Terrible customer service. The girl serving needs to cheer up she looks so moody. Asked for a refund for two desi breakfasts considering it was just under £18 when the food came out it looked small & plain literally a chappati cut in 4 pieces with a omelette on the side, on top of that I had to collect it of the counter considering the shop was empty and the place is really small. Only thing was decent was the masala tea. First & last time going there.
Chariot offers an exceptional experience, combining excellent service with some of the best chai in London. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable visit. I was personally served by a gentleman whose professionalism and warmth stood out, enhancing the overall experience. The chai itself was truly outstanding—rich, flavorful, and perfectly crafted. It’s clear that quality and customer satisfaction are priorities here. Whether you’re a chai enthusiast or simply looking to try something unique, Chaishop is highly recommended for its superb service and unmatched tea offerings.
Lovely staff and atmosphere. Vithu was great is his service. Nice and cozy, dare I say the best coffee shop around!
The tea was amazing honestly, love it. Don’t wanted to be a complicated customer as I am a professional BM, but in fact the Baklava was very hard to be eaten £4+ for a single slice🫣😺 and there was no evidence of expiry date or since when it was kept open, we had to politely request for a change which was refused indeed there was no packing on it. So was disappointed but don’t forget chaii was amazing. ☕️😋
Near to Uxbridge station They have many options for tea and their tea is good 👍 Even they have good options for snacking I like falafel wrap it little dry but always good to have it 🫡
The sheesh kebab wrap and pistachio milk cake are to die for. Lovely.
It’s a nice cosy place but too small not enough seating place. Staff was nice and friendly too. The karak chai was good but too sweet. And Nutella paratha was good but paratha could have been cooked a bit more. I would go again if they is sitting space. But the place was a bit dirty.
You must try Karak Chi so far it is the best in London rich and tasty flavour, the shop is small with nice decorations. I would give it 5 stars, but I waited 20 minutes for two Oman paratha, and it was cold. If they improve this , will definitely go again.
Karak tea is amazing
Im always in here if I come into town. A karak chai and an aloo paratha are my go tos. Recommend. My kids love the Nutella parathas. Ive had the milk dessert before which was amazing Parking: Just park in any of the car park offerings. I prefer the Pavillion car parks.
The guy s service was amazing The best chai I ve ever tasted Food
Friendly staff, great service and great food!
Lovely place and staff!I always come here to get the karak chai which is so famous for a reason! The food as well is so fresh and tasty!
Nice staff
I regularly go to this establishment, the staff are always very kind, their Karak chai is always great.
perfect service and i love the food
I have used this establishment for nearly a year and the drink I have is great and the service provided by everyone is first class and everyone is very courteous and friendly with a smile. I would highly recommend it to anyone wishing to eat or drink in Chaii Pot in Uxbridge.
Vithu is an amazing person, always attend us with a smile. I am a regular customer and come here since ages I can say. Always good to see him around.
Their saffron karak chai is the best on the menu, and they have a great dessert selection as well. Such a lovely place with really friendly staff.
A slice of UAE. Amazing food and tea!
Good place to chill with your friends with a nice chai. Thank you Anusha for your service.
Amazing chai . The customer service was exceptional. Anusha and her attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. The process was seamless, and I felt valued as a customer. Highly recommend chaii pot for nice hot tea.
Its an amazing space to have your tea specially the outdoor sitting. Rhidayas service is excellent. A must visit.
My all time favourites drink is tea, Got a best mark chaii. And staff Dia was good explaining food and I like chicken filler wrap which I get form her. Special thanks for Dia and Chai pot they made my morning best.
Dia made a great chai for us today
Dia was amazing and chai pot does the best chai
Dia was great! Great customer service and tea was very good! Thanks
Found the best spot for chai.best chai served by Dia.
It was really good and and tea was very authentic. The service provided was excellent
The staff there is very rude and they even ask for extra charge of you ask for sleeve to hold the cup
Rude staff
Bad food does not justify the price.
Got a karak chai - was not too bad. Service by the guy at the counter - very bad! If you dont want to ruin your day from bad service at the counter, give this place a miss!
Selling karak chai with no karak masala taste extreme level auger I would never ever buy again from your shop to sweet and no masala
Great food, lovely welcoming staff - deffo recommend of you want a chai in uxb!
They have the best karak ever!!!! And great friendly service
I burnt my tongue on hot tea. The lid also not fitting. hot tea drop on my hand and burn my hand also. I will not be coming here again.
Absolutely horrendous customer service from a former regular at this cafe, which used to be a wonderful place for me to study and chat with the staff. A fly fell into my large coffee, which I showed the server. I asked for a replacement cup with half the amount of coffee- which is the same amount I had left to drink. She refused, saying I quote it s not my problem then claiming that I had left the shop . She was too busy having an attitude and tapping away on her phone to realise I was sitting in the shop the whole time with my bags! I don t know what kind of staff has been hired here recently because they used to be very considerate. Furthermore, to be frank, I paid for a large but because of that fly I only got a medium. I asked her if she would drink that coffee with the fly in it. Of course she said no, but still wouldn t provide me with a cup with the amount I had left; even though it is normal customer service to provide a clean replacement at any restaurant or coffee shop if there is even a hair in the food, forget about a disgusting fly that landed on God knows what beforehand (and this is coming from a waitress). It s absurd considering the amount of money I paid for the coffee, but she just spent her time sitting there and playing on her phone with an appalling attitude. At Starbucks you couldn t even see a phone being used by baristas, and certainly I would have been told off by my manager for doing the same thing even if I had zero customers because it looks terrible.
Amazing food and drink. Let down by the service. The staff were on their phone and the way there and delayed food as they forgot. They tut and whilst trying to ask questions etc, its as if I was being hard work for her. Sad.
I have been trying to have the pistachio Spanish latte for many weeks now but they keep saying it s out of stock? I keep going back when they say it will be available but never is. I tried their matcha latte instead and it really is 0/10. Don t recommend
Served by Anusha. Rainy day accompanied by tea from Chai Pot Food : 5/5
Nice place
I came across this cute little coffee shop when I was thinking of trying something different and I m glad that I thought I m that manner because I tried their coffee & croissant offer, which costed less than £5. I was served by Alina who served me with an exceptional level of customer service, which made me feel very welcomed. Their croissant turned out to be very tasty and was extremely good value for money. I would recommend anyone visiting Uxbridge to definitely give them a try.
unfriendly staff, burnt myself quite badly on chai, also noticed a 3 star food hygiene rating
Very rude staff
One of the best chai pot in Uxbridge town Excellent tea and very good service I really recommend to try it Food : 5/5
Love coming to this little place! The staff make it what it is. Vithu and Anusha are great and my toddler loves the welcome she gets here!
Very misbehaving staff she don t know how to treat customers I never gonna visit again.
Shoutout to Alina for the Caramel Chai. Excellent customer service
Good customer service and tea also.
I am actually going to Say my honest review: desi breakfast was absolute a joke no seasoning and it was plain as hell i wondered to myself on why i even went here Plus there is a three hygiene rating i did not see that there. Only chai was good but never eating the desi breakfast there. EDIT: There is also a chai walla down there that is so much more better then that. I also got a cheetos hotdog wrap there. I wondered to myself if it was even edible or taste nice. Staff was also kind of rude. I now see why it is always empty. Do not ever go here at all.
Thanks Vithu for the amazing service.
Vithu was really friendly and gave amazing service!! The food was really nice too!
Great customer service, amazing chai.
Paratha wrap tasted nice, but was tiny! It was supposed to be my lunch and I am still hungry. I had expected equivalent to a sandwich and it wasnt. For eating in I would prefer a real cup for tea. Food
Best chaii ever. Highly recommend.
Changing my review. Chai pot are clearly very attentive and care about consumer reviews. They have listened and I am appreciative of this. Older review... Generally love chai pot. Used to have the veggie breakfast with falafels and now wont touch the falafels. They have a new supplier and they just steam their falafels and it tastes horrid. Go back to what you do best Chai pot (Uxbridge) or you will lose customers trying to save pennies.
Cutest little place for some HALAL food Dietary restrictions: Halal Food : 5/5 |
Ordered my food and was then told my child couldnt eat their sandwich from another shop. Disappointing.
Best Karak spot in London. No doubt.
The waitress is not polite at all
Really warm and welcoming atmosphere and authentic tasting chaii. Vith was very accommodating and excellent service
Best chai I ever had in England. and beautiful atmosphere as well
I have been having karak chai from last three years but recent 2-3 months quality and taste of chai has been okay okay not worst but just like not before
Delicious meal
I had a great experience in Chaii Pot, especially thanks to Bertas friendly service. The karak was perfectly brewed, hitting all the right notes, and the Oman wrap was simply outstanding.
Got a cinnamon karak chai and spicy chicken wrap. Chai was extremely sweet which took away from the cinnamon and tea flavor. But it was fresh so I may get it again. Spicy wrap was ok. I wouldn t get it again. Service and atmosphere was second to none! Five stars because of that. Well Down to the team there.
Ridiculous rude customer service.
Amazing cup of Chai, the best in town, just had mine this afternoon
The Milk Cake is amazing. A bit pricey but worth it.
First experience of this place. No option for choosing sugar or no sugar.
I visited this lovely place a few months ago. Id never tried Chaii, nor Milk Cake so I was in for a fabulous surprise! I had the Pink Kashmiri Chaii, and a Pistachio Milk Cake. I love my food and have a sweet tooth, have eaten in many countries but Oh My Days, this beautiful assault on my senses was sublime. The smooth, silky chaii and the beautiful texture and flavours of the milk cake were like heaven in my mouth. I really hope Ill be back in the area soon, definitely on my list to return!
The best karak in London and their milkcakes is something else. Friendly staff Vegetarian options: They got a lot of options
Really good spot to go to and have karak prices are reasonable food is nice and quick service really amazing spot i found thanks to my friends recommended!!
The chai is very good so Is the customer service the wraps are delicious especially the spicy zinger so is the outdoor seating is very useful
Banging cuppa chai.
Chai is great and reasonably priced! Liked the parathas too but a bit on the small side for the price - didnt seem like good value for money and would not order food again if this is what is to be expected. Electronic menus are a bit difficult to read.
Great Chai experience in the heart of the town center.
Very delicious chaii (I tried the chaii latte), would recommend.
Great chai and decor, but some staff impolite!
UPDATE: On Sunday 7 May at 1620 onwards I walked in for a small Karak chai, but the customer service I had wasn t great. After saying small karak chai to the employee, who then walked off, another came out and asked me what I wanted again and I said small karak chai. Then the one who walked off then came and told me after the chai was ready by the other employee, that I needed to pay for it, and she said this with anger and an unpleasant facial expression. Why did she not even say that to her colleague right next to her like she told me? I found her declarative statement to be a bit obvious as everyone has to pay but she could have at least told the lady that prepared my drink that statement instead of telling me and implying that I was not going to pay and she should have communicated with her when she went to the back. I found it to be quite a strange thing especially as I have been coming to this place for such a long time since September 2021, perhaps the physical appearance that I had today made that particular individual believe I was not going to pay and the tone and volume that she said, you have to pay for the drink to me in front of other customers was embarrassing and unprofessional and downright rude and uncalled for, she should have told, what she told me to her colleague - who was at the back who then came to prepare the drink infront of me - in a discreet manner and lower voice. Usually they would put the drink on the glass counter and let me pay but on this particular occasion the drink was withheld and on a green chopping board which they presumably use for chopping vegetables. After I had paid they gave me the drink, surely you would put the drink on the glass counter as previous occasions but I just don t know if it was to do with my appearance and ethnicity. I didn t like the service they gave and did not feel very fairly treated nor welcomed. I felt labelled and singled out in comparison to all the other customers inside even though I ve got a 1649 pound iPhone 14 Pro, 200 pound trainers and 120 pounds lounge wear, I was still told You have to pay for the drink which is really quite condescending. I do not know what their problem is with me, but if they aren t happy at work then they should not be at work. I definitely won t be coming here ever again. I used to spend upwards of up-to 300 pounds here a month during late 2021. On Saturday 6 August at 17:47 I asked for a large Pink Chai, the new person filled it up with Karak Chai instead. Awkward. I noticed everything and wondered, Why? Left with the wrong drink.
Great staff specially the manager and very good kark chai
Sorry but the karak chai tasted like water. Birmingham has the best karak chai. Customer service needs improvement. Gave atmosphere a 2 only due group of people sitting outside watching the football and getting emotional about it . Wont be stopping by here again
I went yesterday with my friends and we just love it. Very nice service and food. The place looks amazing and is very quiet and peaceful. I will definitely come back. Kid-friendliness: I was impressed
Great Kid-friendliness: Great Food : 5/5 |
Excellent food, incredibly friendly and helpful staff!
Excellent food and service, and polite staff.
Great food, great service.
Lovely experience. Had a Karak Chai and pistachio milk cake. First time trying pistachio milk cake - delicious.
Was yummy, made me happy, nice vibes
Its super...karak chai totally indian taste. And server is very kindly talking. Food
Excellent food and the coffee is the best ! Friendly staff Food
Our daily chaii spot, the tea is excellent. Very good customer service too
Reasonably happy, it was the first time so maybe I interpreted wrong but sales felt pushy to some extent but that could be misreading the interaction as it seemed genuine as they asked a few times. Lovely atmosphere for a small shop, the quality of the karak chaii was excellent. My only complaint/concern is that get the small cardboard cutouts used for coffee cups due to holding the takeaway coffee cup was extremely hot, so much so I felt I could drop it at any point taking it back to my car. All that accounted for I ll definitely see myself coming back to Chaii Pot & it is definitely a small local business worth supporting at first glance especially as it is the only shop like this in the Uxbridge Town Centre.
Must go place for Chai lovers Really enjoyed Cinnamon Carai Chai and Frapuchino
Lovely experience, walked in for a frappucino and cinnamon chaii; loved it. Lovely interior with sitting spaces ,good in summers. Now I know where to head for amazing chai. Love it and recommend highly to all the chai lovers !!!
The blonde lady that works there she is very very arogant, ignorant and she give very bad service and she is also So dissispectul . The manager he Need to watch the camera from 14:00 to 14:44 to See her bad attitude and low class talking With the customers! Food
Loved cinnamon tea..suggestions..if you can remove pre added sugar option for the tea
What can I say- it is all about my ego and the tasty chai. Pop in, try yourself and strike a polite conversation with the staff. It becomes my routine now:) besides I love the cinnamon:)
Went expecting good things instead got high prices and bad quality items, parathas are made from frozen not fresh, karak Chai is way too sweet, portions are very small for the price. Wont be returning.
I hate doing reviews like this, but this was awful, £8.90 for an Arab breakfast...... I genuinely felt robbed, it looked like South Asian prison food, served in card with a razor blade sharp plastic fork that would dice your lips! The only thing arab about this was the price! The parata was tiny and cut into 4 dorrito sized triangles, followed by an omelette made by the smallest flying creature to grace the skies, this omelette had less taste than scrambled lego! Hot dog?... ill just leave it at that, No clue what that spam thing was, it was cold... it didnt taste of anything... The iced karak was blend of sugar and condensed milk.... thats it... All I can say was that it is edible, nothing on the cardboard cereal cut out plate wasnt edible, I was always told to finish my plate, so I did, but it wasnt worth the coin, it was an odd mix of cold, hot and warm foods (if you can call it that) with zero texture that confused and irritated me, if the menu had pictures it would have warned me, but there wasnt any, so Ill just have to warn you with this review, Staff were nice ... the store was clean, but the menu is a thing of fiction, genuinely would have felt better to not have eaten there and just tip the staff £10 and be on my way.
Great customer service and tasty paratha wraps
Did not enjoy my experience at all. Nothing about this place was authentic. I ordered the Arabic breakfast and the food seemed processed. Nothing about it was Arabic. The food portions are a joke for the amount they charge. The iced Spanish coffee tasted like iced milk. Won t be eating from this place again. No Ac on a hot day.
Karak Tea as it should be
Amazing karak chai!! Lovely workers, and great parathas. Highly recommend. Made my day!!! Food : 5/5 |
The best kakkad chai i ever had
No comment
Chaii half the time is just REALLY bad, it really is not the same as it should be (which is decent when its done well). Overpriced too, prices have been raised A LOT recently and its not even fair.
Good Chai
Milkcakes like no other and wraps are delicious.
Unfortunately, the Kashmiri (Pink) Chai was well under par. It used to be good that I would come regularly just for this but the decrease in quality is very noticeable. The price is not justified and to pay extra for nuts too is disappointing when its traditionally a packaged deal. The nuts are tasteless and given in a powder form. The taste of the chai is like slightly sweetened milk. Quite bland to what it was before. The karak chai is still good but there are better ones around like Chai Master and Chaiiwala. Hopefully they improve the quality.
Nice setting but poor quality food and tiny portions which are not cheap. Also need some choices of drinks. Would not recommend.
Love the chai but its too sweet!- Suggest selling sugar free chai :)
The cinnamon karak chaii was delicious, creamy and flavourful. It was authentic.
After drinking masala tea ...I am having pain in my stomach.... Now I am having fever from last 2 days..
Amazing Karak chai and great fresh food! Highly recommend.
The wrap was no bigger than my hand, ordered Oman chips was expecting it to be chips not a 15g packet of crisps
Lovely atmosphere, feels cosy to sit there on a dark autumn night. The staff always immediately serve you. The Karak chaii is my go to :-). I always recommend people to come here on a lunch break and grab a drink
The karak chai was good but sadly the parantha was not. It was a frozen parantha as opposed to a fresh one.
This little cafe is situated right at the heart of the Uxbridge City Centre. I visited the cafe with my wife last week. I found the cafe very clean and tidy. Staff were very nice and well spoken. Indian type of snack and Chai (tea) are my favourite at this place. There is indoor sitting area as well as outdoor. The Cafe is just outside the Chime, very hard to miss. Uxbridge Underground station is just 1 minute away from the cafe.
First impression: The cafe is beautifully decorated. The food can be improved. I have ordered karak chai, Oman chips(snack) and crispy Oman hotdog. Karak was perfect, Oman chips is so pricy! And sandwich can be improved as the roll is not crispy and it is soggy. Overall 3/5
Karak chai is nice but prices are too expensive. The paratas are way too small. Also the chairs inside look unclean.
Great place to have a cup of karak! A must visit place in London
Glad to have a new place to have coffee in Uxbridge. They are known for tea but since I never have tea, I avoided trying the place. Just on a whim, went today and had one of their wraps and their Spanish Pistachio latte. It was an absolutely treat!
Cant complain, 50% off day so very reasonable and decent quality coffee but no proper mug, only disposable ones I hate to drink from and bad for landfill waste but not bad as a refreshment stop through. Staff were friendly enough.
I really liked this small Chai shop. The interiors are beautiful reminds me of El&N.. the chai was quite good too and decent size cups for a reasonable amount. Would definegly pay a visit soon
READ MY REPLY TO YOUR COMMENT What an absolute joke place! Oman Chips which has no picture on the website is a packet of crisps smaller than walkers for £1.50 Any paratha you order is a baby version. Never ever am I ordering from here again. Not worth the price! IN RESPONSE TO YOUR REPLY.... Firstly I agree we are in 2022 so you should be using such things called pictures, you can even do it from your phone. Its also called informing your customers that they are getting a pack of cheap crisps instead of what they think they are ordering which is chips. Secondly its spelt Expensive not Expansive. Your talking to a person who goes to many Indian cuisines. And the size of your paratha is a joke! The Oman crisps also NOT chips! As we are in Britain! AND again NOT MY PROBLEM what it costs you for a tiny packet like that you may need to find a new supplier if your paying a £1. You can buy a 6pack of Walkers for £1 and think about what profit margins you would have. But I guess your already making this from selling a children size paratha And yes it does come across rude. Your attitude and inability to spell properly tells me enough to never shop with you again! And also never to recommend any friends or family. There wasnt a half start option but Ive dropped my review rating after your ridiculous response. Now to do the same with the other reviews. All you had to do was say your sorry and I would have left it be.
First time we ordered from here, the Karak tea (ordered iced and hot) it was really nice the only criticism is that it s overpriced for a medium. The iced Karak did not give a size option but again it was overpriced for a small cup. I appreciate that it might not be feasible to reduce the price but just increase the sizes a little or even do what high street chain cafes do use bigger sized cups and use the same amount but add ice which makes it look like it s a lot . The pistachio milk cake was amazing.
We had a chicken takeaway wrap, kebab wrap and halloumi wrap they were really tasty. Good idea to make the wraps in a crispy paratha. Lovely nice teas. Friendly staff.
By far the worst customer service and tea. The tea was bitty with a horrible taste. We tried a couple of them and both of the teas had bits in them, I dont think they know how to use a tea strainer. Customer service was also rude and poor. Dont pay the for the overpriced tea and snacks, just go elsewhere, this place simply doesnt care about its customers.
I will never go to Chaii Pot again. I ordered a Karak Chaii tea. After receiving it from the shop assistant, I sat down outside and started drinking the tea. It had no taste whatsoever. Went to the lady to complain so they could exchange it for another but was told that the manager wasnt around and that she couldnt do anything about it. So basically no tea exchanged or no refund. I couldnt believe how rude she was. So much for customer rights. I cant tell you how angry I was
BAD SERVICE and bad quality tea. We ordered a cinnamon tea which basically tasted like cinnamon hot water. No flavour at all. The lady refused to change our drink for free even after expressing how horrible it tasted. We told her she would lose a regular customer. Her response - I am not the manager and can t do anything . Really disappointed and will never come here again!!! AVOID
We had Pink Kashmiri Chai and Karak Tea. It was amazing and we loved it.
Karak chai is a must try.
Bought my favourite milk cake yesterday very disappointed. The cake was dry and stodgy instead of the usual soft and moist. Will give it one last try won t be paying £7 for a piece of cake that s not even good anymore
I really loved the Karak tea today afternoon. The staff were very polite and inviting. I would definitely recommend this tea on a daily basis.
Tried karak chai - staff were so nice, recommend!
In the beginning, my thirst was unbearable. The need to a liquid refreshment was at an all time high. I felt like Bear Grills in the desert who hasn t drank in hours. I stumbled upon Chaii Pot, a glorious oasis in the middle of Uxbridge. The staff welcomed me in like royalty, the service was exceptional and they introduced me to Karak Chai . Oh. My. Goodness. This drink solved my thirst for the rest of the day. ***** Outstandingly Simple ***** An Unreal Experience ***** A life defining moment :)
The first time I have ever tried karak and it was amazing. The staff were so nice and helpful suggesting what was good in the menu, will definitely be going back to quench my thirst.
You are in Central London. You are thirsty. Thirsty for liquid, for culture, for life. Let me place a recommendation in your mind. Chaii Pot: A place to quench these wholesome desires. A cozy provider of plentiful warmth. Worth the trip out to Uxbridge a thousand times over. Wonderful staff! The perfect liquid satisfaction! 12 hearts out of 10.
Amazing karak chai, I would highly recommend. The service is amazing and everything is fresh and hot. I would go for a zinger wrap if I want a snack with my drink. You will not be disappointed!!
Good customer service! Berta and Sofia s were really kind and supportive! Great tea!!
Great customer service especially from Sophia and Berta
Superb service and very friendly from Sofea and Berta. They make a very very good tea and hotdog partha. Gonna repeat here again!
Love the customer service .. both of the staff were amazing !!! Thanks for the service Berta and Sophia
This place has quickly become my favorite spot in Uxbridge. Hands down best Karak Chai in town. Whether youre a tea or coffee person, their breakfast wraps, cakes and paratha desserts are all fantastic to have with it. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. 5/5
After a long day, you ve had enough and the only thing you need is something warm to lift up your mood. That s when I walk into Chaii Pot. The first thing I see is Sofia s and Mimi s big smile, whether they had a good or bad day (my girlies never let me down). Then my nice medium heartwarming pink chaii with some pistachio paratha on the side ofc. After some jokes we say goodbye and I walk home without hating on my life. 10/10 would recommend
Super Cute!!! You can take great instagram pics and their karak chai is now my fave drink
I can definitely see that some people will like the chai here. It wasnt bad but there is a great deal of variety in chais, so I cant knock it for the flavour. The chai size is huge! Regular was already large but the large is rather incredible. I prefer the Kadak chai of chai wala myself but my friends prefer other places. Its all down to personal preference. For me, it wasnt the chai that I usually prefer BUT it tasted decent and had just the right amount of sugar. Didnt taste watered down at all. Worth a try if you like chai and are in the area.
Very cool chai place to visit in Uxbridge! Thank you Said and Saphia and Mr patrick for a wonderful atmosphere
Very great experience, best tea I had in uxbridge. Highly recommend anyone to visit this great place. Very great staff and cheering!!
Love the teas here. We usually stop by here for a quick hot drink, especially when its cold outside. Staff are helpful with describing the teas and are super friendly!
Best tea in London...they beat chaiiwalla and the rest easily.
Very good nice absolutely lovely nice staff brelint
I used to order a lot from this place firstly they add too much sugar secondly the teas had better taste before now u can hardly taste anything its just like hot water and a slight flavour, they are rude ppl and know nothing about customer service .
Amazing karak tea, and the best milkcakes in London!!
Best one
The best Chaii karak I have ever tried
A lovely place with excellent service for having a quick delicious bite!
Chai is Love
It was a pathetic experience. Although the tea was good but the waitress (short height, fat, white girl) was very rude). I told her I am diabetic still she added sugar. The owner must look into this matter.
Their noon/Kashmiri/pink chai is absolutely divine! Wish there was a branch closer to me, but it s now my must visit place when I see my friend!
Ive been here twice now and it doesnt disappoint! In my opinion its the best Karak Chai that Ive had! The staff are friendly and prices are reasonable for the size you get. I would recommend if you are ever in Uxbridge!
I would recommend the Ginger Karak absolutely 10/10. Tastes like the traditional home made tea which I have at my parents house. THE PERFECT BLEND!!
This is by far one of the best places in Uxbridge where you can sit down, unwind and have a delicious hot drink and a dessert or a savoury paratha wrap. I have tried quite a few things in this place and can say that without a doubt their karak and pink chai are to die for, their milk cakes and paratha desserts, and the lamb savoury paratha are amazing. I think that the staff also make this place even better - they re all so friendly and chatty! There are a few things that could be improved, such as reusable cups & plates for the customers that drink and eat there. It s also pretty expensive there. A large chai costs almost close to £5, which is quite a lot, though their large drink size is fairly big, so it depends what you re looking for. One of the biggest disadvantages is that the actual venue is so small. If it was bigger it would be amazing to be able to sit down with friends, have a nice drink and a dessert and chat, as the seats are often taken. Overall, this place is definitely worth visiting!
In here at the moment it s great. Recommend the pistachio milkshake
Shreenil ODedra
Lovely staff, nice drinks!
Ambiance is lovely
Would prefer them over costa n starbucks
One of the best English Tea Ive had.
Very good prices with amazing tastes. Best chai
I ve been to this place a few times now and I must say the customer service is outstanding. My mother, daughter and I are always greeted with smiles and the chai is amazing. Thanks to all the team here who make every visit a pleasure
Excellent tea - both karak and kashmiri pink chai was excellent Parking: Lots of parking in the mall
Best place for a cup of tea, Amazing staff (lara you re the best!) Favorite shop in Uxbridge
The only place that does Kashmiri Chai with non-diary milk (and a variety of it too)! The service from Sophia is super lovely and friendly, and the atmosphere is nice and chill. Nice spot.
A lovely woman serving on 16 Sept; very friendly. Really nice selection of chai and reasonably priced food. Will be back.
Small but perfectly formed. Fantastic tea, snacks and great service. Thank you. Will be back.
Lovely cosy little çai shop to enjoy delicious flavours of karak chai and much more.. super friendly staff... love visiting this place
What a lovely place to have various chai and stuffed paratha. Kadak chai was nice with Oman wrap and falafel wrap. Arebic chai was fine but not very impressive. Lovely interior with sitting spaces and outside sitting spaces are good in summers. Now I know where to head for amazing kadak chai. Love it and recommend highly to all the chai lovers !!!
I would highly recommend this place for a top chai. 10/10 The people are friendly and great customer service.
Excellent chai and top customer service.
Too expensive for a cup of tea.
Cheap food for amazing quality best place in uxbridge
The best, most authentic chai recipes Ive encountered in the whole country. Friendly staff, beautiful decor, and a warm boutique feel.

Love the aesthetic and the vibe. The milk cakes are amazing. Brilliant staff. Mimi was very understanding of my requirements and allergies.
The Best Karak Chai in London. The Milk cakes and the zinger wrap are also excellent. Sofia and Mimi were very friendly and made some good recommendations. Wonderful experience, Highly Recommend!!
Just had the best Pink Chai. Very friendly staff. Good range of food & drinks. Eating indoors & outdoors. Really enjoyed our visit.

Super friendly service and amazing Karak chai. Will definetly go back.
Great selection of drinks on the menu. I personally recommend the pink chai with Pistachio. After having it recommended to me, I cant get enough and have now made Chaii Pot my local tea stop! Reasonable prices, welcoming decor and friendly staff.
