I had an excellent breakfast plate there. Eggs over medium, home fries, bacon, wheat toast, coffee. All were delicious, reasonably priced, and served with a smile.

Food was good, I d recommend not getting the skillet. By the time I got to eat it from cooling down the food was mostly burnt. Biscuits are just pillsbury out of the can so opt for bread instead imo. My biggest complain was silverware was very dirty. Recommend changing the soap or cleaning out the dish water as it appears they re using a house dish washer and not a restaurant grade washer. Would go again but change up the order. If you re looking for that low key breakfast restaurant for the class meat egg and toast breakfast this is definitely the spot.

Went this morning and got the worst food imaginable for waaay too much money. Waitress had an attitude. Sausage was cheapest kind, onions in omelet were huge uncooked chunks, cheese was missing. Worst meal Ive had in ages. Wont be back.

Ive always loved this little hole in the wall diner. Food and service is great and the menu seems to have expanded since the last time I was there!

Okay food was great and I go here often but I forgot to transfer money from my savings before going in and I put half in cash and the rest on my card and my card declined and the waitress took it upon herself to go over to the other waitress and said declined and made a face and waitress that she said this to responded with oof . When the waitress got over to my table she slid the recipe to me and said need to transfer? And I laugh and said yup she then turned to that other waitress and made another face. I understand that for some it can be embarrassing but nothing is worse than knowing that the waitresses feel the need to share to the other staff in a very public way. Food was great maybe just more considerate waitress also the waitress was older maybe in her 60 s so this was not a young naïve womanhood

We ate at Moms for the first time in years this past week. We had stopped coming because it had been a noisy place to eat, but the kitchen was much quieter this time. We were there for breakfast and enjoyed it very much. Moms has the best homefries in the Blackstone Valley! They also have delicious pancakes and a wide variety of omelettes and scramblers. Plus of course ordinary fried eggs and a good variety of breads.

Im not from the area but I go to the restaurant here and there and although its crowded to have more seating I do like the place fine. However, I went there yesterday and no one appeared to take our order for quite some time which is okay, it was busy. I understand. But then the waitress came over and I could not believe the attire she was wearing. Totally inappropriate. We waited a long time for our order and it clearly said on the menu mine came with whipped cream which I reiterated when I placed the order. But there wasnt any on mine. She left and never came back. No refills on coffee, nothing. After eating, we waited and waited with our dirty dishes and I could see her standing there doing nothing for a while but then she was helping customers at the counter. My friend finally went up to get our check. We had enough cash to cover the bill but no extra small bills for a tip and I did not feel like waiting for her to bring change or bring my credit card back based on her previous behavior I was not going to sit around so she could get a tip that she totally didnt deserve. Its not my job to make up shortcomings in peoples salaries but I normally tip out at least 20% but the heck with her.

The restaurant was clean, staff were friendly. Coffee was fresh and good! I had sausage gravy and biscuits, it was ok. The biscuits were drenched with the gravy. I like to put it on myself normally. It was also a little spicy which I wasnt expecting either. The eggs, bacon, toast and home fries were delicious. Overall this place was good and Ill be coming back again!

Big portions and great staff.

Went here over the weekend after the blizzard. We sat down at one of their nice cozy tables by the window. I ordered an apple juice and fried chicken and waffles for breakfast. The food arrived a short time after. It was a waffle with a piece of fried chicken on top and an over easy egg on top of that with sauce on top of that with a side of home fries. From the first bite I realized that this was the best chicken and waffles that I have ever had in New England. The home fries were lightly seasoned and very tasty. The food tasted like it was crafted by a gourmet chef. I kid you not. I was expecting to get a huge bill at the end of the meal but was pleasantly surprised with extremely affordable prices. The staff was professional and friendly, the restaurant was clean and well lit, and the walkways were shoveled nicely. Theres plenty of parking in the back of the restaurant if you dont park on the street.

Food is decent. Waitress mixed up our order with a diffrent one. Portion sizes are large. Not very wheelchair accessible and bathroom blocked by tables.

The most incredible waffles with strawberries and whipped cream and syrup and even powdered sugar !! I have been going here since I was a teenager and a young kid and I would skip school just to come here. Now I take my own kids here. Its a cute little place and it holds so many memories. Youll never be disappointed by the food. Absolutely everything is incredible for breakfast. Phenomenal is the word I would use to describe this place!

The best thing about this visit was the available seating and the hash browns scrambled eggs were bland like right out of the box,crepes were mushy,hash just warmed out of the can.Iron face Waitress needs some lessons in waitressing.

Good food, I had crepes for the first time, they were really good. My mother had a normal meal, eggs, toast etc. which she said was good. Very small place though, little bit cramped. Other than that I would go again

This will always be my go to breakfast restaurant in the area! I remember we used to wake up early when I was in high school and come have breakfast before school started.

Nasty nasty I got home fries and avacado toast there was no flavor and barely any avacado. The home fries didn t taste cooked and were drenched in grease

The breakfast special is really reasonable during the week. I like my home fries crispy and I did get that but it had no flavor.

Used to be a lot better, quality seems to have gone down each visit. French toast had no cinnamon or flavor, it tasted as if the bread was simply dipped into plain eggs. :(

Service was slow, stood around for a few minutes before being told we could sit anywhere, most of the tables were still full of dirty dishes, staff were yelling at each other for most of the time we were there, it made our time feel weird to say the least. We waited what felt like a half hour for three seemingly simple orders. For a place that wasnt packed (and after this visit, I can tell why) they sure made it feel like they were slammed.

I was extremely happy and surprised how fast the food came, its not at all expensive and they give big portions, I highly recommend this place.

The menu is way too big and I feel bad for the cooks who work there. That might have changed since I haven t been there in a couple years. My meal was sub par

I m new to the area so I don t know any of the local restaurants. Me and my younger son decided to go out for breakfast on Sunday morning and check out something new. I ordered a sausage and cheese omelette and he ordered two eggs scrambled with a side of bacon. The order was delivered to our table in less than four minutes which I thought was a little too quick. My omelette came under cooked with running eggs inside, and cheese was barely melted, the sausage was still cold. The toast was basically buttered warm bread, it was hardly toast. His scrambled eggs tasted like rubber eggs and bacon was extremely undercooked and cold. I will never come back here again. Maybe it was just a fluke. But I m not willing to take that chance Goodbye Mom!!

Nice place where the staff are really nice. I got the belgan waffle combo with wip cream and the waittress put a smiley face on my waffle. My one complaint was they only gave me 2 small peices of bacon. Otherwise than that the food was amazing. 10 out of 10 would go again.

Wonderful menu! In love with eggs benedict so, while tempted, havent branched out to omelettes and crepes. Very good bacon and shredded hash browns. Truly appreciate that they offer different styles of hash browns; more places should do this. Extra points for flavored tea.

Food was gross not worth money. Use to come all the time. Now tiny omelet. Cold hard toast and maybe 8 potato homefries still hard. Ask for cornbeef very crisp. Came out like out of the can. Not like it was. Disappointed.

This used to be my favorite place when my family and I went out for breakfast. I dont know if there s new owners or what happened but the last 2 times I went I was not only disappointed but literally disgusted. If you chose to ignore this review at least remember this DO NOT ORDER THE FRENCH ONION SOUP!!!! Trust me you ll thank me for it

Breakfast. Took over 20 minutes to get food and we had one of the best waitresses there. They like to bang dishes there. Can be very noisy. Food is good though Typically go as a last resort because wife doesnt care for this place. They never offer to refill her tea, plus all grievances previously mentioned.

Good food, came out fast. Server did not come back except to bring the check (had to call her to get a coffee refill).

This restaurant was great !! Had everything you could possibly want on the menu. Grandaughter had banana/choc. Chip/ walnut pancakes, my husband had a tex mex bowl which was spicy, which he likes. I had Moms burger for breakfast, very yummy food, service was great. Definitely a keeper.

I have eaten here once and the food was very good. But.... I am giving the 2 star because the last two times I have tried to find an online menu there isn t one anywhere on google or their Facebook. I try calling and there is no answer. These attempts were months apart yet same issue. Very frustrating and disappointing.

Food is bad services worse oh, dont go there they always have a problem with either the kitchen a lack of staff, people working in the kitchen were not properly dressed according to code, person cooking doing dishes picking up dirty dishes, person working at grill no hair net no appropriate attire.

I have been here multiple times and always enjoy going. The staff is very nice food portions are excellent for the prices. It does get busy on weekends but stil worth going. Has a very home like feel to it. I would recommend it to any one whether it is just you or your family!

I just got breakfast this morning and Im really disappointed. Ive been there a few times and usually the food is good . Today I ordered for 5 ppl for takeout. When I got home with my food I was so upset because the food looked like it was thrown together. It smelt funny and to be honest the bacon on all our plates looked recycled . It was really dried up and was already cooked again and warmed up again. So disgusted! I work at a restaurant, so I know how food should be prepared , look and smell. I wont be coming back here again, thats for sure.

Moms has an awesome breakfast menu (Ive never had lunch there.) Service can be a bit slow. It has a handicapped accessible entrance but it is very tight to manuever inside in a wheelchair. (My dad uses a wheelchair.) I took off a star because one of the older ladies who works here is often indifferent to the presence of customers. But I was here this morning and wonderful woman waited on us and we had a great meal. They also have *deep fried* home fries if you ask for them which are mind-blowing.

There is a sign telling you to seat yourself but it took half an hour for a dirty table with another customers dishes and garbage still on it to be cleaned off enough for us to sit down. Dishes were taken away but a lot of garbage was left and table was never wiped. The entire visit, other tables were left unbussed and covered it trash or food and dishes. Only being cleaned once new people sat at them. The food was the most redeeming quality and the only reason I m not rating lower. Eggs Benedict was delicious and coffee was fresh and brought over timely.

We gave Moms 2 chances and we will not be giving it a 3rd. The first time I ordered the crab cake benedict and couldnt eat it. The hollandaise sauce was flavorless and as thick as mashed potatoes with no flavor. The crab cakes were so bad I thought I was going to end up with food poisoning, thankfully I did not. The home fries were even terrible! The waitress (once she finally decided to come to our table) asked if everything was ok and I told her how bad everything was and she simply said sorry and took the food away, no compensation or anything. The second time I went I ordered biscuits and gravy which had raw onion in it. Who puts onions in biscuits and gravy???? It was inedible. My husband got a veggie egg bowl and his vegetables were raw. I complained and once again the waitress simply said sorry and took the food away again with no compensation. Thankfully the toast was good or I would have left starving. This may be tmi but my husband and I could not leave the house for 2 hours because we were so sick! I havent been that ill from eating out in years. The place is dirty, terrible food and has a mediocre waitstaff. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

I had the fish and chips today . Lue the gentleman cooking today made the best fish and chips and my waitress what a wonderful job . I recommend you come to moms and have there fish and chips they are great the service was great . Well worth coming back to try them again

I havent been back since my boyfriend had to use a coffee mug with red lipstick on the side. There was hair in the food too. I wouldnt recommend going. They were great once but have since declined.

This place is worth going to and I am definitely making a trip back. The menu is very expansive and the food is out of this world good. We went for the more dessert style breakfast, french toast and crepes, lots of bacon too. Great breakfast spot!

I went here while it was semi-busy and they told my boyfriend and I to take a seat. We had no option but to sit at a dirty table. Not only did they proceed to clean a table for someone else who came in after us but they threw menus at us and still did not clean our table. We waited atleast 10 mintues before we decided to leave because they still did not clean the table we were sitting at or ask us if we wanted drinks. The menu looked good but I am very disappointed coming here.

Went here once and I will never go back. The waitress was really slow, even though there were only a few customers there. She wasnt rude or anything, but she wasnt friendly either. The food was so undercooked and not appetizing at all and the coffee was horrendous. I wanted to return my undercooked egg but the waitress took nearly 20 minutes to check on us and told me that I should have gotten up and asked her to recook it. Very unprofessional. It was clean and a nice atmosphere but thats about it.
