Vegetarian options: I am a vegetarian and have options for pizza, pasta and various types of bread Parking: There are about 25 parking spots and plenty more on the Canadian Tire side Kid-friendliness: I have been ordering from this location for the last 2 years. I have been treated with courtesy and professionalism. The staff is amazing.

Only reason for low stars in the atmosphere category is it is just a walk in no atmosphere to speak of, just bags being stored and a counter, but the friendliness makes up for it!

Ordered at wrong time and called to rectify order however was treated rudely and they refused to accommodate us. Said they would hold on the warmer for 45 minutes. This is unacceptable. If I am paying $80 for pizza, it should be made fresh. I am seriously upset and disappointed.

Pizza has no flavor.

Haven t been to disappointment at this place but this time it was awful When you spend the kind of money of pizza and it s so wrong you can t even make it right. Asked for a CHICKEN bbq stuffed crust pizza medium Person at the counter says sorry we made it regular crust (we like to come here for pizza because of the stuffed crust) Oh well not a big deal we don t want to wait any longer take our pizza and go Get home and there is sausage on the pizza not chicken and it was fake sausage it was the beyond meat. Absolutely disgusting. Very very disappointed.

A curly, dark hair pulled off of the top of my pizza. This could not be less appetizing.

If you buy pizza to collect points for a free pizza be cautious and make sure they dont expire or get used by someone else I lost a free pizza and was sad they only offered me a free point instead of pizza

Delivery is punctual and the food is what should be expected from Pizza Hut. Prices are disgusting, and are reflected in their profits.

My pizza through door dash had no sauce on it..... we even double checked. We got an expensive cheese bred.

Terrible customer service. Had an issue of one thing promised over the phone only to call back and another employee tell me something completely different. Used to order here all the time but not anymore need to better train their staff and work on their customer satisfaction.

Great pizza always quick and good service

Ordered through Doordash. Delivery was terrible. They left the food on the floor of our building lobby under the buzzer panel but never buzzed us to say it was there. Called Pizza Hut who apologised but said it wasnt their problem it was the delivery service. Advised that if we had used their delivery service, that would not have happened. Apparently, they use Doordash as a money grab and an excuse. They did not offer any solution to our warm salad and cold pizza and wings. Pizza Hut does not put a seal on their pizza boxes so we did not chance eating the unsealed floor pizza. Expensive so called meal. Will never order from them again.

Order online with payment already made. I thought that would speed things up. That certainly wasnt the case and I had to wait an extra 10 minutes after I arrived later than the pickup time! Not impressed!!! QUICK UPDATE!! Their speed in prep time has improved......HOWEVER their customer service continues to be horrible!!! Worst I have had in years!! Absolutely BRUTAL!!!

Charged for kids drinks, for a Pizza place the pizza was not great at all. Spoke to the Manager, who will replace the pizza, havent done that yet though

By far the best Pizza Hut I ve been too. The food is always fresh, with lots of toppings and you can tell it s been made with care, not just thrown together to get it out fast. On top of the great food the staff is unbelievable friendly! Always kind and courteous, and very helpful; noticing that I had my daughter on my hip and asking if I wanted help bringing my food out to the car. This is the type of service I receive every time I order, no matter who is behind the counter. Thank you to your staff for being so kind!

Too good service and delicious food

Not an eat in place but ther service is always personable and nice. The pizza is good. The crust is soft and has a butter flavor. The toppings are just as good as all other restaurants. Everything looks clean and I would recommend this place.

Piko is a great cook made my pizza very accurately and tasty every time same taste and consistency.

I would love to share my experience however it would take far to long. Hands down the worst customer service out of any place I ve ever visited. Food was decent but trust me when I say they are rude, extremely inconsiderate and don t care about there customers.

Terrible service, over 1 and a half wait. Dont answer phone, had to drive there. They argued with me about my delivery refund after I had to drive all the way there. Will not order there again!

Greasy pizza

terrible service. I ordered the sale they have on (the one where you buy a large pizza and get 3 medium pizzas for $5) and it came to my door SOGGY (the bottom of the box was soggy and everything too) with grease. When i called the store, they proceeded to tell me that i was practically making it up and for me to prove it. I honestly regret spending $50 here and will not be returning.

Great pizza

Not sure when exactly they opened; but Friday at 430 I called in a pickup order. Was told 15 / 20 minutes. Got there, went in to pay was told just a bit behind, would be 10 minutes max. Another 35 minutes pass, store is extremely crowded, I managed my way back inside to check. Oh no, we don t have a pizza for you I was not the only person this happened to! Compete and udder chaos, no one knows what s going on. Tickets everywhere, WAY to many people inside such a small space waiting.

They might of just opened but pizza never got here , someone below mentioned how they might be overwhelmed. Not a great opening in my opinion.

Ordered at 6pm online. Waited until 8pm before I called to check on the order. I was told it would be another 30 min. I canceled the order.

Pizza never came. Ordered pizza for delivery over 3 hours ago. Tried calling many times, no answer. Very disappointing. Update. Pizza finally came. The food is hot fresh delicious. Still disappointed about not being able to contact them

Food was very delicious. It was very busy so its okay to wait but when I got my food it was still hot and fresh. It is one of the best pizza store in this town. Thank you so much for your delicious food.

Put order in at 4:55pm. ETA was 5:39pm. Called them at 5:57pm. Pizza finally arrived at 6:35pm. For the price ($88) this is complete and utter cow feces. When I called the accent of the person on the phone was so thick that you couldnt understand. Guy on phone said 20 minutes. Took 35 more. Never again, and Id advise you to do the same. For the price, its not worth the wait.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life, pay property taxes in Trenton and they will not deliver to my address on lakewood cres, I hope they go under, pathetic, told me they would only deliver this one time to me and that s it ??? Pizza Hut should be ashamed to have this abomination of a pizza place as a part of there chain

Waited an hour for delivery. Gave up went into the store and was told I had to wait another half an hour. Waited the half hour. The pizza is good but the customer service sucks. I feel sorry for the people that were in there before me waiting just as long, there was even a gentlemen who was in there waiting since 5pm. (This was at 7:15pm that I finally got my pizza
