We wanted to place a large order for our entire team. We emailed the restaurant to set things up and the service was great! We were able to set up delivery and email in our order. The food was great, everyone loved it. Thank you for making it so simple for our team to have lunch together!
Tonight is the last night I go to this location. Ordered a huge ground beef on white , it was maybe the size of a big maybe less. I was getting big bits of of just empty bread the portions was very small did not fill the burrito up and I have gotten from there and other places before, it was my favorite place to go that would put me into a food coma. The employee said she is the manager the whole time she was talking on the phone with ear buds in while heating up my burrito probably spitting on it. Not impressed did not feel well after thinking about this. Won't be returning to this location again. I hope other customers take my advise!
We love Fat Bastard. My husband and I visit the Oshawa and Cobourg location either every Friday or Sunday, but always twice a week, when we bring the kids back and forth from Trenton to Oshawa. The consistency between those two locations is ON POINT. We live in Frankford, and decided to stop into the Trenton location after a late evening doctor's appointment in Carrying Place, we were both starving and both said "oh heck yeah, we want FB". Wrong place to visit when you're hoping for what you've come to expect from the chain. My husband always gets a roasted chicken burrito (half the amount of chicken) and I always get a shrimp bowl, lettuce for the base and extra noodles. This location managed to mess them both up, giving us food with no flavor, undercooked noodles and shrimp that were clearly salad shrimp and not the usual juicy plump ones the other locations use. We actually both threw out our whole order after two bites. The noodles were literally plain boiled spaghetti, pasty and flavorless. My shrimp had no flavour to them and were about the size of a dime. I asked for a bit of extra burrito sauce on top of the shrimp and they could have swam in the amount he put on. I asked for an extra line or two...not half the bottle. My husband couldn't understand why his burrito had no flavour, where it is typically always his highlight of the night when we order. I'm assuming the seasoning wasn't added at the same level the other locations use.... The skimpy flavourings, the obviously not spec shrimp, the poor preparation overall for the add-ons and sauces prove that this location doesn't care about the franchise's standards and expectations. We won't return to this location.
So disappointed! I normally love Fat Bastard Burrito. Have eaten hundreds of them over the years. Literally my favourite burrito chain. Got one tonight from this location, was so bad!!! Stale whole wheat wrap. Wasn't grilled on all sides which amplified the staleness. Ordered a Huge Tofu. Hardly any tofu was in there. Skimpy ingredients, like not even a normal amount. Will not be going to this location again. Made me dislike Fat Bastard altogether.
I ordered a chicken rice bowl. The flavours were good but they were very stingy with the vegetables and pico. I asked for extra veggies and I got less than I normally do with regular bowls at other burrito places. They also forgot to include the salsa with my chips. Unsure if I will return again as a result.
Just purchased 2 of the most delicious sweet chili tofu burritos that we have probably ever had. Not to mention the exceptional service! If you haven't tried this location, then I suggest that you should.
I love this place! The burritos are huge and delicious, with lots of topping choices available. My favourite are the fish tacos- crispy fish, tangy toppings... I like mine with extra coleslaw. The staff is very friendly. Coming here is always a good choice.
We got dinner here. Every one here is hindi you really can't understand them because broken english. You can't hear them talk some speak to fast. There was so much going on. After my chicken was cooked it sat in the bowl in the back for 10 minutes. Chicken was cold and dried out. There is no system to port your food to you they just yell out the order till some answers. I feel that if you want to open a business you should require one year of english studies in Ontario. Watched every one working and saw they were trying there best to keep up. Husbands burrito was really good I wished i gotten one too. 3 stars just for communication issues. Store was amazingly clean.

Update August 7th 2024 This location still sucks. Rude staff. Family members at table eating bananas and other food out of a grocery bag. Skimpy portions on meat. What a waste of time and money. They gave my order away to someone else and then gave me a random burrito after waiting 20 minutes. Wanted to start a new one but I didnt have time to sit around and wait for the cooks to learn how to do it.

Not great. Not a fan of the burrito.
I walked in and stood by the desk as the Indian fellow behind the counter was stuffing his face with a burrito. He sat the burrito down. Before washing, with his bare hand he wiped the loose vegetables off of the surface where the burritos were prepared, rinsed his hands for 1 second flat, then proceeded to take my order. I did not dine in this restaurant today.
Staff is polite but the food is meh
Chicken bowls are a regular for me. Fast food that doesnt make you feel like junk.

Quesadilla is $14.68 definitely not worth it. One little portion of meat Burritos are $13.30 now. Everything is just getting to expensive. They need an app for phone like subway for deals.

twice in one weekend i went an hour before closing both times the door was unlocked and the guy was sitting on his phone and when we went in they said they re closed
Terrible experience. They put hot sauce on our burritos so we could not eat them after a few bites. I asked for a low calorie sauce and this is what I got. I called the store and they said to come back for replacements. When I got there they wouldnt give me replacements without the ones I threw away. I kept half of one untouched and Gabe it to them but they said not good enough. Have you ever heard of this before. Our first and last time going there!@!
First visit and while a little pricey got fast food, it was very good. Wont be our last visit

I wish I could have given zero star, if possible, but the lowest is one. I visited the store today asked for a crispy chicken burrito with my friend. They gave me roasted chicken and the service is super busy. There was no one in the store but still I had to wait about 10 mins for just 2 burritos. Store was awful and it was not even sweep for god knows how many days. Will Never visit there again for sure

Just had a Big chicken burrito here in Trenton. I explained I don t hear very well, and asked that he make me the best burrito ever. Less the cilantro (dish soap) It was awesome and very flavourful. The kitchen was immaculate and shiny clean. I think a panini press would help, but maybe there isn t one big enough. I ll be back

I had a beef burrito and my MIL had a fried fish burrito. We sat in to eat, and the burritos were absolutely delicious! Employees were really nice, fast service and overall atmosphere of the place was great!

I stopped in for takeout for lunch. I ordered the fish tacos and a cheesecake burrito. The staff was very friendly and the food was so good. I definitely recommend the cheesecake burrito! Ill be ordering from here again for sure. Vegetarian options: They offer tofu as a protein, which you dont see very often.

I clearly stated I wanted a steak burrito, then they were about to put shrimp, and when I said no put steak on it, they put very little like very very little, just biting into lettuce and sauce, and the staff were quiet and did not seem to care about anything.
I love my burrito Soham is a great guy and an awesome server, The pulled pork and Beef is great. I go back every week.

Great, big burritos. The only complaint I could say is that they food is never hot enough. The meat is always cold and the toppings (beans, rice etc) are never hot enough. It seems like such an easy thing to do. Just turn up the heat on the warm plates and cook the meat hotter. Very simple and would make this place a 5 star. I cant be the only one who thinks that. Ive been here 5 times and everytime I have to go home and air fry the thing so its warm. Amazing burritos though. Best in town.

I love their pulled pork waffle fries so I figured Id give this new location a try. They really delivered, awesome all around. They were attentive, kind and as fast as possible.

Paid 8$ for a loaded waffle fries bowl, ended up with not even 8 waffle fries. Burrito ended up being switched with someone elses that was full of ingredients I did not prefer. Food was decent, quantities were poor and qaulity control was completely lacking.
Excellent service and food. Super friendly folks. Open LATE around the corner and literally something for everyone. Gluten-free friendly/vegan friendly. Delicious. So excited to order again. As a person that works late out of town, it was really nice to know that I could grab some yummy eats at 10:30pm!

Ordered a burrito bowl, hardly enough food in it to cover the bottom of the bowl. The pulled pork had no sauce, just dried pork with no flavour. Would not go back.

Burrito was mediocre by FB standards. Not nearly enough sauce, flavor wasnt there.
Showed up when it was quiet and there were no other orders, and waited 20 minutes for 3 burritos and waffle fries. 4 staff working and they were still slow and unsure how to dress the fries. Been there about 4 times now and it s slow every time. the beans always look old and dry in the warming containers. Burritos are not hot even when grilled, all the toppings are cold inside. Each time I ve had to reheat mine in air fryer when I get home to make it nice and hot. Just got shrimp taco and chicken tacos and both were ice cold. Like not even close to being warmed at all! Called they said not supposed to b cold how do u miss such an important step. Now my fiancé has to go back to the restaurant. Not impressed.
Completely inedible, we ordered for pick up and food was cold, freezing cold even though we picked up within 15 minutes of placing our order. Their burrito sauce tastes like straight up BBQ sauce. Literally threw it in the trash. Save your money and go somewhere else.
Ive had these guys delivered so many times so I finally decided it was time to walk in. The building and service was as good as the food. I have consumed so many of their burritos, I will soon evolve into a burrito type pokemon.

I been here a few times now and I just dont think I can do it again. I literally spent 21 dollars on a quesadilla without guacamole because the guac is terrible there too but thats another story. (not just that but you should see the extremely little scoop they use). I cant stand getting soggy food. Its terrible. Why do I keep getting soggy food that should not be soggy.
Service was bomb, the guys working were super nice, the bathrooms were well stocked and clean, woo! The burrito, perfect!
