First timer. Really friendly people serving amazing food !
The staff were wonderful and were so kind and playful with my young sisters. Food tasted good, kinda pricey but okay for an occasional treat.
The beavertails here were excellent! The service was prompt and polite. The beavertails and poutine were made quickly and well. Everything was super yummy!!
Great atmosphere and so friendly. We weren't clear when ordering and the staff explained the allergy menu and remade our order without us even asking. So helpful when many these days aren't. Will definitely be back!!!
Very nice atmosphere and very cool outdoors look. Beaver tail that I had I believe was a maple one it was very delicious but I wish it was a bit bigger. Staff was pleasant and a good add to Trenton.
Last week was my third time visiting this location. The location of the restaurant, the atmosphere, and the staff were all very friendly. Very clean and inviting franchise. I would say the only room for improvement would be the speed at which the items were prepared. I know it’s a new location, so I was prepared to wait. There were two customers ahead of us in line and it took 23 minutes for us to receive our order of a beverage and one Beavertail.
Quintessential Canadian restaurant. The place was spotless and inviting. The location is easy to find. Staff were so friendly! I liked that they used my name- personal connection is much needed these days. I ordered the original BeaverTail, the young lady that made it was quick and it was delicious! So excited that this restaurant is now in my community.
I just had the most delicious treat of hot chocolate and a maple crunch beavertail. Friendly staff, bright and clean and exciting atmosphere. More good things to come. Well done.

In a mom so happy there s a beaver tail local. Awesome food and amazing staff.
Waited in line for 20 minutes in pouring rain for opening. Wasnt offered free anything and told to pay when they posted free.. never coming back again and telling all my friends not to. Definitely dont recommend this company

Waited almost half an hour and watch customers that ordered after us be served before. When I asked why, the response I got was oh, the chits must have got mixed up.Very disappointed in the customer service!

Strawberry cheesecake Beavertail is amazing!! If you are looking for a location for date night, family night or a night just because they definitely will fill this! Great service, lovely employees and such a nice location. My kids are so excited for the summer to try outside adventures as well. We give them a definite 10 /10 Kid-friendliness: My kids all loved our visit!! The interaction with the staff for both adults and kids was equally amazing

I had the most fantastic experience at BeaverTails Trenton! So happy we get to have a permanent location in Quinte West! The staff were super friendly and efficient, ensuring my order was perfect and promptly delivered. The atmosphere was cozy and clean, the holidays decorations were magical, making it an absolute delight to eat in. The highlight, of course, was the delicious BeaverTails pastries - they were fresh, crispy, and generously topped. I highly recommend BeaverTails Trenton and I will definitely go back very soon!

It was a treat to enjoy this locally and not have to drive or hope to catch a BeaverTail truck at a fair or special event. It was clean, friendly and delicious.
The beavertails were rock solid, our order was messed up 3 times before they finally got it right. Definitely won t recommend.

The beaver tails were nice and messed as their napkins say! I would highly recommend getting the Triple Trip beaver tail.
