Ordered a large pizza waited for it . Was done in 8 minutes and delivered to our car it was delish.

Service was fine The pizza has sadly went down hill. Was our very favorite but lack of ingredients, thin crusts and other issues especially when so expensive. We have now tried Pizza hut after hearing really good and now prefer that. Food

Normally there pizza is of good quality. Today, not so much, arrived before it was up, quick trip home and if tasted and looked like yesterday s leftovers. Need a knife to cut the very tuff bread, flavour was bland. Cashier was acting very odd.. not a clue what that was about. .

This place is run by nothing but unprofessional and lazy people. I had any issue with the staff and when I asked when the owner would be in next in order to deal with the issue I was hung up on 3 times by Tim and Austin. Then I am told that this unprofessional Tim guy is the MANAGER?! I will never order from this establishment again due to the way I was treated after spending money here and being treating in such a disgusting manner.

We ordered BBQ chicken pizza today and the whole pizza is drenched in the sauce. The sauce was too sweet and it was actually gross to eat. We seldom call the restaurant to complain but we did this time. All previous orders were good just this time it was too much sauce.

Tried to order online two pizzas but their site wasnt working properly or was disorienting...I could not get different toppings on the two pizzas. I called and they told me they couldnt give me that order as its an online order only...I explained and she said oh thats weird...but I cant give you that order over the phone only online. TYLER is AMAZING!! Every time we call he jokes around with us, and we always hang up laughing. Tonight when we ordered was the same funny Tyler, I ended up telling my son to tell Tyler to keep the change when he went in to pay. THIS GUY CALLED ME ! CALLED to thank me for a tip! What a guy!!! We always look forward to talking to Tyler! Just felt he deserves some recognition

They really cheaped out on toppings

The papadillas were good. Did a pick up order waited about 45 minutes for our food. Service was really slow considering we were told 20 minutes.

Very disappointing. I placed an order online for contactless delivery hoping to try their new pizza. I checked the option to pay with my visa online. The poor delivery driver showed up and knocked on my door. I said its supposed to be contactless. They said the order hasnt been paid for. I told them I paid online. My card number is in there in my customer account. Sadly, my bank card is not with me today, hence the online payment. So, the driver has to take the meal back. A whole meal wasted. I wont accept a cold order, so theres no sense sending it back. Hopefully youll at least donate it to someone less fortunate to eat and not throw it out. Guess Ill have to order dinner from somewhere else.

Better hope there is no issues with your online order. I lost all my papa dough due to a glitch and the manager was very unhelpful, trying to give me some corperate number to call so I can fix my order next week sometime. Lost my business and I ordered twice a week.

Delicious food! Meatball/pepperoni papadia is my personal favourite. Plenty of fresh ingredients and you can even get gluten free if you want. Super friendly and courteous staff. Yummy food and amazing staff

Every single time I order online the price is always more than the Deal that they are offering. I got a free papadia in my email and I applied it and it only took a couple dollars off the total price that should have been free. Ill never order from here again. So many people are likely getting ripped off from online/mobile orders and nobody even knows. My recent order was a deal for $8.99 for 2 or more items, I got 2 medium pizzas one with pepperoni and bacon, one with bacon and beef, The total come to $38... 3x $8.99 is $26.97 before tax and $30.48 after taxes. I asked the question to the kid that was working when I picked it up and he said bacon and beef is more expensive... I guess Dominos will get my business from now on seeing as they dont charge extra for anything other than peperoni like these clowns.

Just got a pizza from papa Johns. One of the worst pizzas Ive ever gotten from there. Very little toppings and they only covered a 6 inch circle on a medium pizza. Extremely disappointed.

I want to buy their special, however you have to do it online, are you kidding me, I don t care about that, I will never spend a another dollar to this company ever again

Aye aye aye, the entire order was uncooked! We had to cook it all ourselves. Jalepeno poppers had the wrong dips for both, they werent even golden brown. The stuffed crust was a brick of cheese still. You gotta take more than 15 mins to bake and deliver an order. This has happened wayyy too many times. Care a bit more of peoples experience when they are investing money in your store and tipping ahead.

Used to love this place. But as of late its like they have no regard in the quality of their pizzas. Upsetting, getting Papa Js used to a highlight if my Tuesdays but I dont like opening my pizza to find out the tomato sauce was replaced with BBQ sauce or only 1 of the 3 toppings were correct

I just bought 2 extra large pizzas for our dinner. Got severely disappointed as both pizzas are so tasteless. The brownies are burnt too. It seems like they dont know what they are doing or just doesnt seem to care about their customers food. Im most likely not gonna order pizza or anything else from this branch again.

Had Pappa Johns for the first time last night and it was awesome, like how they dont overkill on the sauce like most places. Totally delicious pizza, and the garlic knots are to die for will be ordering double the next time. Which will be sooner than later. Fast delivery as well

While visiting the area we decided to stop by to order 2 medium pizzas and garlic knots. It was 7 pm on a Sunday night. Ordered over the phone while sitting out front. Lady said it would be 20 minutes. After 20 minutes I asked how long until ready and she said another 15 minutes. After waiting a total of 45 minutes we finally had our order. Luckily Papa Johns lived up to their name... even though it took longer then we were told, the pizza and garlic knots were abbsoutely delicious.

Papa Johns in Trenton Ontario is great with service and really good food...

$20 bucks for a 3 topping large isnt too bad and the taste is great. But a year later and they take my order and forget to get my address. Then they call back atleast. Then they show up for the delivery and want 41 dollars because the kid that took my order didnt apply the coupon. Pizza was still good. Not great. Wings were actually nice. But the people that work there seem to be young and complacent.

Had it for the first time last night . 13.99$ 8 slice large with 3 toppings. I was with a 10 year old so we asked for double cheese and extra Pepperoni . While the Pepperoni had a good count the cheese was lacking. I would expect more cheese even if I hadnt ordered double cheese. looked like a haphazard handful in the center very little if any near the crust. That being said the overall taste was excellent the brand of Pepperoni is spot on even the cheese is superior to their competitors.

Thanks for not honoring your advertised promotions false advertising what a rip off. Showed the cashier called customer support and no one would honor a special that is online

Live in a new subdivision within 50 meters of their servicing area, asked us to walk the 50m. After speaking with employee on the phone and confirming which promo we wanted at least 3 times we were advised that we were not eligible for the promo unless booking online, which we were unable to do because we live in a new subdivision and don t have a GPS address yet; even though we were willing to walk to meet the driver. Very frustrating!

Horrible service. Waited way too long for the order to arrive, didnt get the full order. Called back and talked to someone, got put on hold and then someone else picked up and had no idea why I was on the phone. Told them that part of the order was missing and for some reason they still couldnt figure out what I was asking for. Then waited another 40 minutes for the rest of the order to come..with no compensation at all. Absolutely awful, and they didnt care at all about all of their mess ups .

Meh!! No better than Dominos, or Pizza Pizza. I had the meat lover pizza ( I cant remember the exact name on the menu) and although they were generous with the meat, the dough, the lack of cheese combined with the lack of flavor in the pizza sauce makes this place nothing more than a munchies killer.

Ive only had their pizza once and it wasnt being put on my list of places to order from! But to be fair I didnt order the pizza and it wasnt my favourite pizza to begin with so I am willing to give this place another chance and will update my rating at that time. Ive been told that they are good so that is another reason to give it another try.

Avoid the Trenton Papa Johns at 107 Dundas Street East. The staff at the Trenton location told us their store did not have: salt and pepper for slices we purchased. This was not a mistake and no other Papa Johns locations carry: Salt and Pepper! This is franchise wide policy according to Kelly, the manager, at the Trenton Papa Johns. The manager also suggested we walk across a busy street to get salt and pepper from KFC. Does KFC know it is looking after the condiment needs of Papa Johns Pizza customers?

One of my favourite local pizzas.

Worst pizza in town. Would prefer the cardboard pizza from Pizza Pizza over this place. Its almost hard to explain how bad the pizza is, the cheese was somehow dry tasting, the dough while browned was still uncooked on the inside.
