Cute little hidden gem on Bay st 🥰👌🏼Delicious cappuccino and breakfast sandwiches ☕️🥐 Oh and the choc chip cookie is scrumptious as well 🍪 I came here for breakfast and then went back for a grilled veggie sandwich for lunch. So happy to have found this place as it’s a short 5m walk from my office 🏢 Looking forward to trying more things on the menu! Update: Tried the $5 pasta Tues special and it was great! Had the tomato marinara and next week will try the basil pesto 😜
Visited Pronto with my partner and mom. We asked for a couple of sandwiches and custom drinks (we asked for an Iced Hot Chocolate) and they made them perfectly! Happy to have finally tried this shop. I’d recommend a visit.
the workers were super kind and were having internet issues with the debit machine being down, so they were doing their best to accommodate the situation. I ordered an original cold brew drip and caramel cold brew drip. The original tasted like water with a dash of coffee and the caramel is just the flavour shot. to spend almost $10 for this… we should’ve gone to a Starbucks. but the workers were so lovely!
This is a lovely hidden coffee spot. Hot chocolate was surprisingly good. And biscotti as well.

Food and portion sizes were okay.
I was really hungry and nauseous and I found Prunto. The store was not open when I went there. But the lady there was so kind and gave me the available butter croissants. It tasted amazing!! Thanks to her for opening up early to satisfy a hungry customer!!
Ranking 5 for consistantly having the freshest chocolate croissants Ive ever had (except that time they ran out). Morning staff is really sweet. I hope the new hire theyre looking for is up to their standards. Tiny bit expensive.

Every single staff member Ive ever encountered at Pronto has been absolutely lovely and so pleasant to deal with. Their food is also spectacular. I love this quaint little cafe. You guys are awesome!
No wifi, such a small space, in the pictures they make it look big but it s really not. Okay coffee, but nothing amazing about it. If you are going just too get coffee it s alright but I d rather go to second cup or Starbucks. No Italian feel to it either, which was the biggest disappointment because I am Italian. All in all I wouldn t recommend if you want to go and sit down.
We really loved the Prontos hot chocolate. It was the most perfect hot chocolate , even better than the Starbucks. They have high quality.
Nice staff for a lil convenient cafe.
This is a great spot. I look forward to having an appointment nearby so I have an excuse to come in and get a sandwich or some baked goods along with the coffee. The design is stylish and the staff is generally very friendly the owner has a real sense of what the place really ought to be and works everyday to make sure that that is achieved.
