Very nice little restaurant, very friendly. Our experience would have been great if not for the terrible service we had. Repeated forgetting of our choices/requests to the waitress which required 2-3 reminders from us. After waiting almost 50 minutes before having our starters, the main courses followed less than 5 minutes later, all pushed and piled on the table...That said the food was excellent but the service really ruined everything.

Seriously, the nachos were super good. Original idea of presentation and a mixture of cheeses, chicken, caramelized onions a must try! My only negative point is the welcome. I made a mistake with the hostess and the waitress and the condescending look phew. And, Im not your waitress....I just had a quick question. Anyway, the rest was great.

The tartare was really good. The waiter was slightly nonchalant on the other hand because he did not come to see us mid-service to see if everything was perfect. He asked me if it was to my taste when serving but did not ask the others and there were 6 of us. The service needs to be improved.

Restaurant with a warm atmosphere. The service is quite friendly and efficient. The dishes are excellent and the beer too. I recommend the Bailey s crème brûlée to finish the meal in style.

Everything is really good! It s a restaurant that has a beautiful signature and which delights our taste buds! The only thing is that Ive noticed several times that the evening staff is a lot nicer than the lunch staff! It remains a must in our region!

Very slow service, 45 minutes to serve two Poké bowls and a chili is a bit excessive. We didnt have the soup that came with the table dhôte because there was no more. No commercial gesture, and the quality of the meal was really not worth the wait! I do not recommend!

Went to Trèfle for an old fashioned but we only tasted sadness. We then went to Le Pot Papilles et Cocktail and we drank only 10 out of 10 in the face. Well recommend if you know what is good.

The McDonalds was better than the tartare Ive ever had.

We go here often and it s consistently good. My favorite is the truffle Mac and cheese. The salads that comes with the entrées are huge and delicious. A little pricy but worth it from time to time.

They ran out of orgeat and mint. Its kind of weird for a place specialized in cocktails. We still enjoyed ourselves and would still recommend as this was my second visit.

Great looking place, amazing service. Food was not great. I had the Burger Du Pot. The patty was very dry. My bun was burnt and smashed up like a pancake. I ordered a paella as well. It was like eating a soupe. Very liquidy. Flavor was not good at all. Maybe because the chef wasnt up to par with their cooking technics because the ingredients are all there. Sad...

Very small restaurant, the atmosphere is warm. On the other hand, the tables are close to each other, so if you want to have a little privacy, this is not the ideal place. That said, the dishes are excellent and the cocktails are well thought out. Finally, I recommend Bailey s crème brûlée to finish off this meal.

It wasnt my first time though. I was so disappointed, is it because it was early? The ramen... no taste, just vegetable broth, no miso or soy sauce contrary to what was advertised. Raw tofu cubed and unseasoned... mushrooms? Marinated mushrooms (the same as what is served as an accompaniment on the edge of the plate, and non-Asian marinade) roughly sliced and garnished. I loved it the times before but this time... I didnt finish my plate. The Burger tasted reheated with too much sauce, and the salad lacked seasoning. In short, bad experience.

Great! We came 2 evenings in a row to drink gin and eat. Large menu of excellent gins, and good advice from the bartender. As for the food, we enjoyed ourselves. On the 2 evenings, we had: a crab mousse, a soup of the day, a pan of mushrooms, a taco-type dish and a bison tartare. Everything was very good, well seasoned and plentiful. I recommend you make a stop there. Both for the kindness of the servers and for their good products.

Very nice restaurant, but a little small. The dishes were excellent, for my part we took the plate of 4 different tartars and we were full, me and my girlfriend. I would go back anytime but this time maybe on a terrace for more space between tables.

This is my favorite tartare restaurant! The spicy beef, Asian tuna, bison and bacon as well as smoked salmon are the best for my taste. The bacon brownie is to die for! It melts in your mouth! A special mention to the waiter who was told that the umami oysters came from Japan When in fact they come from New Brunswick. Oh yes, I almost forgot... The drinks wow! One of the best Bloody Caesars Ive ever had. The other cocktails are also excellent.

Before poke bowl it was excellent before now drowned in sauce and everything tastes the same. Quantity decreased. Bémol arrives at 4:30 p.m. a table is occupied. We are asked to leave by 6 p.m. only table available on the edge of the door freeze we keep our coats. Everything is reserved for 5 p.m. Six employees on the floor. 50 minute wait for two pokes, two glasses of water and a plate of nachos. $82.00. We leave at 5:55 a.m. and always have only one table occupied. Were going to pass our turn.

We were seduced by the idea of large cocktails that we could share. Bad surprise, they are individual. We say to ourselves that a 1 liter cocktail for one person is a lot!!! Not at all, because the glass is completely filled with ice cubes... Conclusion, we get at most a large glass of drink, for $20. The content is good, but its still a bit of a steal.

The cocktails are good. but the food is something else, very salty, in any case its not worth the price indicated. We had already called 1 week in advance to reserve, but when we arrived well at the reservation time, they put us at a table near the door, we were especially not comfortable. and those who did not have reservations were well seated. At the end we ordered dessert, a crème brûlée and a cheesecake, but the crème brûlée was pink with strawberries and the taste was disgusting. the cheese cake is a cream that also flows pink, in any case nothing like a traditional cheesecake. Be careful the prices charged do not correspond to the menu, the $5 tiramisu, charged at $9, the waiter explains that the prices in the menu are wrong, a drink of $13 charged at $20, be sure to check your invoices!

Good service in a beautiful terrace atmosphere, good location on a street corner around other lively bars-restaurants in the city center. The beef is very good. This is our second visit already. Parking: Paid covered parking nearby. You could pay by card at the exit. Its a parking lot that charges by the hour.

First time in Trois-Rivières and really satisfied with this great discovery!! The carpaccio starter and the burrata starter OMG super nice atmosphere, the cocktails are just as delicious!! The only negative point I have to say is that it takes a long time to receive our drinks or our plates. On the other hand, the wait was definitely worth it!!

Very disappointed with the service... We had reserved for 6 p.m., we were told that we had to vacate the place before 8 p.m. for the 2nd service, which was perfect as we had a show at 8 p.m. At 7:30 p.m., still no meal and we had paid in advance to get a head start. We had to cancel the order and were given gift certificates to cover meal costs. As a result, it cost me $50 in tips and drinks... And we didnt have time to eat before the show... With 4 children... Very ordinary!

The drinks are quite good, but the service we will come back to. 15 minutes before having someone come to see us for drinks and 1h30 before having our dishes, the bartender who is a friend instead of taking our orders and puts them first for the food. Waiting 1h30 while they dont even wait 20min is not normal. Im really disappointed.

Worst customer service ever. Came in to order 2 soups to go. The waiter seemed displeased already that I spoke only English to her. Tried to ask her additional questions and she clearly ignored me and continued to do what she was doing. She was not trying to be helpful at all. Then I saw that there were around 10 restaurant workers all around me that did not try to help me either. I totally felt like I was bothering them and disturbing whatever it is that they were doing. I approached the waitress again and she pointed to her coworker at the bar. I approached him and after a few attempts managed to order my two soups to go. While I was waiting for them, restaurant workers weirdly were looking at me instead of trying to accommodate me or make me feel welcomed. I finally got my two soups but they didn t include the spoon. I approached the waitress who was clearly annoyed at that point by me and she showed it. I got out of the restaurant and was grateful to be out. Wow! What a horrible feeling. I was also disappointed that my soup cups were half full - see my photo. I mean - whatta!!? Either use smaller soup cups or give a normal portion. In any case - if you speak English don t come to this place. It s a shame - because the place has a nice vibe and interior and waiters make you feel unwelcome.

The service was really bad, it felt like we were disturbing the employees who just wanted to finish their shift (it was 7 p.m. Saturday September 2). We didnt have a dedicated waiter/waitress, we had to stop one to take our order or ask for the bill after waiting too long and even that bothered them. They all seemed too busy chatting among themselves to serve their customers.

There were 4 of us, we waited more than an hour for 3 burgers and a grilled cheese. no one came to see us again to explain the long wait. after a drink, no offer of a second course was presented. the table that arrived after us was served before. the attention of the waiters and the owner was towards the party-goers. we were in a good mood before arriving but the endless wait shattered our mood. I am a fanatic of tartares, very nice place to eat them. The only downside was that we received our order an hour after ordering on a Monday evening, so the service was quite long. The cocktails are super good too.
