Nice place for lunch or dinner, for about 18$ I was served with a starter, a main course and a dessert. It's on the main course is not huge but it was really good! Not forgetting the soup which had a bit of a poutine texture, I was reluctant as I don't really like soups but I finished it and liked it. The service was quick, I didn't wait too long, there weren't enough customers (perhaps because the whole road around the restaurant is under construction and blocked off, which makes it difficult to access by GPS). Anyway, to recommend :)
This is a sweet, cozy little diner. Great service. We appreciated the server's patience with our limited French. Went back for breakfast the next day. Same great experience. Great food!
Very nice restaurant yo have lunch or dinner. It is a family restaurant, food was behind the expectation portion is good enough and the service can get from me over 5*. I highly recommend le Riverin if you are visiting 3 Rivières.

We went to this restaurant at 4 for lunch. I had Le Riverin lunch (2 eggs, 1 dry sausage, 3 pieces of vacuum-packed Bacon the thickness of rice paper, uncooked crepe that only tastes like flour, extra for maple syrup, fresh fruit 1 piece of honeydew melon and 1 piece of watermelon) The other person had the healthy lunch, it was healthy because there was nothing on the plate (uncooked English muffin, fruit muesli, no fruit) I dont understand when 2024 with inflation a restaurant with this quality of products will still be open... Ps I gave 1 star because there is no lower

Hello, I know it s a shame that the silk restaurant is closing. Me and my friend we dont go there often and know the service is very good. I brought my friend to the restaurant and he told me that the service was very good and very quickly he really liked it. ve got some. ARK......The most disgusting lunch in the world.... Yark everything was overcooked almost burnt.... Cassolette lunch to absolutely avoid. All the vegetables and meat were burnt black and even the 3-4 potatoes underneath were so overcooked that they broke like chips! NEVER again this restaurant.

A tasty and very full plate, excellent service, this restaurant will become a must during my visits to Cap-de-la-Madeleine.
I do not recommend this restaurant because the filet mignon was boiled and overcooked afterwards the new filet was blue when we asked for medium. The vegetables were over-steamed and the carrots, turnips and green beans were on a very ordinary $35 plate. The potatoes are not cut and full of oil. The garlic butter with pieces of parmesan and the sauce for the steak is much too salty and lukewarm like jelly. The bland rice and the langoustines too. The service was good, nothing to complain about from the waitress but when we asked the cook for explanations he didnt listen to us and left without us having finished our explanations.

A première vue, cest un restaurant très ordinaire qui aurait besoin dune rénovation intérieure ainsi quun rafraîchissement de décor mais pour ce qui est de leur spécialité culinaire les brochettes de poulet. Je dis WOW! Ya pas meilleur en Mauricie! Cest en plus servit sur une plaque chaude pour steak pétillant, ce qui en fait une présentation géniale qui reste chaude plus longtemps. Sa mérite 4 étoiles!

Excellent food and service with reasonable prices. Dinner with my wife yesterday, October 3, 2016. We were served by the very friendly Hélène P. Quiet atmosphere. The menu is varied with reasonable prices. Fish is expensive, especially the walleye fillet. We opted for the a la carte menu at $10.95 which satisfied us in terms of quality and price. I had a plate of pork skewers and my wife had a plate of shrimp skewers. The portions are very correct and everything was an exquisite treat for both of us. We spoke a little with the owner who told us that his restaurant is celebrating its 20th anniversary. It is located a few minutes drive and walk from the famous shrine. The total bill came to $25.18 with taxes which is very satisfactory in our case. We have photos to offer you. We loved the place and recommend it. Waoo! Je dirais meilleures que les brochettes :) On était 3 et on a très bien soupé pour un petit peu plus que 50$ ce qui est très bien!.

I had lunch with my son, the eggs were way overcooked (I had asked for light and they arrived very well cooked) minimal portion on plates for more than $13 and potatoes reheated several times, empty inside. ... they have their regular who he greets and seems to respect but when youre not one of them, they make you feel it.. also coffee stove, you had to ask and we only got 1... Very very disappointed.... you see!
