used to be great when it opened, gone right downhill. food semi cooked, popcorn chicken tastes like cardboard, rice all stuck together, wont be coming back anytime soon :(

The food is nice when its correct. Been a few times now and the first couple of times it was amazing but twice have found the food inedible after requesting chill flakes not be added to the dish and they were still added. I have a severe sensitivity to chilli and avoid it wherever possible.

My daughter and myself wanted to eat at Wok and Go Uxbridge branch after a long day of shopping. We were very very disappointed with the service we got or did not get at this branch. When we walked in at around 4:15 pm on 11th March 2023, and there was one customer placing a very long and lengthy order. We patiently waited for a good 3-4 minutes and then asked the service staff if there wasnt anyone else to take our order while he was busy with this customer. And bear in mind there were 2 cash counters. But he blatantly refused to even look in my direction, let alone hear me out. We still waited and waited for another 3-4 minutes and then the customer left saying that he will come back to collect the order. In that instant, the service staff was suddenly joined by another staff member who popped out of a room they have behind the open kitchen and got along/started on the order of the previous customer. Completely ignoring us standing in front of the cash counter. We still waited another minute hungry, angry and now furious and then said we were leaving. They both still did not bother looking up nor stop us from leaving. They seemed like they just did not care and could not be bothered. I dont think I will be returning to Wok and Go (Uxbridge) ever again. Thank God, there was a Wagamama next door!

Decent noodles and rice, but the price isn t cheap and they say they do student discounts but they try to not.

We ordered box food but we told just made it little spicy but when they prepared food and we starting eating that was full spicy and extra hot and also we ordered chicken and beef with rice but they bring it with noodles. So I dont recommended to anyone. Thanks

They claims to be Halal. But they are actually not. I am delivery driver and i have seen them even deliver them chicken from iceland, which is not halal. I speaked with their staff member and he accepted that they use chicken from iceland when they are out of stock.

Got Pad Thai and Fried Rice today for takeaway. The rice is completely burnt and cannot be eaten. Price is too high for the poor quality food. Won t recommend.

Taste of the food is amazing. However they ve recently reduced their sizing. Their small is absolutely tiny! They ve hiked up the prices, which is understandable in this cost of living - but at least make your portions worth price! Not worth the money anymore

My box came without vegetables and i was told that i was asked if i wanted any (i did not want extra, but wanted my meal to come with veg). I ordered beef chilli udon noodles. And got it without veg. For my son when he asked i did ask for extra veg and he got extra veg (paid) on top of what comes with the box. With drinks paid £18.60 for me and my 6 year old son. My box was very plain, with some pieces of beef and chilli sauce. Nothing else

Went here for the first time and the service was decent with friendly staff. I had the sweet chicken and my friend had the chilli chicken rice. His food apparently was too bland. Mine was actually very juicy and had fresh ingredients. The chicken was diced into squares and was not your typical Chinese style soaked in batter and sweet chilli sauce. Instead the egg noddle that I ordered were soaked evenly in sweet chilli sauce mixed with egg (Id recommend asking them to remove egg if you cant stand the smell), brocolli and pineapple were also in the mix. Overall it was decent. The spring rolls were nice. The portion size was huge! I ordered large and later on regretted it, however since I can never lower myself to throwing away food, took it home to eat for the next day. Overall the food here was hit and miss. It is pricey for what you get, but the portion sizes are generous. Would I come here again?... Probably not. Worth a try though, because everyone has their own preferences. The meat is all halal here.

Rank, cheap ingredients (no flavour, tinned veg, god knows what sort of chicken this rubber is meant to be), never order again. Didnt eat and ordered from different place. Both me and my partner are completely disappointed.

Very expensive Food little bit And money to much

Been buying the Hot Box for sometime and it s been really good but I suppose there is a chef who makes it awful. On two occasions the Hot Box noodles was mashed and not nice at all. Very dry and A waste of funds. Following this experience there is no consistency and I would not recommend.

Pros: Environment, very nice staff, seems clean Cons: I honestly was hoping for the place to be good. But i was dissapionted slightly. Spring rolls is bland, noodles was OK but wasnt green thai curry i wanted. 2/5 overall

Thats the Worst food I have ever had in my life. And Ive never left a review on a food before. But this one I had to do it ! Its absolutely greasy and tasteless and smells horrible. All ended up in the bin.

A really bad experience for me. Very expensive and unfortunately it was tasteless food. The carrots inside my chicken noodles were still hard. There was nothing authentic about these noodles at all, it tasted like a Tesco value microwave pack. Won t be going again

The guy who served me was a sweet kid, polite. However, the food isn t good. It s a shame. As far as fast food goes, the hygiene levels here aren t good or bad, seemed mediocre. One good thing though is the food stays hot for ages, which is great if you re getting it to eat later on. Mine stayed hot just over an hour!

Our food was enthusiastically and expertly cooked by the chef, also a warm and friendly young man, and was absolutely delicious. Didnt get to sample the food - rude staff. Ordered through JustEat, the restaurant called on a terrible phone line to say some items were unavailable. They asked me what Id like to replace the unavailble items with and they too were unavailable. I asked them to tell me what options there were or to cancel the unavailable items. They put the phone down on me and cancelled the order. Wont be going back.

Wonderful experience and amazing customer service by sangam and pinkesh. We really enjoyed dinner here and ordered a very delicious sweet chili box they prepared and it kept us warm during this freezing weather!
