Worst service ever. The order was taken incorrectly. Then we were asked to wait and then they said they don t have the sauce they have to put on the pizza. No customer service whatsoever and we had to ask for napkins to cutlery. The service was impeccable. However, my first choice on the menu was not available that evening Hey, when its been 3 days since you already decided what you were going to eat? The atmosphere was almost absent given the few customers in the restaurant. And I found that the prices were not worth the quality of the food served.

We recently celebrated my mothers surprise birthday with a brunch at Brasier 1908, and we wanted to express our complete satisfaction with the service we received. The waitresses were very attentive throughout the meal, and we would particularly like to highlight Alexias remarkable service. His smile, his good humor, and his reliability really made the difference and helped make our experience memorable. A big thank you to the entire team for contributing to the success of this event!

This restaurant has specific opening hours. In the morning and evening, on Sunday the evening menu is really light. And when the hotel is full, they can exceptionally open at lunchtime with a very shortened menu. Overall the service is good. The food is good, especially the mashed potatoes in the evening. My small downside would be the menu which doesnt have too many different dish options. If we have to eat there every day morning and evening for a week, we quickly go through the menu.

I usually go there every week with friends and the service is excellent, as is the food! The atmosphere is pleasant, the service is fast and the restaurant is in the heart of the city center where you can peacefully walk along the waterfront a 2-minute walk away. If you have a destination to eat, I recommend Brasier 1908. Ps, there is a great diversity of dishes! Parking: Parking is free inside the hotel if you request an exit ticket at the end of your meal.

Extremely expensive for food without any know-how. $19 for onion soup. $27 for a bambino-sized pizza with a crust that crumbles on its own and is so thin that it can be easily cut with a simple fork. All garnished with flavorless white chicken flakes and without any spices. To add insult to injury, over two hours to get served even though the restaurant was virtually empty. The only positive point. The staff was very nice and very courteous. The experience . I left with the same feeling of having had my wallet stolen.

Delicious, very gourmet brunch. I especially recommend the pulled ham and the baked beans, both of which are reminiscent of the best sugar shacks. The service was good, but I think they can sometimes have difficulty managing the flow of orders in a rather large dining room.

Really disappointed! We took the plate of southwest fried chicken, the chicken is ultra-cooked and dry. The sauce is too salty and peppery. Parmesan fondue tastes like mozzarella, nachos taste better in a neighborhood restaurant. Not really hot for a Saturday evening. Very disappointed for the 4 of us

Our first time at Brasier. We were warned at the start of service that a table of 20 had just arrived but when we saw people in the kitchen VS in the dining room. We thought it would still work. Lost, more than 2 hours for 2 parmesan fondues and 4 dishes on a Monday evening. It s the eclipse s fault, we ll say. Good starter and tasty dish. The Brisket would have deserved to be a little less dry and the margueritha pizza less cooked as well. The service was OK but we felt alone for a long time. We werent even offered anything else to drink after our first drink. A good restaurant but well just say that we came on the wrong night to have the right experience. Next time for sure.

Very slow service. More than an hour and a half of waiting between the order and the main course and the restaurant was 1/4 full during this entire period... The wait is not worth it. Very slow to give desserts and bills too. Regular hotel restaurant atmosphere. The menu has been limited to a few items to supposedly improve service, but the efficiency is not there.

We chose the smoked brisquet... which was boiled and dry and had no smoke taste. You would have thought a leftover would be reheated...Vegetables with points, good. Excellent mashed potatoes and gravy. We gave our comments to the waitress. A smoked brisquet should be smoky, tasty and juicy. Even with his offer to meet the manager, we simply suggested they mention their cooking method on their menu. It was really not our expectations to receive this type of meat. The cocktail was excellent: Summer Night. Service a little long and disjointed...but still polite and courteous. We will return there for a drink, nothing more.

1. Way too long the service and even its not busy. Around 15 customers. 2. I ordered the Big Nasty for $28 and the plate was ridiculously empty. Equivalent of 4 dry MacCroquettes between a biscuit cut in half and a spoonful of peas. The children s menu chicken plate has 10 times more chicken for $16. 3. I kindly passed the comment to the waitress and they came back with a piece of cake because the manager didnt want to adjust the bill! 4. In catering you have only one chance to make a remedy like everyone else.

Before going to see a show in Trois Rivières I always go to the Centro. Food, excellent service and courteous staff . I recommend it to you.

If you want to have a drink its ideal, to eat its really salty both the food and the price. A very salty onion soup without onion and with its pieces of chicken, really disappointing for $19 if you like onion soups its really not worth it, a pulled pork poutine again very salty , A strip steak at $47 rare which was slightly charred And with medium cooking while what is most important is the very expensive cooking for the low quality, and served with a sauce which was once again very salty. I had taken with an extra vegetable for $4 its really not worth it there are as many as in the normal portion, and when you show the two plates side by side to the waitress Lauriane, you can see very clearly that they have the same quantities of vegetables while one of the plates should have more it is really unacceptable to be responded like this. Little service although the rest is not busy at all Ordering an espresso Martini and having it served in a glass other than a martini glass that too is disappointing although it was good. Really a sad Christmas Eve dinner, lucky I had good company.

For our part, my husband and I loved our experience. The crispy wings and the chili poutine I loved it with homemade fries on top. My husbands blue steak cooking was perfect and be patient because he lets it rest at room temperature during your starters. I ate a beef tartare and the plate was really well prepared. I recommend the bloody brazier. In short, no negative points and impeccable service in every way.

A more than ordinary lunch, dry eggs, overcooked sausages, soft toast etc... We mentioned this to the waitress and were told that it was because there was a group that several things had been prepared in advance... The manager gave us a 50% discount on the full bill (there were 6 of us). We left a good tip for the waitress, who was not responsible for the situation and acted with respect and professionalism. Despite everything, we often went to this place for lunch. On the other hand, there is a lot of competition and we are going to try several places before going back.

Quality, quantity, good price. Eating in a restaurant when youre more than hungry in 2023 will become rare. I enjoyed the fried chicken, my partner enjoyed the burger. In relative simplicity, but perfect execution and a unique touch to this restaurant. Excellent service to be highlighted as well. Looking forward to returning there on my next stay in Trifluvie.

Great service this evening for a group of 14 people including 8 children. Attentive servers and the meal arrived impressively quickly. As a bonus we saw the cooks at the back with an order for a group of forty people. It was fun to see them work as a team to get the dishes out quickly. We were refused entry to the restaurant (half empty) on a Sunday at 12:45 p.m. because the restaurant closed at 2 p.m. shameful given the current context where restaurateurs are asking to be encouraged.

The restaurant is beautiful and attractive, but there is no atmosphere and it is expensive. We went on a Saturday evening to take advantage of the Trois-Rivières à table promotion. Cheese fondue: very good. Fish & Chips: too much breading - lack of finesse. Half of the breading remained on the plate. Dessert: there was no more! We were therefore forced to have another dessert on the menu, while the prices for the table dhôte are individual on the bill. This is nonsense, especially considering that we have settled for something else . Shrimp gnocchi: very good, but rather expensive.

Crazy stiff best lunch in town

Beautiful restaurant whose cuisine leaves something to be desired. They tried to serve us 2 completely flattering beers as an aperitif. The entrance was burned. Our two strip loins requested with rare cooking were served to us well done and medium rare. The sauces were bland. The waitresses had a lot of fun behind the bar, but the service was ordinary considering there were 4 tables to serve. First and last experience! I dont recommend.

Good festive pub style atmosphere with good, slightly loud music, therefore ideal for group outings rather than for a romantic tête-à-tête Beautiful presentation of the plates. The portions are generous. Rather expensive but with inflation, we understand Friday evening, we had fried chicken, brisket, salmon tartare and white pudding. All satisfied with the quality of our plate. Welcoming and courteous staff although slightly insistent in asking us if everything is correct. In the end, a very nice evening, I would return without reservation.

I was disappointed on my first visit. On the other hand, I always leave room for the runner, especially since it was a table dhôte menu for a special occasion. We had the choice between 2 starters (Caesar salad which was excellent and a breaded starter from what I understood) and between 3 main dishes (white blood sausage, beef brisket and fried chicken). The restaurant was crowded and the employees were working hard to serve us all at the same time. But I admit that a more elaborate menu would have whetted my appetite.

Too salty, delivered to the room after 45 minutes when there are 2 customers in the restaurant, plastic utensil for the filet mignon (Bordeaux sauce) which they forgot and returned downstairs the guy tells me theres no sauce that comes with the steak! Results gave me 2 cups of poutine sauce! Srx run away from this 4-star restaurant!

Le temps entre la prise de la commande et la réception de nos plats était excessivement rapide. Nous avions une belle banquette près des grandes fenêtres qui étaient toutes ouvertes. Jy retournerai et je recommande ce restaurant.

Very nice modern, chic and warm atmosphere; very friendly, smiling and attentive service; the prices go with the decor (expensive) and the food is simply delicious. On the other hand, the menu choices are limited: the alcohol menu offers more choice. The dressing they put on the entree salads seems to be the same as on their coleslaw and, honestly, I find it so vinegary that my face cramped.

We went for dinner. The menu is interesting, added value good choices. Everything is fresh and well done. The service is a bit amateurish and clumsy.

We have been for lunch a few times and have always had very good service. There were 4 of us and everyone liked their plate. The decor is very beautiful and the coffee is excellent..... We went there recently for dinner and it was still excellent. The tartare was very good.

Nice place, nice waitress. On the other hand, our 2 plates (completely different: chicken and pulled pork burger) were very lukewarm, almost cold in their entirety. Additionally, the texture of the meats was likely that of dishes that appeared to have been prepared well in advance. Quite disappointed.

For a restaurant next to a convention center where people are in a bit of a hurry, its incomprehensible that the service is so long. I would like to believe that there are several groups near a convention center so you have to staff accordingly. After an hour of waiting and still not served, I asked for the bill and left. I do not recommend if you are not free for the evening.

Great atmosphere, excellent services

To my memory, when I went out to Delta in Jonquiere for example, the menu was more elaborate, less pub-ish. The cuisine was more personalized before with seasonal dishes and local food. The chef even prepared according to my tastes and his inspiration of the moment. The atmosphere is more worldly and refined than romantic and classic now. Whether its an interesting meeting place for locals remains to be seen, but I left to go eat something other than steak and fries or a hamburger.

Chic restaurant with direct access from the Delta Hotel. The menu is varied and the prices reasonable. The salmon steak was succulent and Roses service was impeccable. Only B-mol: a group of people was much too noisy (and the restaurant has no control). Luckily everything else is on top. I recommend.

Located in the new Trois-Rivières convention center, it is in the heart of the city center, a stones throw from the Old Port.

Very disappointed by the food and the service which seemed stupid! Spaghetti full of water and I never saw the meat. Sauce without any taste. The boss didnt even want to see me. Plus he wanted to charge me with his bad spag which I didnt eat. First and last time in this restaurant.

Decent restaurant. Approximate service (it took a long time to take our order even though the restaurant was only half busy and we had to wait a long time before being served the requested condiments). Some dishes are good (tartare, smoked brisket) others are ordinary (fried chicken too dry). Contrary to what is displayed on the menu, nothing is offered to children to keep them waiting. There are undoubtedly better places in Trois Rivières.

When you take the most expensive hamburger on the menu you expect something... especially since it charges for spicy mayo. For my daughter, she liked her spaghetti but it took too long to wait after the parmesan because the waiter was too busy talking to my aunt.
