The food was so good I forgot to take a picture before I finished my food 😅. The picture was their jalapeño bomb, which I highly recommend along the rolls royce roll, both are delicious dishes that I have not seen at any other place. Unique combinations of sushi in general. The staff and service were superb! Two times I have been here and now for sure it will be our go-to restaurant when we go to the outlets or towards the ferry terminal. It's one of our favorite japonese places in the metro Van. area now.
Our favorite Sushi place in town!! The sushi is fresh & delicious! Our favorite is the Dragon Roll, beef/chicken teriyaki & the chicken/beef udon soup. The service is amazing and the servers are friendly. My family and I are always welcome with a smile and greeting! :) 100% recommend trying if you’re in Tsawwassen!
Looking for a Japanese restaurant with a Korean twist? Kamome is it. There is KFC, Korean Fried Chicken and Kim Chi fried rice on the menu. You'll also the the bibimap, rice bowl contents cooked in a clay pot. Recommend the lobster roll or the bento boxes for lunch. And give the dinner for 4 a try. Delicious food. Only thing they can improve on, is the substitutions. Need to be flexible and better priced. People have allergies and may want to swap ebi shrimp for salmon but not for $3 more on a nigiri.
We were the first customer in the restaurant and we ordered 3 menu and we only got 2 of our menu first and when we asked for the other one they said they’re making it rn but I I think they forgot about it and made the new want after I told them. I ordered rolls with cream cheese and when I got my rolls after waiting they forgot about the cream cheese so we waited again. They didn’t apologize properly and I got my rolls after eating everything else we ordered. They still charged me for everything. Never coming again
I’m from downtown. I ran an errand in Delta and looked for a restaurant. Found this hidden gem in Tsawassen Mills! I devoured this bacon age. I’ll definitely come back next week to try their other menu, it seems delicious. I also ordered tempura and it was awesome! Service is great, checked me from time to time even there are other customers too with a big group!
Found this hidden gem by chance while driving around Tsawwassen Mills. We were looking for something with rice and noodles, and this one came on the signboard. The menu is pretty good, covers all basic Japanese food you can find in Vancouver, and taste is great. I will say is a comfort food for Japanese food lovers. The highlight was sushi tower, with tuna, salmon, ebi, imitation crab meat, avocados with special sauce. Ambience is quiet and spacious, and the staff were amazing, attentive and polite. It was a good experience overall. Thank you Kamome staff!
We went to Tswassen Mills to see Santa at Cabellas...which BTW, is a hidden secret, great set up and free photo.... Afterwards we went to Kamome which is about a 2 min drive in the next complex over. Lots of parking and a big place. The three of us, 3 adults and our 6 yo easily got a table. Service was attentive and good. The server felt we ordered too much food, but he never met my 6 yo either. The best dishes were the sushi tower and the yam tempura. All the other rolls and items were good, nothing I'm going to rave about, but filled us up. The food came fast and was fresh. If you are in Tswassen and craving Japanese food, this place will give you what you want and a decent price point. $$
A nice place with dishes more on the light and healthier side than rich. I've been here twice. Great presentation and good service. Don't really recommend the udon since it was too light for my tastes. I highly recommend the cheese and chicken spicy rice. Great spacious atmosphere. EDIT: After eating here a few more times I have a few more faves. I really like the negitoro and gold crunch roll. The beef don is great too.
Food is surprisingly good, didnt expect it. Udon and sushi were both refreshing.
The Best Sushi Spot! Everything was exceptional, from tempura to sashimi and rolls nothing fell short. Dining at the large wooden table with the artwork on the walls made the experience even more enjoyable. I especially recommend trying the Volcano Roll; it s a must! I think I ll come back every time I visit Vancouver. Absolutely amazing!
All the dishes were fresh and so nice! The tempura was perfectly crispy and flavorful, and the Volcano Roll was a standout. The staff were very friendly, and the food was served quickly. It s the perfect spot to grab a meal after visiting Tsawwassen Mills. If you re visiting Vancouver, Canada, this sushi place is a must-try. Highly recommended :)
Vegetarian options: Tofu teriyaki is a good option. Food
The taste, atmosphere, and kindness... thank you ^^
Food was outstanding simple table set up . But still comfortable, food arrived fast .
No frills Japanese/Korean restaurant. Generous portions. Had a spicy chirashi bowl so cant comment on sushi or sashimi quality. Popular given its somewhat out of the way location in Tswaassen Commons. Would be good for ordering ahead if taking a ferry given their overpriced fare. Attentive service. Will try again. Update..went back. Had the deluxe sushi. Very good so recommendation extends to this as well. My fellow diners who are less sushi focused also enjoyed it. The tofu donburi was well thought of
Unbelievably pleasant. A stand-out experience but especially so based on the other nearby options. Couldn t recommend it more. Vegetarian options: Veggie combo was delicious and fresh. Avocado in the avocado rolls was perfect.
Nice looking restaurant. The menu has pictures of every item. The sushi is up to standard, but the special rolls could use better options and the service is a little bit slow.
Very good sushi place
Had some great food in a really nice, attractive space.
Standard sushi restaurant but never really disappoints. Fish is fresh, cooked food is good and service is generally good. Just come by little more frequently to fill waters up. I do find the pricing a bit higher than others. This all said, the family is a fan and we will be back.
I was a sushi chef for 5+ years a long time ago .. and had yet to find that place that had it all... this place was amazing!! Frsh food, amazing customer service and great selection
Great food and service.
Service and food was exceptional. Good place to stop if going to the ferry
The food is mostly edible and fine. Mall court quality with restaurant prices. Stick to something like the teriyakis which are hard to do badly and you should be fine. Service was friendly, if you could get it. Once you have your food the servers make it their job to avoid so much as looking towards your table. We had to get up and go get someone despite a server walking past our table to the ones close to us multiple times. They do that thing where they keep their body and head tilted just slightly away so they can pretend theyre just oblivious or focused on something, when in reality they spotted you looking around and are using those server skills all we all learn in customer service to avoid the customer lol The atmosphere was fine actually. Spacious enough, clean and comfortable.
Great sushi spot with wide selection. Very clean and well kept too!
Food was fresh and tasty. I recommend you try it
Thank you Yuna. My favorite server !!!
Before going, we checked their business hours and specifically called to ask if five people arriving in 20 minutes could still get food. They clearly said yes. However, when we arrived, a woman without a smile rudely told us, We ve stopped serving, you should go somewhere else. I told her that I had just called to confirm, and she responded, There s nothing we can do, you should go somewhere else. This is the rudest service I have ever encountered. For a Japanese restaurant that only closes for one hour in the afternoon, this is simply unbelievable! Is there really no way to resolve their mistake, or do they just not care about the inconvenience they cause their customers? This is by far the worst service I ve experienced at a Japanese restaurant. I can t comment on the food, but no matter how good it might be, a restaurant that treats its customers so unfairly and with such disregard is not worth visiting unless you re absolutely starving. If the owner sees this, you should really do something about that arrogant middle-aged manager. It seems she might be trying to sabotage your business out of spite for its success. This version captures the frustration and dissatisfaction with the experience.
Customer Service is superb! Very polite, softspoken waiters. Always have beautiful smiles.
We ordered take out for the third time. Each time the food has been subpar but this time it was awful. Miso soups were thick like milkshakes. I ve eaten better sushi from grocery stores. The tofu was mush like under cooked eggs. Ordered 7 rolls for 3 people. Nobody finished their food. My dynamite roll was soggy like someone dipped it in water. My other roll was alright. At least I ate it. I had high hopes but won t be back. Service was good people where nice and helpful
Unique dishes which were fresh and delicious. Service was warm and friendly. Looking forward to coming back!
Love this place, the food quality is pretty good for reasonable pricing. Take out is also pretty easy you can order ahead on the website without much issue
I cant really say... we got turned away saying they are closed for something during their open hours. I checked on my phone and it was more than 40 mins before they close for after lunch. They turn people away an hour before they close after lunch.
deluxe sashimi (55.95) / masago nigiri sushi (6.50) / tobiko nigiri sushi (7.00) / ikura nigiri sushi (7.50) / rolling green (7.95) / rainbow roll (14.95) / caterpillar roll (14.95) / spider roll (13.95)
delicious
Staff were incredible. We were in a hurry to catch a ferry and they accommodated even during busy dinner service. The food service was fast and very good. We will visit again and recommend to others.
Taste good but service slow even though they werent busy, only 3 tables. The rolls i ordered fell apsrt instantly, they were not well rolled
Went for lunch, good service and place, but the food was mediocre.
Best food in tswwassen. Beef yakisoba tastes very fresh and delicious.
Food are so good, I ordered chicken karage, pork katsu, tataki beef and AMA EBI Sushi, it was so delicious. I will surely recommend it to my friends.
I shopped at twawassen and decided to go here! did not regret one bit. Im from downtown, tried many sushi restaurant but I can say this restaurant is worth the travel and one of the best! I love the tempura and tuna nigiri. Glad I went out and look for restaurant nearby. Will definitely eat here everytime I go to tsawassen mall
I ve been here 5years. They never disappointed food. Foods are absolutely great and the staffs are super friendly, and for their prices it s 100% worth it. Love this place
#Fun time with friends#Good service
We enjoyed fresh sashimi & sushi Combo, assorted tempura, yam & salmon roll, caterpillar roll and miso soup for dinner. The environment is quiet and clean.
The server was friendly and smiling. The food was average. Agadeshi tofu definately tasted like it was poured out of a frozen freezer bag. It wasnt garnished or even served in the sauce. Toro nigiri was served still frozen on the rice. Salmon nigiri tasted and looked farmed; which is pretty much flavourless. The rolls were ok. Id consider this fast food sushi. All it needed was fries and a coke to make it a combo.
If you are looking for a Japanese restaurant with a Korean twist then Kamome is your best pick in Tsawwassen. Lacking is the Japanese greeting that you hear when you walk in. Or the sushi bar seating. But on top of sashimi, nigiri or your tuna rolls, Kamome has it. You also get Korean Fried Rice or Korean Fried Chicken, both are exceptional. Try their dinner for four if you want to see their talents. Or the lobster roll. Really good food and excellent service too. Tried substituting all the ebi shrimp because of allergies and they want to charge a fee. Its worth haggling as they are accommodating. Overall, no complaints. Dont try to come an hour before they close because theyll turn you away which I shake my head to.
Sushi was so Delicious and fresh. Service was AMAZING!!!! I will recommend this place!!!
The restaurant looks clean and bright. Food tastes fresh and delicious.
The food is average. Service was good and the place is comfortable
The best place to eat sushi and bowls if you re in Tsawwassen Commons. Try their Hot Chicken Bowl
A pleasant surprise as we had recently moved to Tsawwassen. I highly recommend the seafood tower, but you definitely have to share.
Best food in Tsawwassen.
Had a quick bite while going to the ferry, food and service was good!
Great sushi and quick!
Very attentive friendly staff and amazing quality sushi! Very impressed Kid-friendliness: High chairs and staff was good with keeping hot dishes out of reach of baby Food : 5/5 |
KJ and Monica are amazing waitresses! very friendly and attentive. The sushi rolls and udon noodles are delicious. I will definitely be coming back.
Fairly expensive for the quality and quantity. Heavy on sauces
Solid choice of Japanese sushi
Great food, great service, highly recommend KFC
Arigatou ! Super yummy sushi in a nice open eatery just adjacent from the Twaseen Mills outlet mall boasting a solid menu of tasty hot and cold Japenese dishes, sushi rolls and sashimi with brown rice options. I really enjoyed this experience, down to earth and no fuss, great tasting and good grade grub at slightly more than average value. This has to be one of the best Inari Nigiri and good quality Miso soup chow downs Ive had in a while! I also really digged how their Veggie Gyoza was filled with bean curd, full of yummy protein! Friendly staff, very approachable, kind and attentitive. Support local businesses!
Fantastic
Very friendly staff. Beautifully plated, tasty food.
Staff are SO RUDE! Used to be my favourite sushi place, LOVED the staff, now it s just terrible and we spend/spent a TON of money there multiple times per week I m giving my money to one of the other sushi restaurants going forward, so many great options locally. Tbh the consistency and quality continues to go down too. So sad!
I love tast of sushi and sizeof sushi was perfect. Very fresh Sushi. Good customer service. I like it ,also was good area for eating foods. Food : 5/5
In my opinion, it is not worth it at all. Normal price, but the taste leaves much to be desired.
Love this place! Affordable and great quality
One of my favorites
This is our favourite sushi place in Tsawwassen for either eat in or take out.
Closed but Google said they were open
Quick service and food was great
Best sushi restaurant.
I love this place! Sushi is so delicious and staffs are nice and friendly.
Such a nice place to having lunch, good food and ambiance
Really good sushi and pretty restaurant! Its a little slow when ordering take out though
Ill say the decor is quite pleasant and the attention to detail is noticeable. We came here because our daughter and her husband had previously visited and said it was OK. We ordered miso soup, California/dynamite combo, agedashi tofu and the Sushi tower. the miso soup was just ok. A little watered down. The cali/dynamite combo in our opinion has too much fake crab meat and not enough veggies. It was good that it wasnt overloaded with sushi rice which some Japanese places do. These sushi rolls are a bit large. May I suggest to them that they think about quality over quantity. The agedashi tofus batter was not seasoned at all and relied purely on the accompanying sauce for flavour. Too bad. Now on to the sushi tower, nicely presented with fresh tasting mango, various torched fish like salmon was delicious but lacking seasoning. There was a layer of spicy tuna on the bottom that I believe was too spicy and not flavourful enough. Ive tried sushi towers of two other restaurants and this doesnt hold a candle to those because the seasoning is lacking. Im a bit disappointed but perhaps other items may be good. Id like to come back to try the other items because everyone deserves a second chance. The service is excellent here. They are friendly and attentive. Their green tea is authentic and served hot. Thank you Kamome staff. Parking: Lots out front since this is attached to a strip mall Wheelchair accessibility: The spacing is generous here inside the restaurant
Excellent space, staff were super friendly and food was excellent. Lunch B was
Came here for dinner with a party of 5. Was quite a few tables that were available. The staff is like robots. No smiles. You are served only what you ask for. You want water well it s not cold. The agadashi tofu was not cooked, I was told that s how they prepare it. Then came 2 other pieces, better but I couldn t eat it since the previous uncooked left a sour taste in my mouth. One of the meals came way after we all ate and had to ask for it and was told we didn t ask for everything to come all at once. The food was delicious but the service is horrible. I still paid for a dish I returned. I guess they need the money but not returning as a customer.
Overall the food was great our main server was superb. However, another lady server was doing all around stuff like serving water, welcoming customer and giving out menus. When we were about to pay, my partner skipped it since he has a cash with him. The server assumed we were not tipping. She went like huh? No tip? No tip at all? With her hand gestures. I was about to say something. But I kept it. Could have been better if she ask first.
Huge Japanese restaurant (Korean run...not that theres anything wrong with that) at Tsawwassen Mills. Prices are quite high for the average sushi. We had some rolls and aburi sushi. The mackerel aburi tasted fishy, which was not a good indicator of freshness. Ive had food court sushi (ex. Togo sushi) that is way better and way cheaper. This almost seems like a restaurant for tourists. Anyway, take my review with a grain of salt and judge for yourself. Personally, I wont make the extra trip out for Kamome.
Service is great, Hands down. Food is average.
It was great :)! all friendly and efficient staff, super fresh sashimi, delicious salmon oshi.
Friendly staff! Excellent service!! Vegetarian options: I ordered the yam tempura roll and the mango avocado, and they were so good!!! Food : 5/5 |
Had lunch here for the first time today and it was FANTASTIC! Super friendly staff and 5 star food. Ill definitely be back soon and would highly recommend!
Great food!
nice friendly & relaxing atmosphere signature spicy chirashi is good & refreshing, not too spicy at all & regular size is enough for 2 people. Food
Delicious food fabulous service and one of our favourite places to eat!
The best sushi I ve ever tried.
Was told 20 mins for two rolls, after 45 mins I they hadnt even started my order. I was late for work as a result and had to cancel my order.
Literally the most Ive paid per roll for sushi in Vancouver, and the worst sushi I have ever been served in Vancouver. While all the rolls were bad in different ways, the unifying issue was the rice being trash, almost al dente in texture, and weirdly flavourless. But special mention to the salmon being the least flavourful salmon Ive been served on the west coast in a decade. Go to literally any other sushi restaurant, hell the Save On will be better.
Went in for lunch with my husband and 1 year old daughter. Took 20 minutes for them to take our order. 3 other tables inside already eating. Baby was getting cranky as she was hungry. She yelled a couple of time. Very typical reaction for a one year old. We picked her up and walked her around tried to keep the noise down. Wanted 45 minutes in total for food all to come and then finish. As we were getting bill. Mind you baby was completely quiet entire time we ate. We received a 120$ bill and a comment from the waitress that they had a hard time with baby and to not come back. The only time she was loud was before the food. They waited until it was time to pay our massive bill for 2.5 people before they told us anything. If there was such a problem with the volume of a BABY. then ask us to leave before we spend a ridiculous amount on mediocre sushi.
Horrible experience, slow wait staff and longer to get our food. At the end of our meal they asked if we wont return because our 15 month old baby was making a fuss. 25 Mims to just order and they never asked if we would like more water or anything else that goes with a sushi meal. Disgusted and will never go back.
Honestly not good. Way better options with better food nearby. Service and atmosphere not great either.
Great food and great service!
Horrible Service
Good service, they have lot of seat. Price is a bit expensive for the size/portion of their dish. Rolls are little bit smaller than other places. Food : 4/5
The lunch here was amazing! Its hard to get the right amount for a good price these days, but this was perfect for the price and so delicious. I got the combo pictured below and it was super delicious. The staff were very attentive and the service was great. There is plenty of parking at the location and lots of seating for bigger parties !
Tasty, flavorfull and fresh. Bland atmosphere. A good spot for quick Japanese type meal.
The staff was very kind and the food was fantastic! Best i ve had in Delta so far. Will definitely be coming back.
Visited the restaurant recently for dinner with my husband. We waited about 5 minutes to have couple glasses of water and menus, and waited another 8-10 minutes to get the food thats ordered. No waitress or waiter came by to check on us or fill the the glasses with water. One good thing to mention is that they have a full-sized wheelchair accessible washroom, spacious, not fancy, but clean and functional. Wheelchair accessibility: They have a full-sized, clean and functional wheelchair accessible wheelchair which is not seen very often in Asian restaurants. It is unisex. There is a mirror above the sink but it is too high for me to see anything, so even though there is one, it was useless to me.
Avoid this place, slow service, not friendly, terrible food and overpriced.
Best Japanese restaurant in Tsawwassen with oshi sushi! Menu are various selections for everything. They have lunch and dinner menu for saving options. However, the price is a bit pricey, and sometimes need to wait a bit to be served.
ABURIIII OSHIIII SUSHIII Overall : Good food & great service. Well priced, good portions and good quality. Food: everything tasted good and fresh. Seafood yakisoba was good with generous servings of seafood. Definitely TRY : Aburi Oshi Sushi is exceptional one of the best in Greater Vancouver. Service: perfect, not overbearing yet attentive enough, our server made a great job of being available yet not intruding. Ambiance: Nice big open restaurant, they have lots of space would be a great space for medium gatherings.
I recommend this place to go and taste Japanese food, the food is divine, I loved it, very attentive staff, a place where you can enjoy with the family. There are a variety of prices on the menu and you can taste a lot of Japanese cuisine.
Great sushi I will return for pickup on the way to the ferries
Ive ordered twice from here, and its one of the best sushi Ive had at this price in the lower mainland. Great service too :) Fish is very fresh and tasty, portions are nice and not over filled with rice. If you like rolled sushi, this is probably one of the best places youll find in the lower mainland.
Lovely all around
Great location, sub par food quality and inflated pricing. We recently moved to Tsaw and were hoping to make this our new sushi joint because it s so close to home but after 4 or so visits we realized this was not going to happen. We ve tried a variety of meals on the menu, all of which have lacklustre (the same soggy veggies in everything!!) the appies, rolls, sushi and dinners! Tonight s the last time we ll be coming here, it s too expensive to continue leaving half eaten dinners behind because they taste like spiced cat food or have been combined with odd flavour pairings (cheddar cheese on your chicken bowl?!) The people who work here are lovely, the restaurant itself is clean and new, but the only palatable parts of the menu are what they seem to have purchased from Costco. There s too many better sushi restaurants nearby to waste any more money at this one.
My nickname is Gary, I order here all the time for work. It is absolutely delicious, and people who give it anything less than 5 stars are crazy imo. IT IS SOOOO DELICIOUS
Sushi rolls are decent/above average. They are tightly constructed, and have good ingredients-to-rice ratio. Nabeyaki udon was surprisingly good. It was hearty and delicious.
Dietary restrictions: They offer peanut free which is a huge bonus Food
Fast courteous service, delicious food. Best sashimi Ive had in a long time!
Came for lunch with some friends. The salmon roll was delicious, the cucumber roll was also delicious and well- portioned. The gomae salad was sooo good, they made the sesame paste just right! The tea was very good, had a nice depth of flavour. Server was prompt and polite, he made sure my water and tea were topped up. Will come here again for sure!!
Large variety of food all around. Recommend lunch sets if you come during noon.
Just adequate. Overly expensive for what is at best mall-level sushi. Starters were greasy, and no accompaniments or topping added to any of our dishes.
Authentic japanese foods Yummy
Wanted a light healthy meal and the Seared Tuna Salad with a shared Victoria Roll was perfect.
Didnt know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised by the food and the service! Theyve also got lots of seating and ample parking.
Had sushi tower. Lived up to its name. Loved it.
I didnt expect the dinner for 2 to be a feast for 2.5 Kamomes dinner for 2 comes with a scrumptious sashimi salad exploding w fresh flavours and a citrus zing. Their rolls are packed, miso soup served piping hot and the ebinnaise crispy We ended up having the Yaki udong to go coz there was so much food for just 2 of us But it still tasted very good the next day. We will be back coz besides the great food, the service was awesome
Excellent aburi sushi
We ordered Sashimi tuna & salmon and Tray A (combi rolls) for the evening... food presentation and taste . Thank you.
IMPORTANT EDIT ! I spoke with the restaurant and a manager (Tom). He has completely rectified the issue. I acknowledged with him, that anyone can make mistakes, and that it is the recovery that is key. Well he stickhandled the recovery amazingly ! So a change to 4*s ! Quality Control Issue ! Ordered for Take Away -- 2 orders of Katsu (1 pork 1 chicken) - and the chicken order had about 1/2 the amount of the pork order. Plus - both orders were missing the rice. Also a sushi roll was ordered, and no soya sauce, ginger, or wasabe was included. That is a LOT to screw up on 1 not so big order ......and of course I tipped before realizing all the screw ups :(
Good hospitality and very good food. Delicious meal is tasty, yummy and enjoyable. Thanks the Chef.
Good prices, great food.
Great food and value. Friendly staff.
Good food and a very well-kept, clean restaurant. They do have signature dishes ,so they do have some signature korean dishes. Their portions are good and the service was friendly.
Friendly staff and the food isa so good ....just make sure you have enough room in your belly to have what they serve ....so much food ....
Got sick after lunch on Wednesday. Food was chewy & sticky
Dinner for two combo is a great value! First time trying this place after it was recommend by a friend. Excellent service and fresh food(Yam tempura is one of the best Ive ever had). Would happily recommend this place to anyone in the neighbourhood looking for great sushi. Will be coming back again for sure.
Had a good dine in lunch experience, take out sometimes hit or miss
I have ordered two times from Kamome on DoorDash, both times the order was incorrect.
Very good Japanese cuisine
Pleasant surprise Went there with my mom for dinner at the end of a long weekend. We had chicken teriyaki and chicken yaki soba. Both were very tasty with large portions. Staff were pleasant. All around good experience
Used to be good. Prices are way higher than before, like a lot higher. Service was bad. They seemed more concerned about the takeout orders than the diners. Food was good, just way too expensive compared to similar Japanese restaurants and very slow service. Likely wont be back.
Never had better sushi then Kamome s! It s fresh, portion sizes are filling, they keep the restaurant super clean, the staff are sweet as well!
The salmon hug was the highlight as it was creative and delicious. The tempuras were crispy as well. But the oshi sushi was such a disappointment as the salmon was too dry and tune was not fresh and too peppery. The service was not the best but certainly not the worst. Probably will come back for the tempuras but nothing else.
A peaceful place with tasty rolls. The food tastes just right, it was not too fancy but just right. Staff are kind and serve fast. Place is decorated nice and it is clean and convenient. Favorite roll was good 18 pieces mix of california roll, dragon roll and yam roll. I enjoyed the dish. The roll with mango was also tasty. Portions are good as well.
Good food and good service .
My meal was good. However, my partner developed a scombroid from what we assume was possibly the tuna, indicating either bad sourcing or bad storage practices. Scombroid is one of those few things that causes a relatively quick reaction (30 minutes to an hour, and can persist for over 2 days), so we can with certainty attribute this to our visit. Not particularly confidence inspiring.
I have now been waiting for my delivery for 2 hours because they have not prepared it yet.
We have been traveling for 10 days with a 3 year old on our way from Nova Scotia to move to Delta. We arrived at our hotel around 7pm and were starving. We couldnt wait to finally have our beloved West Coast sushi. We ordered door dash and was told it would be a 50min wait. No problem, we were hungry but so excited for the meal. We got a notice that the order was delayed by 30min, it was a Friday so we understood. Then 25minutes passed and the restaurant cancelled our order, no reason given. My husband walked to the local McDonalds. How disappointing this restaurant treats patrons this way. It was a deal breaker for us. Well never try this place again. What a disappointing way to start out here in BC. Oh well, theres so many great places around.
Good ambience. Food is good and big helpings. Staff are friendly.
Service is great and the food is fabulous . The atmosphere has a calming quality and feels clean. Children are welcome. I just learned today they have a new chef!
Good service, and food was better then I expected. Our group had udons. Its broth was fresh, and not overly salty. The noodles were bouncy and prepaeed well. Thank you !
The food and service were simply amazing.
Super friendly, fast service. Food was great.
Food is delicious and staff is very friendly, attentive, and helpful.
Great service, clean bathrooms and very friendly. The food was also delicious.
The food is okay but theyre hopeless once busy. They seem disorganized, poor at communicating. A supposed 25 min. wait turned into 45 mins, without anyone willing to touch base with us.
Ordered the assorted tempura to go which is supposed to come with 3 pieces of prawn as stated on the online menu. Only after I got home did I find out that they only gave 2 prawns.
Went for lunch, food was good, prices reasonable, service quick. Good experience!
I was so hungry, I decided to have a dinner at this place and it was the best decision that I have made this year. I had three kinds of sashimi and nigiries, these were wonderful, but the chicken karaage was the most delicious chicken karaage that I ever had in Canada. Also the staffs were so kind as well! I can confidently say that visiting this place would always fill your expectation 100%.
Came from Calgary to visit a friend and they told me about this place, I ordered twice in the same night it is that good! recommend it 10000%
Placed a takeout order and the food was fresh and very delicious. The employees assisted me right away and were very hospital. I will definitely try this restaurant out again in the future.
Very delicious and fresh. Satisfied!
Food was ok but service was terrible. The waitress constantly forgot items and the food took over an hour to arrive
Great experience!!! Always love the food and presentation
Another great meal! Love this place!
Food and prices really good
Always a great meal
Excellent service and delightful food!!! Very kind staff
Service and Foods are good. Table spacing are good.
Sushi is getting the expensive.
The food came quickly and the quality was good. I was disappointed that the order was incorrect. I ordered vegetable gyoza and got pork, I ordered Toro sushi and got Hamachi. The yam-yam was yummy,
This place was a pleasant surprise...tasty rolls which were larger than expected made with fresh ingredients friendly service...
This place is great, great food, great service and its open later so if you have a sushi craving after everything else is closed in town this is your chance.
Wonderful and great lunch !
