Welcome to Maya Bay If you are travelling to Thailand you are about to explore all kinds of Thai food not only what you have seen in Canada. At Maya Bay we will deliver that experience just like you are in Thailand right in your neighbour. Cabbage Town Toronto
If you’re looking for a great Thai dining experience, this restaurant is a must-visit! The food is absolutely delicious — bursting with authentic flavors and made with fresh ingredients. Each dish was perfectly seasoned, and the presentation was top-notch. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. Whether you’re a fan of spicy or prefer something milder, they have a wide variety of options to suit every palate. Highly recommend this spot for anyone craving great Thai food in a welcoming atmosphere!
Amazing place! Looks quite plain from the outside but once you walk in the vibe is completely different. It was quite a lively and warm place, and the food was delicious and presented beautifully. The menu was unique from other Thai restaurants you’d find in Toronto, there were dishes that I’ve never seen before on other menus! Overall great experience and would love to come back to try more dishes.
Craving pork belly and this restaurant’s special pork belly meal is so good. The portion was large for the price, and I had ti pack half to go. It comes w an egg and rice are below the pork. There is a bit of spice to it especially when hot, but highly recommend trying if you can tolerate a bit of spice! Lots of seating and as a group of 6 we were lucky to get a table without reservation. Vibes are nice at night with breeze coming from the open window. 10/10
The thai food here was very good. The pad kee mao and the spicy green curry were phenomenal. The pad Thai was more on the sour sweet flavors and could handle more spiciness. I recommend getting a side of crushed peanuts with the Pad kee mao. It’s a very casual seating area with a nice corner view of cabbage town. This place has good vegetarian options, but does not have Halal meat.
I'm glad that I tried this Thai restaurant. Foods were tasty more than I expected. The server was very quick to respond and friendly despite of busy hours. The interior of the place is beautiful. I'll definitely recommend this place.
I heard a lot of good reviews about this restaurant, so I decided to give it a try. I visited on a Sunday evening around 5pm. The place was already about 30% full, as it isn’t very big and only has a handful of tables. We waited at the door for 10 minutes before a staff member noticed us and seated us. Water was never offered, even after we placed our orders, until we had to ask. The staff was super unattentive, despite the restaurant not being busy. We ordered the mango salad, tom yum noodle with pork bone, and Pad Ka Pao with crispy pork. The mango salad was super disappointing; it was basically sliced mango on a plate with sliced red onions, green onions, and a heavy pour of Thai chili sauce, the kind you can purchase at grocery stores, all for $15. The tom yum noodle was on the bland side and felt watered down, not resembling tom yum at all. The pork bone was cooked well, tender, and falling off the bone. The Pad Ka Pao was mediocre; the crispy pork was cooked until tender and deep-fried to order, which made the outside hard and the inside soft. I would have preferred if only the skin was crispy. We also ordered a Thai milk tea, which was overly sweet, so we had to wait until the ice melted to drink it. There were no table touches by any servers, so we were unable to provide any immediate feedback.
My boyfriend found this place and at first I was skeptical. It’s quite small on a street I had never been before. But I was blown away by the taste. I ordered for us to try, since Thai food is pretty similar to Viet food. I had to say I got some people’s saying about the portion. It’s modest indeed but it packed a punch. The taste of the food is so exquisite. I understood then why some people in my country would travel to Thailand to have Thai food. My crispy pork (noodle) is so tender & soft. Pork bone soup has a spicy tangy unique flavour and the soft shell crab fried rice is my boyfriend’s favourite. Oh and we washed it down with Thai beer. It was so good. I liked this restaurant a lot and there is a reason why it’s so reputable. It was the weekend when we went, I know, but the place is packed with customers waiting in line. Afterward my boyfriend listened to Whitney Houston’s song in the ride home 😂 he’s the kind of person who can be easily told if he likes the food or not after the meal. He even talked about it the next days. It seems like he’s been converted.
One of my favorite Thai restaurants in Toronto now! They do not cheap out on the portion and we came out so full. The dishes are very flavorful and the atmosphere is nice. Although if you sit by the window there may be some friends from the neighborhood passing by. Also try to get there earlier or later as multiple groups had to wait for a table. Water service could maybe be improved a little, as the food does get a little heavy and it was busy inside. We had to ask for water a few times.
Had a fantastic dinner here with friends and I normally dont like Thai food. The food came promptly and it was still steaming by the time it arrived. I ordered the beef pad ka pao and it was excellent. We also ordered the egg yolk fries which I wasnt too certain about based on the name but my mind was quickly changed after the first bite, I highly reccomend ordering! We also ordered delicious cocktails, the ones that stood out the most were the Maya Rainbow and Sparkling Lychee. The staff was super friendly and willing to help explain the menu when we had questions, and were very accomodating towards my peanut allergy. All in all, 10/10 dining experience and I will most certainly be coming back. Dietary restrictions: They are very aware of peanut allergies and are extremely accommodating. Make sure you let the staff know as early as possible!
the server got our order wrong and when we informed the manager immediately when paying, she took off the charge for the other one before it had came out, but when it came out she told us to just keep it anyways. but then the server that got the order wrong originally came out and confronted us, largely insinuating that we were lying, then took away the other container. we spent the remaining few minutes of the meal receiving awkward, nasty glares from the employees for lying .
Awesome food. We would recommend not to ask for spicy, its basically Thai spicy. And can get too hot to handle. Loved the pineapple fried rice as well.
Everything we ordered was fantastic! Highly recommend this Gem. Food : 5/5
Absolutely delicious Thai food with authentic flavors! Hoi Lai is perfectly balanced, and the Tom Yum linguine is packed with flavor. Great portions, friendly service, and a cozy atmosphere. Highly recommend for anyone craving a taste of Thailand!
The portions are amazing and the food is absolutely delicious! Will come back for sure!
Khao Soi is amazing, Pad Thai was delish too, but the crispy pork belly had too many extra crispy pieces that were very hard to chew.
Good food good customer service !
best thai food in trt, best tom yam ever
Local restaurant with good choices. Had the Leng Saap (pork bone soup), very delicious, a bit pricier but worth it! Small spot but enough seating for many people. Sometimes gets stuffy if they don t open up the windows but otherwise great local spot!! Service is quick and food is always fresh!
I just got a Chilli crispy pork Bali more than half of my meat was fat only and wasnt crispy at all I paid $26 for it .
Came here right before a concert at a venue nearby. The food was delectable. I ordered a Chicken Pad Thai and it was so good! Came out fairly quickly as well. Service was overall quick. And the restaurant was not so busy and a comfortable crowd. Overall, this place was great and I would come back. Highly recommend for anyone!
Food was awesome, service too!
Truly one of the best Thai restaurants in Toronto. The crispy pork belly dish is a 10/10. We have ordered this dish several times and have not been disappointed.
Seriously no cleaning of crabs? The crabs lungs are used to filter the water. All the dirt is in there. And I can tell these crabs are not fresh at all. Soft shell crab also has lungs, crabs only change shell not lungs, lungs still dirty.
First time upon visit I have enjoyed this place. But after a second visit I was not as lucky, the waitresses have some attitude and the food was not good. Tom yum was extremely simple and lacking taste.
Definitely worth it, both in taste and quantity. Thank you. My new favorite noodle House
The food here is a must try. Drinks were great too sparkling Lychee was the best! Co Colin Thai curry and rice was delicious. Highly recommend the place for Thai food
The shorter lady server with the long hair always demands for higher tips or else she will act rude if you give less tip or don t tip if you only order takeout.
The Seafood They have amazing I recommend really Food : 5/5
Super delicious food.
Food is amazing. One of the best Thai restaurants in Toronto. However the service is really bad. Server not really professional and def not nice at all, and their attitude only gets better when you tip them lmao. Another thing is when you pay for the bill they literally stand and watch you to tip, which makes me really uncomfortable.
The waiter literally chose the amount of the tips, really?
Amazing food !! I m a huge fan of the green curry!! Love this spot.
The flavours!!! I wanted every dish on the menu but we decided on the pork bone soup, the tom klong linguine with crispy pork belly, salted egg yolk fries, and a thai iced milk tea. Every single item was delicious but I melted over the linguine with the pork belly. Come here with an appetite and people to share dishes with! Also big ups to the service as well, the employees were so kind and our orders came out so speedy!
As my friend s recommendation, me and my sister gave it a try at this spot. We were so excited but the food is not that flavorful. We ordered Tom yum soup with shrimp, the soup was so fishy. We also order the clams and Crispy pork belly. The pork belly was highlight of this dinner only. Service is not that friendly. We still tipped as normal cause we all know how hard the job was. But only after we paid, server gave us good attitude. Overall, the experience was just at acceptable level, nothing is special. I don t think we will come back.
We come here regularly and i have yet to have anything average here. Everything is AMAZING.
Wow delicious vegan food! Lots of nice Thai spice.
Crab curry, masaman curry, pork bone soup, pad kee mao. Amazing
The food was great, fast service, and couldnt go without the Thai Iced Tea and Mango Sticky Rice.
Usually the food is good, but today, I was really hungry, and needed a quick dinner, and my order was completely inedible. The pad thai noodles were burnt, even though I ordered mild it was quite spicy, and it came with huge chunks of burnt ginger. Ruined my whole night.
Food was great, but in my opinion was not at the level of spice that you would expect from Thai food. We ordered the curry puffs, crab fried rice, crispy salted pork over rice, wonton soup and thai iced tea. The portions are generous and therefore, prices seemed appropriate. I did knock off a star as service was lacking. It took us a while for our orders to be taken, for someone to check in on us, etc. The restaurant also had huge open windows which was both good and bad considering the smells and unpredicted noise and behaviors of passersby. Id be open to visiting again to try some of their other dishes.
Easily the best Pad Kee Mao in downtown Toronto, highly recommend!
Ive been here a couple of times and its always been a great experience! The food is delicious and the service is great. They give amazing portions as well. I highly recommend: - The salted egg yolk fries - The fried Calamari - Leng Saap - Pad Ka Pao with Crispy Pork
Really good pad thai with pork belly. Good portions as well. Great value
Tasty, loved the quantity of the pork belly in the pad thai dish.
Great food & service Vegetarian options: Great vegetarian foo Food : 4/5 |
Authentic Thai food
Great tasting pad see ew! So well flavoured and has nice balance of noodles to veggies. The place is cozy and staff were on the ball!
This is my new favorite Thai place! I like the cozy casual atmosphere as well Food
Never had a bad meal, the crispy pork is a personal fav.
Myself and another dined in for an impromptu dinner on a Sunday evening. We walked-in and were quickly gestured to choose from any of the available tables. The menu is obtained via QR code with helpful pictures. Food- We ordered 2 mains and 1 drink each (Mii Cook w/ braised beef + beef balls, Khao Soi Beef, Maya Bay House, Pineapple Mojito). Everything was very tasty. I did feel as though the protein in both dishes was a little on the fatty/gristle side. Nothing tragic thankfully. Service - very kind and fast. The drinks we ordered were brought first, followed by our main dishes. The only oddity we experienced was that no receipt was brought to our table to indicate what it was exactly that we paid for. Instead another server that we hadnt spoken to that night brought over a card machine with an amount already queued. We did the math and it was correct. Atmosphere - no a/c - just mediocre ceiling fans. I hope that the staff have proper access to cooling stations/hydration. Otherwise I enjoy the open window concept and the decor was colourful.
Khao soi is aroy.Staff is friendly. They have Award winning Thai Chef. khob kun khap for delicious food. Bonus they have lunch time specials too Food
Amazing food. Loved it
Busy spot with great food! Mango slushy a banger
Food was really tasty and came out quickly. Really enjoyed the Leng Saap and massaman curry. The mango sticky rice was underwhelming at its price point. Food
We order many dishes because influences recommend many of them, we choose the most popular dishes, but toooooo salty waiters are kind and helpful, we finally got discount
Great food and good service
Great spice levels and tons of flavour!
Pretty overrated if you ask me. Ive been to Thailand twice and one of the worst Chicken Pad Thais Ive ever had in my life was purchased at this restaurant. Their Green Curry is, on the contrast, surprisingly good, and I would recommend it ten fold over their Pad Thai (unless you like a dry ketchup flavour). Service was shockingly bad. The close at 10. We arrive at 9:30. They tell us we have to order immediately otherwise the kitchen will get angry. They hovered like vultures to get the order, once the order was in, we were flagging them down from a distance...the service just felt self serving with a total disregard for our experience...they didnt seem to care how their behaviour could be perceived. And honestly, you can get insanely good Pad Thai in Thailand for like $2 CAD so to come back and spend $20 CAD for terrible Pad Thai...it just makes you not want to eat Thai food in Canada. Sum Tum Jinda on Gerrard is where you want to go for Thai food in Cabbagetown. Maya Bay, like the beach itself, should be watched from a distance as you walk by...toward a different restaurant.
The food was great, tried the shrimp fried rice and enjoyed it
What a delicious Thai experience! We were so delighted to dine in as we arrived 30 minutes before closing. Such a charming place with Thai inspired decor. Our server was friendly and welcoming. We could sense the authenticity from the menu and the aroma that surrounded us. Pad Thai was excellent and the pork belly so crispy and tasted like we were back in Bangkok!
Food is ok but what s with the servers attitude? There s a girl with tattoos who looks and sound very unfriendly and making faces everytime. How can people have great experience with that kind of service? I will not coming back nor recommend due to this experience.
Amazing food and the restaurant had a great atmosphere.
Khao soi soup is red curry not the original Khao soi soup which was disappointing...
Awesome food, cant recommend enough. Order anything you wont be disappointed.
Really delicious spicy pork bone soup with excellent broth. Well be going back to try other items!
Very nice place and food! Vegetarian options: Very good Kid-friendliness: Children love to eat
Ive been here twice. The first time, I had the vegan pineapple fried rice with veggies and tofu and it was really yummy! My friends had other dishes from the vegan menu and also enjiyed them. The second time, I had the vegetarian orange curry pad Thai with veggies and tofu from the Iron Chef menu, and it was pretty terrible. My friend had the chicken pad Thai and was not even able to eat it beyond two bites, but was not offered a refund. We both enjoyed the vegan spring rolls which were delicious. Ill need to eat there more often to give it a thorough review. At this point, I can reccomend the vegan menu, but otherwise, proceed with caution.
Like it
Ive been recommending this restaurant to everyone who loves Thai food. Every dish Ive tried is delicious. The coconut soup and Pad Ka Pao are must-haves!
The food was good. Service impeccable. Id visit again.
Great restaurant for Thai if youre looking for something other than Pai in Toronto. Got the Karee softshell crab curry, Pad See Ew, Tomyum soup, and Tomyum wings. Wings were by far the best wings Ive had in a while Food : 5/5
Too salty for a sweet person. But the service and ambience is fantastical
Ordered delivery on Uber eats, pretty disappointed. 70-80% of the dish is just rice, about 100g of beef. I usually get my pad gra prao from koh Lipe, they re priced the same but more meat in the dish, sauce tastes better, and there s other veggies in it other than just green beans.
Paid 15$ plus tax for a bowl of steamed rice and a teaspoon of ground beef. Paid Thai portion was small as well and Taste was mediocre.
Best Thai place on the east end!!!
Very happy with the food and service!! Our 3rd time here! We drove from out of town for their crispy pork, that s how good it is!
So good
We love the Leng here! Very authentic and hits all the right flavours. My second time here and won t be the last.
tasty love the crisp pork rice
Nice vibe, food is tasty
The salted egg yolk fries are the best fries Ive ever had. The crispy pork was delicious and enough for two portions.
Good food.
Food is tasty but service is bad, pricy Thai food.
The pork belly is just too good. The main reason i come here is for the pork belly dish. Its a must try
Delivery order was missing an item. Tried calling a couple of times. No one ever picked up. Whats the point of a phone if youre not gonna pick up calls? 100% never ordering from here again.
Must try their Chilli & Salt Crispy Pork Belly and Leng Saap.
I would recommend Pad Hoi Lai which is could not find this menu in Vancouver also food presentation looks so amazing
Couldn t ask for more. Recommended for Thai food lover Food
Favourite local Thai place. Delicious pad Thai.
Delicious Tom yum wings but it was busy so it was pretty noisy.
Food was so salty! The meat (chicken) was so hard to chew and so as the noodles not worth the money I paid.
I recently went to Maya Bay Thai and had a great time! I didnt order any food but had a Thai iced tea (lemon) and it was delicious (sweet , you cant skip the sugar) My friends had already ordered food before I got there, and they really enjoyed it. They also have a cool deal 10% off if you pay cash, but it has to be one bill. The vibe was nice, and the staff were friendly. Definitely looking forward to trying the food next time!
We have been to Maya Bay Thai for years and the food was always great. We loved Chilli & Salted Pork rice and Leng Saap Soup. However after the latest visit, we realized the food has been changed, even the display of the food has been changed as well. The taste was so off, totally different than the past that we think they might changed the chef or recipe! Plus, the server was giving us some attitude when I asked for some change back at the end when we paid our meal by cash. Prolly not gonna be our favourite Thai restaurant anymore.
Disgusting service, the table is shaking, Nobody answer us. Even the water and the menu didn t giving us. And also I want to take the order, the lady ignored us and go to help other table to order. Do not recommend. Terrible!!!
We were the first to tell the waiter to order. The waiter did not serve us first.
The food is delicious, the atmosphere of the restaurant can sit and chill. There are a lot of drinks to choose from. I like the friendly service of all the staff. In terms of the price, the food is quite like a typical Thai restaurant, but compared to the amount of food, I think its worth it.
Authentic Thai Food! nice and friendly staff~
I do like the food there, especially the pork belly l. Service is good and atmosphere is also very good
The food is really good! I highly recommend for you guys to try it
Great food!
Great food great thai tea!
Great service, clean interior, and good food!
Portions are really big. Great service! The restaurant is really nicely decorated.
I ordered the Veggie Pan See Ew medium spice and it was delicious. Watch out though they are serious about spiciness!
Super cozy atmosphere. Food reminds me of my last visit to Thailand. Definitely will be back.
What a lovely experiences I have when I come to this little cute Thai restaurant. Good food, good service and Thai cuisine is 10/10. Highly recommend
good
Looks great, good atmosphere
I love the vibes here
Here with husband and son, were the first to arrive just as they were opening. The team was kind enough to let us have a seat inside while we wait for the team to set up. Very generous portions, crispy pork was really good. We ordered tomyum noodles, rice with fried egg and crispy pork and the Tom kluong linguine (iron chef special). All dishes were very enjoyable! Just wished the tomyum was spicier!
Their Leng zaap has always been my favorite in town!
Good taste, the pork is so crispy
I love crispy pork belly!
The crispy pork belly are extremely good.
Very nice service and food!!
Vegetarian options: Great veggies selections although I always get the pork . Will try tofu soon. Food
Everything is perfect
The waiter is so handsome and the food tastes so good
Almost every table must order the original pineapple smoothie, the portion is generous, and the pure pineapple meat is delicious. The other dishes are stunningly beautiful and look great in photos.
The environment is clean and the food is delicious!
Really yummy thai food! Loved the vegan options
The environment is very good, food is tasty also. Highly recommended!
Really good restaurant. Delicious food and perfect service with the best leng saap soup in Toronto!!! I recommend it to all my friends!
Casual dinner with family. Ordered the soft shell crab fried rice. Could add more flavor and ingredients to bring it over the top, but overall taste hits the mark.
good
Absolutely delicious food and nice place! Recommended by a friend, definitely worth a try.
yummy thai foods
Nice place Dietary restrictions: They will ask if u have some allergies Food : 5/5 |
Excellent food and quick service Vegetarian options: Yes they have vegetarian options Food : 5/5 |
A beauty of the beach
The food was so salty! We ordered the beef braised noodles with beef balls and a curry. The noodles were way too salty. Then we ordered the mango sticky rice for dessert and somehow that was salty too!
This place, this place. I love it. Have never had a bad dish and each one is so flavourful and delicious even something as simple as a chicken wing. Faves include chili and salt crispy pork belly, pure comfort food, Khao Soi which has so much wonderful flavour and texture and the Tom Yum Noodle. I get cravings and they have to be fulfilled
Food was fresh and delicious. Staff were attentive and prompt. It gets busy, so be mindful that there may be a wait.
They are not behaving good with delivery drivers. Being arrogant with them and also female receptionists showing their attitudes. these girls are idiots
Nice food with good atmosphere.
Good food, good service.
First time at Maya Bay, and it was a decent experience. I was skeptical at first from looking at the interior as its in need of some TLC. However, I didnt let that fool me as there are some seedy looking spots around where the food is on point. The servers were friendly but not that attentive. They did accommodate my dietary restrictions of no egg and dairy, which was awesome! I ordered the Pad See Ew, and it was very tasty and served piping hot. The flavour of the didh was present and refined but not overpowering, and everything was fresh. The shrimps were huge and cooked perfectly. I also ordered a side of veggie spring rolls, which were very small and kinda bland. Overall, Ill probably go back and try something else on the menu. Vegetarian options: They have a separate vegan dishes section in case youre wanting totally plant based. Dietary restrictions: I asked them for no dairy or eggs in my dish, and they had no issue with that.
verygood
The restaurant is very good!
Having a good time here!!
The foods are very good!
Awesome service. Fast and friendly.
Maya bay is truly a hidden gem. The flavour of the food has so much depth it left us in awe. The massaman curry in particular is a must try.
The Pad Kee Mao was amazing, I loved the flavour and the freshness of the ingredients.
Good experience with food and atmosphere, the spicy level is on point, not too spicy not too mild, crispy pork belly was so crispy and good, just maybe need more sauce to pair with the rice
We loved everything about Maya Bay. First things first - the food is incredible. The vibe is great and the prices are reasonable given the quality of the food. Fully recommend it.
[Tipping thief!! They will yell and grab your shoulder to force you to pay 18% tips! ] After paying we left the restaurant, cant believe the waitress come out and grab our shoulder and yell at us that we need to pay the tips at least 18% up. The amount of tips that we paid is not up to their standards , Me and my friend are all shocked by her reaction. Later on when we back home and checked the receipt , we are surprised by how greedy they are. We pay in cash but they still charged us 13% HST + she wants us to pay 18% Tipping In total they take 31% extra money from us. Thats just unreasonable. Also they have no good service to us. The waitress are never smiling and we have to wait for her to have eye contact with us which takes almost 7 minutes I literally dont want to go there again unless you want to suffer.
Great place with wonderful food and nice service
I just wanted to share that I had an amazing experience at this Thai restaurant. The food was so delicious and authentic, and the service was outstanding. I cant wait to come back and enjoy it all over again!
Authentic Thai Cussine ... Taste Very Delicious. Love the Hoi Lai (stir fried chili, clam &basil) plust the pad thai is very Yummy not ur regular pad thai... cooked perfectly.
Unreal food!! I make a point to come here every time Im back in Toronto for the delicious meals you get here. The value is great, staff is wonderful, and I think I had the best pork bone soup Ive ever had! Always recommend trying out Maya Bay
Nice service and food
The Tom Yum Phad Thai with crispy pork belly is outstanding!!!!!
I had a nice birthday dinner here! Just let them know before you come!
For the second week in a row, the fate of my weekend family chowdown rests in the hands of the kids again! This time, my daughter is taking the lead. Since, beside her, none of us live downtown nor have we heard of this proposed Thai venue of hers. Our outing this evening became shrouded with a certain amount of mysticism and involved a leap of faith on our part. Keeping our fingers crossed and placing our trust in her taste and enthusiastic endorsement of the place, we braved the traffic jam of the 404, drove from way up north and met up with her downtown. There, we skittishly followed her into the unknown! The place in question is a Thai restaurant by the name of Maya Bay on Carlton street, Cabbagetown. Smallish and casual, the decor of this hip restaurant can be described as industrial rustic . Our party of 5 ordered the following: - Salted Duck Egg Yolk Fries - Tom Yum Fried Chicken Wings - Pad Thai Maya ( perfectly al-dente rice noodle, egg, tofu, bean sprouts, chives, Tamarind sauce, ground peanuts, Crispy Pork Belly ) - Mii Clook ( Dried egg noodles, peanut, onion, Mussels and Shrimp ) - Karee Soft Shell Crab rested on top of a pool of vegetable medley,Turmeric Curry, Egg and Onion served with rice - Dessert: Mango Cheesecake with mango syrup and diced green mangoes OMG! One bite into the first piping hot dish delivered to our table and I immediately realized we are eating in a special place. Subsequent dishes easily confirmed my initial deduction. This is no ordinary run-of-the mill Thai outfit! Every aspect of the food was skillfully conceived and prepared and the taste profile elevated to level a few notches above the norm. To call some of the above captioned, deeply complex, intense and packed full of flavor dishes as out-of-this-world good is somewhat an understatement. A few stand-out, mind blowing creations like the lip-smacking, hot and ultra-crispy salted egg-yolk fries ( so $^&**#@ing addictive!! ), the soaked with thick, yummy Tamarind sauce, Crispy Pork Belly Pad Thai ( the best Pad Thai rendition I have tasted here in town! ) and the Karee Soft Shell Crab on top of that pool of most delicious and appealing Turmeric Curry were all so insanely tasty, calling them out-of-this SOLAR SYSTEM good, IMO, is way more appropriate! Wow! What a stunning and totally unexpected experience. Their super-delectable food must rank as one of GTA s biggest pleasant culinary surprises this post Covid era!
Everything was delicious
This restaurant is the best restaurant in Toronto stuff are amazing. When I go there I m always thankful the food you need to try to believe. How good is it the price is very good
Amazing restaurant, i really enjoyed the food and atmosphere was nice
Ordered through UE and was really impressed with the quality, portions and overall value
The food is very oily and salty - very unpleasant experience for myself and my girlfriend. Have to package for most of the food that we ordered also pricey
Came here with a friend and every dish we ordered was delicious! Server was friendly and very knowledgeable all the dishes.
Just simply the best Thai restaurant period
Never ate Thai food like this one. The fried noodles were very poor. They tasted salty and sour, and the noodles were chewy. The fried pork was bitter. Cant imagine. The green curry chicken is ok, but the taste is 100% different from Thailand.
Only allow 1h30mins(start to count when you sit down) had to eat fast and it is not healthy. If it is the case, should been told when I made the reservation instead of telling me when I arrived the store. Poor customer service.
Food was good. The only thing is we 2 people tipped 15% instead of 18%. The waitress then just grab the machine and leave without saying a word or asking if we need the receipt. This is ridiculous.
Best Thai food in the area in our opinion. Prices are similar to those of other restaurants, but the food here looks and tastes so fresh comparatively.
Follow @bredgyeats for more food posts! Pad thai addiction strikes again, and I am deeply impressed by the balance of sweet, sour and smokiness that accompanies every bite, perhaps a bit of the sweet side which I like. The shrimp were also skillfully cooked for a crisp, bouncy texture. The crispy pork belly rice was more indulgent, with the layers of fat being rendered into something between a solid and a liquid, dissolving immediately in your mouth to coat it with a delicious, pork and soy sauce aroma. The onsen egg adds yet another layer of richness and umami in each bite. In addition, the leng saap provides a sour refuge for these otherwise heavy hitters, with tender pieces of pork bones inside.
This place has really great food. The Tom yum soup is a must try, along with the wings. Pork belly is always crispy and cooked to perfection. It can get a little crowded at time with it being a smaller place.
Perfect crispy pork bowl, can t wait to visit again
Their orange curry Pad Thai is the best Pad Thai I ve had in Canada
Curry crab is great Pad Thai is dissapointing Drinks are extremely overpriced
Food was good but Service very slow
First time. Ordered from Uber Eats. This food is a 12/10. I m shocked and VERY pleased.
Very authentic Thai
OMG one of the best Thai food in town!!!!! Love the food here! Highly recommend this place to people who love Asian food!!!!!
The food is okay, even I had reservation, I only can get the seat near washroom. The food waiting time is long
The food was amazing, The Khao soi was exactly what I wanted and the Massaman Curry was beyond expectations, will be adding this restaurant to the rotation, and welcome to the Nine Club! 9.4/10
