Good service, very fresh food, buffet atmosphere

Lots of choice...Lots of children...payable at the entrance rather than at the exit..

Its just not my type of restaurant too many people too much noise... I ate well but its not haute cuisine.

Its very good but find that the service is very slow. Wait 15 before seeing the waitress for a coffee and after ordering wait at least 30 minutes before getting your plate, for only 2 eggs and meat.

The last few times Ive been there I found the flavors to be lacking in flavor. The name should have remained Buffet des Continents, I would have felt less like I was being cheated, especially for the price. The choice is there, but for someone who doesnt eat a lot or who doesnt eat seafood, I find it difficult to pay this price for this quality, versus the quality I can get elsewhere for a similar price. It remains an opinion of tastes, and tastes cannot be discussed! The service was very good. The atmosphere... Busy, but its still a buffet, to be expected. On a Saturday evening without a reservation, we barely waited 10 minutes! (lucky shot? Last time it was 1h15).

It had been a few years since I had been to this restaurant. I was really surprised to see that we had to pay in advance and that on the bill we already included a tip of more than $12 and that everything was taxed! Yes yes the tip too! Without even having had service on the date since we are not even seated yet...Then as soon as you are seated obviously you are offered a drink which you also have to pay for immediately and its like that throughout the dinner...as soon as I recommended a drink I saw the waiter arrive with his machine like in bars! No way to eat without having your wallet close at hand! For my part, this experience was most inconceivable and we will never set foot in this restaurant again... there were 8 of us and you therefore lost 8 customers! We came around brunch dinner time on a Saturday and the restaurant was almost empty... I now understand why!

The food was cold, tasteless and some foods left something to be desired. Bad service 2 young boys with no experience who we had to ask the same thing several times. Finally, the music is way too loud and flat! Our best dish was the Molson pitcher and still! All this for $135! Its rape!

There is a lack of allergies. We found dishes with fish and a lady took the fish spoon to serve herself a meal without fish

To be honest, the service was a real joke. Ill skip the details but when you order a drink you have to pay in advance and tip, ask for a fork and more than 20 minutes later you still havent received either and the waiter hasnt no idea what s missing from your table .

Quality of service is exceptional. The quality and variety of dishes is very good. The general tao and won ton soup are as good as in an Asian a la carte , the onion rings are as good as in a potato shack, they even have poutine but hey, I don t have it tried, it remains a buffet

It was ok but no different from any other buffet there was not everything it should have and whats more there were dirty plates near the clean ones my son even got up to warn a father and his son not to take that but hey and ask for the vinaigrette Caesar and me he doesnt even seem to know what it is go ask someone else the person goes behind come back 8 min later with something very thick and which was clearly not Caesar sauce but hey I wont go back there thats for sure

Lots of food, lots of variety, not enough room in the tummy.

GOOD . We are used to bigger buffets of flavors from the continents. So the offer is a bit smaller in terms of food choice. Everything was good! Very clean down to the toilet!

Quite expensive, the quality of the dishes available during our visit was very average. The staff seemed overwhelmed but always smiling and attentive.

So it s been maybe since 2018 that I went there, for the first time and the last time. We had a reservation for 12 people. Due to a last minute change, we showed up with one more person, so 13. The hostess told us that it was impossible to add a table or even a chair. I understand that it was busy, but the establishment did not try to find a solution to accommodate us, direct refusal. We asked them if we could wait, but no, they didnt want to hear anything. Again I understand, it was busy, but it was really the way we were greeted that bothered me. The attitude of the staff at this establishment made me uncomfortable, if I could give 0 I would have done so. There are ways of speaking to each other, yet from our group, I think we were very respectful towards the hostess and the manager. We were treated like we were aliens. Unforgettable experience!

I went there for my party and discovered this place. It was super delicious, lots of choice, very clean and well lit place. I went there on a Sunday and ate like a prince. This was the best buffet experience I have had. Suggestion : It cost $43 per person and soft drinks are not included in the price. For alcohol its normal but I admit that even at the casino juices and soft drinks are free. At $43 per entry it seems to me that unlimited drinks should be included, the customer would be more satisfied with their experience and on the other hand, the more customers drink and the less food they consume, therefore potentially less cost for the customer. restaurant. Seriously, on a Sunday, a day when you tell yourself that it should be good and fresh, it was dry, tasteless, and of poor quality. I didnt like my experience at all for an amount of $250. If I had known, I would have gone to a good restaurant with my children. I wanted to please them in addition to charging 12% for service, what a service to pick up plates that are piling up. Really disappointed.

Very overpriced for the quality of food you get. I dont like the idea of having to pay for your meal before your seat then having to pay again at the table for your drinks as they are dropped off everytime they are dropped off. Very disappointed with my experience with the flavor of the Three Rivers continents. I am used to eating flavors from the Brossard and Saint Jérome continents, it has nothing to do with the two.

In my opinion, the restaurant is very coolly designed and furnished. We were greeted and served in a very friendly manner. The entire staff was always very nice and accommodating. The food was good and the buffet offers a large selection. There is something for everyone. Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian dishes to choose from.

Everything was just...Ok. they make you pay upfront including tip which is weird since you havent even been served yet. Plenty of variety in the food and the price wasnt over exagerated (about 72$ for 2 people). I recommend if you dont know what to eat.

Very disappointed this time. For a Sunday evening where the buffet is $36, all the meats were dry, roast beef was overcooked, the sushi dry, the fruit soft, the desert table very poor, just 3 kinds of chocolate cakes. It was just leftovers.
