Use to be my favourite place for momo but from last 2-3 times had a worst experience. Last time got hair in my momo. Last night got raw momo I was super excited for momo but when I eat it was raw.

Go to any other location and food will be delicious!! This one I was very disappointed as nothing was crispy or spicy even though I asked for it specifically. Food was cold n soggy n unfortunately I did not enjoy it at all. Ive been to 2 other locations multiple times and I always loveeee the food! So i was excited to eat here but then got sad and super disappointed.

I recently tried Momo To Go and was really impressed! The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfect for a quick meal. The momos were delicious, packed with great taste. The service was fast and efficient, and the staff was polite and helpful. For a take-out spot, it definitely exceeded my expectations. I ll definitely be coming back for more!

Super yummy and Spicy momos

We were so happy that we found a Tibetan restaurant near were we live. We ordered food. But, Food wasn t good as we expected. Momo was so dry and chowmein aslo not that good. We ordered food $100 over and only jhol momo is what we can eat rest of food is disaster.

Food was horrible, chicken chowmein was bloody red, and too much oil. Their chilli fries were soaked in oil, like it was dripping. Chilli chicken dry was decent but they dont mention if it comes with rice or no, so i bought extra rice, and it came with rice, now i have like 3 rice. And they charge for chilli sauce, like what?? I have been to almost all tibetan restaurants in delhi, dharamasala and parkdale. This is the first one that charges for chilli sauce, shocking..

They have great momos variety

Stopped in last night for some takeout as this place was recommended to me by a neighbor. The young lady at the counter told me her favorite dish was Momo 65, a sweet & spicy indian fusian momo. I took her suggestion and boy oh boy, ever glad that I did. It was delicious! A massive portion, too. Cannot wait to come back and try more, im a new regular. Cant recommend enough, a must try Queensway staple.

I warn all office workers or people who are on set lunch times not to go here. My office and I have been ordering from here periodically over the last 2 years for pickup, yet EVERY time the food is not ready when we get there. We will place an order, and they will give an expected time of half an hour later, which is fine, but after that, it is an additional half-hour wait at the restaurant as if they didnt even start working on the order until I showed up to pick it up. Today, I prepaid in hopes that it would be better. As I write this, I am still waiting. We have spent at least $1,000 from our employees coming by to pick up (~$500 on my orders through their app alone, not to mention my phone call orders before I got the app or when another employee would pick up). I do not understand how it takes an hour to boil or fry dumplings, nor how they seem to consistently always miss orders that are not through Uber or Skip. *Edit: Let me be clear. While there is some individual blame on the employee working, ultimately it is the fault of ownership. Over the past two years, I have seen at least 5 different staff members, but there is always an issue with getting the orders on time. Usually, there is one staff member working, but I remember a time when there were two, and orders would still be half an hour late. It is clear this issue is due to poor management. Fixed spelling and grammar.

Gave us the wrong order and when we called to let them know. He told us too bad and they don t care about us even though we re regular customers. Won t be returning to this location.

Extremely disturbing and disgusting experience, usually I don t write reviews unless if the experience is horrible, I have been eating here often which is my mistake would have spent over $500.00 in last one year it self. This review is specially for the owners & the staff. Staff is extremely unprofessional & not all kind. They always act cheap and want to make money out of everything, who charges almost $3 for extra sauce. Please start treating your customers with respect and be nice and kind to them who gives you business. Employee s are extremely rude. Pathetic service.

Sure, heres a negative food review for chili chicken: --- I recently visited [Restaurant Name] and ordered the chili chicken, which turned out to be a regrettable decision. The taste was downright awful. The chicken was overcooked and dry, making it difficult to enjoy. The sauce was a bizarre blend of overly sweet and sour flavors that completely masked any hint of chili. It was as if someone had just thrown random ingredients together without any regard for balance or taste. Additionally, the dish was excessively oily, leaving a greasy residue that was hard to ignore. The vegetables were limp and lacked freshness, adding nothing positive to the overall experience. To top it off, the service was disappointing. When I mentioned how unhappy I was with the dish, the staff seemed indifferent and did nothing to address the issue. In summary, the chili chicken was an awful experience. I wont be returning to [Restaurant Name] and cant recommend their chili chicken to anyone seeking a flavorful and enjoyable meal.

The food here is absolutely fantastic, butter chicken momos are to die for. We order both deliver and pickup however this place constantly screws up the order. Of the last three times ordered, two were errors. The food is either super spicy when we have ordered mild (to the point we cant eat it) or completely missing (ordering BOGO and getting one). Its too bad cause we would order more often, you just cant trust you are ever getting what you order...

It is not often that I need to contemplate how to structure a review. This experience begins with a group of us placing close to a $400 order to be delivered on a week day for lunch. The order was placed through Ubereats delivery, being told the driver was enroute and will arrive in about an hour s time, we were in shock as our order was cancelled within minutes due to arrive. Calling the restaurant we were told it was the driver that cancelled the order and that we would need to reorder the entire order again. I was the only person who decided to reordered from the group. Himalayan Malai Masala Beef Momo, Afghani Chicken Momo, Butter Chicken Momo I must say are the stars of the order. Momos were large and filled with meat, juicy and each sauce came with distinct flavours reflective of their region. Each sauce thick and wonderfully balanced in spice, savoury, and textured as it clung to each Momo. Fish Chili was highly enjoyed and Chicken Manchurian was average with a sweet and sour based sauce. Both the Fish Chili and Chicken Manchurian came with plain steamed rice which is good, but overall the portions were on the small side. Chicken Chow Mein was the average Hakka or Chinese chow mein ordered from any Asian restaurant. The texture/cook of the noodle though was perfect but lacked the smokey wok hei/flavour people seek when ordering out. The hot sauce is much like the texture and flavour of of a sriracha. I do not know if I recommend this to be ordered through Ubereats, as the total came to over $120 for six small dishes. If I was picking up, I would focus on ordering Momos. Service was disappointing as the handling of the delivery cancelled by a delivery driver, was rather a matter of fact attitude, and was informed to just place the order again 2 hours from the original order time, so the order then arrived almost 3.5 hours from the original order time. Noted this is an Ubereats issue, but observing the way it was handled by the restaurant was very disappointing.

Momo 2 go was excellent. First time trying it. Everything was hot and fresh. Pick up only. Cash or debit only. Food tastes great. Was seasoned perfectly. We tried the kurkur momo & butter chicken momo. Both were exceptional & fresh. Will definitely order again. Call ahead of time to avoid waiting. Food

Delicious Tibetan/Hakka food. It s great to have a place like this as they seem to be quite rare. Also keep in mind that this place is strictly takeout only, there is nowhere to sit or eat.

Its getting worse day by day, had some of the worst experience momos filled with oil, which was disgusting when I ate and this has happened many times and sometimes theres no sauce when I order the masala momos and no salad. Theres no consistency with the dish and taste at all. This is the last time Im ordering from this place. They dont even change the oil regularly, which gives out char on the momos when fried. Something for the authorities to check.

This is a take-out only place, no tables or chairs provided in or outside of the restaurant. The momo were FANTASTIC. I tried the vegetable Malai Masala momo and the chicken Delhi Masala momo. Portions were great, 8 juicy dumplings SWIMMING in sauce. I could eat these every day. Would highly recco if you were looking for a quick take out dumpling fix!!!

This used to be my go to place. Ate here 5 times a week. Their chicken fried rice was the bomb and their steamed momos were decent too. They were the only place that added flavourful fried chicken to their rice. I ordered the same 2 things last night. It was Awful, the chicken was boiled and stir fried, overcooked smelled weird. The rice had no salt, and was soaked in oil. After that experience. I ain t coming back bruv. Ya ll changed your cook or recipes i don t know what. Sad!!

This is my first I ordered from this location. It was chicken momos steamed and chili chicken momos it was so underdone chicken on the inside was not tasty at all. I wasted my money and did not finish eating all of the food as I hardly ate 2-3 pieces. My worst experience I m never going to try this location again.

If I had an option of marking ZERO, I would have done that. Food was stale, bad taste, smelly chicken and our rice bowl had a hair strand. The manager took it out infront of us and said he can replace IF WE WISH! We later gave him the feedback for food, all that he said was he appreciate our feedback. He didn t care of the feedback and didn t offer any recovery. Pathetic food, worst experience and the restaurant rating 4.6 is FAKE. It s less than 1 in our case.

Absolute worse location of momo2go 1. Sometimes out of blue they decline use of credit card and accept only cash and debit. The very next day they are okay with it 2. Worse quantities ever 3. Taste is completely different and worse than other locations 4. Wait times are horrrible PS: Kudos for customer service, i thought quantity was less and called them, they agreed to give me another one for no price at my next visit there. *When i went back, they were gushing and making jokes at the back - Also, the quantity and taste was the same. Hence, disappointing. * Try the rexdale and albion locations. Absolute great customer service there and better quantities and taste. This location is 2 km away from my place; but id rather go 30 minutes for albion than getting anything here. Hope it gets better with time : )

Best momos

This was our first takeout after moving to Etobicoke. So good it got rid of any doubt I might have had about this neighbourhood. We have ordered a few more times since then. The Delhi Masala and Butter Chicken momos are heavenly!

Hi Tenzin, First of all, Amazing food! I have been Momo2go customer for almost 3 years now. Today while I am placing order through application, I had some issues while placing order. When I called the store (Momo2Go- 826 The Queensway) the girl who picked up the phone was very rude and did not know how to deal or talk with the customer. I was not expecting that kind of behaviour from any team member. I just wanted to bring this to your attention because this is not the first time we had this issue but today it was at its peak.

Momos 2 go was my favourite place for Indian Chinese. Had ordered Veg fried rice and got chicken instead on Uber Eats. They don t even pick up calls. Very unprofessional company standards. Very disappointed.

Terrible service! And this has happened few times in a row now. We are vegetarians and received chicken momos last time we placed an order instead of veg momos. This time they took entire money but delivered partial order. They don t pick up when we call them either. We used to love place but we will stop coming here now.

The hospitality was terrible. I would definitely not go back considering how much ever the food was good. If your customer service and hospitality is terrible, no body would prefer to be treated the way the group of our friends treated. If you are hiring somebody please make sure they have the basic hospitality training on how to talk to customers. Updated review as i got food poisoning. Its average at best. The tandoori momo sauce tasted good but were mainly just color. The layer was too chewy and the chicken filling dry. The chowmein was oily and lacked flavor. I would likely not try again.

The Momos were phenomenal! Got a Chicken 65 Momo, chicken steam Momos, and fried veg Momos. The veg momos were awesome, crispy and full of flavour. The 65 sauce was amazing and didnt compromise the texture, and the additional flavour was a whole journey. The steamed chicken Momos are a classic hit and this place maintained the nostalgia from home. The long wait time, if that, was 100% worth it.

Last week, I went to their Brampton outlet and I didnt have a great experience. I ordered them a steamed chicken momos and what they gave me was steamed veg momos and when I complained about it they said you came to us after eating 2 pieces and never told us in first bite. come on, eating steaming hot momos your taste buds also take some time to understand what you are eating. they nvr returned the money nor they accepted it was their fault. today I went again to their Etobicoke location, I ordered Mango lassi, and afgani momos . what a disgusted taste it was. that lassi was so thick and was smelling purely like momos sauce and. had no feeling of a pure lassi I had to throw it away, also the again momos they were so hard, tough to bite. I didnt feel I was eating momos in any way, no sauce created, no spoons or forks nothing. Is this their hospitality, 0 rating for food taste or in the name of hospitality. I dont think so I will ever go to any of its branches again now.
