Very impressed by this place! Its fast food but I very much enjoyed my chorizo burrito bowl. Ingredients were fresh and you cant do better than a mango jarritos.

I dropped my wife a burrito for lunch for at the hospital from the mucho Belleville in Belleville so I decided to hit this mucho burrito on my way home 15 minutes later. Second time I ve been in here and the food is gross. Dry, empty. I literally went from one Mucho burrito to another within 15 minutes. No white rice, empty brown rice, cold empty veggies, no beef, dry old pork. I asked what time they were open until he tells me 11. This is the second time coming here and will be my last. 3 guys standing around in there no one can make fresh veggies or rice?

Update: went back two weeks after below review. Same employee same cross contamination. If basic hygiene is not observed in front of house, i fear whatnos being done out of sight. Will not be going back. Its pretty good and a fair value. Some of their employees need training on cross-contamination. Going from food prep to cash and back with the same gloves....

These guys are rip-off! They don t know the difference between a large size burrito and a medium size burrito. Don t be cheap and start giving the correct portion size. If the owner is reading this, train your staff properly!

First time going and was definitely not disappointed! Was greeted as soon as we walked in by a very polite employee. He answered the couple questions we had. Now the burritos, my lanta these things were BEASTS! Yet so delicious. I swear each burrito weighed 5lbs. Will definitely be going back ! Food

Went in this evening to get a burrito. Was met with a very angry employee. He went to the back to grab things he needed, slammed down the utensils on the counter and said what do you want very rudely. Didnt even heat the wrap up, very small amount of rice and chicken, went right to cheese. I asked for vegetables and he started swearing, apparently mad that he would have to cook some (aka do his job) I ended up walking out. Second time I have ever been to this location, second bad experience at this place. Hire people who are willing to do their job until closing time!!! Will not be back.

Worst location I have ever been to. Stopped by at this location en route to GTA. Food quality, service and portion sizes are 1 star at best. Im embarrassed for your employees. Do better.

I live in Mississuaga. But when I come to Belleville side I must visit Trenton mucho burrito because whenever I come, I always get same test as usual from one of the customer service provider Abhay. The best customer service I ever get.

I love mucho burrito. Being a trucker, traveling so often and so far, being on the road so much, I tend to eat A LOT of meals on the road, and whenever possible I like to stop at a Mucho, as they always have the freshest of ingredients and offer a great value and a heavy, filling and nutritious meal. This particular Mucho Burrito is probably one of the best Ive been to, with the employees being quite friendly and happy to serve you, so hats off to the employees on that note. The service was fast as could be, and the ingredients were the freshest Ive had from a mucho burrito in a quite long time. The burritos we ordered were made to absolute perfection. I would highly recommend coming to this location if youre in the area and looking for a delicious burrito. I also ordered a chili, and I have to say, I was quite impressed with the flavor it had to offer. I also recommend getting one of the Jaritos Mexican soda pops to go with your meal, as the flavors compliment the delicious food they offer quite well! Vegetarian options: Mucho Burrito offers quite a vast selection of various delicious vegetarian options, from bowls, wraps, salads, deserts, and even their amazing chili. You could also get a bean burrito without meats, and theyre quite tasty. Dietary restrictions: Mucho Burrito has one of the best menus available from a restaurant. Offering vegan options, a wide variety of meat selections for those who prefer meats, and gluten free options as well for those who require gluten free lifestyles. Parking: The parking was quite open, with many many spots to choose from. The parking spots are quite close to the restaurant, making it especially easy for people who need handicap accessible access. The spots were also of a fairly decently big size. I drive a dually (truck with 4 wheels on the back axle). Normally my truck barely fits in your average parking spots, but I had no issues with space here. Kid-friendliness: Mucho burrito offers several different portion sizes, meaning you can get a mucho burrito for yourself, and a small one, or a small bowl for the kids. Great value too. Wheelchair accessibility: The store has a nice wide door, as well as several handicap spots right up front for people who have disabilities and need close parking or bigger spots for handicap accessible vehicles. They also offer a convient ramp to make accessing the restaurant for anyone disabled to have no issues with accessibility.

Perpetuating stereotypes of Maya (not Mayan - check your signage, Mucho) culture. The food is over-priced and occasionally undercooked. The service is typically unenthusiastic and often assemble orders based upon their own assumptions rather than the customers request. Overall, an okay place to consume inauthentic tex-mex style cuisine.

They are fast, efficient and accurate with the orders! Would definitely recommend this store if you re in the area

Not bad, but not great. Refried beans should be .. refried, not whole & swimming in juice. A burrito should have a good layer of refried beans, ground beef on top, onion, lettuce, cheese; not a subway-style pick of stuff. And it should have flavour, and not require salt. Sour cream optional (dollops, not squirts!). 7-minute drive home, and the tortilla was soaked from the wet toppings, and chewy as a result. My husbands tacos were not bad either, but not taco-flavoured. Its just sad when we can make better at home, for less. Just thought wed try something in Trenton, other than the over-abundance of burgers/pizzas/chicken places. Not bad, but far from impressed. Vegetarian options: No idea, I just saw it listed. Basically, since you pick what goes on, its up to you. Parking: Few spots to share between 4 fast food outlets.

Mucho Burrito proved to be a major disappointment. Despite the numerous indications that they were open until 11pm, our experience was far from satisfactory. The door and open sign clearly stated their operating hours, including Tuesday nights at 11pm. We even confirmed their closing time through their website and a phone call earlier in the day. However, upon arriving at 9:05pm, we were met with a locked door and an employee sitting nonchalantly on a bucket in the kitchen. Our attempts to open the door and seek assistance were met with indifference as the employee simply stared at us in bewilderment. In a desperate attempt to resolve the situation, we called the establishment, but they only picked up to promptly hang up on us. If it were possible to rate them with zero stars, we most certainly would. Such a blatant disregard for their stated hours and lack of customer service is completely unacceptable.

Staffs are too tardy to serve. It took me almost 30 mins to wait and process my order. Its not about paucity of Staffs but their willingness to serve. Never visit again and not going to recommend any one.

This location is quite inconsistent with their rice and meat. One day the rice will be fine, meat will be tasteless and hard to chew. The next day the rice was like hard pellets, and the meat was fine. Then the last time I went, both the rice and meat were definitely older batches. I was not satisfied the last 3 times and usually dont complain. However I had to let the owner know my experience online and never got a response back. Own your faults and Ill come back for another try. Ignore the situation and Ill never be back.

Very unhappy with my burrito bowl. TINY portions, 4 nibble sized peices of steak. NO toping options (they only let me pick corn, a salsa, and a sauce) I asked if they were suppose to be that small and he then charged me to add more rice to it. $15 for this is a bit of a rip off. In future Ill make the trip to guacamole Mexi grilling Belleville where they actually know how to make a burrito with x10 ingredients for only $10

I have tried all the stores in quinte region but so far this is the best!!! As per my experience food tastes fresh everytime i visit. Staff is very friendly and they know what theyre doing!! Clean store and everything is well maintained!!!

Ordered casadia and they only filled the sour cream up 1/4 of the way. Decided to call them and they were rude and didnt care. For the amount of money theyre charging, this was not acceptable. Will never eat there again. Also, if you go through their Google reviews, youll quickly see most of them are fake.

Weve been regulars at the Trenton location since day 1. We love our Mucho but the last few visits, the burritos and the bowls are getting smaller and more expensive. I ordered a bowl last night and before she asked what I wanted as a base, she was putting rice in (I always get ancient grains), she did the same with the veg (I never get the grilled veg) then seemed frustrated when I said no, Ill have this or that... My husband ordered the Mucho Burrito, when it came to adding cheese she added about 15 shreds so my husband asked if she could add a little more. Immediately she got defensive and said it would cost more if he wanted more. Seriously!? She wasnt using the spoons provided in the toppings on the cold side but her hands (they were gloved). $45 for a Burrito Bowl and a Mucho Burrito because we had to keep paying more for extra toppings. Ive never had to ask for more toppings at other locations.

They have most of what you would expect. Tacos, burritos, nachos made with pork, beef, or shrimp. Not a lot of other creative options but they have the basics. I didnt enjoy the hard shell tacos. Atmosphere wasnt unfriendly but not really welcoming either. It was an ok lunch. Will probably search out alternative options in the future.

My family eats here often when we decide on take out. The food is tasty but sometimes the area is so messy that i dont feel like ordering. Vegetarian options: Was able to have vegan options which is great.

Everytime in our long trip from Montreal to Toronto we stop here for a quick dinner. The staff is always amazing. We met one of the staff member Richa during many times in our visits at night and she creates amazing bowls. Vegetarian options: They have amazing vegetarian burritos and bowls.

So just .ew. We just walked out without ordering. First impression-the glass front door and interior doors are COVERED in sticky fingerprints. It was 11am, so not open long enough for the grossness that was there, to be just from today. Red flag immediately. Gave the benefit of the doubt and walked in tho. 3 people ahead of us, 2 employees. 1 employee stopped halfway through building a burrito to go to the kitchen and start working on a door dash order. So the woman was left standing staring at her half completed burrito for longer than I d wait for. Second employee working on a couples order also stopped midway through to completely start a door dash order from scratch. So this couple was also left staring at their half completed orders for longer than any reputable restaurant would permit. Observing the 2 employees wearing gloves and touching every surface imaginable (cash register, iPads) without changing their gloves and going back to working on food, and the grime around the toppings bins was enough for us to walk out.

Made a quick snack stop but ended up having early dinner - we were pleasantly surprised by the food quality. The ingredients and sauces were fresh; our server - Richa was very professional, patient and accommodating of our customization requests.

I ordered curbside, temporary mobility issues. When it was 5 minutes late I called, hadn t even started my order. When he finally came out and handed me the bag, I asked if my Pepsi was in there, he said yes. Got home, no Pepsi, he packed the tacos on their side, all over the box. Won t go there again

Being a regular to this location I get same thing each time. Last visit it was surprisingly the lack of toppings applied. Chorizo mucho burrito had 4-5 strands of cheese, couple slices of vegetables, and 7 kernel of corn. Dramatic change from when you first opened. Update: you have fixed the problem. Back on top. Been few times and toppings have been consistent. Thank you. Keep the great food coming.

It was good today.

Always Slow. First time I went all the sauce was at the bottom of the burrito, so 95% was flavourless. The entire thing was an overcooked mushy mess. Second time it was 18 mins past when the online order was supposed to be done. The food was all cold, even the chicken. The beans were like they were half thawed. Guacamole wasnt Guacamole, its literally just smushed avacado with nothing else in it. Wont be back.

Came in with my fiancé to get a quesadilla for myself and a burrito for him. There was a new girl working who got the order wrong and made burritos for both of us. I wasnt too happy but decided just rolled with it. I am so glad I decided to roll with it! I had grown tired of the burritos but the one that girl made was sooo good! I hadnt been happy with the burritos from Belleville or the Trenton location but that burrito relit my love of them!

My husband and I were very excited about the opening of Mucho Burrito. Our first experience at the Trenton location was less than stellar. Being a vegetarian I wanted to try their beyond meat, but was told it was unavailable, so I asked for the veggie fritters and that too was not available. The second experience we had we ordered the burrito bowls, which granted, had more flavour than the burritos but still were not worth the money. We ordered a side of chips and guac, and turns out their guacamole is just smooshed avocado... no onion, spices or flavoring. Literally just avocado!! Not impressed and will not return to the Trenton location.

Clean place. Good variety. Prices are a bit on the high side but thats every place nowadays. They seem to be getting stingy in how much they put on your tortilla. Big difference from a year ago, yet prices have gone up. Food is made fresh to order. Staff is friendly for the ksot part, although some could use a being friendly to the people coming in and ordering from your place of business course. Nice to how have to travel to Belleville location. Both locations are on par. I will go back again.

I have been to this location several times without issue. The food has been good and I always order the same item. Last night was no exception other than the person serving me had not served me previously, Firstly, without asking, (I have always been asked in the past) she put both rice and quinoa in the bowl. When I quickly stopped her, she tried to scoop out the quinoa with her hands, instead of starting over, so I am sure i was left with both ingredients. Then she proceeded to put the bare minimum of each ingredient into the bowl. I had to ask several time for a little more, which brought me up to what the other servers normally put in without asking. On Monday, when I was last there, the server asked me if I wanted some hot salsa as well on the bowl. I said yes and had it added (no cost). Last night when I asked for the same, I was told it would be an upcharge as it is not on the ingredient list for the bowl I chose. I paid the difference, but I was not happy with this entire situation. When I left the store, I thought about the situation some more and decided to call an express my displeasure. This same server picked up the phone and took my complaint, but obviously did not care and offered no apology. Hence, I will not be back.

I m a big fan of Mucho Burrito and eat it out west regularly. This is a horrible example of a Much Burrito. The amount of food you get at this location compared to other locations is ridiculous. Not worth the money. They are way too cheap on toppings for the burrito!

I ve loved Mucho Burrito for a long time. The main thing that doesn t change is how great the food is but a hard thing to find at every location is great, welcoming staff. I had the pleasure of being served by Jay during my visit on July 20th around 9:00pm. He was incredibly professional, super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I appreciate a hard worker every now and again so when someone goes above and beyond, I like to make it known. I hope Jay gets the recognition he deserves. Thanks again! So yummy.
