Im a customer service person but Ive never been as stupid as the cashier at this restaurant. I would have liked to tip the cooks, but it goes to the boss. I dont see why, he doesnt serve any customers at all. The atmosphere is cold and the cooks do not wear gloves. I have never seen such bad service. If I could give 0 stars I would. After 4 years of working in customer service, I can confirm that this is not at all how we serve customers. (The delivery guy is really nice but he gets his tip eaten too)

PATHETIC. We called at 8:15 p.m. to have it delivered...I was told that the delivery was completed, okay I understand so Im moving... Arriving at the place not even 10 minutes later, taking the trouble to move around, because lets remember that they no longer do deliveries...I get turned around saying that they cant cook anything because everything is closed . Despite the fact that closing hours are indicated at 10 p.m., I can understand that a business closes earlier, but I might as well be fooled like that, I cant believe it. NEVER.

These prices did not match the menu, but I don t speak French, and didn t have the ability or energy to argue with them. I guess they saw me coming! Too bad, as I will never go there again! The hygiene of the cooks frankly leaves something to be desired. They coughed into their hands and did not wash their hands before touching food. The places are not very well maintained but that s what I expected. Positive point, the lady who took orders was very friendly.

When Im in Trois-Rivières, I prefer to go to this Belle Province than another. The service is always impeccable, the food always well done Vegetarian options: Always able to adapt the menu as needed :)

Not funny, the black people who work there dont know how to live and the cashier charges us more I always take the same order 33.75 I got full of the proportion to the cashier and she charged me 37. 90 its theft I closed my eyes, Im not going to buy anything anymore, I dont recommend black ones, dont wash your hands

Very cold welcome, thank you. The only person you talk to and get a good impression of the restaurant is the person taking orders. No smile, cold service, girl who takes super stupid orders. I leave the tip in consideration of the welcome often because I never eat there, next time I will go to another and thats it but I find it unpleasant to still be welcomed like that. If you dont want to work in customer service, change jobs.

Often when you have a large poutine, its not as full as a small one even though you pay for it. At $23 you might have trouble closing the lid. Maybe wait 1 more minute before taking out the fries are a little white. Even when there are a lot of people, poutine costs the same price

The poutine and steamed hot dogs are really good, the rest I havent tried. The price of hot dogs went from 99 cents to $1.49 recently they say its a coincidence of inflation...bad inflation 50% increase!!!
