Botan Pizza in Trois-Rivières

We arrived during our dinner hour but it was closed despite the opening time of 11 a.m. on the site. This took the edge off our dinner time. We are very disappointed.

Order canceled for no reason after 20 minutes... inevitably refund on the credit card in several days and now you have to reorder elsewhere . Never again...

Black fries which look very old and taste very bad I was advised against it but after trying it I confirm that I will never order there again

On July 1, 2024, I went there, not only did they increase the price of their small fast food pizzas, and its a bit exaggerated for a place without air conditioning, without a terrace. I recently visited Botan Pizzeria at their new location at 30 rue des Forges in downtown Trois-Rivières, and was absolutely delighted with my experience. The service was excellent and the pizzas were simply amazing. The crust was crispy and the filling was fresh and flavorful. I also appreciated the relaxed and warm atmosphere of the restaurant. I highly recommend Botan Pizzeria to anyone looking for great pizza in the area. Five well-deserved stars!

I ordered a peperonnis pizza and a regular poutine. I waited 30 minutes. It was very long and I didnt like it. I ate immediately after receiving my order. The cheese on the poutine was completely melted, the fries tasted like oil and were mushy. The taste of the pizza was good, but it is so thin for the price it is. WOW for the pizza! It arrived super hot and it didnt leak fat. When I reheated it in the microwave it was just as good! The cheese stayed in place, instead of melting everywhere like many pizzas. On the other hand, really not a fan of poutine, mine was a big mound of fries, very little sauce and a little sul top cheese. Plus I really didnt like the type of fries used. delivery took 1h30 and I was charged $1 delivery fee for an order of $9.99 before taxes, even though they advertise that delivery is free for orders of $8 or more before taxes....I know that its not a big amount, but its more the principle....

The pizza was good, there was a good amount of cheese and it is not too heavy since the dough is rather thin. The poutine on the other hand was really average, the cheese was good, the sauce was okay (it didnt have too much flavor), but its really the fries that ruin the poutine in my opinion. These are frozen style fries, which I personally don t really like, but if you like this type of fries, then you will love it

Very very ordinary poutine, frozen crispy fries, Cavendish style and melting cheese. Poutine in the style you see in Ontario, or they dont really know poutine. This was the first and last time I ordered it.

1 frite familiale (donc je me suis informé du delais) (pour aller chercher si sétait trop long) ils mont repondu quil ny avait aucun delais (samedi soir 16h20 je me trouvais chanceux) et pourtant jai attendu 1heure (aucune exagération) (jai rien contre le fais dattendre une heure cependant quand je minforme je mattend a me faire répondre la verité).....

I ordered two bacon poutines, two peperoni bambinos and a chicken pita. Everything was really good, hot and served in a reasonable time. I recommend this pizzeria to get a 2 for 1!

I was disappointed with my experience. I ordered two pizzas, one with tuna and the other with seafood. The first had almost no tuna, I could have ordered a plain pizza it would have been almost the same! The second had lots of seafood which was good! However there was no sauce which made it a dry pizza that was not pleasant to eat. I would give these pizza another chance but if Im disappointed. I will order other things. THANKS

I find that Botane has lowered its quality a lot because their spaghetti sauce is so liquid that it looks like soup without any taste or meat and it makes the fries soggy. The pizza is made so thin that frozen pizzas are more advantageous if you buy there is not enough pepperoni.

It deserves no stars in my opinion, Ive been ordering from Botan in Trois-Rivières for 2 years now and I wonder if theyre not a little bipolar. First, one day I ordered from them, I had already been ordering every month for 1 year, and the delivery man made me pay without any warning an excess of 1.50 on debit because supposedly I had to pay for the machine, know that I always pay by card. So, after 15 minutes and 4 redials, she decides to call her manager. He didnt believe me either and firmly told me that they didnt have a discount coupon. So, I called back twice more and finally I just had the average poutine. When the delivery guy arrived, he accepted my coupon and all is well that ends well. In conclusion, this Botan Pizzaria de Trois-Rivières is a huge joke because there is a severe lack of communication within their team. You realize though, even the manager didnt know that they had discount coupons .

Very good, cheap pizza compared to everywhere in town! I have prices like $75 for 2 large ones in certain places... botan still remains common sense all the same!
