We were a big group for a surprise party and had a great time thanks to our waitress Florence! We consulted the Google reviews to find out what to order and we said to ourselves that we would give an honest opinion too, here are the comments from the table: Parmesan fondue: cheese not melty enough but the taste is very good and the portion satisfactory Fried squid: a little overcooked, but very good overall Pork dumplings: excellent, a little spicy, we recommend!!!!! Brie: very good but TOO small portion, overcooked croutons Chicken bacon poutine: slightly spicy sauce, really good! Lobster poutine: we never found the lobster the sauce was jammed in the cheese Aqua burger: very good, but the goat cheese was not goat cheese Mussels carbonara: really good, lots of bacon bits and cheese Mussels marinière: recommended to dip them in the sauce at the bottom of the cauldron otherwise its not tasty enough, the fries are good Lobster ravioli: solid Salmon tartare: fresh strawberry and coriander very good Salmon beef duo tartare: very good but it comes with just 3 croutons so ask for additional croutons they are also a little dry Filet mignon: medium cooking requested but it was very cooked... just barely. The platter to share: a delicious tabarnak but the grilled shrimp was overcooked Homemade mille-feuille: something was missing... no stock between the layers, difficult to cut (the knife crooked), sticky There were some omissions a beer and a meal. The other reviews were true... its freezing in the section near the entrance. There is only one door instead of two in the portico so when the interior door opens all the cold enters. And the toilets are really pitiful, but the sink is the fun! On the mens side, you have to pull on the rod in the cover behind to flush. All in all, it does the job!

I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant. Arriving at an empty table is like waiting for a late train: endless. The waitress, looking for the lost water, took forever to bring us glasses. As for the order, I wonder if she sent it by carrier pigeon! The entrance? Another odyssey. The portions were so small they could have passed for appetizers. The melty brie lacked flavor, and the lobster bisque was so salty it could have seasoned the entire ocean. And all this at too high prices. To top it off, a man, probably an employee on his day off, came with friends to enjoy free drinks behind the bar. I cant imagine the hygiene of his hands. An experience to forget, with a score of 0/10.

You could clearly hear the motorbikes on the side facing the street. Bed was good. We didnt eat there. We went to Ben & Forentine, a breakfast restaurant, for breakfast.

We regretted choosing this restaurant. Although there were only 3 other tables to serve, we waited an hour for our food. The waitress was inexperienced. I chose the lobster pasta: a very ordinary dish, overcooked and tasteless pasta, in a sauce that looked like cream with olive oil. My colleagues chose the combo with lobster, pasta and shrimp. They didnt eat the pasta, and the seafood was not fresh and overcooked. No taste. I thought this restaurant had a good reputation, but the food and service were very disappointing and not worth the $200 paid for a dinner for 3 people. Furthermore, the toilets are in the basement and the corridor is not lit. You therefore have to go down the stairs in the dark, which is not safe. I do not recommend this restaurant.

One of the slowest services I have ever had. 1h15 to have our main course. Waiter never came back to see if we wanted something else to drink. Food wise...for the price paid...I would have expected something else. Coming back from Vancouver (extremely expensive place...I had so much more on my plate. The restaurants downtown have become a joke with the exception of a few.

A restaurant specializing in seafood but also offering tartars and more! A presentation worthy of a chef and crunchy vegetables that accompany the dishes! My recommendation on rue Des Forges in Trois-Rivières!

The food here was awesome, I recommend it. The waitress service, wonderful too! Alcoholic drinks at a good price and a generous portion. The only bad thing is the toilets, because theyre not really private, having a 1.50m door Ill come back, thats for sure. Dietary restrictions: They serve fish.

Dont take the mussels, they are overcooked and what blue? The waitress was very nice and the service was good for her first week, but I rate average for 1) no advice from the staff in place of the private imported wine 2) there are 3 of us who took the mussels and the manager did not even come to us see when we said it was disappointing. The evening at Aqua last Saturday disappointed me a lot. There was a club atmosphere and not a restaurant/lounge atmosphere! Extremely loud! Live DJs playing popular music on the carpet! Guys who are already hot at 8:00 p.m., who are yelling and who, whats more, find a way to break their glasses? Very young (early thirties max). And what about the service... Very disappointing! The waitress doesnt give us the right information on what the dishes are made of. She picks up a wine glass even though its not even finished! She wants to bring us the bill while we still have the dessert service to receive as well as the tea or coffee! We had already paid for it in our package anyway! We were served the 4 courses so quickly that we didnt even have time to finish what was on our plates as we received another course! So many errors in the service that we had to laugh about it, because otherwise we would have ended up really frustrated! I was there with family to celebrate 2 birthdays and I probably wont go back. Unless the Aqua offers something really different. The formula I tried cost $300 for 4 people, not including alcoholic drinks! In short, is it expensive to pay for an evening of this quality? All the same, overall, we had fun. But it s thanks to the fun we had between us at the table. *Rare positive point, the dishes served were very hot and also tasted very good. Oh yes, as long as Im being critical and telling you everything, heres another downside, the portions, although generous, varied from one plate to another. Thats all about my experience! It was a classic meal, simple but delicious. The waitress was all alone on a Saturday evening, pôôôv her! She would have run a little less if there had been a busboy. A little noisy as the evening progresses but we understand that it is also a bar. In short, I recommend and will return.

Very good for the food but the service oufff.... the waitresses and the waiter were taking shooters together at the bar, we had to run after them to ask for water, mussels, it took a long time. Excellent all round, even the pepper sauce. For dessert, the crème brûlée...a little overcooked. The mille-feuille is very good but the pastry cream....in short, try it and tell me what you think. End result Excellent meal.

Reservation made in advance and we arrived on time, they had the audacity to tell us that someone had called back to push the reservation, which was not true. 2 different servers for our reservation, the servers were not coordinated for the group ordering together, there was one who never received his sparkling water. When we pointed it out to her, she told us that it was gone, thirty years later than when we arrived. For the meal, my wife had an orange sesame tuna tataki, it only tasted like a sweet sauce. For my part, I took the (famous) fish & chips, I wasnt sure if it was cod, it tasted nothing, and the breading had no taste. Sorry about this evening, we arrived at 7:30 a.m. and left more than 10:20 a.m., unacceptable.

For the limited choice of cocktails available, it was disappointing that the images were different from what we received. The food says it was less good than expected, some eat well and others dont. I dont recommend pizza. And for the service, it depends as much as one was very nice, the other waitress was very stupid and unpleasant.

Bad service, we had to wait 1 hour 15 minutes before someone took our order. And 1 hour more to get our meals. We had 2 young children under 5 years old who found the wait interminable. The cooking was not good and we had to deal with 3 waiters before they recognized that it was a mistake in the kitchen. It was not a great experience. Never!

The faucet in the mens bathroom was broken and hardly any water came out, there was rust on it, one of the urinals had its knob broken. I took the land and sea tartare, lots of mayonnaise, the portion was small and left me hungry. At $35 a plate, I hoped to at least satisfy the hunger. For a Trois-Rivières restaurant with a high reputation and the price of the meals, I would have expected more. There were 6 of us and my friends share my opinion. I recommend that the restaurant review their chain of suppliers in order to reduce costs, modify their recipes to better balance the flavor and quantity of sauce and make the necessary repairs to their sanitary facilities.

Had the Le Bobo hamburger and the spaghetti carbonara. The burger was okay. Spaghetti is not carbonara. It is prepared with a creamy cheese sauce and there is bacon. The spaghetti is bathed in the sauce. Very generous portions, not very enthusiastic service, red wine served in a tray of ice.
