Just getting out of here right now. The chef owes me Italian sausages. My Hungry carnivore was missing the Italian sausages. Doesn t taste as good without the Italian sausages. Good food otherwise. Good service. Clean environment.

This Boston Pizza location has always been good since I started coming. I like the staff as they come and check in on you as you are eating and asking if you need refills etc. Restaurant is Kid friendly as well Connor our waiter was specifically fantastic and made my birthday dinner

Standard BP atmosphere, service was okay but took a while to get our bill. I ordered the perogie pizza and it was not very good, not like other times that I have had it. There was not enough sour cream on the pizza bread, not very many potatoes, and the cheddar cheese wasnt melted. The other woman in my group said her pasta didnt have enough sauce. I actually like BPs, so this was kind of disappointing. Dont get me wrong, Ill still be going to BPs in the future. This visit was meh.

I purchased a kids eat free card a couple days ago from the Boston Pizza website and when trying to use it at this store , was told they do not accept it at this time. Beware.

Came in during the day for lunch, was pretty empty with no wait and plenty of space to sit. The service was good, with a kind server and food coming out fast. The food tasted great, coming out nice and warm along with being good sized portions. Pricing is on the higher end, cost ended up being $30 per person once the bill was split, but overall the restaurant is good.

My experience at Boston Pizza was disappointing. I waited 45 minutes for a meal in an almost empty restaurant. Even takeout orders took just as long, if not longer. I witnessed a woman waiting for over an hour. Easily the worst restaurant experience Ive had.

Over 50 minutes to get our order but they did end up giving it to us for free

It was one of the worst dining experience my family and I have had. First our server took so long to introduce herself, I actually had to go ask for one. When our meal arrived she forgot to set our table, I went to look for her, again, with no luck I asked the hostess for silverware. My wife ordered the Penne with tomato sauce and spicy sausage. The cook forgot the spicy sausage. I ordered the meat lovers pizza which consisted of ham and pepperoni. It was like they couldn t care less what they served. Overall the service was poor, the food was poorly prepared and the restaurant was bland. I ve noticed Boston Pizza has declined in their menu and now they ve started that with poor service. We will never go back and will not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Service was fairly slow considering there was only one other table than us in there. Had to continually ask for items forgotten such as drinks, Parmigiano, cutlery ect. Usually the wait staff is.much more on the ball than this. One meal was cold.amd.had to be sent back. Over all not the greatest experience here.

Good service friendly staff

My roommate was just there for lunch. She sent me a picture of the menu saying they have new pasta specials and I have been craving lasagna for. A month now. So I asked her to bring me the lasagna. It was absolutely awful!! First of all it s not lasagna. It s just noodles bad sauce and cheese. I can t believe Boston pizza is still in business serving pasta like that. Just do everyone a favour and take pasta off your menu. This is the last time I will ever be sucked in to giving them my money. If you are craving pasta go to Anton s If you want pizza go to AJ s sure you have to drive a little ways but you will actually get real pasta and pizza and not Boston pizza s mass produced corporate garbage food. Don t waste your money here. Two stones has way better pasta and they have good prices if you want to stay local. It s no Anton s but it s also not 25 bucks for a pasta like Mario s either.

Bought a Boston Pizza Kids Card in the summer that comes with five free Kids Meals and supports the BP Foundation. Came in on a Tuesday and while ordering was told that that it couldnt be combined with Pasta Tuesday dishes. No signage or indication anywhere that this was the case. Thats fine, at another nearby location recently as long as you there was a non-Pasta-Tuesday purchase of $16.99 or more on the bill you could still receive a free Kids Meal. So I ordered a couple extra things to meet the requirement. Afterwards when we were settling up I noticed we were still charged for the Kids Meal. When I asked why, the server repeated that it cant be combined with Pasta Tuesday but I had clearly communicated that I would order additional regular-priced items so that I could redeem the offer and she hadnt said anything. So I ended up with more items than originally planned. Needless to say this was a pretty disappointing experience. Why would the Kids Meals have difference policies at different stores when its a franchise-wide promotion? Whats worse is the company advertises that it takes feedback seriously, but it took nearly a month and three (!) emails to even receive a reply that basically said sorry but you can come back and try again next time. I used to dine at BP often during school, often ordering the mountainous plate of Smokey Mountain Spaghetti & Meatballs (which is now about about 35 per cent smaller than before, by the way) and this experience doesnt exactly make me want to return.

Love the kids menu, but please add salt & pepper wings to the kids menu. I know so many people who would love them!!

The service was so bad. The restaurant was not busy and we waited far too long for drinks and our bill. The food came in a timely manner and ws very good. I left without tipping, we waited 20 minutes for our bill and finally went to pay at the front. We could see our server in the kitchen chatting with two other staff. As a result we were unable to do the shopping we had planned at the mall. Also there were 5 empty table in our sections that were not cleared, again the restaurant was not and there were plenty of staff; host, bartender and four servers.

Very good waiters and are extremely kind. Kids meal is very good value for the amount of food you get. I recommend the Cajun shrimp and Boston lasagna. Vegetarian options: Lots of vegan options Kid-friendliness: Very good kid menu and servers are very nice to the kids.

First time in BP for years, dropping a friend off at the ferry and we had a beer. Girls working here are nice and friendly, service a bit slow though

Service was very slow and servers were mostly standing in one spot. I waited over 30 minutes for a server to come help me while people who came after us already got their bill. I also felt a bit discriminated. Wouldnt come back not welcoming at all.

This is a very convenient location to meet up with people a meal and still be close to the Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal for a trip to Vancouver Island.

I should check Google rating prior to order, trusted Boston pizza but really disappointed this time, seems like they forgot to put cheese on it , thr crust is semi cooked , I have to out it in air fryer to recook one star gave to the extra Jalapeño! Not coming back to this place for sure

If I could give a lower rating I would. The service is horrendous. We have gone to this location 3 different times and lesson learned. Food has always arrived cold, but not as cold as the hostess/staff. Last visit on November 26th at 6:26pm, we were placed in the corner and ignored most of the time. Had to go to the front to ask for childrens drinks and then childrens desserts. Management should take note.

3 stars for convenient location however food was cold, and service was non existent thus the cold food I presume. Saw our server ONCE approx 13 mins after we sat down, and then never agian until a hostess had to track her down since we sat around awaiting a bill for another 20 mins after we were done. Didnt once check on us to ask if need anything or how meals were.. Wouldnt return for that sake.

The worst Boston Pizza probably? Wait for 15-20 mins to be seated even though the restaurant was empty. Then another 20 mins to order because we never saw our first hostess again. Took over half an hour for the food to come. Pizza was hot and fresh but pasta was cold. Reheating was a joke - pasta was barely warm. The hostess of the table behind was very attentive but ours wasn t up to standard unfortunately; she s the most efficient when it came to checking the bill, otherwise she s hidden behind the counter.

Service was slow and food took a long time to come out and came out one dish at a time and the booth we were in was very dark. We didnt learn about the different menu specials until leaving and seeing a poster, the server and host never let us know and it wasnt in the menu.

Ordered a Pizza, two salads and Thai chicken wrap with two cans of pop. Ordered for pick up and it wasn t ready when I got there. The Pizza was cold, the Thai chicken wrap didn t have Sweet chilI sauce in it. And they forgot our pop. I don t recommend this place!

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! I went there last week before noon. No server came to see us and offer water even though we sat down for 10 mins. I have to walk out to find another server to take our order. Then we waited another 40 mins after ordering and no food came. Kids were hungry and we were ignored at the very corner. I walked out again to ask when our food will be available. The staff said because of the super ball, we were busy even the bar was full. Your food is coming and I am hungry too. Such terrible customer service and wasting time. We left the restaurant right away and the manager just went to the kitchen to check and could not handle the situation.

Came here to wait for my ferry reservation, and a large group from what looked like a tour bus had come in just before me. Although my meal took a long time as the kitchen staff where very busy the service was good and at the end the manager didnt charge me for my meal because there was a bit of a wait. I thought it was cool that they did that without me complaining, was a nice suprise. Food, drinks and service where all good.

Ordered take out, used the app to schedule a pick up. My only regret was not using the app to pay before pick up. The machine at the restaurant was n9t as user friendly. Vegetarian options: Gluten free

I am writing this review because Im shocked by how great my dine in experience was today. Long story short my meal unfortunately had to be sent back, the staff was soooo apologetic & caring. Our waitress apologized a couple times and the chef came out & spoke to me & he even came to our table a couple times while I was eating the new meal and apologized / asked how the new meal was.

Waitress put my order in wrong. Fries were cold, burger overcooked and hard, chicken burger cold in the middle.

Burnt nachos, forgot my kids drink and ice cream. Only talkative while waiting for the bill to be cleared. Rude. Apparently our server was the manager? We came back after realizing she forgot to ask my child if he wanted ice cream. Manager was busy and not one of the 5 hosts hanging out front thought to grab the ice cream and provide some good customer service. We waited 10 mins for ice cream. Poor reps for BP.

The food at this location was pretty tasty. We also received pretty good service, considering there was only one server on shift at the time with 5 or 6 tables in addition to us. Overall, it was a great experience.

The food was so amazing. And they have so many options accommodating different dietary needs. As a celiac myself, I greatly appreciate their super delicious cauliflower crust pizza.

Food was fine. But the service was poor. We had to wait for cutlery(Silverware) for a long time after food arrived. The waiter went to bring the cutlery and never brought them. I had to walk up and ask and ask again and wait again. We asked for a few extra napkins and never got them. A waitress dropped our to go box and lid and picked it up from the ground and gave the same to us! She also dropped some items from dirty dishes and never picked it up. The management needs to fix these problems soon.

Should be happy to even get a star, table of 4 with a couple a tables behind us after we walked in... Ordered bandara bread to start and they brought it with all of our meals 40mins it took to get out food, asked us how our food is tasting when we were practically done our food, didnt ask if we wanted refills... Plus they werent even busy so no idea why it took so long

It was the worst experience i could ever have. I had to wait 10-15 min. before someone to came and took order and it took another 15 min. for the order to arrive. Everything aside the presentation of the pizza was something I could have never imagined. I would rather starve to death than eat apizza from that place. I only took a bite and threw away the entire pizza after.

Very disappointed with our visit. Wrong order was brought after an hour of waiting. Said they would correct the order but go ahead and eat what was brought. No drink refills, no check-up on the table. Finally I stood up to get the attention of a server. The manager came over and I explained how upset we were and that our correct order never came. She explained it would come. I said I just wanted the bill at that point. From when we sat down till food arrived at our table was an hour and the pizza was cold once it arrived. I understand being short staffed but this was just bad. On top of everything the restaurant was really dirty. Extra star was for the managers apologies.

Ordered through Skip. The pizza arrived on time. Driver was polite. Pizza was moderately warm, dough was raw. Called the store to explain to the manager. Was told there is nothing he can do because I ordered through Skip!!! Skip didn t make the raw pizza, you did, Skip isn t the manager that should be making sure there is quality control for the most expensive pizzas in Tswassen. $61.00 is not pocket change for anyone. I ve never posted before, but if this is the new norm GFY. Regards. Me

Location is very understaffed.

Have to give a star for food even though we never ate. After being promptly seated, not a single server even after seeing us sit and wait came to our table. We waited 20 mins before up and leaving. No one came to our table to bring water or ask for drinks. Horrible service and the restaurant was next to empty. Would not recommend.

Very disappointing visit tonight. Watered down cesar and jambalaya had no flavor just covered in tomato sauce.

Unfortunately, I had terrible service at this place. Upon arriving with my family, we were directed to the table, and because we were with a two-year-old child, they placed us on an uncomfortable sofa. As we began our choices on the menu, I noticed a spider on the wall! The waiter ran to get a glass and trap the spider, but when it fell to the ground, we saw many food remains and ants. They moved us to another table, but the experience was terrible, as no satisfaction or courtesy was provided! In short, I will not return to this place again, and I recommend severe cleaning.

Had a Hawaiian pizza...tasted more like a frozen pizza you could buy at a grocery store.. not good...If I wasnt in a bit of a hurry I would have complained, and anyways it was hard to find our waitress as she was so busy

Had a pretty bad takeout pick up experience in this location. The server decided while serving my pizza order as I was first to arrive, thought it was a good idea to service others who arrive later. Can a guy pick up a pizza and not take 20mins when I ordered online and the food was ready? Not to mention the lack of politeness, and the pizza being void of sauce. Usually Boston Pizza is a good experience but this location has its work cut out for itself in terms of service.

The ambiance, the foods and services are great. Well definitely back to try others on the menu some other time

Good food but besides clearly being overpriced, particularly their pizza, their App and web site OFTEN shows them as being closed during normal operating hours (including at 7-8pm on a Friday evening), therefore online ordering, including looking up/repeating order history won t work either. Hugely disappointing, and still hasn t been rectified despite numerous complaints over many months. Given how quiet it often is there, including weekends, strangely enough it appears they still don t want any extra business. They just don t seem to care.

I dont know why I keep going to Boston Pizza. Such a poorly run operation. Went to go in to this BPs today. The very untrained hostess told me it would be 20 minutes for a table. I said I could just sit at the bar. She informed me that the bar was closed because of 70% capacity which is fine. Said she could get me a table in the lounge after she sat all the other tables waiting. There was no one one waiting,! She said the lounge was full. There was one one single gentleman sitting at one table in the lounge and the other 9 tables were empty. I was one person looking to sit in an empty lounge and was told it was full and it would be 20 minutes Ridiculous I went next door to Montanas and was seated and served quickly and professionally in a very busy restaurant. Save yourself the hassle and just go to Montanas, Boston Pizza is a joke

So on my way to the ferry driving down from Prince George on a Friday night they list their hours as closing at 10 p.m. I walk in at 8:30 and theyre closed. I could have stopped to anywhere else and now its too late to drive to a different Boston Pizza and still make my ferry so I wont ever come back to this place. So much for customer service. I left this review Friday night but after reviewing the other reviews, there are so many bad ones, I should have never gone here. What it comes down to is very bad management.

The worst Boston pizza experience ever! Dined here on Saturday feb 12, got the Mediterranean pizza and oven roasted wings. When the wings came they were undercooked, I took a bite out of it and felt it right away! The place was understaffed and the staff was overworked. I got really bad food poisoning, I am finally feeling myself Today, but will never dine here again.

I ordered pasta and chicken and there was no flavour. Very bland. Mentioned it to the waitress that I was not happy and was still charged full price. My friend asked for steamed vegetables and got 2 raw carrot sticks and a piece of celery. We will not return.

I was there this past Saturday with my family and family members to celebrate our kids competition Win. Upon arrival we were told it will be 30-45 min wait which we agree we will wait as my kids wanted boston pizza but there was lots of empty seats around. After 45 min wait or so I ask could we get the table that is empt near the door, but I was told by the hostess that its not available which I was questioned after. The hostess told us were waiting for the group to clear in the back as we had 9 ppl. So Im was ok np. Once they left the hostess ask us did you want the booth where the waiting area was instead and ask if we were ok to sit separately as they have to clean up the table that just left. This is where I was upset and told the hostess that if you were going to offer me the that why didnt you offer me the booth when we just came in as it was empty instead of waiting over 45 min with hungry kids. They eventually sat us where i ask to sit at the beginning and this was like almost 815pm now and we came in at 7pm. Not sure if these hostess are trained or they didnt want to put us in certain area even though it was empty. My kids love Boston pizza but not sure if I will ever go back again to this location again due to lack of hostess making ppl wait while empty seats are available for guest to sit down.

This Boston Pizza at Tsawwassen Mills is great for watching the game. They have the largest projection screen, Ive ever seen (in a restaurant/sports bar). Getting seated was a little slow. First time waiting for a table in the recent months. Not sure why? staffing? kitchen? something? Food was ok, table service was good and comfortable atmoshere.

Newly moved into the area & have already dined here 4 times! Good food at a reasonable price served in a modern, comfortable environment. What truly makes this place special is its Staff. Each & every time weve been served by smiling friendly faces that provided our orders hot & fast with attentive follow up! Congrats to Shannon & all the other great servers that have helped deliver such positive dining out experiences for us at this place.

Went here to watch a playoff basketball game. They have a great big screen however they didnt even have TSN 1 or any other TSN channels for that matter. I dont know how a restaurant that positions itself as a family friendly sports bar does not have a basic sports channel!

Dinner - connected to the mall, seemed like they were short handed and busy with the few staff who were trying to do the best they could. Greeter, delayed the flow seating guests by being overly polite asking all of us where we wanted to sit causing a few to go back and forth amongst themselves. The server took care of us and was polite, the drinks (quenchers) which we free refills came with little flavour otherwise overly syrupy. The calamari was quite dry almost like reheated frozen calamari. The pizzas were great. I had a chicken salad quinoa bowl which was decent tasting.

Waiting 10 minutes for server to say hi.long intervals thereafter....I thought table was not wiped down but its the glue on the table itself.Maybe get a new table its a big chain establishment? Cactus cut potatoes are really what saved them as it had a nice crunch and surprisingly spicy taste along with a decent amount. MY thai wrap was good although i dont know if i would come back unless i lived in the area.

Last Saturday we ate dinner at BPs at Tsawwassen Mills Mall and let me tell you. We got there 40 mins before we needed to be at the ferry. We had 2 kids (8 & 12). I did ask before we were sat that we had a tight turn around and the hostess was great. I told our server and although he was a little unsure as he wanted to make sure our food was still good quality. We didnt order anything complicated to ensure it would be quick. The service was great, food was great and our server gave us our bill mid meal with the machine so we could pay and then finish eating and leave without a wait. They did a great job and our server had us laughing and kept it cool and quick. We will go back for sure.

I couldnt have been more let down with the experience I had with this Boston pizza. My significant other and I were traveling home with my son and placed an order online for pickup on the way to the ferry for dinner for all of us. We picked up the food and unfortunately it was close to closing time and we were rushed to make it to the ferry and didnt give the bag a once over. Upon arriving at the ferry and wanting to eat our dinner we were very let down in the fact that my sons dinner which was order as a kids meal was not only missing his cookie and drink that it was supposed to have come with, there was also no sauce for his spaghetti or dip for his vegetables. So not only did I have no drink for him, he had to eat plain noodles for dinner and didnt get the cookie that he was told he would get if he ate his dinner nicely. Now thats not a huge deal to myself, but I had a very disappointed 6 year old that had to eat a very plain and bland dinner due to not having any spaghetti sauce, no dip for his vegetables and then to top of off no drink or cookie for dessert. Very dissapointed with this restaurant and experience and not sure if Ill be returning to this location.

I love their The Hungry Carnivore pasta. Its my go-tos for Boston Pizza. This location is nicely placed with a lot of seating areas and friendly staff. Highly recommeneded.

Went for dinner here on Aug 24,. Have gone to bps many times over the years. Things sure have gone down hill food wise! Portions for spinach dip insanely small for a 15$+ appy and the main had to be sent back as it was not even close to what was expected based on menu description and picture (jumbalaya). The shrimp looked like something from a can and the chorizo wasnt even chorizo. Very disappointed in the food.

I ordered Salmon power bowel - a piece of super hot salmon served on top of cold veggies, guacamole and quinoa are on vacation so they are not in the dish. The rest of the veggies are all cut into HULK size that you have to recut it again - maybe it s how it supposed to be served - HULK veggie HOT salmon with its missing buddies.

ordered food at 830pm for a 915 pickup arrived in store for pickup at 910 was told food would be out in a few minutes waited around until 930 after watching staff stand around talking as the store was not very busy I asked where my food was it came out a minute later (18 minites later then told) It was cold and no utensils in the bags to eat my pasta with. will not visit this location again

Went there during quite a chaotic rush during the evening of Sept 3/22. We waited 20 mins to be seated. And the server was so accommodating! She was running to her tables and checking on everyone and updating us on how long our food would be. We were having a great time already, she made it awesome! As well as the other staff, just an amazing team. Food was as spectacular as it always is.

Bad service :( eventually seated and walked out after 20 mins of not being acknowledged.

No big deal. Food not a great taste. Attention really good, the crew very kind.

Poor customer service. Staff didn t even serve properly. Too long wait at reception for table as well as on table despite of slow dine in. Staff passing by us cleaning the empty table without even asking for drinks. Even there is no rush inside still lack of interaction

The pizza we had last night was very flavourful without being salty. I haven t been to BP in a long time and after this visit I will return to try some of their other pizzas. The staff were attentive and brought the kids crayons and an activity sheet to keep them busy. My only complaint, and a very minor complaint at that, is they need to do a better job at cleaning. The tables were very sticky and it s not a great feeling touching a sticky table and then using your hands to eat. That is the reason for 1 less star.

Been to Boston pizza all my life but this one was below par. Sticky/run down tables, dirty high chair for my son. Waiter seemed off not recognizing when the table didn t have basics like cutlery or napkins. Didn t give the sundae option for the kids meal but by then we were done so we didn t care. Food was average but with the below par cleanliness it would be hard to go back.

Nothing unique, pizza was much too salty. Moderate to mediocre food.

I should say, my family of 11 including kids were glad we went there! I never wanted to go back to any Boston Pizza since before COVID hit due to my experience (how they cooked the meal felt like they were all just microwaved) from another Boston Pizza. But, at that time, we thought we should give it another chance. We went in, had ourselves seated. Although, we had to ask them twice on lending us a high chair. I am very paranoid with viruses but when I saw them taking a shrink wrap off the highchair table, I was relieved! Thank you for that, I know, I still disinfected it but the shrink wrap did help with my paranoia. Food wise, we ordered the following; starter, Chicken thai bites, Bandera bread, Cactus cut potatoes, Main, Boston Lasagna, Smoky mountain spaghetti & meatballs, Kids cheese pizza, Slow-roasted pork back ribs, Chicken fettuccini, Cheesy mushroom & spinach bake, NY strip Loin Steak. All of them are awesome! The steak that I ordered (Medium-well) was really medium well and well flavoured. All of the starters hit the spot, I couldnt stop eating them! Cheesy mushroom was lovely too! It was not too watery as well as the lasagna. Pasta were all al dente! I should mention, I asked for the broccoli and sweet potatoes to be free from salt for the baby and they followed the instructions (sometimes, it could go through the cracks). Washrooms were cleaned properly and the tables and floors were clean as well! Thank you for the service Astarte G! Not sure if I got that correctly as the receipt that was given to me was not really clear. But you know who you are! Good job in reviving my interest on the restaurant. Oh!! Another thing, thank you for reminding us that the gratuity was already included in the bill! Really happy to be reminded of that. BIG THANK YOU! No pictures. We ate too quickly! Took over an hour for a simple individual pizza and a Boston bruit. The table beside us ordered at the same time but got their food 20 minutes before us. Would have been nice if we were told before hand that they were short staffed. Waiter was amazing and very apologetic. Still wait full price though.

Service and food quality has tanked at this location... They either have no servers and have to turn you away or you sit there for a long time before you get any sort of service. We went there today for lunch, sat there for a long time before the server even showed up! We ordered the food, they brought us exact opposite of what we ordered. How hard is Caesar salad with no croutons and dressing on the side? The other food we ordered had tomatoes in it that tasted like they were moldy and were already rotting. Extremely disappointed.

Worst experience I ever had. The staff made us wait for 45 with our 20 months kiddo just to inform us at the very end that the food might take another 45 mins cause they are short staffed!

Had the chicken power bowl. Its really good. This trip though, it took forever to get our food.

My partner picked up our order including my veggie burger. The burger was inedible. However, the staff were amazing and totally made it up. I was offered a replacement for my meal. They were so accommodating and helpful in an effort to still make this a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Just been here and tried to get a table for two in the bar, which only had 3 tables occupied. Told no because there is only one server. I said we would wait to eat and just have a drink. Solid no to that too. Offered a table in the totally empty restaurant side. THERE IS A REASON THIS PLACE IS EMPTY. We went to Milestones next door. Great service, great happy hour price. Never going back to this Boston Pizza.

Worst pizza I have ever tasted, way too salty and wasnt cooked properly, cheese wasnt melted at all. My kids normally love pizza, after one bite of cheese pizza they just pushed their plates away. Super slow service. I would not recommend this Boston pizza to anyone.
