We go there every year for the lobster menus and always come away a little dissatisfied.

We had an order prepared at 4:44 p.m. so it would be ready at 6:15 p.m. We arrived at 6:14 p.m. and waited until 6:30 p.m. to receive our order. On your menu, indicate that the salad is with julienned cucumbers and bruschetta. In my salad I had pieces of zuchini, peppers and large pieces of tomatoes. No bruschetta and no julienned cucumbers. Afterwards, we ordered bruschetta rolls and I ordered 2 sauces (since it was included). I asked for marinara and Ailoï sauce and I only received marinara. Finally, for the sub, there was no sauce. No oil either. I am very disappointed with the food and the wait time for it.

We had our order delivered. It was quick and the service was done with courtesy. The meal was hot and the food fresh. We really enjoyed our experience with Mikes.

Slightly high price, several things are extra and the bill adds up quickly. First quick visit from the waiter with glasses of water, came back to see us at the right time during dinner, courteous and efficient. It was around 5:30 p.m. the dishes arrived quickly and hot. Philly steak pizza stuffed crust and fried seasoned to try. Better experience than the one on Boulevard des Forges both in terms of service and cuisine. Kid-friendliness: Wax pencils and foil like all the restaurants in this range

I received a delivery, fast and the girl was super nice. The superstar really lives up to its name, its just wow, the only downside is that at $30 per sub, we would expect much better fries than that. The fries have always been bad no matter which Mikes we go to

15 minutes after asking the waitress what the soup of the day was, I got up so she could find out. $5.99 for the soup which seemed not fresh to me and completely bland. For my part, I go there regularly because I like the atmosphere, the service, the speed of getting our meal and above all I find the food good, I have never had a bad experience. I love their seafood pizza with linguine alfredo. I recommend it... and Im talking about the one in Trois-Rivières-Ouest only!!!

If you want to eat something other than submarines, point out the pasta was not cooked enough then they dropped the salt shaker on the plate and they offered to reheat it in the microwave, everything was only added to the fact that the orders were taken incorrectly at the base. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

I ordered a delivery to a hotel, they got the wrong room and left to come back 50 minutes later with my cold meal. the food wasnt amazing and the service was very ordinary. They offered me nothing in exchange for the delay and confusion. Very disappointed especially since it was my first experience with this restaurant. :( (I dont recommend the pasta alfredo, I only tasted you butter)
