Le Renard Café + Buvette par Le Buck in Trois-Rivières

I blindly chose the menu for dinner and it was quite disappointing. Based on the price of $60/person, I was expecting something more refined when the dishes offered were really simple and too salty. The service, however, was friendly and attentive.

There were 6 of us and we took the service blind. We ate well! Impeccable service, beautiful place, great choice of drinks. I will definitely go back.

What excellent service from Cameron! We were a little tight on time as we were going to a show, but the service in the kitchen was quick and impeccable.

I went on a Saturday evening around 5:30 p.m.! We practically had the place to ourselves! The server (Cameron) received us very well and without waiting. My friend and I took the discovery menu and didn t regret it! Everything was fresh, the portions were just perfect and the waiter took the time to explain each dish to us! It s a restaurant that I highly recommend if you want to taste local and homemade products with a warm, stylish atmosphere while remaining very professional! The menu has something for everyone and a good variety of wine. Cocktails are limited, but very good! The only star I took off is for the atmosphere. I understand that its a small place and thats what makes it so charming, but we were very close to the table next to it and it was difficult to get out without hitting their table to go to the toilet. Otherwise everything was perfect!

We stopped briefly in Trois-Rivière on our way back to Montreal. We were not disappointed with the little detour! Between the welcome, the decor, the meal, the cafes and the atmosphere nothing to complain about! The croque monsieur and grilled cheese were excellent. Special mention for the boss s playlist! This establishment would be a weekly restaurant for me if I lived in the city. THANKS!

We had a very pleasant time at the Le Renard café. Serving utensils were sometimes missing to share dishes, and we would have liked slightly more generous portions. On the other hand, the welcome was warm and the tasting menu was delicious. Very nice evening!

Great restaurant! We had the discovery menu in the evening and it was excellent. The dishes are refined and well executed. Also they have a nice selection of wines, however for beers, the choice is limited. We are definitely going to go back!

Un restaurant où il fait bon manger. Les plats font preuve d une originalité rare dans la région et le service est chaleureux et efficace. Les piments shishitos accompagnés de leur trempette crème sure et maïs nous rappellent comment les découvertes culinaires peuvent être revigorantes. Et que dire du grilled cheese au homard, lui qui frôlait la perfection. Du grand raffinement.

Certainly one of the best caterers in Trois-Rivières! However, it would be appreciated if the menu evolved a little for loyal customers :) I was very surprised by the availability of this caterer for the holiday season! Hat! Long life to your company which enjoys a great reputation!

Quality products, choice of imported wines, ciders and various beers. The lunch counter is a great discovery and a must in Trois-Rivières. I just adopted it!

I would like to give you comments on your buffet which was served at my house with 24 people last Saturday; Everyone had nothing but congratulations to give you, everything was different from traditional buffets, it was good, fresh, and everything was well presented, the delivery time was respected.... A beautiful restaurant, but the owners should have remained caterers and not restaurateurs, because the service is a real joke, we went on a Thursday for a happy hour, arrived at 4:45 p.m. the door was barred, we waited with another group at next to us in the strong sun at 32 degrees patiently, the windows were open and the staff were walking around and no one greeted us, finally, one of the owners arrived, unlocked the door and quickly locked it behind him, he was 4:59 p.m. and 36 sec. We thought we were at the bank. The other group finally left, we waited and another one of the owners finally opened the door, but didnt let us in, he was taking out his podium and his stuff, he NEVER greeted us, he completed us ignored and it had a B*&?%; so we decided to go elsewhere (theres no shortage of restaurants), but I took the trouble to go see him to tell him that he has a nice restaurant and that he would benefit from improving it the welcome of his customers, his response: WHAT? WHAT?. That says it all.
