Simply excellent in every way. We were passing through Trois-Rivières and were able to eat Panuozzos at Bistro habibi. It was very tasty. Plus the place is very clean and the staff are really friendly.

Exceptionally flavorful meals!

A real wow delight

Its a very nice little restaurant. There is a nice variety of poutines, pizzas and different sandwiches on breads baked in a wood oven. The sandwiches are worth the detour. Its hearty and a little exotic compared to the usual in Trois-Rivières. The merguez are excellent in the different sandwich choices. The fries are fresh, not frozen. Very good. The lady working the counter offers exceptional service and takes the time to explain the different dishes offered. It took a little time to get our order (4 people), but considering that the breads are made in the oven, I suppose thats normal. We were graciously offered a portion of fries. It is much appreciated. But no matter, the quality of the food was well worth the wait. Shall we go back there? Definitely!

Magnificent machalllh he prepared good meals for us, I was sick so the cook prepared me a delicious salad and the most surprising thing was that he considered it as a supplement, a very educated and very clean gentleman who didnt stop talking to us ask if everything is okay. Great discovery in Trois-Rivières, I who often go I know where I go to eat: Chez Bistro Habibi . You can smell the wood cooking smell long before you go home, yum yum. What would I say for the lovely welcome with a big smile from ear to ear, very friendly and attentive staff. I found the food very very good, we had a trio of panuozzo with chicken and merguez with harissa for spicy lovers, and a chicken makloube and it was a real delight, I highly recommend it. As my daughter said: Bistro Habibi welcome to my family. I cant wait for my next visit to Trois-Rivières, heading to Bistro Habibi Thank you very much!

Perfect place with the best pizza and panozzu

Ive lived in Trois Rivières for 2 years. I tried to find worthy pizzerias in Montreal but here I only found chains with tasteless pizza. Until today when I decided to try the anchovy pizza from the Habibi bistro and honestly its the best Ive eaten in my top 3 in life. The crust is almost similar to what you find in Italy and the taste of the tomato sauce and other ingredients wow. Truly its the best pizza in Trois Rivières, no kidding. The only problem is its online price for delivery. Its very very expensive and I dont know if its cheaper there but for real if you can afford it... the anchovy pizza is a 10/10. Looking forward to trying the other pizzas!

This restaurant is truly among the best in Trois-Rivières. The flavor, quality and quantity of the dishes are remarkable. The sandwiches are particularly excellent, and the pizza is simply impeccable. The welcome is also exceptional.

The warm atmosphere and attentive welcome from the staff helped make our meal memorable and made us want to return as soon as possible.

The smell of the wood oven led me to this little restaurant. I like that 3Rs culinary offerings are diversifying and this restaurant is definitely worth trying. The flavor that the wood oven gives to the dough is delicious, authentic, different. The merguez too, super good. Best restaurant discoveries of my year 2023! The restaurant is open until 11am which is perfect for since I am a student and my classes finish late in the evening. The service is beyond excellent! Very clean and professional restaurant while remaining very friendly! Im going to talk about it with my loved ones and Im definitely going to come back!
