We had a party with 60 people. The service was impeccable, really fast and everything was very good! All the employees were smiling and very kind. A very nice discovery. I recommend 100%!

We loved each of our dishes. It was generous, hot and excellent. Fast and courteous service. Nothing negative to say. 5 out of 5 Juicy chicken, perfectly cooked shrimp, potato and well-cooked rice. Delicious chocolate mousse cake!

My favorite restaurant! So good and the staff so nice! Every year, on our wedding anniversary, we go and get some Casa Grecque which we enjoy as a couple at home. Today, the manager offered us dessert, which really touched me I also learned that for take-out meals, waitresses must also declare a tip. I didnt tip enough today, but Ill be more generous next time for sure!

Quite an experience! We are a couple used to eating at different Casa Grecque on occasion. It was the first time in Trois-Rivières and it will be the last. On a Wednesday evening, the restaurant is full. As soon as we open the door it s the noise that surprises us. This is the noisiest Casa Greque I have experienced. Good welcome at reception. The young woman asks us to wait and after a few minutes finds us a seat in a supposedly less noisy corner. Ok food, passable service, no bread even though I asked. We had asked to take some leftovers home with us. We were charged an additional 50 cents for the dish. In short, our experience of a quiet weeknight dinner at the restaurant turned out to be really disappointing. We will continue to frequent other branches of Casa Grecque on occasion but not this one. Sorry

Its been a very long time since we ate this well and impeccable service well done to the Greek casa of Trois Rivières, we are not from the region we have no bias. Its worth the detour

For my birthday my husband brought me to this restaurant. He had shown up by text earlier to speak to the manager and reserved a specific table saying it was for my birthday. When we showed up for dinner, a receptionist refused to give us the table that my husband had chosen earlier. She told us that the table was reserved for a group of 4. My husband insisted since he had agreed with the manager. The attendant was aggressive. She finally called her manager and gave us the table. It was really disappointing to be received like this! On the other hand, the waitress who took care of us was ok as was the meal.

Our meal was excellent and the service was really good. The waitress even made a drink that she had never made based on our recommendations. Very noisy evening due to a bowling league party, but thats okay.

I find that the portions of rice and salad have really decreased, the pikilia at $24.95 has become so cheap, before the plate was well presented with leaves of romaine lettuce, capers, red onions and even pickled peppers from memory now none of that the pieces of feta are thin, the pieces of pita are not good and the salmon much too thick it falls on the heart, last time for me for the pikilia adjust yourself because before it was perfect ah yes and garlic oil is not good it just tastes fat and no garlic use anything else, my opinion is to help you improve!

Im calling to make a reservation. 1st call I get hung up on the line. I call back, say I want to book and she puts me on hold. 10 minutes later still on hold I hung up and booked elsewhere. Not much of their business.

I loved my meal, but unfortunately there was a lack of communication and/or willingness on the part of the hostess upon reception and upon departure, which made our meal less pleasant. Additionally, the phone kept ringing with no one answering. The ceiling of the restaurant is high and there is a lot of echo.

Good and unpretentious restaurant. When I arrived, it was very quiet. The waitresses were waiting at the counter out front. The time meant that the room filled up a little but nothing unusual. The food was good but once the plate was finished, I had to wait 18 minutes before someone came to see if I was finished. That being said, as the restaurant was not overloaded, I would have expected better service. The waitress was very nice despite her unavailability

Its really very heavy and echoing as an atmosphere. And I dont find it normal to take the plate of 8 butterfly shrimp and have the same quantity of garlic butter as my partner who takes the plate of steak and 3 butterfly shrimp. Its really cheap to load me with a second garlic sauce. But hey, it s still really good every time.

Portions too small, impossible to cook medium pork fillet because it is too thin. The chicken skewer looks like a chicken that only has skin and bones because the chicken pieces are so small. The taste of the meat is good, but the quantities are really pitiful.

Strongly not recommended Im going to this branch for my partners birthday. Already at the entrance several employees walked past without welcoming us or saying hello, we had to ask one of the waitresses if we should choose our place or if we were going to be seated. Finally, we were seated at a mini bench in an isolated area of the restaurant with almost no service even though almost the entire room was free. Then we arrived to order and they no longer had the plate for 2 that we wanted to order. Afterwards, rather than coming back to see us to take our selection, we waited 15 minutes. Finally we got tired of it and decided to go elsewhere. I would have given 0 stars but I have to at least give one.... The bread and water was quickly served. For the rest its 0

Extremely noisy, expensive for the quality of the meals and cleanliness of the kitchen (observation made by going to see a member of staff) questionable... quite dirty for the portion that I saw. One positive point, we had good service.

Chicken and fish skewer and the filet mignon very good but the ordinary accompaniments, 2 pieces of Greek potatoes, untasty rice and chefs salad not famous, sauce which accompanies the skewers why with pepper and the baklavas not the real recipe.

Too much dressing in the house salad, cold and mushy rice, mushy and not fresh shrimp, greasy Greek potatoes and tasted like they were reheated, not the best squid I have eaten on the positive side, good cooking of the salmon and good service, staff kind. I told my comments to one of the waitresses who was supposed to share them, to whom??? I dont know

The manager came to intimidate me at my table in front of other customers why he couldnt add another piece of lemon. For a bill of around $65 when I added cold dishes to take out he wanted to charge me $1 for 4 additional pieces of lemon. He refused to add just one.

I made a reservation since September 22 for today I called back to confirm the time and you gave me the answer that someone had called to cancel the reservation when this is false and your mistake. Really not strong when its for a party with guests from outside! Last time I do business with you!

They canceled our group reservation without even warning us, the whole group and the surprise party no longer worked out well on their part...

We made a reservation for 20 people and that same day we called to confirm. We are told that there are no reservations made and someone would have called to cancel which is false. Bad service from the workers of this restaurant. I do not advise

Super Restaurant and the photo says it all

My mother and I went there before a show on the evening of November 17 and we will not go back. Menu has changed a lot, prices have increased and quality has decreased. The plate of 8 butterfly shrimp is $29.99 with a small ramekin of garlic oil and not garlic butter... at the price we pay it seems to me that at least it would be us serve real garlic butter. The Cesar vinaigrette that was good before is now very ordinary as is the tomato sauce on the chicken parmigiana. The waitress seemed like a chicken who, before finishing serving, served another customer and we had to remind her to bring us our coffee and salad.
