It was the good comments that encouraged us to stop. The waitress let us eat despite the late hour and she was very welcoming. The dishes disappointed us because they were greasy and bland.

I had good service I had a minced steak with onion. The meatball was cheap, the sauce and onions were good. Please serve a fresh meatball at the price paid, its not too much to ask. THANKS!

First visit to this restaurant. I had heard about their poutine but seeing it in real life amazed me. The sick portion of their little poutine is incredible! Small chicken souvlaki poutine with BBQ sauce is delicious. Fresh cheese, a good sauce and crispy fries are the perfect match. Next visit I will try another kind with a different sauce. Go for it, you wont regret it.

The first word that comes to mind is: disappointment. The children had seen posts about restaurants on a poutine site; returning from the North Shore, we gave in and stopped there. After an endless detour, the surprise: it is not a family restaurant, but a small bar, with a few tables for eating. Extremely long service allowing us to try to be comfortable in an environment not at all for families, we were finally able to order. 2 Poutines, 1 Burger Combo + 1 Nachos and drinks starter... $102? The burger was good, regular meat, but the toppings were fresh; the nachos, you can make the same at home and finally the poutines... The fries were good, the sauce not exceptional and the cheese horrible and not fresh. We were fooled, we dont recommend the place.

We are on vacation in Quebec (Lyon). We tested several restaurants and therefore poutines and this is the best poutine I have eaten in Quebec. Very good service and good atmosphere. To recommend without moderation ;-) Just be careful, the room is small and you have to go early or wait a bit for a table to become available.

I wish I could say that I had the best poutine in town, unfortunately, after 1h30, we still had not been served. I asked the waitress 3 times if it was going to happen soon, after 30 min and 45 min, still nothing. Im not criticizing the waitress, as she seemed as discouraged as we were. On the other hand, she told us after 1h25 that we would have 15% and that it was going to happen (the first time she mentioned this was after 30 minutes). I told him that if it didnt happen within 5 minutes, we were going to leave because its really unacceptable. Telling me that there was a traffic jam in the kitchen when our table neighbors received their poutine 15 minutes before we left, and they arrived after us, is unjustifiable. They were even discouraged for us. We ordered poutine, not a 5-course gourmet meal after all. In short, after 1:30 we got up to leave, even though the owner had been warned by the waitress of the situation. He saw us get up, clearly looked at me and didnt even have the respect to come and apologize. Too bad, I literally never do restaurant reviews, but this time I wanted to warn you that you will have to be very patient. We were really looking forward to trying their poutine, but honestly, we wont be going back.

I enjoyed a chicken souvlaki plate and for my wife it was a pork souvlaki plate, all accompanied by a good Brouilly red mullet. We are both very satisfied because it was really delicious and the portions were generous. Today I visited this restaurant bar Lofficiel, wow the service is great, the food is great, I had a Thai poutine, very satisfied with the portion, the taste, I loved this place, I suggest it to you...the poutines are really big and delicious, go try it and youll see! Thank you to our waitress, very kind and attentive, came to see us several times to see if everything was correct... excellent service, very friendly lady, that deserves to be highlighted... Several tables were reserved and we understood why, I say its really worth the detour...a big thank you to this restaurant, well see you again soon

The poutine is excellent not to mention the value for money. They are huge! The place could just be a little cleaner. Kid-friendliness: They have a fancy high chair, but it does the job. No changing table. They happily heated our babys puree. For a restaurant-bar, its perfect in my opinion.

Thank you for your warm welcome and service even though we did not have a reservation. What caught my attention was that the chef came out of his kitchen to ask about our satisfaction. Really professional having worked in catering for several years, I understand the importance of it. Satisfaction guaranteed, its really excellent and the portions are grandiose. Our first official dinner. Allow me to play on words! By chance and without reservation, we had dinner in this magnificent, super friendly restaurant with kind-hearted people. Suzie and her son welcomed us as if we were regular customers that we will become. Definitely! We had very crispy chicken wings with a creamy sauce. I had a smoked meat sandwich. The meat was delicious and fat free. All accompanied by fries and a creamy and delicious coleslaw. We would like to thank you for this wonderful evening! We will come back with the family. Their marinated steak, butterfly shrimp and pork souvlaki are a real treat. The only downside is that if you want something other than fries as a side dish, you have to ask for it; the waiters dont offer it when they take your order.

I finally went to eat one of their signature poutines. I had the ribs which were simply succulent! The only weak point in my opinion is the bathroom which has a slight unpleasant smell. But in terms of food, atmosphere and service, it s #1!

Restaurant that looks dubious from the outside but is truly a gem! The staff are super friendly and warm, the meals have really good portions and the prices are good for the quality and quantity. Above all, they give out pitchers of water and quickly refill them when they are empty!!!

I went there twice this week, the second to convince myself that the first was not an accident. I ate the burger with 4 slices of cheese (first time in my life that I see a burger with 4 slices of cheese, stock in the burger) The meatball was really natural, homemade in appearance but BETTER than at home. The fries are excellent: EXCELLENT.....even Victor from Quebec can go and get dressed. I didnt eat poutine, but I noticed that there was an ad for St-Guillaume cheese inside, in short....as another commentator said: it doesnt look like much that much, but it really doesnt announce what it is in reality. They have a winning recipe, their menu is extensive, and its not just greasy spoon food like I love to eat, they seem to have a lot of sophisticated little things...... ...dont wait for the winning recipe to be transformed for one reason or another and go for it without delay: NOTHING LASTS FOREVER!

For mushroom lovers, I recommend Le Suisse hamburger, with cheese and onions. The home fries are excellent and the coleslaw is creamy. We ate on the terrace. A great discovery that we will share with our friends!
