La Brasserie in Trois-Rivières

We stopped in passing for an aperitif.

First experience and last!! A practically inedible $85 bill! I ordered natchos and a combo of 5 starters. When opening the order, the box of natchos was open and inedible and cold, not the sauce and nothing had been sent and moreover 4 out of 5 starters were present!! Paying $85 for 4 entries is unacceptable.

It was my first restaurant experience in Trois-Rivières, having just moved for work and having a visitor. The restaurant was recommended to me. Food was good, but no salt or pepper on the tables. I felt ignored throughout the meal like they asked for drinks except for me same for dessert... yet the construction dude and his pitoune next to them had service... in short first and last experience in this restaurant.

Sports bar. Nice server. Food OK and clean place.

Not the best after-sales service in history . The manager tells me its their mistake that I didnt receive part of my order but he cant do anything more than refund me. So after waiting 45 minutes, someone wont eat what they ordered... the worst part is that they seemed to be upset about it...

Dont trust the reviews from Ken and Karen. The food is excellent, the service fast. Literally the best carbonara Ive ever had. Im a picky eater and Ive never been disappointed. I even called to compliment, something I never do.

Very acceptable price for the lunch meal where we deduct 25% of the price displayed on the menu. If the bun on my burger hadnt been burnt inside, I would have given it a higher rating. The waiter never came to check if our meal was okay. The poutine was very good.

Sporting atmosphere, many matches broadcast on several TVs. Very good service. A few mistakes in the kitchen but apparently the chef was new! $12 burger that day. And apparently there are regular promotions. Its not great cuisine but its good and above all the dishes are very affordable. We recommend

The food is very good, varied menu, its interesting. In terms of atmosphere, apart from the decorations, its not that sporty... They only have rds and vat sport as channels, so if you want a match broadcast on another TV channel, impossible...

Really long service, but smiling and pleasant, however, thats not really a criticism, since they were a barmaid, a waiter and a hostess. The food is good, hot and tasty. It s still worth the detour!!

Visit on a Saturday. Ideal location, friendly staff. The music is a little loud. Uninteresting food. Sad burger. Overcooked and dry meatball. The fries are tasteless because they are frozen.

Nice and friendly waitress, passable food, reasonable prices, but the two helpers (probably the bartenders) were completely disrespectful, rude and unprofessional.

I liked this place with its American look, inviting and its very friendly staff. It has a lot of meal choices and the atmosphere is nice.

We went to around ten soccer games during the World Cup, there was never any question of reservations. Arriving at the final, we were told that we had to book and that it was full. Anything. I contacted them at each game to confirm that they were open and that they would broadcast the match. I regret having brought more than a hundred people during the competition. Next time it will be at the sports cage.

I had the blt chicken burger and the chicken was lukewarm and my first (and last) bite was like rubber, the fries were cold and the waitress was stupid when I told her my burger was full of mayo even if I had asked for the mayo on the side... No need to tell you that I would never go back there.

There were 4 of us and all our dishes were tasteless, whatever the dish... especially the burguer which was certainly not worth the price... far too disappointing for the final bill... We are nevertheless nice to have left a 15% tip (not necessarily deserved)

I ordered through Hubert eat and they made 3/5 of what was included in my order, the 2/5 was missing and it was part of their combo...

I had a grilled chicken salad delivered and it was the best in a long time! Instead of just apple salad, they put arugula with mixed greens, zucchini, radishes, avocado, red and green pepper etc etc so it was very colorful with a delicious light but tasty sauce! I highly suggest!

Good but just good maybe a little too overrated. I think that hiding behind frozen is not super effective. You should serve fresh.

Honestly, if I could give this place a 0 I would. I ordered the spicy burger and it was inedible. The bread was cold, the sausage inside was almost raw and the ingredients were clearly frozen. The poutine...literally the worst poutine of my life. The sauce seemed to come straight from a can. It was cold and lumpy. The cheese wasnt even melted and the fries were clearly low-end frozen. The meal was literally a disaster. My boyfriend had a classic hamburger and it was equally horrible. The fried squid was rubbery and tasted like frozen again (Besides, tasting the onion rings?) Since there was a delay between the time we ordered and the time we received it, I considered the quality of the food unacceptable. Luckily the waitress was friendly and gave us 25% off to apologize for the delay. Its a lot to pay for frozen food. $18 for a hamburger with poutine that I barely tasted. Plus, we got sick afterwards. I dont understand the 3.8 rating for this place; it deserves a maximum of 1 star.

We stopped there by chance. I ate fish and chips and Caesar salad. Everything was excellent. Good service. Very pleasant. I recommend.

We went to have a small beer, when we arrived we saw that he had a special on a kind of beer, from noon to 5 p.m., I had the beer on special but when it was time to pay it was not on special on our bill, even the waiter went to see the sign where the special was written but he didnt give us the special that was written. False advertising. We wont go back there for sure.

We went for dinner. There is a list of daily specials and the waitress mentions that the salad of the day is salmon, which I have, my partner has the pizza of the day. 20 minutes later, the waitress came to us to say that she was wrong, that the salad was with chicken. Since I had to eat some for dinner, I chose the Neapolitan pasta instead, figuring that a special pasta wouldnt take long to prepare. Finally, our plates arrive 25 minutes later, my pasta is lukewarm and the green onions are dried out (probably by the stove). Really dont understand. We wont go back, thats for sure.
