The atmosphere is amazing, so relaxing and music is at an amazing level. The staff is great when my server was busy with another table another sever would stop by to make sure things were good just to help their coworker out. Food was perfect, was hot and tasted amazing. Will for sure be coming back here again.

There really is nothing good to say about Boston Pizza. This location really seems to have hit bottom, setting a new low. The lowlights: Mary B needs refresher training or... something. How do you ruin bacon? $85 before tip for 3 meals and 2 drinks ( no alcohol) On a Sunday road trip, agreed to meet a friend for lunch. She chose BP, or I would never have been here. Greeted nicely, seated right away. A good start! Decor different than I remember, more like a sports bar. Lots of TVs, people sitting at the bar watching games. Our waitress was Mary B. B would be a generous grade. Turns out to be Mary C-. She was just disinterested, and not attentive. When our friend arrived she (guest) asked if we could move to a table from the booth (mobility issues). We move everything over and I stood to communicate to Mary that we needed to move. She eventually brushed past me, and I told he we had moved and why. Her charming reply, I can see that. Thats one example of Marys charm. Anyway, ordered food, and it was all bland and not very good. A Quesadilla came out ridiculously over cooked and burnt, but somehow made it past the amazing kitchen staff, and past Marys keen observation skills! When we commented on it, (hey this is over cooked), Marys high level customer service training kicked in. She said, oh. Do you want me to take it back? Not sure what they other options where, but yes, please take it back Mary. I had a salad with grilled chicken. It tasted more boiled than grilled. (The chicken, not the salad. Well... yeah lets go with that). In classic BP style the toppings where all just recycled pizza toppings. Shredded cheese and crumbled bacon. How do you ruin bacon? Just ask the culinary team at Boston Pizza. The candied pecans on the salad where really good. Another of our party had a sandwich called the Brute. I asked how it was. The fries where good. When the bill arrived Mary brought the machine and stood looking over my shoulder. I presume to make sure I knew how to tip. As soon as I tapped my card, Mary left. Didnt take the machine or give me my copy. Just left. I took my copy and we talked for a while. After 10 minutes Mary came back to receive the machine, and tore off her copy of the receipt to give to me. More keen observation skills at work. Total disappointment, yet totally expected. ==Food- terrible ==Service - even worse ==Ambiance - it was fine (although it was absolutely freezing in there) If the food was better (will never be, this was exactly down to BP standards) and the service was passable (not great, just decent), this would be an ok place to eat. $85 pre tip for 3 people, for lunch, no alcohol, but plenty of memories.

Food is not good quality. Elderly waitress charged 3$ for mayonaise without letting us know for a condiment on a burger. Why do some individuals expect a tip when giving horrible service. Food

Great for families

Delivery meal this evening and items missing AGAIN. No crayons, colouring book or cookie for the kids meal. Try explaining to a kid why they dont get these items. Minor, but also croutons on the salad when we asked for them to be on the side so they dont go soggy. We called the restaurant and they say theyre sending the missing items. If paying for delivery and tip before bags are opened and missing items discovered... frustrating. Easy to order and good food, so we keep ordering. But beware if its not Dan doing deliveries, check your order.

My wife and I decided to go out and never have I felt so ripped off! The 10 oz triple A steak was not what was advertised got a skirt steak instead of a NY sirloin and yes I know the difference! also a 10 oz steak looked like a 4-5 oz. Portions of food were sad and pitiful. The only good thing was the server! I spent 50$ on food and only had water and Im still hungry

Unbelievable worst Boston Pizza ever I had with roud staff. They even not deserve the 1 star

I am a delivery driver and I arrived to pick up an order and three people went back to check on the order while I was waiting and all of them came out from the kitchen and continued to walk past me and not advise me what the status of the order was, the older man with a shaved head and glasses came by me and I told him I was going to delete the order as I was waiting for a long time and nobody was kind enough to make me aware what the hold up was. He started yelling at me and said it s not ready yet and I said well nobody came to let me know what was going on after checking and he said well just go and we will give it to the next driver it s not our fault it isn t ready. It wasn t even the issue the issue was the fact that I was left standing at the front door moving around trying to stay out of other customers ways and nobody was even letting me know what was happening and then the outburst by him was very unprofessional and embarrassing as the restaurant had customers and this brought the attention to us.

Beet and goat cheese salad was pretty bad. Little dried bits of beets, not chunks that were pickled or roasted. All iceberg lettuce that was not good quality. But the shocker was the sad, almost white, canned pineapple tidbits. Patio was nice, service was decent, but I can say we wont be back.

Our bartender/server, Tami, was excellent as always. It s hard to find such personable service nowadays and we are looking forward to coming again soon!

First time stopping at this B.P. waitress was very nice, friendly and attentive.

Not only was the staff super personable but they are also extremely patient and kind. Every time I visit this location everything always go so smoothly and the people are why I go back not just the great food.

We came last night on menu it says pitcher of sangria so I ordered one...came back said sorry I can only give u a glass we dont have pitchers for sangria...it took 35 min to get a drink even to our table ..fries were cold when they came out ..havent been to Boston Pizza in 9 years unfortunately I dont think we will be back

I loved the food, but the Hungery Carnivore could be a little spicier. Maybe offer a choice to the customer of mild, medium, hot, or Satans Spit. The waitress that we had was very good and made the dining experience memorable.

The service here is pretty great. We went at a less busy time and the service was great! The owners seem unprofessional but manage to keep the place fairly busy. They recently changed the atmosphere and it is nothing like it used to be. Still have great food and lots of options on the food and drinks menu.

The Boston pizza in Trenton has got to be the best BP established Ive visited, and Ive been to them coast to coast... The food, atmosphere and overall happiness of the place is astonishing. And a Huge thanks and thumbs up to Brianna, as she took care of me and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Ill be back as much as I can to enjoy this beautiful diamond in the City of Trenton. 5 stars and highly recommended.

All the lights were off on a sunday night including the big sign out front. Thought it was closed. Not alot of staff on, so a little slow, but the waitress was great

Glad to see that this place has turned itself around. Now under new management, the excessively loud, terrible music has been replaced with good service and a fantastic dining experience. We will definitely become repeat customers.

Had pasta that was warm not hot, Asked for well done pizza, it was very soggy and wet, They only took $10 off of a $95 bill. No one came over to apologize, but the poor waitress. Would not recommend this place.

This location was recently renovated, and is so much better. The interior is more open and pleasing on the eyes. The staff look happier and want to work. Also the music is not played at max volume and is enjoyable for everyone. And as always atleast in my case the food is delicious . I recommend the Chicken Thai wrap!

Went for a family birthday lunch. Great service, great food, and could watch hockey and baseball at the same time.

There were five of us for lunch so we ordered a large meator pizza, 3 pounds of wings and a caesar salad. The pizza was pretty good but could have been cooked a little longer. The wings which we asked for crispy and the server said they are oven baked which lead us to believe they would be cooked well. When they arrived they seemed poached and barely roasted at all. The mild wing order was better then the hot wing order. We really should have asked for them to be thrown back in the oven but the table was hungry. The caesar salad was very good and the best thing we ordered. The service was good but I think the meal was rushed to our table for some reason

There were about 4 different people trying to serve our table then they all disappeared. Got double charged for my meal and the manager nor the accountant would do anything about it. Beer got dumped on my boyfriends broken leg. Staff nearly kicked his broken leg. Will never be back here

Slowwwwww. Almost 60 min to get our order even though two large tables who ordered well after us were served first. Paying for bill took 15 min to get someone to our table. Wasn t that busy when we came in. Bathrooms could use some tending too as well. Good excellent.

The server was nice enough. The new pizza I tried was so spicy I could taste nothing but spice and heat. The drink was made very wrong, I have had it before. It was make proportionately beyond incorrect and was nauseating. It was extremely loud... The glass of water was ok....

Would be nice if the manager would listen to the many many complaints about how loud he puts the music. Its not a nightclub or strictly a bar. Its a restaurant. Even worse when someone turns it down, he will come out and turn it back up. The food is always good and the servers. Overall, it would be nice for the servers and guests to be able to hear each other when not even 2 feet apart. The servers have told me how annoying this is as well.. so its staff and customers with this complaint. I normally never leave a bad review, but after too many times of this happening, it had to be said.

This restaurant is VERY dirty. Window, inch thick dust on blinds and furniture stained and run down. I won t eat here again. Lord knows the cleanliness of the kitchen. Staff was very nice.

Waited forever for a drink. Food showed up wrong. Waited the same amount of time for the actual order without being served another drink. Food shows up like this... stale bun, half a handful of fries and the only thing hot was the plate.

Great place for working lunches! Most recently came with my entire family. The staff accommodated a large group of ten with no issues. The service was pleasant and our orders were accurate. Being a Saturday afternoon, they werent particularly busy, although with multiple orders to prepare for my table it was a long wait for the food. Everything was delicious, albeit very expensive.

One of only a couple fun places to eat at in Trenton. Their outdoor patio is nice to eat at during the summer. Waitresses were friendly and the food has always been solid. Lots of parking as well. Lots of space to accommodate large groups of families and friends. Solid place to eat at after a sporting event or to watch the leafs lose in the playoffs each year .

We were fortunate to be able to be seated 10 minutes before our reservation. Our orders were taken swiftly, but 3 of our meals came back with incorrect items. They gave our pizza to another table and we had to wait a while for the correct food. We did not ask them to correct our other 2 meals as we waited too long in the first place. The music was a bit loud which causes everyone to talk louder and in turn makes them turn the music up. The food was tasteless and warm. Not a whole lot of positives about it. The bathrooms were dirty, door pushes were sticky and very stained. The urinals are severely calcified and makes it looks rather gross. Could use a good clean. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options. Vegan and vegetarian options. Wheelchair accessibility: Priority spots and easy access entrance.

Bring your own cutlery, I guess. Ordered pasta. Never got a fork. Our server buggered off to another section of the restaurant to hang out with her fellow servers and flirt with the host. The only reason she even came by is because I was getting my jacket on and getting ready to leave. She was *kind* enough to bring takeout boxes, my food was cold when it came out and I had to bring it home to heat it up so I could eat it. Id give the service negative stars if I could. Will absolutely never eat at this BPs again.

Food was ok, service was poor. Brought our food out with no cutlery had to wait. Waited long for refills, waitress kept apologizing but kept forgetting. Was very loud, as soon as the supper rush started they cranked the music and everyone had to shout to speak with each other. Not a pleasant visit wont visit again.

I have attended this location many time in hope it will eventually get it right, to my surprise it has yet given me an experience worth being satisfied. It doesnt matter if I attend the location with a friend or with my family they always seem to have slow service, forgot items I order, order come from the kitchen wrong. I hace spent over 10 years in the restaurant industry and usually emphasize with the location or staff as I understand the struggles, but this location never can seem to get it right. Being a trenton resident I will gladly spend the additional 20min drive each way to go to a Boston pizza worth Dinning at.

We were in town for the night while driving home. We decided to have a late supper at Boston Pizza. To our surprise, it was delicious. We never have given BP a chance back home. We had the Cactus Cut potatoes as a starter amazing. Wife had the Big dipper, and she enjoyed it. I enjoyed the chicken Parm and was blown away, delicious. And a big thank you to our waitress, she was friendly and overall great person. Cant remember her name, all I can remember is she was pregnant. So best to her and her soon to be bundle of joy.

I have always loved BP but tonight I loved it even more! Our waiter Zion was probably the best waiter I ve ever had. He was efficient, courteous and very funny!! That boy deserves a raise!

Food is usually good depending on what you get however the manger is super loud, you can hear him across the restaurant and is rude and swears especially towards female employees. Also will turn up the music to point you cant have a conversation without yelling which makes him yell that much more.
