We had brunch. The atmosphere, decor and service is excellent. The cuisine is Quebecois.

Very slow service, several items on the menu not available, despite the reservation the restaurant did not seem to be ready to receive us.

Poor service Missing items to complete our orders we had to change 3 orders after waiting for entries No manager on site

First time Ive been told thats not my problem by a waitress. It had been over an hour since we ordered and we were starting to run out of time. I dont recommend.

We tried the all-you-can-eat tartare, you absolutely must try the Salmon Mondo tartare! Delicious!

Excellent food and warm atmosphere, dedicated employee and impeccable service. They even rent rooms for conferences and parties on the second floor.

Good food, we have been going to this restaurant twice. The first time great service with the waiter Rick!!! yesterday on the other hand on Valentines Day we booked for 5 p.m. the waitress was unprofessional!! She welcomes us and asks us how we eat so early! then at dessert she said loudly and clearly yes, youre holding up, you guys are capable of having some! (because we ate all our serving plates) We enjoyed our first visit much more.

Very slow service, I ordered chicken parmigiana and the breading was soft and moist. It had been 2 hours since I arrived and we were a group in the upper e so we were at the aperitif I didnt drink only one drink because the waiter didnt follow up and after 2 hours I was finally able to order a second beer but I had to go get it from the bar because after 30 minutes there was still no income serve me my beer

Bad service. We reserved for 7:00 p.m. when we arrived he had given our table to someone else. We started with the all-you-can-eat Tartare but we had the fried accompaniments at the end of the meal and after several requests on our part.

Despite the so-so welcome from our waitress, the pancake-fruit lunch of the moment (fresh from Quebec!) was the best Ive eaten. On the other hand, we find oranges (Mexico I presume...) in the plates of eggs and toast... too bad

While passing through Trois-Rivières, we decided to go try their lunches on a beautiful Sunday morning. The three stars are for the food which was ok but nothing more... The lunch club is good and generous. For the scrambled eggs, they serve them in a kind of galette with a runny interior.... at least, thats how they were served to me! The service is something else! The experience is unpleasant! Really ! At least our waitress was. Im going to avoid naming the person but although she normally operates well, she was honestly having a very bad day and I feel like we paid the price. For the food we would return but for the service I doubt it!

We went there on Saturday evening and it was very busy. The person at reception seated us quickly. A waitress brought us the menu and then nothing. Finally another waitress came to our rescue to take care of us. The dishes were served to us at the same time and were at a very good temperature. I recommend the really perfect tartare and with a choice of sanitation. We ordered a dessert afterwards and waited a while to get the bill. Again the bar waitress who came to our rescue. We got the bill and we were offered dessert to compensate for the wait. In conclusion, a nice place to eat quality food at a fair price and staff who take responsibility. We will definitely come back!

Customer service worthy of a third world country. After lunch, which wasnt too good, I had to wait at least a good 25 minutes in front of the cash register to wait for my bill. I understand its a Saturday morning but there is a limit. I do not suggest this restaurant

I went to this restaurant today with my boyfriend. We ordered their lunch. The food was very good but what we appreciated most was the super good service! The server was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed. Our bellies are full after more than 4 hours after brunch because their meals are complete! One of the only restaurants open on New Years Day! I recommend it a thousand times! I visited this restaurant with my boyfriend on new years day. The breakfast menu was great but the service was out of this world! The waiter was so sweet and made sure we had everything we wanted. It was one of the only restaurants open on new years day... I HIGHLY recommend! *Its a shame I didnt get his name to leave a comment to his manager.

Last visit to life last night. Restaurant full and the manager and staff exude a stressful attitude I had the pasta with two salmon that I already ate...the salmon was weird...in crumbs...there is no description for the taste....thick sauce.At the At the end of my plate I found myself with a plastic thread in my mouth. We did not speak because we had already inconvenienced the waiter by asking for our bottle of wine a second time in 20 minutes. My partner finds this terrace completely ugly and uncomfortable compared to other restaurants.

The best lunches on Boul. Forges are surely at Mondo! Beautiful sunny terrace, good service and good value for money. The coffee is a little pale and non-reusable plastic straws are systematically provided in the smoothies, otherwise it would deserve 5 stars.

Disappointing lunch, the photos of the menu do not reflect the plates served, the crepes are reheated and they look like rubber, the only positive point of the crepe trio is that they are served with fresh fruit and real maple syrup.

A friend and I went Thursday August 1st and we were served by Anthony. Courteous and excellent service from him, always with a smile and it seemed as if he was happy to welcome us. Penne Gigi for my friend and seafood spaghetti for me and it was delicious! Dont forget the fries, theyre the best Ive had in a long time. Thanks Anthony! we will come back to see you :)

Favorite restaurant in the city center, I go there 3-4 times a year for dinner, and everyone I introduced it to really appreciated it. The food is delicious, the menu is very varied and the prices are reasonable compared to other restaurants in the city center. The service is excellent and the atmosphere is pleasant. I really recommend it!

The customer is judged for what he orders. We ordered a Pitcher and something to snack on and the waiter never came again. Then my husband just waved and the bill was already ready! Too gourmet and not for everyone. (For people who want to be more comfortable, I do not recommend).
