I grew up in the area tonys and nicks used to supply pizza to st Veronicas school I loved this place there food was incredible. now it hurts to say its not that good anymore and they dont listen to there customers if you ask for extra or less of anything you wont get what you want and the food now is more sloppy

I come here almost everyday for lunch and the food is always really good

This place is amazing!!!! I discovered it when I was doing a course nearby, and thank God for that course. Tony and Nicks is delicious and so reasonably priced. You can walk in and spend $10 and have a full meal. Its totally unassuming but definitely a gem of Toronto. Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp and a very smooth and wide passageway

We ordered pizzas for a group through Skip the Dishes. We asked for delivery at 5:00 PM. The pizzas arrived on time, but were cold and it was clear had been made much earlier resulting in a very disappointing meal. We ordered from Nick and Tony based on a recommendation, however, we would not recommend them to others.

I got the veal with everything and it was soggy and chewy, the hot peppers where chunks , it looked like no care went into the prep of it hot peppers should be thin or at least uniform the veal was day old or overcooked I know this cuz I worked in an Italian restaurant for 4 years making veal. The sauce had next to zero seasoning. I wont be ordering again from here.

Ordered the chicken sandwich it was not fresh at all seems like cutlets are pre made frozen then microwaved. It was over breaded and soggy first and last time for me.

The rectangular shaped party size pizza has the BEST crust. It tastes different from the crusts used for the circular pizzas. Service is always friendly and quick!

There isn t any place to sit but honestly it doesn t matter. Get yourself a panzerotti and walk around while you relish that good good taste and crunchy dough.

I just tried their pizza and I cant stop thinking about it. It was the pepperoni. And the crust was so fluffy and delicious. So wad the pepperoni. It wasnt fluffy, but it was delicious.

Terrible experience. I ordered and was given no wait time. With a Lyft arriving this was a terrible place to grab a quick bite. Don t waste your time here.

Best veals and slices I ve ever had! This place has been my go to for years but I moved out of the city and haven t had it in so long. I was nervous something would be different, but I had it again today and IT WAS TRULY THE ABSOLUTE BEST VEALS AND PIZZA SLICES IVE EVER HAD! I couldn t honestly eat it everyday !!

Onions rings are great, but we ordered the party size cheese pizza and its basically just bread, hardly any cheese and tomato sauce. Such a shame because the dough is phenomenal so there is room to improve

Had the veal sandwich with mozzarella and mushrooms. It was big enough to use as a doorstop. Should have eaten half and saved the rest for breakfast, but it was so good I had to have it all.

Coming from NYC this is the best pizza Ive had bar none, also ordered sweet chicken parm , sweet steak n cheese and daughter had the panzarotti (hopefully Im spelling it right) everything was excellent I Highly recommend stopping by ....we will be back. Kid-friendliness: Staff were super accommodating and friendly service was excellent.

Great little spot along Dundas. Working at Mondelez I have been here often. Excellent veal and chicken sandwich. Fries and gravy are cheap. They are Costco fries. Nice and crispy. The only thing that sucks is the inconsistency. Especially on the meat lovers panzerotti. One day I came and it was loaded with toppings. Came back the next and very few toppings inside. Same with the sandwiches I feel. Depends whos working on how much chicken and or veal you get on it. I always add mozzarella and a few jalapenos. Sandwiches are great value for the money. Nice people and No frills vibe.

Ordered tonight through SkipTheDishes, the food was horrible. We ordered 2 items, a panzerotti and a meatball sandwich. The panzerotti was half cooked, cold in the middle, with unmelted cheese. We had to throw it in the oven for 20 minutes until we could eat it. The meatballs tasted like they were either really old, or frozen & microwaved, and had a full jalepeno pepper on the bun, it was completely inedible. First time, last time.

They make really good slices here, but whenever I order a full pizza its just OK and doesnt have the same cripsy soft crust. Not quite sure how that works. Their chicken cutlet sandwich is pretty good, fair size for the price. All toppings extra though.

March 2023 : Stopped by for a quick bite and got a slice of pizza. Service was efficient and polite. I got a deluxe slice (pepperoni, peppers, mushrooms). Dough was soft and chewy, with a little crunch on the crust. A good amount of toppings. A big rectangular slice 5x7 for under $5. Really hit the spot. Ill be back to try a veal sandwich next time.

Got the meatball sandwich and lasagna both were very bland and mediocre. The sandwich was really dry and the meatballs didnt taste good at all. The lasagna was a bunch of cut up noodles with some dabs of really dry cheese, drowning in okay, not great cheese. Definitely not a layered lasagna. The prices are cheap so I wasnt expecting much but hoped the quality would be better :-(

A quick, tasty, and one of the more affordable places in the city to grab a sandwich. We ordered the eggplant sandwich, veal sandwich, and fries w/gravy. All of it was delicious and great portions. The gravy is a bit on the tart side than your usual savoury gravy.

Ive only ordered delivery (doordash) from here. Tried it once for our family movie night and our family of four was blown away. Ridiculously huge, delicious sandwiches. Skip Californias, Tony and Nicks is where its at. I also want to mention that we are a family of foodies and this place never disappoints. My absolute fav is the eggplant sandwich, spicy, extra sauce, with mushrooms and rapini. Surprisingly, even the fish and chips was really good.

I ordered a large pizza with ham, sausage, pepperoni, and bacon. Each ingredient was delicious. The crust is very good and the pizza was well cooked. The lady was very nice and the pizza did not take long at all. I recommend this place. Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance is a simple ramp, making it accessible to wheelchairs.

Had the veal sandwich and fries and gravy. The veal was amazing. It was huge and flavourful. Not too soggy and wasn t spilling everywhere despite being enormous!! Amazing value for the price and taste. Might be my new goto for veal sandwich. The fries were soggy and not crispy as others have mentioned. Gravy was really flavourful but the fries were overly soggy and oily. Wouldn t get them again.

Best fries in the city. I will get food from other places and make a stop at T&N for their fries, its that serious for me. Also, great price and fast service. Hamburgers are also good but Ive only every had that once and get the fries like every other week.

I had an issue with my order and called to clear it up, only to be met with such terrible customer service. Last week the lady who took my order was extremely rude and hung up on me so harshly that my daughter heard the phone slam! We have been ordering from them for MANY years - the food deserves 5 stars but her poor customer service was uncalled for and that is the reason for the 1 star.

A legendary institution of the DuWest Little Portugal Corridor. Very reasonably priced fare, utterly unique Pizza, gigantic Panzerotti and fresh olives and Brio! This place is fantastic and they make the food really fast too. I was expecting a lot from the veal sandwich but it proved to be disappointing. The veal was lackluster, and there was way too much of it for a balanced meal. The basic sandwich is made only of meat, sauce and bread, which is very unbalanced. There should be less veal and more vegetables. The service was quite cold. The price is reasonable though. It would be nice to have a vegetarian sandwich option.

Terrible. Burger was boxed frozen not fresh made and was totally squished flat under the fish and chips ..again frozen fish obviously. Fries were soggy and under cooked. They forgot my gravy and my salad dressing. Would recommend avoiding wasting your time and money.

I lived near this place over 20 years ago and we used to love getting the veal sandwich and onion rings. Their fries and gravy were to die for! I was in the area and stopped to check it out. Turns out, the same owners, the same amazing aroma and even better, the same amazing taste! Not the healthiest, but the absolute best comfort food.

I m reading all the reviews and wow!! One person order fish and chips from a pizzeria and thought would be homemade!!!! Another couple ordered burgers serves you right. Order pizzeria classics. Oh and not to let the restaurant off the hook!! Why sell those items?? Stick to pizza and sandwiches.

I had a meatball sandwich, which I was hoping would be fresh ground, but it seemed pre-fab. Still tasted decent. But.... no masks for any staff, in front or in kitchen. No one likes masks, but were all trying to do our part to help our community. If businesses are not doing their part, then they maybe they shouldnt get community business

Been going here since i was a kid

Discovered this place a couple of months ago and have eaten here several times since. Ive only had the sandwiches, but theyve all been absolutely stellar. Great taste, very reasonable price, and great folks at the counter. The veal is always excellent, but I tried the sausage sandwich today and it was so good it inspired me to write this review. A++. Keep it up guys.

Old school pizza just ordered the cheese thanks guys everything from the sauce to the cheese and crust reminds me of the time when pizza was good and I have had pizza in NYC this is a great pizza in Toronto if you want to know if pizza is good try the cheese pizza from a pizza joint. I just wish I lived in the area good job guys your chicken ceaser was good will be ordering again.

Ive never tried the pizza but the eggplant parmesan panini was delicious. Very large so you will not be hungry after if you can even finish. Flavour is on point. The jalepenos are not spicy at all and I ordered medium spice thinking the jalepenos will be spicy. Medium was no spice in my opinion. Not many places do paninis in the city so a good one needs to be appreciated. Pleasantly surprised and will be back to try the pizzas and the eggplant parmesan again I recommend!

Ordered via skip the dishes on April 17th.. food was very disappointing!!! Lasagna was tasteless and worst of all the fish and chips were obviously not made in house. I could have ordered from a fancy restaurant but I was trying to support a local business... Worst decision I ever made. The one star is for the veal sandwich, its the only thing we were able to eat.

Really dont understand the hype; fries were the only thing that was decent. Burger done from frozen, no seasoning. Bland and a bit lame, expected better with such great reviews.

Mildly surprised at all the 5 star reviews. Pizza was okay, but the dough was really chewy and it was extremely sparse on the toppings. There was lots of cheese at least. With so much good pizza available in the area, I wouldnt go back.
