Great friendly service by Kavita. She was professional and courteous and kind. Refreshing compared to service I have received as of late in other places. Great food.

Worst opa location. They have nothing but bad service.

The lady working over there used same gloves to make my vegetarian order. She touched meat before. Even I told her you haven t changed your gloves , she made an argument and gave me same food. Worst customer service and food safety standards are followed by staff there.

I recently dined in at the food court and ordered food from OPA. My family & i always eat from this restaurant whenever we visit the mall from many years & as always amazing food, quick service!! Shoutout to Satish- the owner of the restaurant who always go above and beyond!!

Me and my friends ordered our lunch from opa. We ordered the chicken platter, falafel wrap and fries and spanakopita meal with Santorini salad. Everything was very delicious and mouth watering. I loved the spanakopita and the Greek potato the most. The tzatziki sauce they serve is the best that I have tasted anywhere. Perfect food and great service by the store employees. All of the employees were very friendly and had a constant smile on their face. The store looked very clean and hygienic. Highly recommended place.

Never have I had an issue getting an extra sauce until I went to THIS location. Paid $18 bucks for a(as in singular) fast food meal and they are going to charge extra for a sauce? Im not going back, serious lack of customer service. Pathetic to say the least. Im boycotting from now on.

Dont go here, they are so cheap and stingy. I would give them a negative star if I could! They will charge you 0.35 cents for extra tzazitki. Also, the ceasar salad had zero flavour. Dont support this business if you are hungry or typically want Opa, if a business cannot provide decent customer service or quality of food, spend your money elsewhere. Dont waste your time or money. Never coming back here.

I had veg wrap and it was amazing. Also the staff was really good. It was busy when I went there but the staff handled things well.

I tried food first time from OPA. It was good in taste.

This particular Opa s location is very stingy with their portion. I told them their portion was much smaller than other locations . They became defensive and said they used a measuring rice spoon. I m not sure why their spoon is much smaller than those of other locations - I ve been to at least 4 other OPA stalls. I won t be going back to this one. I guess they won t care given how busy they are.

Worst experience at OPA I went there to order around 6 pm on April 28, 2022 The girl at cashier told me to pay and her wording was you have to pay like I of course know that I need to pay usual we say I can help you with the payment, please - Sandeep her name was The girl who was making our order told us to step back as we were waiting for our order. Like is this how these girls treat their customers? If you don t like you job then kindly resign but stop spoiling other s mood. We were so happy but these both girls spoiled it all.

Shame, I paid $20 for a meal, the potato had the taste of soap in it, and the Greek salad was soggy and old, the rice was crunchy, Last time I will done there

We have never been happier! Me and my friends went to this location and I never had a bad experience at opa! I had pita rap meals today with my friends. The fries are killer always and we got extra tzatziki for dipping! The staff was also polite! See you next time!

Opa at tsawwassen has the best falafel wrap and the fries were too good. I would love to visit here again to have this meal. The staff members were so polite and kind to me. This made my day.

Stood there in line and did not provide me service even though I was the only one standing there. I also observed them mixing salads without gloves or proper hand hygiene. Terrible business practices and improper food handling.

There were 4 employees and two customers. We waited for over 20 minutes. Very bad customer service.

If you are ordering to go make sure u are ready to pay for a plastic bag so they can pollute the earth or carry your containers through the mall. Ordered a Greek salad which was a plain salad with 1 tsp of feta And also be ready to pay extra for tzatziki which goes with your meal absolutely the most unfriendly customer service and told to stand back like I can t read English signs placed in front of me. Very disappointed

Our cashier was Kavita, she was so polite, calm and helpful with menu. All the staff is very friendly.

While service was average (the beef in the Pita wrap was lukewarm); the staff efficiently went about getting my order ready, but they looked like they wanted to be somewhere else.

Great experience having this after walking through the huge mall. The food tasted great and even though there was a line-up, the food made it better. Definitely would try it again but it was probably mostly a nice first-time experience.

Open now after the lockdown! We have never been happier. We have eaten there well over 15 times since its been open and have never had a bad experience, had the pita wrap meals today were their usual terrifically cooked perfection. The fries are killer always and we get extra tzatziki for dipping!

Yesterday, We stopped by opa and thought to grab some food. I ordered wrap with side fries and they charged full amount but there were only few fries on the side also in the other box. Coke led was broken. Staff needs to actually listen properly and provide better service. I would not recommend anyone to get their food from this location.

I hope i had the option to pick ZERO star for this business. The lady named muskan took my order and made it wrong. I went back to the lady and she refused to correct my order. Both mushkan and a guy uday were super rude and yelled at me. The lady said she cannot remake my order because they were closed, whereas it was only 5:50 pm and there were still 10 mins left to closing time. Very unprofessional, rolled her eyes on me all the time while she was talking to me , very arrogant. She should be fired or the owner should teach her some customer service skills. SHE RUINED MY DAY. I GOT VERY UPSET SEEING THIS TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IN A COUNTRY LIKE CANADA. Never had such a bad experience.

I ordered a drink with my meal and asked for no ice in the drink but I got it full of ice. And when I went back to get it corrected the guy gave me half a cup of fountain drink blaming it on the gas filling up the cup. He was very rude when I pointed out that he gave me half a cup of drink, and later when I got my wrap, it was nothing like I usually get from OPA, no feta cheese or dressing or lettuce on it as per my request. Bad service I do not recommend this location!

This lady named Muskaan is super arrogant and does not know what Customer service is. This happened for the second time that she didn t get my order right and on top of that was showing some sort of attitude. I hope the manager can teach her some basic manners!

If you are a Donair Lover, this is a place to be. Ordered Gyro wrap meal with fries combo and oh man that first bite was unexplainable..... Meat was extremely tender and tasty and fries were fried and salted at perfect level. If there would be 10 stars, if would have given them 10/10. Extremely recommended and guys try this food once and you won t get disappointed.

If I can rate 0 stars I would. Through all my experiences of dining out I dont think I have ever been more offended by a food chain in my life. Yesterday on my break I decided Opa would be the best option for my meal, yet I was proven wrong shortly after I finished my meal. It all started with awful stomach pains then leading to vomiting 14 times. I sent an email to head office, no response. Demanded a refund, which never happened. The manager was super disrespectful towards me and claiming that I have a food allergy and that all their meat is always cooked. I havent been the only consumer to experience awful undercooked food with terrible service from this location. I personally, think a health investigation is needing to be done before this chain provides meals for any other consumer, I could not imagine someone to go through what I had to go through. It is upsetting to say this, but I dont think I will be able to eat at any other OPA location or Tsawwassen Mills food court restaurant ever again, this experience really changed me as a person.

I want to start this off saying how much I appreciate the next to authentic Greek food at OPA. However, this is not to commend OPA but rather to bring attention to an underlying matter at hand. I was deeply disturbed and disappointed on the service I received on a recent trip to OPA. I never shy away from my usual order of a shrimp platter with no Greek salad. And with that request I always ask for more potatoes and rice. I work in the mall and this is something I look forward to ordering before my shifts. Yet I was denied of my right when asking for extra potatoes. I was told that we could only give one potato per platter. But before that was not the case. To my utter shock I felt betrayed by something I had come to know and love so well. I dont think it was right what was said and I was very upset. I hope that you see to it this doesnt happen again and you take care of your loyal customers with their requests for one extra potato. It pains me to say this but until this issue is resolved I will no longer entertain OPAs services, nor will I be partaking in eating at their establishments.

Went in to see if things have improved today. I had a 2 star critical review earlier. The new staff is really good. Very prompt and careful. They were paying attention to minute details which is really good. Food quality was surprisingly very good. Food felt really fresh today. I could see them cleaning their equipment and they seemed diligent and doing it well. After the last 3 bad experiences at this location I feel kind of better seeing things improved. Cheers to the staff. And thumbs up to the franchise owner.

People were mean and not nice. We asked for extra sause and the lady just basically threw it as us. No one looked happy and the customer service was really bad. The food okay but not worth going through the rude ness.

Ordered Fry bowl, was told its gonna be 10~15mins of wait. Went back after 10 mins, was told they need 5 more mins. Went back again 5 mins later, saw server putting forzen fries in fryer. While waiting there, saw someone ordered a meal and got theirs in 2 mins. When I received my overcooked salty fries, it was already 20 mins past. My lesson: Get something else if they tell you its gonna take a while.

The employees working here know what customer service is and how this business works. They are always keen enough to help everyone with maintaining a smile on their face. Food is not as great as some other Opa I ve been to, and slow service.

Today, 3 guys are at the front working. Messy. dirty. sauce, salad etc everywhere. Took a while for my Calamari and rice as he had to cook all over again( I didnt bother asking further). His hands covered with flour. Grabbed another pair of gloves to wear and dealt with food. Doesnt he know its just same as not wearing gloves at all. Flour from what/where? probably the calamari/seafood. No hand washing.He touched the outside of the gloves (contaminated) then start dealing with another customers bread and salad. Will not eat here again.

Decent portion size of crispy fried calamari & caesar salad with the side of fries for the price. These Mediterranean flavours of food taste better than Ive eaten at OPA in Metrotown. The service is good.

That would have never happen where i belong to Regina SK. AVOID THIS PLACE PLEASE. YOU HAVE MANY OTHER BETTER PLACES TO EAT IN TSAWWASSEN MALL

food was ok but the service all around was terrible. from eyerolls to mishandling food. they were doing it to everyone. i have never seen anything so rude in my life. i will never eat their again
