at J San for some sushi. I have to admit the sushi combo 211 I ordered was really fresh. And I liked the seafood selection they have for sale, good stuff. Overall, all the tables and the washroom were clean. But there was a couple flies I believe from that Zz plant that were flying over my head and food constantly. Parking: Parking is across the street and 3 hours free for restaurant customers. Dont park on the street.
Enjoyed it.
I had thousand of words in mind but all came out as : SUPER GOOD
We went here for lunch, and overall the sushi is pretty solid. Better than the average sushi joint. The dine in experience is okay once youre able to get a seat and finally get your food. I would say wait time is probably 30minutes +. And from what we heard from others, the wait is usually pretty long. I think this is still worth checking out - perhaps calling and ordering in advance will speed things along once you arrive.
Be prepared for long long wait
This has become one of my favourite places to order takeout for sushi. My family and I used to have one place we normally go to until we found this place. My friends told me about this place and since then, we have fallen in love and order here when its a special occasion. Definitely recommend this place to try out.
The sushi was great. This is why the ordering line was constantly there. The seating was fast food restaurant like so very few people would prefer to stay for a long time. Most of the staff were working at the back but the tables were cleaned up frequently. In short, you go there for the food, not a fancy all-night dinner.
Updated Review - February 2024 Within 48 hours, their staff reached out via email to resolve the issue we had with the order. Staff was diligent in addressing our concerns and sincerely offered a resolution which we appreciated. Revising our rating for customer service to a 4/5. Last review: January 2024 We ordered a DIY sashimi box and it s very disappointed to find out they gave us the wrong order. Instead of a DIY sashimi box, we received a rice box instead. Called the restaurant twice but no one picked up. This happened on a Saturday evening at 6PM and we ordered in store. To all customers - lesson learned. Check your items before you leave to avoid disappointment. To store owner and staff - please double check the customer order and ensure accuracy.
