Fries are always fresh and delicious. Quick and hygienic place to eat at. Staff is so polite and helpful. Great service. Definitely recommend this place.

Im not really happy of customer service for the indian girl there i said to her i need the yellow cup of water then i can pay for it and she say sorry we cant give them that, and i said i want to pay for it , what is different for you? She said sorry i cant get you that one, and i pay 2 bottle of water, then what is different between this two? And i all the time when i get my food in the other shopping mall they get me water in that,im really sad for this brand for choese this style employee.

Customer service is awesome

We live in small city up north we come down for food trips of all places I could have eaten I chose to eat here the pop was flat the hotdogs had peppers that wasnt clearly shown on photo or in description. Was angry I chose there to eat took a few bites and dumped in the garbage. Regretted my decision the food isnt even that good

Please dont order i found hair in my meal i just ordered from skip it was gross. I have to thrown my meal to garbage.

When the server went to get a bun she picked one that had obvious mould on it she then dug around in the same bag for one that wasn t mouldy! Luckily my husband saw and insisted on getting a new bag of buns. Which they did but then the server used the tongs she used to get the mouldy buns to get the buns in the new bag luckily my daughter doesn t even eat the buns but that s beside the point just gross.

Vegetarian options: I have pork allergy so I am learning what is safe at various restaurants

Garbage Butter chicken fries just had one bite and i go to the employee for dipping souse and they charge me 1.65$ for small dipp at the end the food is zero start and they don t change it for me Zero level customer service don t try butter chicken fries

Went there yesterday and got poutine. Super delicious and served to me fresh even when closing hours was nearing. This is the type of service I expect going to a fast-food restaurant. Jessa, Khushpreet, and the other lady (didn t catch her name) were so friendly!

I visited this store recently. One of their staff members, her name is Pratibha served me. She was very polite and was very friendly to me. I made some exceptions in my meal, she took care of everything very well. The fries were very crispy and fresh as well. I really appreciate her and that store is honoured to have her. Had a Great experience.

Ordered a bacon double cheese POUTINE Keyword being poutine, the word poutine literally meaning topped with cheese and gravy I ordered then the guy behind me ordered and a conversation about gravy came up that he wanted gravy on his. He was told that would cost extra. And it was beefy gravy. Then the lady about to order behind him was confused why they are advertising the classic pourtine is vegetarian as we were all just told its only beef gravy. All 3 customers were very confused and I asked if mine has gravy on it. Was told yes. It is more of a cheese sauce and no gravy. Call if loaded fries if your not going to put gravy on it.

Ive been going here since its opened. Getting a regular poutine of your choice will fill you up, But I love the ultimate combo- small poutine, hotdog and a drink. They also may be the most consistent in the T mills mall. Ive seen them crush a lunch rush with two people on the till, no issues other then the interest in fries 10/10

Ive gotten fries from NYF many times Ive been to Tswassen mills, they used to be my favourite! But the last few times Ive gotten them theyve really disappointed me. There is always a large amount of grease at the bottom of the box, and they are barely salted. For the price I expect much better!!

Ordered from here stood for about 15 minutes after paying and no one in the back doing the fries. Then a girl walked to the back was pulling her hair out of a bun she fixed it into a ponytail then walked over to the fryers and started handling the food and dishing people up. Super unsanitary and down right gross.

I love fries! But these were cold and not what I expected. Will not be back, better options around.

I paid for my fries and my total was around ~$7 something and I gave $20 bill. I didn t count the money cause I thought there wouldn t be anything wrong. I went back to get more fries and after getting them I didn t get back 50 cents, but I was fine with that. I leave the food court and get to the car and check my wallet. I realized the cashier didn t give me back around $5.50 in total, including the 50 cents going back the second time. It makes me upset not about the money, but the fact she may do this again
