Restaurant Scores in Trois-Rivières

At the start of dinner (!!), 4 dishes from the salad bar were empty and others were in the process of being empty. After reporting it, it took 45 minutes before it was filled...Too late for us, we were at the end of our meal. Furthermore, we find it very ordinary to have to eat directly on the table (yuck!) without a paper placemat (come on!)

The ribs are delicious

Very poor service. The spout of the beer pitcher was broken and crumbling. The waiter poured beer on the table and wiped it with our 2 napkins so barely. It stayed wet. The chicken, fries and sauce were cold as were the ribs. The sauce is very clear and tasteless. Its a shame because it used to be very good at your place. We went often. I would add, however, that the ribs still had the same good taste. Thank you for your attention.

I was eaten Friday October 11, 2024, I take the lunch menu with the salad bar for $3.95 which is a good price, for my meal I take a breast meal...well my chicken was pink and fell apart hardly from the bone, so not cooked enough and the julienne fries overcooked and the sauce as clear as water...well disappointed...first time and not sure Ill go back

Very fast service, the waitress was very professional and attentive. Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free menu available, seems to be managed well in the kitchen.

Its good, but the portions change according to the scores of each region. For 3 years, the one in Trois-Rivières has had the smallest portions.

I ordered a cook and I had to wait more than 45 minutes for a cook I think thats who there is a short stuff in the kitchen and the bathroom

Hugely disappointed I took the ribs because they are what stand out the most and it was dry and the sauce was very average but the waiter was super friendly and gave great service

Unfortunately, scores arent what they used to be, I believe they have gone through inflation. Smaller and more expensive portion, superior promotion to competitors, etc. The service at least is still good.

The waitress was more concerned with chatting with a man than serving her customers. She had a completely detached attitude and she seemed elsewhere in her head. My fish was not cooked, I actually got sick when I got home. The bathroom: A horror! All the toilets were blocked, the hand dryers were non-functional and there was no more paper to wipe your hands...I would never go back there again.

I had a hot chicken and a breast delivered by UberEats and I received 2 meals of chicken strips. I call back to Scores and he tells me that they cant do anything... What a bad service its been twice, the service isnt worth much and their food leaves something to be desired, it was the last time I ordered there.. .

We went to eat this afternoon, March 9, and we had an excellent meal. The salad bar is good, diverse and very clean. And what can we say about William s service! Very professional and kind. We will come back without any doubts.

Il nous reçoit à la porte avec un sourire pas accueillant du tout. Au nombre de 2 adultes 3 enfants. personnes, il nous installe sur un table. La je lui demande si la place ne s appelait pas autre chose dans le passé. Bof c était la question à ne pas posé. Il s est mis dans tous ses états et il a crié en disant vous n êtes pas au bon endroit du tout SI VOUS voulez allez à cette place en question vous devriez libérer la table immédiatement et aller l autre bout du centre . La ma conjointe demande à ce qu on quitte immédiatement vu le mauvais service mais j ai insisté pour rester vu qu on est déjà installé et je suis un habitué du score. Mais elle décide de ne pas commender. La il nous revient encore et nous dise est ce que vous avez décidé de commender ou vous allez partir ailleurs. La j ai dis écoute dont, c est comme ça que tu traite tes clients? Tu es entrain d insister pour qu on parte la, on ne comprend pas. Bref On passe la commende sans celle de ma femme. Et la il nous dise elle, elle mange pas? Elle est au régime? Haha se croyant drôle. On l a ignoré convaincu qu il avait un problème mental. Parfait on passe la commende, on mange la nourriture était très bonne. et la l un de mes enfants lui dise mr j ai encore trop faim, avec un visage fermé il le regarde et dise mais qu est ce que tu veux que je te fasse, ce n est pas moi qui va te nourrir aujourd hui. Alors la je lui demande si les deux menu enfants n était pas supposé venir avec deux drinks et la il me répond encore en disant ils prennent l alcool à cet âge? Avant de me nier que ça venez avec et la je lui dis Si si sûr la feuille de commande c est bien écrit. Bref Je ne reviendrai plus jamais dans un score. Cet expérience sera partagé avec mes 116 employés. Tous ceux que je connaisse seront avisé de cette expérience.

I had a table dhôte. Finally I was hungry for dessert so I told the waiter to remove the table dhôte since he was serving it with a salad bar. Impossible to remove since it is a dish that is only in the table dhôte, even if it was listed in the dishes outside the table dhôte. I say to myself okay serious spa, the dessert is all no longer available, there is only one dessert left and still impossible to remove the table dhôte. So I have to have a dessert that I dont want with the full table dhôte price on top of that, without who mentioned it to me when I took my table dhôte. Which would have been the least we could do. Ordinary and expensive for what it is.

I ordered the piri piri, the rice was not good, overcooked, the fries were soggy, the 3 small cubes of chicken were not cooked in the Piri piri sauce but they just added a hint of piri sauce piri. I asked for a small cup of sauce on the side, but the waiter told me he would have extra. The price of my dish was 22.00 CAD. I wont go back there anymore, thats for sure. My friend ordered the chicken strips, the pieces were really small.

Bonjour, jai su quil servait du général tao et jai décidé de lessayer, je suis fan de général tao, puis je ne lai pas regretter ! Jai commandé pour apporter une poutine général tao, portion généreuse ( délicieux ) y a aussi brochettes de poulet général tao que je goûterai sur place la prochaine fois ! Très très bon ! For dinner, I unfortunately had the salad bar, including coffee and dessert for $17. The salads are very ordinary, dont taste much. Very expensive!

It was the second time I went there, really not good, I wouldnt go back. The first time the cream of chicken was so liquid, really disgusting, the second time the rice was way overcooked, and the piri chicken white chicken skewer with sauce on it, really not good. This is the first time I dont like Scores and think its not good. Every other Score Ive been to has been good.

I dont know my scores unfortunately. I was for the first time. The service is great. The atmosphere is good. We are good. My food is know zero. The unpalatable steak full of fat doesnt cost you $100 for two people...

There were 18 of us on Sunday after 2:30 p.m. They refused us on the pretext that they wouldnt have enough food.... Just rubbish. It closes at 9 p.m., I hope people went there at 7 p.m., you were able to eat :(

The food itself was excellent but seriously if you put your salad bar back on, which is perfect in itself then at least you serve it less expensively or you at least offer something that is worth it because it was pitiful .15$ for the salad bar when you have the continental buffet not too far away and for 5$ more you have a buffet. Lets just say that he was very pitiful if I compare him to before.

We decided to go there for Valentines Day, but we didnt know that they had closed the salad bar again. So first disappointment, because it was one of the main reasons for choosing this restaurant. When g ordered, g asked for a general tao skewer, but the waitress told me they had some. I was pretty disappointed. However, she was great and went to check in the kitchen and she managed to get me the last general tao skewer with the collaboration of the chef. Luckily I think I would have changed restaurants. The waitress was super friendly and good service... that made up for the disappointment of the salad bar.

Im giving it two stars, but you have to consider the fact that I went there on a Tuesday evening. It was enormously salty, tasteless and dry. I normally like scores, but not tonight and not at three rivers...

After 45 minutes of WAITING I had to ask the waitress why it was taking so long. She tells me there is a problem with salmon, I tell her she could have told me before. I had to wait 10 more minutes. 55 minutes before eating is Long. In Trois-Rivières....elsewhere it is correct.

The prices have changed, the quality of the food leaves one to be desired, more straight to the salad bars, meh there is almost nothing at the salad bars. Me and my wife will go back the more we are going to change restaurants rating out of 10... 1/2.

The meals are good I really liked the flatbread pizza but it is no longer available the salad bar has changed a little I like less for the childrens menu the croquettes were not with nice chicken fillet that disappointed me

We went to dinner for my birthday, me, my sister and my wife and the three of us had a white meat club sandwich...at first glance I noticed that the fries were overcooked and when I touched them they were also almost cold. My club is set up so badly that the first piece I try to eat falls apart and I see that the chicken is dark brown and very dry. The second piece has larger pieces of brown and dry chicken. (unacceptable in a mid-range restaurant) I will pass on the comment that it is very unpleasant to pay so much for such poor quality. (3 clubs, two soft drinks, a salad buffet and a dessert cost over $88.00 excluding tip) My sister only ate one piece of her club and threw the rest away. When the waitress asked us if it was to our liking, I very politely told her that the clubs and the buffet were very very ordinary, asking her to report it to the manager. She later told me that she had given this report to the manager himself. The latter did not even come to see us to apologize for the poor quality, which for me is unthinkable that a manager would not even worry about his customers. Now I would like to add a few details here. I have been traveling through Quebec for several years and eat in restaurants several times a week. I certainly know about ten Scores restaurants in the province and among them, the Scores in Trois-Rivières is definitely the worst of all and has been since it opened. I have often thought that it is a question of stewardship because a conscientious team leader would never let such poor quality come out. Just go to the Scores in Drummondville or the one in St-Eustache and you will see that it is completely different, I also mention the one in Beauport and yet they are the same restaurants with the same menus. Having been to the latter three often, I have never been disappointed by either the soups, the salad bar or the main meal. However, I must say that the waitress in Trois-Rivières was very nice.

Very poor service. Restaurant just half full but slow service. No napkin and impossible to get any. I had to get up to get some from a drawer. No pencils for drawing. Our drinks arrived 15 minutes after ordering. The dishes a good 30 minutes after ordering. Unable to get the server to pay. We had to get angry with the person at reception to be able to pay and leave. We like Scores for the salad bar and the usually friendly and efficient service. The manager of this Scores is visibly overwhelmed.

Saturday July 20 in the evening, I went to the take-out counter and asked the attendant for half a leg. She looks at me with a questionable look and says, Half a thigh? She didnt even know her menu!!! PFIOU!!!!!!!!!

A big thank you to the staff, almost 50 to 50 people arrived at the last minute. Despite the managers reluctance, we managed to have a very pleasant lunch with very good service and in addition to exemplary speed, well done to the whole team.

There was chicken lots of chicken

It was the first time I tried the score skewers and it will be the last disgusting skewers with a sour taste like expired chicken and tasteless rice, I dont recommend. In Trois-Rivières Blvd des Forges
