BEST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH THE BEST TEAM EVER! Ive been to restaurants, Ive tasted aligots, Ive seen customer service, ladies and gentlemen, but NEVER oh big NEVER like this one! A real culinary journey in Aveyron land, tasty, hearty dishes (they will make sure you dont run out of aligot ) for an UNBEATABLE quality/price ratio! The icing on the cake? An adorable team, all smiles and full of good humor to make you have a memorable time. Special mention to the great master Aligoteur Rémy, he will be able to pass on his passion and his art of aligotage to you, from an ancestral tradition, if you are interested Thank you team.

A good address where I will return with pleasure! The aligot served before our eyes is excellent (as good as the one I remember, eaten in an Aveyron buron), the meat of the Aubrac burger delicious, not to mention the lost brioche and its excellent orange blossom ice cream, the The atmosphere is warm and all the servers are smiling and pleasant, despite the crowds and the rush of a Saturday lunchtime in the middle of Black Friday! We ate here this afternoon. And what a disappointment, once not twice. Time between order and service more than long (more than 30 minutes) to be served with dishes supposed to be hot, not that hot... We have desserts including a gourmet coffee, an ice cream (childrens menu) and a coffee... The ice cream and coffee arrived 20 minutes after the gourmet coffee, suffice to say that our daughter was fed up and couldnt sit still. We didnt understand the principle of making a coffee for a gourmet coffee and not the coffee alone, then more than 20 minutes for a scoop of ice cream... A big problem both between the service and the kitchen. Then the price for the quality and eating half cold... We wont come back. Its simple, so much waiting that a table of 5 behind us left without seeing the color of their plates... Just wanted to tell people not to wait to get a table because they were going to wait even longer once seated.

More than a mixed experience... After 1h20 of waiting (more than 45 minutes to get the drinks), errors in the order, a forgotten dish, the one intended for a child who had been asked to be served as a priority and so arrived 20 minutes after everyone else, a steak for 26 in sole mode, table in the middle of a draft (reserved several days in advance)... The staff clearly overwhelmed and understaffed and the crowds exceptional linked to the context of the day could have explained certain shortcomings, but all combined made us regret our choice of lunch at Ligot! And despite our dissatisfaction, no commercial gesture was considered...?

When I got home I almost said to myself finally an aligot restaurant that doesn t smell like tourist traps Well... the quality of the dishes is correct but the aligot can be random depending on the plate. The meats are good but it s just good (it doesn t fly very high). On the other hand, the desserts ! Either we must CONSIDERATELY increase the quality of desserts or we must lower their price! It doesnt work at all... even a dessert crepe they cant do it, its not even reheated, the filling is missing, cardboardy, little taste. And the other desserts are passable and above all very very expensive for what they are. We will not forget that they accepted a reservation but there were two places missing, they said to themselves that we were going to squeeze in.. Two orders forgotten, had to ask 3 times for something to arrive. On the other hand, the waiters are adorable... but they would have been just as good in another restaurant (by which I mean that the problem does not come from them but rather from the boss who surely manages this affair) There were 14 of us at the table. The icing on the cake is that he refuses to pay for a portion with 4 restaurant tickets, supposedly its 2 tickets for 1 meal maximum, while EVERYONE paid by card except one person (Ill let you do the math: 4 tickets restaurant for 14 seats the price is respected ) In short, it wasnt far from being pretty good but the combination makes it a bad experience.

Ligot is a restaurant specializing in aligot and Aveyron preparations. There were 4 of us and we didnt have a long wait, we were lucky given the other comments. The aligot is very good, served on site so you can see the quality of the cheese, which goes very high like any good aligot. The plate itself wasnt very generous, but Im not surprised since its in the city center. The service is very friendly.

What a nice surprise! Le Ligot has just opened its doors in Toulouse on the very pleasant Place Saint Georges, and has already become a must for Toulouse restaurants. There we find French know-how, traditional Aveyron cuisine, good products, fast and VERY professional service. Special mention to the young waiter with the cap, of Aveyron origin, who knows his products, his country and his profession! Deplorable service, we waited and called the waiter 4 times, the tables arrived after us, were served well before us! Allow 40mm for 2 plates; 1 salad and 1 half duck breast. The big salad made us laugh, making us wonder what the small one must be then? We didnt have dessert otherwise we would come out on December 24th. Pitiful, we will not come back and I do not recommend this restaurant. Oh and to pay, a queue with 20 people waiting... The pompom!

Passing through Toulouse on our vacation route, we were pleasantly surprised by this restaurant on a great square in the heart of Toulouse. Copious and very good dishes, no criticism to make. The service with Aurore is top notch with a generous smile and good advice. The talented young boss and his team deserve to succeed. My sister and I were very disappointed with the special of the day at 10.90 omelette with porcini mushrooms Tasteless dish, accompanied by a few leaves of lambs lettuce without any taste. Fortunately we ordered a portion of fries which were good and a cooler + a coke for a total of more than 35, its a lot to pay for a disappointment.

We really enjoyed this moment. Very friendly service and excellent food. The only downside was that during dinner, I told the waiter that it was my partners birthday and I would have appreciated a little candle with the dessert, a small gesture to mark the event but oh well, too bad!

Very good welcome apart from that at the entry level nothing exceptional. No taste 1st entry too much salad in a Caesar salad 2nd entry burrata tomatoes, very small burata walnuts in oil and pesto for the price you expect to have better. I wont come back and I dont recommend it.

Despite a very pleasant welcome, we were very disappointed afterwards. We ordered a porcini omelette which took over half an hour to arrive. Once the tasting started we were able, unfortunately for us, to notice that there was no taste and that the porcini mushrooms had no taste. The porcini mushrooms were rehydrated porcini mushrooms, which certainly explains a wait of more than half an hour for a simple omelette. We are very disappointed and do not recommend.

What an incredible experience at Bistrot Ligot! I was absolutely delighted by every moment spent there. As soon as I arrived, I enjoyed a delicious Saint Germain Spritz, followed by the Aligot cromesquis which were simply divine. Then, I had the pleasure of tasting a glass of Terrasse du Larzac red wine, accompanied by an aligot spun in front of us with a sausage, a truly unforgettable taste experience. And to top it all off, the French toast served with a scoop of Orange Blossom ice cream left me speechless, an explosion of flavors in the mouth! The atmosphere was super friendly and warm, and the staff were exceptionally attentive. A big thank you to the entire Bistrot Ligot team for this memorable experience! I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves good food and unforgettable moments. Very well located restaurant. Good dishes, generous portions and good Aveyron taste. However, the service is rather sluggish... with a waiter who uses and abuses my biches bichettes my charming ones, we did not like this familiar and heavy tone. The only downside to this very appetizing meal all the same.

We were quite disappointed. We waited 1 hour before our dish was served. Luckily our friends child got his dish 20 minutes after ordering. All the tables that arrived after us were able to be served before us. When paying the bill I thought there would be a goodwill gesture, or an apology, but we got nothing.

What a disappointment for this new restaurant called Aveyronnais When we say Aveyron cuisine we imagine fresh quality products with taste Well its quite the opposite Burrata tomatoes, beyond the fact that they are not an Aveyron specialty, are without originality even if they tried to add garlic in the Aveyron style perhaps? Burrata without flavor! Really disappointing! Then the entrecôte, from Aubrac, from Metro ?(!), flat like a canteen steak and peas (presumably from a can) just cooked. The blue steak at 23 which is cooked to perfection (at the same time complicated with such a thin thickness) and the Aveyron salad is very limited in terms of product quality and quantity. We were left wanting more and did not find the right value for money. Best wishes.
