The restaurant offers small dishes (tapas type). We love this kind of menu. In this restaurant, we really enjoyed the radishes and quail. The zucchini fritters and duck were good, nothing more. The pasta dish was very ordinary. As other customers have pointed out, the price-performance ratio leaves a little to be desired.

In a word: brilliant! Flawless from start to finish. The ultra warm welcome by the team, the moments taken to chat with us really made us feel good, we felt the sincerity of the interactions and the conviviality of the place, which ultimately also creates itself between the tables. What can we say about the dishes other than delicious? The research and creativity of everyone involved is worth the detour. A touch of delicious astonishment in each dish, we enjoy it. The quality is really there and you can feel the work and love put into each dish. Special mention for the tortellini and mushrooms, Ohlala! Finally, the choice of wine is also great. The sommelier has a very interesting selection and we were able to discover several of these wines with the associated explanations, again flawless. We learned that we were there on the day of the restaurants 7th anniversary, and congratulations again and long life to the restaurant, may it continue for a long time with this spirit of spreading happiness! PS: several (delicious) options for vegetarians, another real plus! Vegetarian options: Lots of options for vegetarians, and absolutely delicious!

Great evening! Great welcome from the whole team! Seared scallops to perfection. A pasta dish that perfectly juggles comfort food and gourmet cuisine. The highlight, a veal rice, perfectly executed with a succulent accompaniment of corn, bacon, Marguerite capers!

The service is average. We are easily forgotten. Food is good in general but for a 3 plus. The plus is the choice of wine or alcohol which is pleasant hence the 4 in atmosphere.

The service was a little slow, especially at the end of the meal. We waited 45 minutes to get our bill. It was understaffed and there was a new person in the department. The food was excellent as always and the atmosphere relaxed. Vegetarian options: The celery root dish was sublime with the caramelized hazelnuts

I loved this restaurant on my first visit. Ive been wanting to go there for a while and I wasnt disappointed at all! The food was delicious, the service excellent, the staff was courteous, the decor is warm with green plants... Not to mention all the nice touches like the ceramic plates or the salt on the butter or the freshly baked milk rolls or the view of the kitchen or the felt curtain at the entrance to cut off the cold at the tables.. . The two of us chose Scallop, Walleye, Green Peas, Back Pain cocktail and dessert (angel cake with whey ice cream, nuts). Everything was excellent and delicious except the dessert: the cake was dry and I didnt like the whey ice cream at all. The plates are not full like regular restaurants but every ingredient is delicious and its exactly what Im looking for and whats more it matches my type of hunger. I was hesitant to go there since I couldnt see the menu anywhere but finally I gave it a try and I was told that I can mention it in advance when booking that I dont eat meat! Wow! But the restaurant would benefit from publishing its menu like this! Despite this, I will definitely go back and I recommend and even compare it to the gourmet Buck, thats an understatement!

Good but very long while the restaurant was almost empty and disappointing although the service was very friendly. The children for whom we had ordered specially when arriving waited 1 hour 15 minutes before being served pasta and were served after the adults starter and dishes. (Reservation made with a comment specifying that we would have two children with us) It s really a shame On the other hand, the Negroni was poorly balanced and the ice cream already melted in the glass. Finally the dishes were chipped. It smells like a good establishment losing momentum

The service was very slow. It took 1 hour to receive the first plate, the servers were not present and rather cold. The food arrived cold and it cost us $200 for 3 people and we didnt have enough to eat. I would not recommend this restaurant, for the quality of service and value for money

The 4 of us took all the dishes to share. I found the portions a little small. Dish with 3 scallops, dish with 1 piece to share with 4 like after paying $100 per person my husband and I were still a little hungry.

Small, friendly restaurant that is not for everyone. The open mini kitchen in the center makes the atmosphere interesting and floods us with the scent of cooked food! The menu on the slate, however, is very niche (char, kid, black pudding, etc.) and does not offer much choice. On the one hand this ensures the freshness of the food but on the other hand you will have to make do with half a dozen dishes which are neither starters nor main courses. Therefore we suggest that you choose 2-3 per person in order to sustain yourself. What displeased me the most was the price asked for most of these dishes... The example of 3 small scallops for a whopping $26 struck me. They were good but at almost $9 a bite I would have expected more. The service is slow, you shouldnt be in a hurry but knowing that its not a big issue. We chose 4 dishes for a couple and we were still hungry but we werent interested in the other offerings on the menu... Everything was tasty, well prepared with unusual foods. If you are open-minded and open-minded, you will have a great evening. We were offered a sunflower cookie for dessert... We went elsewhere to end our evening ;)

Best place in town

Disappointed with our last visit to LEpi. We are a few couples who have been meeting there for dinner for several years and this was our worst visit to date. Far from what we have experienced in the past at this restaurant. Slow service and little presence during the meal. The flavors were mostly there but not at the level of what we have experienced there in the past. Some plates were not as described (example tile in the description of a plate but absent from the 3 plates received from this dish.) The atmosphere remains good. Small, pleasant restaurant. Unfortunately, we are considering not going back there again. 3 couples at $200 each, its definitely not worth that price for the experience.

Vincent and his acolytes are all very friendly and proud of their menu, their art and their wine/alcohol list!. We had been recommended by a friend who also liked it. Great evening of discoveries. My favorite (and it wasnt even me who chose this dish!): smoked beetroot... delicious. Even my boyfriend who hates vegetables loved it. I recommend for an evening with friends or a couple. Relaxed atmosphere and small, intimate restaurant.

Dinner before Cirque du Soleil show Saturday evening...more than disappointing. Second course served 45 minutes after the first, cold and with the sauce missing in some cases. Being told at 7:50 a.m. that we had to leave without coffee or dessert because the other service started at 8:00 p.m. even though we had waited so long through no fault of our own. Lack of staff or I dont really know but neither the flavors, nor the service, nor the quality were there. We will no longer return to this restaurant which otherwise had a good reputation for me before.

The service unfortunately deteriorated as the evening progressed. Order several starters/main courses served in 2 courses. 1st service super fast. 2nd service seems to have been forgotten (waiting 45 min. or more while people who arrived after us were served faster than us.)

Evening that lived up to my expectations in this little refreshment bar! The dishes are based on fresh, local ingredients, all beautifully presented and tasty. Favorite for the zucchini fritters and black sea bass! Our server was friendly and gave us good advice. Several choices of wines by the glass and menu that changes with the seasons. I recommend if you are in the neighborhood!

We were really charmed by this restaurant! Passing through 3R on a cold February evening, our options were limited as we do not eat (if possible) animal products. At Epi, not only did we have . professional and friendly service but superb dishes that are really interesting, original and balanced. They have great vegetarian options and for carnivores, so many mouth-watering options. Bonus, very reasonable prices, we didnt pay attention to the prices throughout our selections and for a cocktail + a beer, 3 dishes to share and a large dessert to share, we came away with a meal at $80 for 2, tips (15% included)! We highly recommend!

Bel endroit, plutôt sympathique. Points forts: la nourriture servie est le fruit dune belle créativité. Nous avons bien mangé. Le chef nhésite pas à partager ses conseils, sa passion. Points faibles: la musique était plutôt inappropriée, stressante, et un peu forte. Nous aurions peut-être dû payer un peu moins au final, la facture me semblait un peu salé.
