O'Centro Pub & Grill in Trois-Rivières

One week before our Christmas party for 30 people, the establishment informed us that it would no longer be able to accommodate us even though we had already reserved. We havent tried the cuisine but what is certain is that we will never come.

The service was good, the food was good but for the quality of the food it was a little expensive. What shocked me was that the waitress imposed the tip, like she gave us the bill and automatically added 15%. I paid but I said that normally it is us customers who choose the amount of the tip at the interac machine. I didnt want to make a scene although I told myself I should have. Its my money. I understand that the catering business is difficult but to impose 15% without our consent. The waitress explained to me that many people dont tip, especially tourists and people from diverse backgrounds. Brief.

I spent an excellent evening at the Ocentro restaurant in Trois-Rivières, with a friend, on the semi-outdoor terrace on the second floor. We opted for a pitcher of refreshing sangria with tasty fries. The waitress was truly exemplary: she demonstrated impeccable service and, in a joking moment where I feigned choking, she immediately checked if everything was okay, ready to intervene if necessary. The ambiance was very pleasant, with a friendly atmosphere that complemented our meal well. However, for an extra touch of charm, I would suggest adding a little more jazz music. This would bring an even warmer and more sophisticated note to the experience. In summary, a very good address with quality service and a pleasant atmosphere. I will come back with pleasure!

I had a good opinion about your restaurant until I experienced the good old 2024 service that all the merchants give us. That means: no staff for traffic, very slow service, and then blame it on this lie that is the shortage of labor. Dont ask yourself why you dont have any customers when you dont hire the workforce to satisfy the customers who dare to come and spend their money in this time of inflation

Onion soup really disappointing presentation... a shame to call it onion soup... a hamburger bun garnished on top of the soup with almost no cheese

A spiced rum and ginger drink on the menu is in a big glass because it is more expensive it arrives on the table in the same glass as the one which is cheaper plus it tastes like water. I tell the waiter who replies that there are 2 ounces of rum in it which is completely false. I ask him for 1 ounce of rum separately to see the difference finally he tastes a little of the rum he charges me 6.95 more for my glass is 10.95 really disappointed with this restaurant I wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

I still found the service good even if we saw that it was a bit closed for the outside world.....in terms of cooking......I liked the hash browns as well as the vegetables.....but the cooking of my meat left something to be desired...basically...its good but the guy in the kitchen isnt sure

I wanted to make a reservation at their restaurant, but the waitress was not aware of the laws on assistance dogs and had to ask her boss to see if he accepted assistance dogs or not. Its an obligation, I simply mentioned that if he refuses I can file a complaint with the charter and she starts shouting at me. I dont even dare imagine the table service with this employee. Im never going to give money to a company that nevertheless seemed very welcoming and attractive to the taste. Its time for people to understand that there are laws and that there isnt just Mira!

Really average experience! One of the members of our group was sick with the plate of shrimp, moreover the attitude of the waitress despite the fact that there were few of us was ordinary and not very friendly

When I go to see shows at Trois Rivières, the Center is my restaurant. Welcome, service, excellent meal.

We had dinner without being rushed, our server gave us excellent service, glass of water always full. Excellent dinner, 1/2 rib, starter, dessert and a pitcher of moonshine for less than $70 service included. I will go back!

I brought a group of professional American visitors and we were very well served. The waiter was helpful and made an effort to accommodate the English visitors. The food is good but nothing completely crazy, its the kind of place we like to go to when we just want to eat well and be comfortable.

First time in the restaurant and certainly not the last! Simply delicious! I had the Seguin pizza and my partner had a burger and both of us were really pleasantly surprised! a friend had the natchos and it was also very good! Our waitress was super friendly and attentive, truly a 5* experience

3 people going there frequently, sick within the same time frame after consuming the same dish containing chicken. I wonder about the health and standards in the kitchen. All of our symptoms were similar to salmonella poisoning. This place is crossed off my list...

Beautiful restaurant with a very pleasant upstairs terrace overlooking the main street. The service is fast and friendly with a special mention to the waitresses who constantly come up and down the terrace, all the while keeping a smile. A good choice of pizzas, starters, grill, typical regional dishes and beers. Perfect for having a good time. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian burger

The terrace on the second floor gives a very beautiful view of the Boulevard des Forges negative points Lots of difficulty managing reservations, I called twice, specifying the place, time and number of people. At the restaurant they had noted the wrong time at the wrong table.. Note that this is not the first time that this has happened to me at this restaurant Fortunately the doorman was friendly and found us a suitable table.

I went back and the service is still good and so is the food. By the way, the quality of the wine list has declined significantly and SAQ + $5 is not true. I took a Liberadi for $29 and it is $13.30 at the SAQ and very, very ordinary. Excellent. European sausages with fries. Very good. Great on the terrace upstairs. Very good service and inexpensive wine. We drank a Mondavi Napa Vallée which is 34.95 at the SAQ for $39.00. I will definitely go back.

Good place for a casual diner their terrace is very nice. They didnt have a table for us when we got there but they figured out a way to accommodate us especially with a baby. The food was really good. We had ribs, steak and wings and everyone was satisfied. If I even went back to Trois Rivieres I would definitely go back there

Superb place. And good and well presented food I was passing through the area and was attracted by the restaurant s two beautiful terraces. There werent many people and the service was very long. When we said we wanted to stay at the water we got an attitude from our waitress. To receive the fish and chips it took around 30 minutes. We only got a refill of water even though the waitress walked past us. When we got to dessert she asked us if we wanted dessert and coffee which we didnt have and again an attitude. Ok we are not paying customers for her but still. Returning to the area I will try a new restaurant instead.

The food is excellent, the lunch at a very acceptable price and all inclusive from soup to dessert. I recommend this restaurant, you will like it. Only good and very courteous staff the atmosphere is warm, pleasant and the staff as courteous as ever and the food as good as always, go there without fear. The lunch menus are a different meal each day plus the lunch menu... Hmmm still so good . From soup to dessert and coffee included.

Very good, we were offered a table even though it was 1:15 p.m. on a weekday. The lunch menu is nice: soup + main course + dessert + coffee for $16 to $25, its very reasonable and really good. We had a chicken wrap served with fries and coleslaw, it was really good. Fast service!

We passed by there, the terrace was well lit by the sun, it was a little cool, so the ideal spot to go and have a little romantic bubble.

Its okay. Food is okay. Not bad, not great, its okay. Fries are like McDonalds, burgers are just okay. Only great part was the nachos, definitely a keeper. But to be honest, you can go elsewhere for the rest.

Beautiful comfortable terrace at the top. Disappointed with the billing: change rice for Caesar salad $4.95 but in addition, charge another item change fee of $1. In addition, they put my salad with hot vegetables and shrimp. So warm salad, not fresh and I didnt eat it. Total: I paid $5.95 plus tax plus tip for a salad that I didnt eat...

I had digestive problems after eating the hot chicken and goat cheese salad . The description of the dish was enticing but the execution poor, taste and quality of ingredients poor. The chicken was a cheap frozen breast that had been reheated. The salad contained a very large quantity of candied onions in a thick, sticky and overly sweet syrup, the lettuce bathed in a soup of vinaigrette. I could squeeze out the dressing by squeezing the lettuce with my fork! Never again!

Caesar was drowning in dressing, missed parts of the order, brown lettuce used as a decoration around the french onion soup
