Best pho in parkdale. Balanced, well rounded broth, reasonable prices. The bun (vermicelli) is great too, fresh veggies, grilled meat well seasoned. Can t miss.

Shabby customer services and unwelcoming behaviours. I called to order the food and checked whether it is possible to order through a delivery app. Then the restaurant worker hanged the call without respecting me as a potential customer. In case of the restaurant staff dropping the call by mistake from his end, I called back and asked why he hanged the call, he said he does not understand me. It is so ironic for this restaurant staff to be so arrogant and micro aggression towards other Asian customers, although this store s name contains Asia :(

Excellent food! This place is a Toronto fixture, almost legendary. Phad Thai, pho, spring rolls, fresh everything made to order. The interior is a journey back in time but classic in its own. Old school numbered menu ordering system, so classic. The traditional picture menu, its all here in its glory. Great service! Fantastic food to dine in or take out. Lots of room for group or family dining(for best experience with large group, just let them know in advance). Lots of dishes to explore so you can go back again and again. Set your clock back 10 years because the prices are from a long gone era, very wallet friendly. Clean and organized and you will not wait long. A must try for any person living in or passing by the neighborhood. Youll love it and come back again. The menu caters to all diets.

I went the first time and was not satisfied with the food. So, I gave it a second chance, and it was terrible. I ordered seafood soup and the crab imitation tasted like it was getting bad- spoiling. I discretely let the server know to prevent someone from getting food poisoning. I expected the soup to be deleted from the bill, but that did not happen- I ended up paying for something that thanks to God I did not eat.

My favourite pho in the area. Exactly what I expect, and so good on a cold day. Their pho has a great tasting broth, with fresh ingredients and the prices are very reasonable

One of Torontos best pho, great options. Tasty, quality dishes done right. Good prices, and they dont cheap out on portion sizes. Really nice service. Basic but pleasant atmosphere. Vegetarian options: Tasty vegetarian options, lots of choice, fresh. Kid-friendliness: Mild dishes for the kiddies.

The place is great but the quantity is not worth the price. Also the pad thai noodles was undercooked and we paid for small amount of lemonade. Maybe try to order some thing else.

Great food and a huge menu with lots of options. My roommate is vegetarian and she has a whole page of the menu to choose from. They are cash only but have an ATM available. Quick, reliable, yummy.

My favourite takeout pho spot in the area! My go to is the Bún Bò Huê - flavourful broth, perfectly cooked rice noodles. Their Special Beef Noodle Soup is also perfect to warm you up on a cold winter day. Large portions, quick service, would highly recommend!

Happened to walk by at dinnertime - a happy surprise! Important note: cash only, and tables have an order card and pen. Food came quickly. My group all had different types of pho. Everyone was happy. Bowls come in reg/large/XL...4 grown men were all good with the large. We also had the fried spring rolls (chicken), very tasty with a perfect crunch on the outside. I will definitely stop by again if Im in the neighborhood.

It was my first time here so I cant really give an honest review but we did order pho which was just okay for me because I am Vietnamese and pretty particular with my broth. My partner though did enjoy it but I can. I am particular as I make homemade pho and I spend time in Vietnam. The banh mi was pretty decent. We live around the corner so its convenient for us to come by but its also well priced so you cant really complain. We would love to try different things on the menu for a better review.

Dont let the low ratings influence your decision to come here. While the restaurant may not have modern finishes, it makes up for it in taste, value, and service. The pho is very flavourful and, unlike many restaurants in the city, they include a lot of meat. The prices are very reasonable (I got a $13.50 large bowl of pho), and its family run so its good to know that youre supporting local. Do yourself a favour and try this place out. You wont regret it.

Pho Asia 21 is the coolest Vietnamese restaurant that I have been to in a very long time ! Tucked away in Parkdale, near Dufferin and King Street West, Pho Asia 21 encompasses a true experience of the tastes of Asia. One thing that you have to keep in mind when ordering is that they only accept cash at this establishment. Apart from that, Pho Asia 21 has a nice blend of Asian dishes that you do get to choose from. From Chicken wings (fried) to Pad Thai and one of my favorite dishes of all time, Pho Tai. When I ordered this Pho Tai I was surprised that the ingredients were on point and cooked to perfection. The mixes of meats and veggies came together like a match made in heaven. I came here with a friend and I was slightly hungover, but it was the perfect spot to have a meal and the hangover went away. If you are in the community, it would be great to support this restaurant as I highly do recommend it.

I believed all those cool reviews but shrinks with noodles had no taste. Pho tai was just average. Plastic dirty sticks. The restroom was closed. Weird smell inside. The service was poor. Nothing there that is worth coming back.

Very quirky and beautiful indoors. I just ordered and have good vibes and hopes from this place. They re opening next Monday they said so, can t wait to come back and dine-in.

Good price and taste. $14 for xl pho and $10 for vermicelli with spring roll. Convenient in the neighbourhood. No fuss indoor dining. Pretty quick.

Beautiful pho restaurant in Parkdale. I typically only have the rare beef pho (which is amazingly delicious!) But there are plenty of options to choose from. Not to mention the owners are extremely sweet and passionate about what theyre cooking/serving.

I just got Pho here and currently have food poisoning.. I should have been tipped off when it was empty... Ive been throwing up for an hour!

The pho is solid, but I wasnt impressed by the pad thai I ordered. That said their pork bahn mi was pretty good and reasonably priced at $7. I think its the sort of place that deserves multiple visits to explore the menu, try different options and find your favourites!

I ve been here a bunch over the years. They re alway nice. It s very normal Canadian-vietnamese (viet- thai hybrid) menu. The spring rolls are always nice and crispy made tho rice paper, there should be more people in here. No beer, maybe that s why it s kinda empty. Otherwise it s a great place to eat. Child friendly too

Standard pho place that you see in the city. The pho is good, not spectacular but it will satisfy a craving. Cash only like a lot of other pho places, inconvenient but typical. I give it a 4 because my standards for pho are quite frankly high, but it was a good bowl of pho when I went.

Prices are inconsistent. Some things I found were priced fairly while others were not - bubble tea and Bahn Mi stood out as being significantly pricey. Pho is alright, Ive had better but there are no other options in Parkdale. This is the only restaurant in the area where youll find Vietnamese cuisine now that Jasons Coffee shop is closed.

Been a regular customer before covid19 and went back there today for dining. We have ordered 2 pho and spring rolls. The soup was blandy and less ingredients. It wasnt like that before. The portions are very small. Portions at this resturants have decreased now. Ive got very surprised that they charged TEA for $2.50!!!!. Ive never seen that pho resturants charged TEA anywhere in Toronto. I am very disappointed over all. The service got really bad. To, the owner, you shouldnt do that especially during the pandemic. Do something better.

Never had a bad meal there. Always friendly, polite and efficient staff. The food is fresh, flavourful, plentiful and perfectly prepared. Ive been taking my niece and nephew there since they were little. Fun and affordable family dining experience.

Service is decent and throughout the years noticed that the food changed its taste. Not taking my business here anymore considering my bf and I waited 1 hour for our food (we didn t order a lot ) while everyone else got their order before us and dined in like we did.

Came here a few times, great authentic Vietnamese food

This had been my go to place for a Looong time. I feel like there was an owner change or something because it has been going down hill. It used to be filled with people all the time and now theres just the owners or a super young family with crying baby visiting. There is nobody ever, it makes you wonder if its a front?? The house special pho has slowly risen in price from $7.99 to $9.50 (for a small)but the flavour of broth has gone down to nothing. Service is none exisitant here now, which makes me sad because it was decent before. Still it is the only one around here so I will have to visit it on cold wintery nights, but i would probably hit up chinatown for THAT kinda price point.

Ordered ginger chicken. It was VERY BAD. Just peppers,uncooked ginger strips in it. Also CASH ONLY PLACE. There are lot better choices around.

I came here for lunch alone. They stuck me in the worst table tucked into the corner right behind the ATM, despite the place being nearly empty and my asking to sit closer to the window. Its a bit dark inside but decent atmosphere and lots of seating. The pho itself is average -- Ive had better and Ive had worse. Overall would go if in the area and craving pho as I was but would not go out of my way to go here. Fair pricing. Cash only!

I wouldnt call it a top-notch pho place but it definitely would you call it horrible either. At best its a middle of the road joint to go to if youre starving and in the area. Personally I felt it a little bit overpriced and I think they could do better with their portions. But I will say they are the best place to eat at that intersection

We were regulars here, but havent been here in at least a year because a new place opened that is closer. Either management or the kitchen has changed, and not for the better. The food was okay, just not great. I can find much tastier curried chicken soup elsewhere.

FAV place to visit when your craving for Vet pho

Never again. My girlfriend and I used to come to this joint regularly for 4 years. Things took a turn for the worse a while back and tonight was the end. We always order the rare beef pho and tonight I found a circular plastic from take out bags in my soup. I went up to cash and the woman (who I assume is the wife) told me I had to pay for both because I finished my soup. (I left a little soup but most was finished because I hadnt found the plastic until the end.) When I refused, the husband filled a small bowl with water and put the plastic in the bowl and said plastic floats so you should have found it at the beginning, basically accusing me of planting it in my food. I replied that it was buried under the noodles, meat, sprouts etc and that it should not have even inside the food in the first place. At this point I let them know that just last month there was a piece of shrivelled up tape in my girlfriends soup and the woman said yes but I didnt charge you for her soup because she found it at the beginning. WTF?! No apology, just plain accusatory and even with ruined meal and experience, still charges for the other soup both times. I was angry but still paid for the other soup to which the husband yelled at me about how I was placing the money on the counter. I did not throw it, I put it down angrily, to which I had good reason for. I hope this place is gone when the condos come up and improve the area. Until then, I will be taking my business up on College st.

Nice no frills diner style pho place. Pho was great, the broth could have been a bit more flavourful, I found it a bit watery, but didnt ruin my experience. Good ratio of noodles to meat. Great prices - my large bowl ran me 12$, awesome value. Cash only but I dont mind that. Fast service, great for a lunch break. I will be going again!

Still my favourite ph place in Toronto. Always a good broth, reasonable prices and staff are friendly enough. You can tell its a family owned place. The rice wraps are quite good as well, I definitely recommend them! Overall I would say this is a great spot to eat and it just so happens to be near my house which is an awesome bonus. FYI it is cash only, but they do have an ATM.

Ive been here many times and Ive never had a dish I didnt like! Today I tried their Goat Curry and Vietnamese Coffee for the first time and yum!! Price is a little high for Pho but the location is prime!
