I ordered a lot from this restaurant but it's quality dropping. Today they sent me raw chicken in my chicken pita. This is the final order I'll be making from this place.

Excelent place, nice personal, good atention and food taste rich.
One of the best old school poutine restaurant. The cheese is very bio and tasty. The potatos are handmade.and the stuff is really really nice and clean. It's not far from the highway and morgan cafe in the Jean 23 boukevard

My mother in law called with her phone as she was visiting us from Ontario to here and they never answered. I called again with my phone and they answered. I asked why they did not answer with the phone with the Ontario area code and i was answered that they do not serve english people! I will NEVER CALL THIS PLACE AGAIN! First the lady who takes order is rude, she tries to do the order so fast that she hung up on me before i was even done making my order. I had to call back! She hung up again on me in the middle of it again. When i tried to call AGAIN! It was an answering machine mentioning a personnal phone of 2 girls. And it never answered after that! My unfisnished order arrived 1 hour later…We were at 5 mins from there… The order was missing the drinks i paid for and the ustensils i asked for. I called the delievery guy to get my drinks but i was laughed at and hung up on again. I never received my drinks i paid for! The pizza was barely having anything in it and let me tell you this…they have no idea what pepperoni is! The cheese on top was bathing in oil and the bacon on top was barely cooked…some big pieces was still Fridge cold! And the pizza was not even cut…or pre-cut… The menu is OVER PRICED! for the quality they serve…The food was not edible…What a waste of money! The fries were hard like they were cooked twice…We had a lot but most of them were rock hard… It was my first time there and i will never call there again and i will never go eat there either due to the quality i was served! Poor food quality, rude staffs and rude delievery guy! I would give 0 star but i cant! You can be sure that i will never try this place ever again! No 2nd chance!
If I could give 5 negative stars I would. They forgot about my order. I am standing right in front of them. They are making orders to the customers who are behind me. My French is not perfect. It’s actually my fourth language. I do attempt to speak in French. I asked at least 4 times about my food. I was waiting for my order for half an hour standing in front of them. I needed to sit down , because I didn’t feel well. I asked to call me when it’s ready. He just said he doesn’t speak English. Well, they all understood me perfectly when I cancelled my order. Meanwhile, I was standing there and watching them handling the food. It’s absolutely disgusting beyond imagination: with bare hands, not one person in a mask. I can swear they never clean the tables. I tried to choose a cleaner one when I just came. But they all had bread crumbs and stains. I’m going to report this place. Stay away from it!
So glad we stopped in here. We were looking for a place to eat and as we passed this diner, my husband said “this is a traditional Quebec diner”. SOLD. We did a quick turnaround and went in to order. Try the smoked meat sandwich. This is an obvious specialty. The chefs may all the food in front of you, while you wait. Your jaw will drop when you see how much corned beef they fit between two slices of rye bread. I had mine with poutine, of course, but the fries alone are deliciously crispy. My husband ordered the Club house and fries (he said it was good). Will definitely drop in again. Karenlee Keswick, ON

The whole family had indigestion, a hellish night. Probably the cheese on the poutine that got hot... it happened to us before with special subs, we said to ourselves that these are things that can happen but now its over. The submarines tasted burnt, in short almost everything was a failure. Never again! Unsanitary kitchen and/or negligent staff.
Good food, reasonable prices
Cheap, quick service food in abundance. All it takes is a little renovation to regain its former glory and this place becomes the ultimate paterie. I recommend it to anyone who wants to eat junk food at a good price.
I understand that it is a Belle Province, but although the food is decent, is it normal that the cashier is in a paunchy sweater and that the cooks are dressed as construction guys? It seems unhygienic to me.
Probably the worst Asti de belle province in Quebec, I ordered on skip, I took a large poutine and 3 liqueur which is specified on the application that it is in a can. Once I received my order I had an average poutine with three criss of fountain liqueur that smelled like an old cardboard puzzle. In one of my liqueurs there was even a black ti cossin. It reminded me of the mold found in unwashable ice machines. In short, really a bad restaurant.
The guy actually coughed in the food and acted as if nothing had happened. He gave me my food. I put it in the trash right after leaving the restaurant.

I received a fountain drink with my meal. My delivery guy could have put anything in there because you dont have sealed bags like the competition, you dont have bottled drinks?

The best smoke meat, the best poutine!!! Hot dogs and hamburgers are on point!!! The cooking is done in front of us, no hiding places. Employee turnover is very low and everyone is friendly. A very underrated snack in my opinion. Basically all the food is excellent. I almost forgot the onion rings and the chicken pita, mmmmm. The prices challenge any competition. Fast delivery and really cool delivery man. The best snack bar in Mauricie. 10/10 thank you
Very bad experience. The cook gave me a poutine that was already made on the counter. I mentioned to him that it wasnt the first time this had happened and he insisted on giving it to me anyway. Of course, when I got home to eat, yes the bottom of the fries was hot but the sauce and cheese on top were lukewarm. So, I will never set foot there again. At the price we pay, we should be able to have fresh, hot food. No apologies for what happened to me.

1st time at Trois-Rivières and certainly the last. Gelatinous poutine sauce ++++, and the cashiers service was worth 0 and again 0 is generous. To be told it s beautiful there because it was she who made a mistake, we ll come back. I can believe that we are in La Belle Province but the girls clothing you should be in Quebec Broue would fit better.

Very disappointed I ordered by Uber and did not receive the good food and no understanding from the restaurant it was their mistake. He tells me to contact Uber and vice versa. We will never recommend it again.
Way too expensive for the quality of food they serve. Poutine (sauce too liquid and too much) and undercooked fries with my girlfriends smoked meat.

The food is good but expensive like everywhere now! The girl at the checkout gives excellent service. The delivery men speak very loudly and what can we say about the young white guy who makes the food and who also speaks very loudly while using street language with an accent as if he were from another origin or rather a blak wanabe... Quite unpleasant as a place to eat!

It was lucky that I had ordered a sandwich with lean smoked meat, only to get a bunch of poorly cut block meat full of fat and tightness hidden under a thick layer of mustard, without forgetting that this branch is questionable cleanliness, not to say dirty.
We ordered pizza and fries. Pizza which was half cooked, we had to heat it in the oven. Honestly, a frozen pizza would have been better. Pepperoni which is bad, no or very little pizza sauce....in short, a disappointment all round. Only positive point: lots of cheese on the pizza. For the fries, there were a lot of black seeds on the fries and bottom of the bag, so they definitely dont clean the fryers often. First and last visit, there will be no second chance. If you want great pizza: Thumbs up to downtown.

Good poutine but the guys made it a little quickly, the fries were undercooked. Best submarine in town though and very good portion. Another good thing is pita, gyros and hot dogs. Their weak point is the spaghetti sauce, not bad just ordinary.

The best place for brown sauce poutine according to my tastes. Home fries, very generous portion, lots of cheese. Where they lose a star is that we never know if the delivery will take 20 minutes or 1h30, not to mention that we have already been forgotten a few times.

(Cap de la madeleine sector) first time I forgot the 4 hot dogs in my order I CALLED BACK and I heard the owner or employee say that Im a thick guy and that I just had to come and get them while talking to the cashier 2ND time I ask for separate sauce for 2 poutines delivered so that the fries do not soak up sauce during transport and I receive 2 poutine but not the sauces so I call back and 45 min later I received the sauce but the poutines have become cold
Unfortunately it was their last chance and they missed it, soft and greasy fries, the oil should have been changed days ago, the bread from the submarine was completely soaked and my partners pita... lets move on.
Poutine literally tastes like dish soap. The sauce is weird. Frankly nothing to do with the beautiful povince on Barkoff Street. I am a good regular customer in the beautiful town of Cap de la Madeleine there it is very good, nothing to do with the restaurant on boulevard jean 23.
Yesterday I ordered a plate of chicken skewers and also some pizza and I am very satisfied....it was excellent, there will always be bad comments...tastes are not up for debate as they say . For my part I have never had to complain, touch wood lol.
Cook not net, they let the customers lean on the counter in front of the preparation, the cashier picks up the dirty trays and does not wash her hands before serving the drinks... In short I wonder about the cleanliness .. but the portions are always generous.
I just went there and asked for fatty smoked meat because I like it juicy and tasty. It was served to me dry, no trace of fat, I didnt even take my order and left, $18 wasted including tip. I only gave 1 star because it is impossible to give zero.

Delivery times always long, on my last delivery it took 2 hours or more, I called the restaurant twice to find out what was going on, I was told twice that my order would arrive in 2-3 seconds, which was royally wrong. I would not order from this place again.
Kind and generous in their portions. The prices are very reasonable and the food is well prepared. And its one of the few places left in Trois-Rivières where you can get real fries, not frozen ones. However, we dont have a choice of sauce (brown or BBQ) for the poutine. Other than that, they have quite a varied menu and everyone at the table was happy with their choice, walkability and quality. Bonus: unlimited drinks!
