The restaurant is usually very busy, so you have to wait a while before you can order. But the wait is worth it! The two flavor bowls are amazing, the taste of the chicken cooked on the grill is really good. You can choose your toppings and the service is fast! I recommend, very good!

Perfect for bringing. Too bad there is no branch outside the shopping center. Wheelchair accessibility: Its in a shopping center. There are reserved parking spaces and no steps to access the restaurant.

The bowls are delicious: the chicken is cooked to perfection, the vegetables are fresh, not to mention that the portions are generous. Only negative comment: If you see a line of 10 people, expect to wait at least 35-40 minutes before receiving your plate. UberEats orders are their priority. Its a shame, because thats the reason I wont go back there again...

I am a customer and an occasional delivery person and today I had a delivery around 6:30 p.m., I arrived at the remainder. There was a girl available and two boys busy with the task. Once in front of the counter, I receive no greeting or look from her, I ask her if it is possible for her to give me the order. She asks me to confirm the order and asks me to show her my cell phone. Subsequently, she replied I don t give a damn, I m doing my job (very disrespectful to address anyone like this when I m being courteous). What kind of customer service does she advocate when she is the image of a company? I will therefore no longer be a customer and will no longer deliver for this restaurant: I do not encourage this type of arrogant behavior.

My 2 star vote is mainly for the service it is given. I am not a customer, I deliver for Uber or Doordash. You can expect a higher waiting time when there are a lot of people, but the fact that customer orders for delivery are always at the bottom of the list, or even delayed by several customers, is horrible. I had time to see the queue completely empty of people who arrived in front of me with an order that was theoretically done before them (by the time the delivery man arrived), and even see those who arrived later! Im normally patient, but on two orders today that I made, I had to wait between 20 and 30 minutes. I hope the message is told to employees.

I often come to the Trois-Rivières branch, I have always received excellent service. But this week particularly by the manager, she was attentive to my 2 children by offering to put the spicy sauces in a separate bowl. And the cashier had forgotten to put my extra toppings (the manager heard me say it) and she handled the situation without reprimanding the cashier. :) Beautiful atmosphere and the employees are super nice!!

Yesterday at 8:20 p.m., I placed an order for pickup on the Chicken Rouge website. I had ordered a Chicken Rouge poutine, but I was disgusted to have rotten, fermented, expired cheese or I dont know what, that I couldnt put in my stomach. So I took all the cheese out and threw it away, Ill put the pictures in the comment. But the cooks know that they no longer have good cheese for their customers, they have to cancel the order and warn the customer, personally I feel ripped off, thats it, thank you

I give two stars because the meals are always good but we have gone there twice around 8:30 p.m. and the employees refuse to serve us even though the restaurant closes at 9 p.m. Last time the employees were particularly stupid and curt when we asked them why we couldnt get served before closing time... in short, make sure you arrive at least 1 hour before closing, which is a bit ridiculous in my opinion

I received a salad DROWNED in mayonnaise. Seriously, I dont normally mind dressing, but it looks like they put half a jar of Hellmans in my salad. Barely edible --> straight into the trash.

I ate Red Chicken for the first time and WOW! I had the grilled wrap with the lemon chicken and an addition of mashed avocado. The chicken was tender and flavorful. There were cucumbers, tomatoes, corn, etc. All the vegetables were super fresh! For those who are not a fan of red onions, I advise you to ask to remove them, because there are quite a few! In short, for those looking for a quick but healthier meal than fast food , try Poulet Rouge! You wont regret it! :)

Its very rare that I write a comment but normally, Im not disappointed when I go to get it directly from the restaurant because I see what the guy puts in my bowl. But this time we decided to order via Ubereats, and we were really disappointed with the order which was all mixed up with the accompaniments as well as the missing extras requested. Via the application its simpler, you click on what you want and its written in black and white when they receive the order... in my opinion when you put your lid on with the label with all the information who is supposed to have on the plate you do a double check, just to verify, the error is human. In a bowl, olives, red onion, cheese and my extra avocado puree were missing (its only $1.50 more but when you expect to have it, its disappointing) and places of what I ordered they gave me cucumbers and sweet pickles.. and the other bowl was not better... I would not recommend online, I would probably go back in person the bowls are health and very good but when you dont receive what you ordered it leaves you on a bad note.
