A great experience.

Slow service, decent food nothing more. We pay the waitress, everything is fine. When we left there, around 10 p.m., we were followed by 2 idiots, friends of the waitress. They followed us to the port in a less busy place and started telling us that we hadnt paid, that it was the manager who told them that. They followed us and accused us of this for a good 10 minutes. If you tip no more than 18%, watch out for yourself... 2 bums who wanted to fight. Then we went back to clarify the story, the waitress denied knowing them and ran away from us so as not to talk to us. She never wanted to tell me who the manager is.

Nice place to have a drink.

Eight of us arrived on a Saturday without a reservation and they found us a table quickly. The service was very fast, everyone served promptly. The burger was excellent, not dripping but full of flavor. The home fries were also very good.

The only unpleasant detail was the wait

The food is good, the atmosphere pleasant. The terrace and the singer were really pleasant. But the service.. phew. I go there a few times a year and this is the first time that it takes me so long between the moment I have my table and the moment when: you go to get something to drink. Were talking about more than half an hour. However, our waitress came to the next table 3 times before saying hello. In general Im not in a hurry but I think there are limits. 2h30 for just a meal and a drink, that takes away the desire to have anything else

The service is extremely long. There was almost no one in the restaurant and after an hour and a half of waiting we still had not been served.

Very good restaurant. Wonderful service. We were only treated to a singer, which gave a good atmosphere. The menu on the web is not up to date and the prices are going up but the food is excellent and there is everything!

worst bar ever with a racist and arrogant manager the guy charged me $56 and served me nothing he didnt even give me the receipt when I kindly asked him where my drinks were he told me it wouldnt go through and went straight back to ask me dodging total lack of professionalism no shame in being a thief

Nice place good service

I found the place small. The rest was full and you are stuck on top of the others which I like less not much room to move around. The atmosphere is good with the bands and singers performing. The food is good.

Great place to go out with friend to have a good time. Live band playing makes the night that much better. Bartenders are amazing and sure do know how to make your night more fun.

The plate of nachos with pulled pork as an aperitif there were 6 of us omg it tastes like heaven served with sour cream salsa and guacat

Horrible service from the person who received us, bad attitude, after being inside the establishment to order we asked if there was a childrens menu and in an arrogant way he replied that the place was not for children. another guy wanted to help us but we were already uncomfortable with the way this guy received us and we preferred to leave the place

We had a great time at the Jack Saloon in 3 Rivers. Very pleasant and accommodating waitress who well deserved her tip. My ribs were tender and the bacon brownie was a delicious discovery!

2 hours of waiting before getting our entry. There was nothing else available on the menu. Really poor experience.

Left a message on the answering machine and they called us back two days later. The waitress was clearly high. His colleague tried to catch up but without much success. The plate of tacos is of poor quality. Errors in the order. Airco too loud. In short, run away and go opposite to the post office

Honest food! Super special on Wednesday! Bottle of wine for $20 and Steak and fries for $25 It was good... Not a big wow but still very good... The kind of food you find everywhere... On the other hand, my friends ribs were really delicious! The sauce was cloying and they were remarkably tender! And what about the waitresses! What service!!!! They are really SUPER friendly and professional!!!

Everything was perfect

No service for almost 2:00 at the table. Only 1 beer which had been empty for a long time. 4 dissatisfied customers.

The food is no longer what it was very disappointed! The starter of fried cauliflower is not recommended, its just balls of breadcrumbs that donut in oil and a beetroot hummus that tastes like lumps of baking soda! As for my main dish, the chicken was frankly no better, the meat did not come off the bone, asking if the cooking was successful and the night of digestion was very eventful.

Beautiful restaurant, the employees were well disguised for the Halloween evening which took place later, it was nice. We ate well although the portions were not huge, for my tartare for example, it was delicious but I would have had a few more croutons and a few more chips. Good cocktails too!

A lovely place to have a drink and a meal. I like the concept that the place turns into a dance floor for the rest of the evening however, the only negative point is that it lacks space. We are quickly piled on top of each other and it is very hot. Its a shame since the music is perfect as is the atmosphere. Either way, its a great concept.

The food was good, despite a mistake in cooking my flank steak and the high price for the quantity. The atmosphere was ok and the service too.

Waiters having fun with the staff, a waitress fighting with a customer, a little expensive for a salad, poutine and a burger. The restaurant was sold to me as something quite prestigious and we are disappointed. But the waitress remained very polite despite everything.

Very disappointed compared to the last time which was gastronomic but now with exactly the same meal very disappointed hot beer bitter cocktail nachos a tenth of the last and disappointing burger which was my reference in Trois-Rivières becomes a place not to be seen again

The cauliflower starters were delicious. Nice atmosphere in the restaurant. The rest was more ordinary. The drinks we had left something to be desired (really disappointing, Ive never had such a bad cesear), the mac and cheese lacked flavor and was dry (and looked like kraft dinner), the pulled pork was dry, the burger was dry and had barely any sauce. The portion of the $25 fish and chip was ridiculously small and the fries were dry and really not fresh. The waiter was nice but he didnt really serve us (he didnt even ask us if we wanted to order, we heard 40 minutes) and we were almost the only ones in the restaurant. And the restaurant is quite expensive for really not much.

Good food friendly service

The alcohol was delicious, as for the food I was not super satisfied but I am aware that this is a question of taste I find that the wings were too sweet for me as was the sauce that accompanied my mozzarella sticks. However, I really liked the mozzarella stick and the Caesar salad.

Nice atmosphere, decent food, nothing extraordinary! Next time I will arrive later in the evening to have a starter and a drink ;)

Great evening, delicious white sangria, very good meal, raised side, fries, fried pickle, chicken burger, everything was super good, the singer was excellent, the waiter attentive, the decor really pleasant! Although we were a little forgotten at the beginning because in one corner of the restaurant the rest was up to par and I would go back there if I go back to the area!

Good food, nothing more. Cramped tables. The staff seems to be having a lot of fun. As a customer, you will be the least of their concerns. I dont recommend.

Very disappointed with my second experience. The first was a very successful delicious mac n cheese. This time I recommended a pili-pili beef tartare which was inedible. The homemade chips were so salty it was impossible to like the experience, plus the rusks were too salty and peppery. I tried to remove the excess but it was impossible. Already off to a very bad start. For the tartare in question, the taste was very average, but worse, there was a piece of plastic in it. Really very disappointed to have paid $20 for a few bites. I dont recommend tartare at all and I hope to never see plastic in my food again.

Nice place, good service but the wait was 45 minutes before receiving our plate and there were very few customers. On the other hand, the taste of the dishes was good and the people were friendly.

The hostess found us a place very quickly. Waitress helpful and fast. However, the famous ribs were very dry, hard as a rock. You think its quite difficult to fail ribs but yes they succeeded. The rest was good. But at $95 its disappointing.

The raised sides were undercooked and dry, the fries were crisp and overcooked, in short very disappointing. The waitress was nice but lacked experience, its not a big deal at all. You have to give the runners a chance. I dont plan to go back there.

We dont eat that well. I ordered a spare rib, it was much overcooked, I would even say charred. The accompaniments were good. BUT the worst part was that the waitress asked me to adjust the tip, so saying that she had to pay her boss if she hadnt collected 15% FINISHED youll never see me there again especially since we were the only ones in the restaurant

Good service, but the food was rather bland. Onion rings not very generous and with breading without any sanitation. The fries were delicious and well seasoned. The hamburgers were OK, nothing more (for the price, we expected better). The Mac and Cheese tasted almost like white macaroni without anything. The cheese was flavorless and unsanitized. No crumble or added cheese. We were not offered parmesan.

A nacho, $18. Terribly small plate, it was the size of a nacho size from Normandin (for $6), I had to order something else. A poutine, $12, really salty, didnt taste very good. I took a large one, I was once again very surprised by the ridiculous format. A beer. Total bill 47.17 taxes included. Totally disappointed, if I had enjoyed my meal, the amount would not have bothered me at all!.

For me, Jack is the place to eat in the city center. I have never been disappointed with the service and food! I recommend the Caesar salad with chicken, the Australian burger and honestly, whether its fried or sliced, its excellent! To drink, strawberry mojitos or their famous Bloody Caesar :) mixed toiletries also I find it bold and 2020! The atmosphere is excellent and the decor is amazing since the opening I dont even know how many times Ive been there

I am disappointed with my meal, a Bangkok salad at $24.00 +tx Just a simple flank steak cut with a bit of arugula salad, nothing else, its a flat dish to eat dirty Oh yes and not to forget three small pieces of clementine including two with stones Normally I love this place!!

Never eat smoked meat with so much fat. Really not up to par.

Stopped in on our way through Quebec on a road trip. We apologized for our poor French and the servers were very accommodating. However the service was so slow and inattentive. I ordered Mac and cheese, and my two friends ordered poutine. All three were listed under the side dishes section of the menu. We waited for about 45 minutes for our food before our server reappeared, not with our food but with our bills (for dishes we had not yet received). We told him so and he left, but we never saw that server again. We ended up flagging down a hostess and asked her to check on our food. It eventually arrived after an hour of waiting! My pasta was good, but the poutines were apparently bland and the gravy watery. By the time we had paid up and left we were over an hour behind our road trip schedule. Side dishes were not good enough to warrant an hour wait. I did not have crazy high expectations for a chain pub, but the standard of service was just not there at all.
